Amazing Wedding Venue!
I had my wedding ceremony and reception directly at the hotel and could not have asked for anything better! This is a very modern and up to date hotel venue. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and gave for many good photo opportunities with our photographer. The staff are extremely accommodating and responsive through the planning process and day of the wedding. They made our wedding day truly a dream. Briana was our coordinator and she did an amazing job along with the catering and beverage team as well. They make you feel like royalty!
Our guests raved about the size of the hotel rooms and the food that was served! The bridal suite itself was enormous. Food portions were huge for a wedding and unlike anything I've seen from attending previous weddings. The coordinator (Briana) also put out all of my decorations so that me and my family could enjoy getting ready day of and have nothing to worry about.
Overall, I could not have asked my our wedding to go any better than it had. I truly cannot say enough good things and am so happy we went with this venue -

wonderful service despite world wide computer crash
I can't say enough about the entire staff. My daughter's wedding was the weekend of the great computer update crash. The hotel couldn't make electronic keys the whole weekend. The hotel was fully booked with the guests of three weddings. They had to let every guest into their rooms, every time, all weekend. The staff was as cheerful and accommodating on Sunday as they were on Friday. They must have been exhausted, but you would never know it. They did a lovely job setting up the bridal suite for hair and makeup for the whole bridal party and returned it to a normal suite for the couple that night. We had both an after party and morning after breakfast and the set up, food and service was wonderful. They made a stressful travel weekend much less stressful for all our guests. All enjoyed our time there. If you are hosting a wedding in the area, put them on the top of your list. Thank you so much for your joyful service. I for one will never forget it. -

Made my life so easy
We had a room block here for our recent wedding at The Bradley Estate and Shannon, Jean, and Breanna were all fantastic to work with! The hotel feels brand new and was very comfortable for us and our guests. They were super accommodating of myself and the bridesmaids having hair and makeup done in the bridal suite, and set it up with a table and extra chairs before my arrival. We also held our rehearsal in a conference room, and a small afterparty at the bar, all of which went very smoothly. Everyone at the Garden Inn made it so that we just had to show up, and I’m so grateful for that. Highly recommend! -

Highly recommend this hotel for both wedding related events and guest experience
excellent communication with staff for 3 months leading up to the wedding. Held after-parties both nights (post rehearsal and post wedding) as well as a breakfast. Everything went smoothly and the staff were all kind and friendly! -

Simply perfect
My now husband and I decided we wanted to have a wedding with not much notice and the team at Hilton Garden Inn of Canton weren’t phased at all, whipping together the most perfect small ceremony. Our food was also catered by them and it was delicious! -

Awsome Experience
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Everything was spot on. Brandon, complements to the chef, food was awsome and Levi, Joe, servers and kitchen staff - A+++. After party was lots of fun. Thank you Mike and Levi. Everything from hotel staff and all you guys A+++. Sorry for butchering her name, but Sheryl.... at the front desk has been a SWEETHEART from day one, love her. Can not say enough.

Great event facilitated by a wonderful staff!!
We were fortunate to stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. We were celebrating a wedding at the nearby Bradley Estate and many family and friends stayed here to facilitate the wedding weekend.
We hosted the Welcome Dinner at the hotel. From the very beginning, Brandon Parker (sales dept) helped us to look at our options for food, entertainment, and decorations. We hosted a dinner for certain guests followed by an ice cream social for all wedding participants. He was flexible with meeting with us and we felt like we were a priority for him. It is not an overstatement to say that the entire event came off beautifully with his input!! He understood our needs and was creative in helping us to arrange the event. He also made himself available that evening to make sure everything went well.
The staff was amazing. Accommodating, present, helpful, and clearly had been trained to provide excellent service.
Overall, this was a great choice for hosting a large group and the out of town guests who stayed at the hotel could not have been happier. Great marks all the way around!! -

A wonderful option for everything wedding
The Hilton Garden Inn staff is a pleasure to work with and the facility is terrific. The bridal suite is huge and easily accommodates tables for hair and make-up. The lobby area is perfect for an afterparty and the ballroom is great for a morning breakfast. Conveniently located off the highway, with reasonable room rates for guests, you can’t ask for a better option. I would highly recommend choosing this hotel! -

So Very Pleased
The entire staff at the hotel could not have been more welcoming and accommodations. Our guests were all raving about the quality of service as well as the hotel itself. We also did our morning after brunch and again the staff could not have been better, from planning to the actual day. Food and presentation was lovely and delicious. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations for their guests as well as for optional parties. -

Beautiful ceremony at a brand new hotel
My husband and I got married here in November 2022. While we were originally going to have our outdoor ceremony next door at the Trillium Brewery (where we did have our reception), we decided to move it to the courtyard at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was absolutely beautiful. As a new hotel (opened in 2021) they actually had never had a ceremony in the courtyard. They were very accommodating and let us set it up exactly how we wanted and provided support at the same time. We also blocked off rooms at the hotel for our guests. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL especially the young lady at the front desk and the bartender during our after-party in the hotel bar/lobby.
Prior to the the ceremony, the bridal party got ready in one of the suites which offered plenty of room. The hotel even brought up a large table and bar stools.
The price includes the ceremony fee, after-party snacks, post-rehearsal champagne/cheese board (30 guests) and the farewell breakfast (50 guests).
There was some staff turnover during the planning process which caused some delays or miscommunication but not surprising for a hotel that opened up during a pandemic. -
