  Personal Wedding & Event Planner

  Where do I begin... I had the opportunity to work with Tracy Thompson ( Hilton Garden Inn/Avondale) for my own wedding in November of 2022. Tracy worked with me every step of the way to ensure that I would be the Bride and not the Planner for my own day. She was so accommodating.
  
  Fast forward 2024, I had the opportunity to work again with Tracy for a clients theme wedding that was planned for February 2024. From Tracy's kindness, attention to detail, timely response, accommodations with a bridal suite 1 week prior to wedding, to Chef making sure the brides meal meet her specifications, to the staff quickly attending to all the day of details I requests to make sure all was perfect! We had the most amazing experience here at the Hilton Garden Inn\Avondale. And the food is always pleasing, no guest left hungry. I could go on and on.
  
  As a Personal Planner, I enjoy working with a team that cares about all the details as much as I do for each client, it makes a difference.
  
  Looking forward to the continued partnership with Tracy Thompson and the Hilton Garden Inn/Avondale.

  Beautifully decorated and friendly staff; the food was great and we liked how they took the time to prepare the chicken in the shape of a heart without us even asking. In our book the Hilton gardens in Avondale Arizona ROCK!

  The staff, food and atmosphere was just wonderful!!!! All of our friends have told us that the food was outstanding and the service was great. Everyone was so nice and very accomodating to a really nervous bride :) It was just the best day - we could not have had a better venue or nicer people to work with and what a GREAT price - Tracey and her entire staff were so attentive. We will forever be greatful!!

  We had our weddign reception here and Tracy and the staff were amazing! The sservice was excellent and Tracy did a great job in accomodating us and figuring out what would work best for us. We had a honeymoon sweet that night and the room was awesome. THis is a great place to host a reception or any event!

  Tracy and the Staff at The Hilton Garden Inn are wonderful!!!! They took care of everything! I would use them for any event. The Food was spectacular!

  The Hilton Garden Inn was an awesome venue for our rehearsal dinner! Tracy's selection of linens, table decor, props and music created both a fun and intimate environment. There was a warm and inviting feel to our banquet room. It especially felt like we were celebrating in our own home! Tracy created the perfect setting for our special occasion and her hospitality definitely made us feel welcome. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn.
  We also stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on our wedding night. Please ask about the romantic options available for this special occasion! We were very pleased with their honeymoon accommodations.

  We had our wedding here. Tracey the event coordinator was amazing, just wish she had stayed the whole time. It seemed when she left that the staff was a little unorganized.

  We booked the site almost a year out and because of spring training players staying at the hotel we weren't given a exact time of when we could decorate until a couple days before. The tables weren't done being set up by them until like 2 hours before the ceremony!! The wedding went smoothly but the coordinator didn't seem to want to be to hands on with actually helping out the day of. Don't get me wrong she was super nice, just not the most helpful.
