Convenient and Affordable
This was the perfect venue for us since most of our guests were from out of town. We had the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception all in one convenient location. Their prices were very affordable, and we felt like we really got our money's worth. The landscape was beautiful for pictures and for our outdoor ceremony. The room accommodations and breakfast at the hotel were also wonderful. The food at the Reception was delicious and there was plenty of room for guests to move about. We could not have pulled it off without the help of Ms. Greene! She is Director of Sales at the Hilton Garden Inn and was with me every step of the way. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. I know she went above and beyond her job description so that our wedding could go more smoothly. Hilton Garden Inn Hosted our Wedding 07/23/16 and everything was perfect they went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I

Everything leading up to my wedding was fine, the consultations were quick and you have a lot of say in the design of your rooms. However, when it came time for my reception there were many things that went wrong because of the staff. Hilton has a bar in the front of the hotel and you may purchase alcohol from it before the reception bar opens. The staff accused my guests (who were policemen and soldiers not in their uniforms) of stealing from behind the reception bar. Obviously this upset my guests and myself. Then we had a buffet style dinner , but the guests were apparently not allowed to get second servings even though I paid for ALL of the food cost. When asked where the food goes if no one finishes it the banquet captain said "we (the staff) eat it or dump it". That is not what I want to hear when paying $2000+ to feed my guests. My husband and I were then trying to eat when a member of the staff came to complain about our guests using 80 plates instead of 70. Clearly 10 plates are not my concern while trying to celebrate. Then a significant amount of champagne was spilled by the banquet captain as he was rushing our toast. My guests said he dropped at least two full trays and spilled a glass on someones dress.
