    Professional, personal, very responsive.Ashley was easy to work with as well as the staff.

    We went looking at several venues. We always went back to The Hilton as our choice because of the warmest, the atmosphere upon our very first visit.
    After we chose the venue, Ashley was absolutely amazing during the entire planning process. Always very responsive to any question my husband and I had. She even worked well with our vendors.
    Our wedding was everything we asked for and more. The food was amazing.

    The vendor was awesome, they had everything so beautiful.

    My wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn was so beautiful and elegant. My guests had a wonderful time, everyone enjoyed themselves, I have no complaints. Thank You for everything.

    Fabulous for our Dance Company Celebration

    I cannot say enough about how thrilled we were with our experience with Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Crabtree Valley. We used their venue for our end of year party for our dance company. We hosted 150 dancers and their parents and we could not have been happier. Megan was fabulous to work with. She answered yes to every request, including last minute changes including special meal needs. The ballroom was beautiful. The staff was professional and so kind. And the price for our event was far better than we could get from any other venue we contacted. We will be back again. No negatives at all, would highly recommend.

    Megan Denzell Is Excellent and Professional

    Birthday party

    Everything was absolutely perfect for my birthday party. Everything from the venue, to the food and service was exceptional. Staff were all professional and helpful. I feel like Megan went above and beyond and thought of every little detail. She was phenomenal to work with. I will absolutely return for any future events and I highly recommend the Hilton and Megan Delzell.

    Our Wedding Experience

    We reserved a block of rooms for our daughter's wedding. Every time I contacted the hotel, we had an immediate response. Megan was amazing. When we were nervous about the shuttle service we hired, Megan called them and then called us. WOW! Our guests complimented the bar/restaurant service, the excellent rooms, the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. We could go on and on. If we would have another wedding in Raleigh, we would not even look at another hotel. We would go directly to Hilton Garden Inn at Crabtree.

    Wonderful Wedding

    We worked with Megan Delzell at this property. SHE IS TERRIFIC! Very knowledgeable in blending hotel operations with catering, flowers and every conceivable detail. The hotel itself is lovely and has well appointed decor. All of our guests enjoyed their accommodations and all of the food served- including the hot breakfast each morning. Do yourself a favor and BE SURE to speak with Megan and check this venue out. Everything was perfect and smooth!

    Megan was amazing...always there for the many email and phone calls. worked with us every bit of the way from touring till cake cutting. so honest and helpful it felt like family at the end

    10 Year Anniversary Vow Renewal

    Best venue hands down! I have planned 2 other weddings for my friends and I have been to a ton of venues in Raleigh. Hilton Garden Inn provides a ton for a great value! I almost feel like we should have spent more money lol. The food was AMAZING and they are flexible with their menu. The space itself is beautiful and don't worry about the carpet color, you will not notice it the day of your wedding! They have made my day truly special and I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for all that you have done for my husband and I!
    I highly recommend you have any event here. It's worth it!!!

    Wonderful Stay!!

    We did a room block for our wedding and Megan was so easy to work with and making sure we had enough rooms for our family and friends! Everyone enjoyed their stay and the goodie bags was so nice!! On the night of our wedding, they had decorated our room and it was just the sweetest gesture!

    Place for out of town wedding guests

    Booked a block of rooms at the Raleigh Crabtree Hampton Inn since it was located almost exactly between the church and reception venue for my daughter's wedding. Worked with two sales managers (Mary and Nicole) and both were very helpful and responsive getting the rooms booked and accommodating the usual slate of questions and concerns as the wedding date drew near. All of our guests had nothing but good things to say about the accommodations and attentiveness of the hotel staff. We recommend this hotel to others looking for a place for out of town wedding guests or even just a place to stay in Raleigh for a weekend.

    Came in for my sisters wedding from out of state. Everything was an amazing experience from the hotel to the rooms to the staff. Everything was amazing and the staff is so sweet!!!!!!

    Awesome hotel, great location, very nice banquet room space, and sleeping rooms. Everyone was very helpful, from the staff planning our event, to the staff that help set up for our event. The hotel is very clean, updated and has great amenities. This was our second year at this hotel for our event and we hope to be back in the future.

    We were impressive with the outstanding service we received from the from desk team especially aurthur......I may have his name wrong....we then got into contract with debbie, and other than being included in all communication..debbie worked all out with my daughter..... debbie was easy to work with....we mau use this facility again if we have another event

    We held our family reunion on August 3. Late requests were handled in a timely manner. Nicole had worked with me since November 2017 to coordinate everything. It was a great experience working with her. The family loved everything and the food was great!

    We hosted our family reunion here this past weekend. For the past year, I’ve worked with Nicole and she was wonderful. The weekend was absolutely wonderful and the family loved it. Lou was there over the weekend and he was always somewhere close by to help out. The staff were great and friendly. It was just a great weekend and we were very pleased. The meeting space was beautiful and roomy. I do have to mention that as we were ending our Sunday church service they came to tell us that the elevators were not working and it was right at checkout time. But they got them working not long after. Still a 5-star weekend...things happen. But they handled it quickly.

    We held our family reunion at the Hilton Garden Inn Crabtree this past weekend and it was a huge success largely in part to the outstanding service the hotel provided. There were over 130 family members present and every member of the staff was hospitable, warm, friendly, and provided the utmost in customer service. Many of our functions over the weekend were held at the hotel and the rooms were decorated and ready on time, the food was delicious (our compliments to the chef), and we couldn't have asked for anything more. I want to give a special thank you to Nicole Merendoni for working with us over the past year, meeting, emailing, planning and bringing all of it into reality. Also a special thanks to Nicole, Patsy, and James for being present during our events to make sure all of our needs were met.
    I will DEFINITELY be recommending the Hilton Garden Inn as the place to use when hosting an event.

    The Hilton Garden Inn was used to host a banquet our Church Anniversary Celebration. First of all, Debbie Kearney, the Director of Catering was outstanding. She was extremely knowledgeable of the banquet services offered by the hotel and was very professional, organized, and courteous at all times. Even on the day of the banquet, she ensured that everything went as planned and remained on site with the serving staff for the event. The food was excellent and the guests raved about the exquisite taste and culinary skills of the chef. It was a wonderful event and I certainly would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Crabtree and its fantastic staff to anyone who is looking for high quality service.

    The Hilton Garden Inn @ Crabtree is one of the most beautifully designed Hilton Garden Inn's I have ever stayed at and used for services. I frequent this chain often for my travel needs. I have also attended several events at different locations. The Crabtree location exceeded my expectations by being responsive from day one to after my event. The room was ready to roll by party time and the food was hot and delicious. My attendant was very attentive to all the guest during our birthday event for my mother. Debbie K. is very good at what she does and I will definitely use the Crabtree location again for future events.

    The food provided for the event was very good.

    We were very fortunate to have chosen the Hilton Garden Inn for guests of our son’s wedding. The hotel and amenities were top notch. We previewed several hotels in the area, but when we walked into this hotel, we were quite impressed. The lobby area was refreshingly modern and beautiful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Nicole met with us to discuss the wedding block. She answered our questions and explained the details with such professionalism. She made us feel special. We knew our guests would be in good hands. She even contacted us a few times prior to the wedding to be sure everything was on track. I could not have been more pleased with this hotel and staff. Great choice!

    I was lucky to have found this venue for our meeting of statewide educators. The entire staff showed exceptional professionalism in all their duties. The hotel is fairly new with beautiful decor, open spaces, and steps away from a large mall. Thanks to Nicole Merendoni, our meeting was flawless. I have received rave reviews from the participants attending the meeting. This is a hotel I will recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place to hold the perfect event!

    I had an educational event for work here for about 30 people. The staff was so professional and helped to ensure we had a great event. This is such a great location and beautiful venue that I hope to plan more events there soon.

    Absolutely Amazing Wedding Venue!!! I am so happy that I and my now husband chose the Hilton Garden Inn Crabtree/Raleigh to have our wedding rehearsal dinner, our wedding ceremony, and reception. We absolutely loved Ashley & Debbie. They were awesome from the moment we selected them to the very end of our wedding day.

    The entire hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern. It is like a home away from home. The food is great and the service is even better!

    I am so happy that we were able to go through this journey with the event planners and the rest of the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Crabtree/Raleigh.

    Our experience with the Hilton Garden Inn at Crabtree Valley was outstanding in every way! We chose this location to host our wedding accommodations, and there are not enough words to describe how fantastic of a choice this was!

    Let’s begin by talking about the hotel itself- it is incredible. It is a little bit of luxury tucked away in Raleigh. Upon walking in, you are engulfed in welcoming and warm lobby with a cozy fireplace and many places to sit and relax. There are delightful refreshments waiting to be enjoyed– warm cookies and water infused with fresh fruit. There is also a bar to the side that is perfect for those wanting to gather and enjoy a perfectly cold drink or a few tasty bites of food. The rooms are equally beautiful as well. They are decorated modern and luxurious, are amazingly clean, and the beds are so comfy you will never want to get out of them. The bathroom mirrors are a strange thing to talk about but gosh do they make you look flawless! We also loved how there are so many cozy places to gather within the hotel. There are outdoor areas beautifully lit with string lights and cozy fireplaces, (which is where we enjoyed a warm spring evening of our wedding weekend). There is a fantastic indoor pool area that would be great for adults and kids alike. We also saw a glimpse of a huge gym that would be a fitness enthusiasts’ dream! To add another layer of service, this hotel offered shuttles too. Our guests loved the fact that they didn’t have to drive to all the great restaurants and shops nearby. It allowed them to fully enjoy their time here. The entire hotel experience was so luxurious and was the perfect place for a get away.

    However, despite the fact that the hotel is incredible, this is only part of what makes what makes it so special. The service is unbelievable! Each employee went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

    Debbie Kearney and the Hilton Garden Inn Crabtree staff did an excellent job with hosting our wedding reception (only) on April 8, 2017. Everyone was professional, friendly, and eager to make this event special for my wife and I, and guests. The rooms were very nice as well.     I couldn't go on enough about the quality of service and hospitality we received from Nicole and the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn at Crabtree! We used this hotel as our block for our accommodations, as well as a gathering place for our meet and greet the night before our wedding. Nicole was quick to respond and answer questions, Arthur and the hotel staff were fabulous to both us and our guests, and overall everyone was just an absolute pleasure to work with!     I was a wedding coordinator for a friend's wedding at this venue and Debbie and her team were amazing. As a wedding coordinator, I appreciated the fact that this venue was flexible, accommodating, and affordable. Debbie, the event coordinator at the venue was very flexible; she took her time with all the last minute changes and made sure all bases were covered for the big event. Her Team was also very accommodating and pleasant to work with. They made sure our guests were well taken care of which allowed everyone to enjoy the party. This team was one of the easiest I ever worked with and I will recommend this venue to anyone looking for an event space!

    SUPER SUPERIOR SERVICE AND VENUE! I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh/Crabtree Valley for weddings, receptions, business meetings, conferences and all special events. I selected the hotel because I wanted to make a big impression for my organizations' first event in Raleigh, NC. The hotel was the perfect venue to impress my corporate partners, conference attendees, vendors and guest speakers. Mission accomplished! The sleeping rooms are beautiful and spacious, the staff/crew provided excellent service with a smile and the full service onsite restaurant and catering service is divine. The event catering menus offer options for every budget. The sales team are knowledgeable creative leaders in the Hospitality Industry. No request was to too large and they provided guidance with making the conference an unforgettable event for everyone that attended. I felt secure from the moment I signed the contract and throughout the execution of the conference. In addition to the superior service the location is ideal for planning a group dine around or shopping activity. I'm looking forward to having more events at the hotel and providing it as a resource to my planning network.

    This was the perfect venue for our training! Our sales and catering manager was so knowledgeable and willing to work with us, that it made hosting our meeting a breeze. I cannot say enough good things about this property, the chef, and especially Nicole - Sales and Catering Manager. I planned this meeting from another state and she made sure it all went off without a hitch!

    The entire staff at the Hilton Garden Inn-Crabtree helped to make our event a huge success. Our guests loved the venue and the food. The vendors we worked with had nothing but nice things to say about Debbie Kearney and the rest of the staff.

    As an Event Planner, I always look for venues that fits my clients personality and the Hilton Garden Inn was it for my clients 50th Birthday Celebration. My client is originally from the Caribbean, where she is a custom to the bright colors and funky lights, that this venue offers, so when I showed this place to my client and her and her husband it was a place of choice.
    Nicole and her staffed did an outstanding job hosting this event. I am a stickler for things starting on time, presentation and excellent service, and with Nicole, she made sure everything was in place and on time. The food was severed to us hot and very tasty, (My hat goes off to the chef).

    Everyone in attendance said they had a good time, and did not want to leave. Thank you Nicole for helping us create the right atmosphere for this evening. I will be back with more events.

    I simply do not know where to begin! My 50th birthday celebration was phenomenal! Thanks to the hardworking staff of HGI Crabtree, particularly Nicole Merendoni and her team. They worked closely with our party planner Kim Stancil, and made my day the most perfect day that I could have asked for. The room looked exquisite, the food was tasty and hot, the drinks from the bar were quite satisfying and the bartender was amazing. We ended up having more people than expected however; this dynamic group of folks were flexible and made it all seem so seamless. My guests and I are still raving about how beautiful the evening was and the fine service we received. I felt like a Princess who had just been awaken by my Prince (my awesome hubby Mark) and taken to our special ball!

    Many of my guest spent the evening at the hotel and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for my guest who flew in from out of the country and for those local to the area.

    I have no doubt that HGI Crabtree is my venue of choice for all future events. Nicole is absolutely the best and if you ever need an awesome party planner (be it short notice or otherwise), seek out Kimberly Stancil and her team. I swear she is a miracle worker and will give you more than what you are asking for. Kim and Nicole, along with the staff at HGI Crabtree make an AWESOME team!

    I wanted to find a location for a baby shower that would be convenient for my out of town guests as well as a beautiful backdrop for my event. If that is what you are looking for, then look no further. Nicole Merendoni and her team were more than accommodating to me and all of my guests. They took all the extra time needed to help my designer make my ideas come to life. My guests even remarked that although the food was catered by the hotel, it was not bland and was actually full of flavor. Nicole emailed me in a timely manner and made sure that all my needs were met.

    We hosted a corporate fundraising event for 160 people at this venue, and the staff was phenomenal. From start to finish, they handled every detail with the utmost professionalism. We received many compliments from guests the night of the event on how nice the room looked and how good the food was! I would recommend the Hilton Garden Crabtree Valley to anyone considering a corporate function.

    First let me say that this hotel is spectacular! I had my oldest sons bar mitzvah here last month... Thanks to Christine and her staff if was an amazing night! Christine helped me every step of the way... Since this was the first time I ever planned a party like this, I felt like I had a million questions and Christine answered everyone of them with the utmost professionalism... And all of my dreams for this special night were so far exceeded! The staff at the hotel treated every member of my family like they were their own... There is something to be said about the overall level of service that you just don't find anymore! I cannot wait to have my other sons bar mitzvah here in 3 years!!!

    Beautiful venue for hosting a corporate event. Nicole Merendoni was extremely helpful during the planning process. Staff at location were awesome. Debbie, James and Lou were very accommodating to guest. Compliments to the chef, food was delicious.

    Big Wedding turned to backyard wedding May 2020

    the hotel was great in all of our last minute changes due to Covid-19. We were still able to use the executive suite the way we wanted with our daughter the bride and all of her bridesmaids on Friday night and then flip for the honeymoon suite Saturday night. The staff was VERY welcoming and provide everyone with what ever they needed. They were our pampering during this nightmare of quick changes. We are planning on using them again next year for our big celebration with all quest being able to attend our festivities!

    Excellent venue with great staff

    I planned my sister's wedding (Hindu ceremony) here, within 2 weeks. Megan Delzel was my point of contact and she had worked out every minor detail in such a short notice. The entire staff was very accommodating (we brought outside caterers) and every last minute request was attended to. Towards the end, it looked like we had planned the event for months! That's how wonderful everything turned out to be. Some pointers on our experience with the property are :
    1. The lighting of the hall was abundant and popped the bright carpet colors. Definitely a plus.
    2. Staff is so sweet - attended to our last minute requests and the tables, always with a smile. The staff coordinated with our decorators, caterers and photo/video peeps and worked as a single unit
    3. We had to some guest rooms, again last minute due to our timeline, one of our guests had a little trouble checking-in due to some miscommunication but the staff was considerate to let him settle in and handled the issue later on. I totally appreciated this move - it spoke volumes about their customer value.
    4. It was a little difficult at times to reach Megan on the phone, but the world is working remotely, so understandable.

    Overall, I would totally recommend the venue.

    My family and I stayed here for a recent graduation and we were all impressed with the amenities (the Flight status board near the fromt desk was a nice touch).
    Very comfortable, very clean, and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend staying here if you'relooking for value.
