Our wedding reception at the Hilton Boston/Dedham Hotel was amazing, memorable, and fun. Your Banquet Manager, Carolyn, was kind, helpful, and accommodating. Our wedding guests enjoyed all the food that was served, and your catering staff did an outstanding job to provide exemplary customer service. The Fairbanks Ballroom looked absolutely beautiful and spectacular after all the wedding reception tables and our sweetheart/head table were decorated.

We would definitely recommend Hilton Boston/Dedham Hotel for any couple looking for a decent wedding reception venue at a reasonable cost.

We recently had our wedding held at the Hilton Boston/Dedham and had an amazing experience working with Tricia. When we first booked our venue, we were working with another Event Manager, who unexpectedly left. As soon as we met Tricia, we knew we were put in good hands. Tricia was able to meet with us and ensure that everything we had originally planned would still all work out. Our wedding was a lot of fun and our friends & family enjoyed it, as well! We would definitely recommend Tricia at Hilton Boston/Dedham to help plan your event!

wedding was suppose to be June 27, 2020 it was postponed due to the unexpected Covid so my new date was June 26, 2021 after changing my date several time on my end with Covid and all the changes and restrictions. Grace Alexander was amazing!!!! She always replied to my emails same day always made me feel reassured with everything and when I say everything I mean literally everything. Hilton Hotel Boston/ Dedham Grace A. has been absolutely nothing but perfect they were very accommodating they worked with me the entire process. We are beyond happy that we decided to stick it out and have our wedding June 2021 just as expected The wedding turned out beautiful. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel the bridal suite had a big balcony for our after party LOL Grace A went above and beyond she is 100% recommended hotel recommended for weddings. excellent food it was delicious. The staff the day of the wedding was terrific . I had cocktail hour outdoors and it was beautiful and my reception was in the Grace ballroom it looked beautiful. Also had the pleasure of meeting Alexandrea Who was also fantastic she was with us the whole process she even made my seating chart for me when things didn’t work out on my end last min (Frantic bride) ran out for me. Super sweet she did awesome . people still talking about how good the food was and how much fun they had. Location was good directly off the highway very close to legacy place. I am so happy excellent 100% recommended so happy thank you Alexandrea nothing but wonderful things to say.They have everything included in the packages! I absolutely loved my wedding I am so satisfied with everything at the Hilton Boston /Dedham

Our daughter’s wedding at the Dedham Hilton was a wonderful experience. Ashley Patterson worked with us from start to finish..bridal shower to wedding day. Ashley is professional.., thorough, attentive to detail and very responsive to questions and concerns. She made the day one we will treasure forever. We highly recommend the Hilton Boston Dedham and Ashley for any special occasion!

My new hubby and I just recently tied the knot at the Hilton Dedham/Boston and it was beautiful. I was ok with finding vendors but I really couldn't have done anything without Ashley Patterson. Even from day one ( when we were looking at the venues ) Ashley was kind and informative. We didn't feel pushed to do anything and it was one of the few venues that actually made us feel welcomed. Ashley took her time to explain things to us and she literally responded to ALL my emails ( and I sent quite a few) . She was also flexible and accessible. We were really happy with her BEFORE the wedding. During the wedding Ashley really shined and everything went a lot smoother with her there. My anxiety went out the window and we had an amazing event. Everything was clean, the front desk manager is great and we our families had a great time.

My husband and I got married at this venue and had the pleasure of working with consultant Ashley. She is exceptional at what she does. She made this whole process stress-free for us and was responsive at all times. We appreciated all the work her and her team did to make our day special! Because of her and her team, all of our guest have said that our wedding was the best one they had been to. I highly recommend Ashley and team to anyone who wishes to marry at the Hilton Dedham/Boston Hotel!

If it helps, the Hilton was the only venue we toured. We made our decision at the location. Ashley Patterson, made us feel special and seemed to really care about what we wanted for our big day and making sure that the Hilton would be able create what we wanted. Ashley was very responsive and as a Bride, it helps to know that someone understands how much stress goes into planning a wedding. The level of professionalism was at its highest the entire time. The day of, everything appeared to go off seamlessly. I got married on the hottest day of the year and Ashley contacted me that week to see if we wanted to change our plans and move the ceremony inside. We really did appreciate all of the help, advice and support throughout the planning and the big wedding day.

Working with the team at Hilton was one of the best decisions we made. Throughout the whole planning process we were at ease because we had unlimited support. We directly worked with Ashley, and I cannot say enough good things about her! Between my thousands of questions and follow up summary emails - she remained helpful through every step!

We were unfortunately pressed with on and off rain showers n our wedding day. The team allowed us to wait until the last second to choose whether we'd have the ceremony inside or outside. They even went as far as to set up the chairs outside in a passing shower in preparation for the rain to stop for the ceremony. Ultimately, the rain didn't stop for our ceremony timing, but the effort by all of the staff was remarkable and I couldn't have asked for more!

Working with the Dedham Hilton for our 50 person wedding was great. They were able to accomodate an on-site ceremony, with day-of options for indoor or outdoor. We were fortunate to be able to use the gazebo and courtyard as the weather played in our favor. The ballroom was perfect for our 50 person party, but could have accommodated a larger group. Our coordinator, Ashley Patterson, as well as the whole staff, were great to work with, being both professional and accommodating. Everything went flawlessly and we all had a great time.

The staff was extremely kind, helpful, organized and would respond to our needs right away; all with a smile and unflustered elegance. Ashley Patterson and Gary Sullivan especially stand out for their stellar work.

The Hilton Boston/Dedham was absolutely amazing to us and our families for our wedding. Anything that we needed was taken care of immediately. Ashley was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had, always willing to meet with us in person (which we did multiple) times, and she clearly cared about us and our day with the time/effort that was put in to make our day as special as possible. One of the best things is that they have packages that take care of the cake, linens, up lighting, pretty much everything. All we had to do was book a DJ, Photographer, and a videographer. The rest was taken care of! Thank you so much to Ashley, the Hilton, and all the staff that helped make our "Winter Wonderland" come to life!

The Hilton in Dedham was the perfect venue for our wedding. They are super easy to work with, very responsive, their package includes a lot and the gazebo/patio and Grace Ballroom are beautiful!

We had our wedding here and it was perfect! Our ceremony was held outside in their absolutely beautiful courtyard, then it transitioned into the cocktail hour space as well. Our coordinator, Ashley, was so attentive from the very beginning and made sure everything we wanted was taken care of. She made the rehearsal and day-of run so smoothly, I highly recommend working with her! The bridal suite is beautiful with a huge patio attached. Their wedding package is easy to follow and includes a lot (cake, linens, etc.). If you’re looking for a space to get married where you can get ready, get married, take photos, and have a kick ass party (they let you have the ballroom until 12am if you like to dance all night!) all under one roof- choose the Hilton Boston Dedham!

Ashley Patterson of The Hilton Hotel was exceptional in planning our wedding from beginning to end. Her southern charm showed through and through as she went above and beyond for our family and guest on our wedding day, in fact we now consider her family! Food was a key factor in choosing our venue, Chef Steve Ali incorporated our request with his personal touches and the outcome was DELICIUS. Our guest are still raving about dinner at our wedding!!

Hilton Boston-Dedham exceeded our expectations for our wedding! Their attentiveness, professionalism and extra touches made our wedding day amazing. Ashley Patterson is top notch, she made the entire wedding planning experience wonderful. Highly recommend.

The Hilton Dedham is the best place that we could have found to host my mom's wedding. From the very beginning, Jenna was extremely helpful--before we even got to the venue, we were given a pdf of food prices and options along with bar tabs and other vendors that the hotel uses in terms of DJs and cake. Working with Jenna was stress-free and everything went beautifully! Up to the day she kept in close contact, answering even the most trivial questions quickly and thoroughly. When you give Jenna a budget, you don't go over it. I cannot recommend her or the Dedham Hilton enough. At the very least, I strongly urge you to visit the facility and meet with Jenna once. You won't be disappointed.

The hotel's been recently redone and has incredible rooms that made all of our guests over the moon and has an equally incredible fitness center that has cardio machines, free weights, a group class room, a racquetball court, and of course, the pool!

Awesome experience working with Jenna at the Hilton Boston/Dedham. She really cares about attention to detail and the whole staff goes out there way to make your wedding day runs Smoothly. Our ceremony was running 30min late and the hotel was fine pushing everything back 30min to accommodate. I'd definitely recommend this for all couple looking for wedding venues.

My husband and I had an excellent experience with planning for our wedding this May. We worked with Jenna over the psat two years and she was nothing but cheerful, responsive, flexible, and excited for our big day. We felt like she was part of our wedding!

Jenna Warren was absolutely wonderful...her suggestions were spot on with menu, room size..she responded to my every concern quickly, calmly and with a smile!! She made the whole process easy. This is the second time I have used the Dedham Hilton for a wedding shower and I cannot recommend it more highly...totally positive experience!

My daughter's wedding party and guests (120) recently stayed at the Hilton in Dedham. We also hosted a post wedding breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our guests were all offered a group discount and the two puppies that were in the wedding were allowed to stay, even though that is not the norm. The breakfast was great and beautiful in the newly renovated room with lots of light from the wall of windows. Would highly recommend staying there if you need accommodations in the area. Thank you Jenna for helping us have a wonderful wedding event.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but my sister just got married at the Hilton and everything was so amazing that I feel badly not recommending it to future brides looking for their own perfect day. Our wedding planner was Kirsis and I swear this woman does it all. She was incredibly organized, timely, and able to pin my sister's girly, preppy style to a T. Very easy to talk to and super accommodating and responsive to any problems or requests we had. She set us up with one of her vendors, Judy's flowers, to decorate the event and it made the venue look even better than it already did...our guests absolutely loved it. Kirsis made sure the banquet team got everything right with the food which was SO yummy and brought out to guests without any delay. On top of everything else, we were on a pretty strict budget and she did a great job making sure we could stick to it, which was huge and really cut out a lot of stress for my sister and parents. She genuinely cares about making sure her brides have the most special day of their lives and I highly recommend using her services as well as the beautiful venue. The wedding was absolutely magical, so I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Kirsis and the staff at Dedham Hilton for making it happen.

I was looking for a place to have my wedding and I came across 5 different places. when we walked in at Hilton I knew we wanted this place because it was close to boston and the it is accessible to nearby sites that my guest can enjoy as well for their stay like the the legacy place.
I do not have words enough to thank the people I worked with. Kirsis was very responsive and I would not have done this without her. all the patience she had during this time was unremarkable. from the front desk crew to maintenance, they were amazing. Kathy and Allison made it all possible transforming the Fountain Blue Room Restaurant where we held the reception! it was just an amazing night. My guests told me that they haven't felt my cozy in a very intimate place to have the reception, that way we can enjoy everyone of our guests!
I highly recommend this place.

What can I say about Angela and her team at the Dedham Hilton, AMAZING! When my fiancé and I booked our reception at the Hilton in Dedham, we were so impressed with the hotel atmosphere, the staff and Linde (the catering manager). She was very enthusiastic and may us feel like we were the only couple to ever get married there, however, while we were planning our wedding, Linde left and we would soon be introduced to Angela. At first, I was a little scared of starting over with someone new, since, Linde knew everything that I wanted. But have no fear, Angela stepped right in, she eased my mind as the days approached. When I was call or send an email, with a question, Angela made sure that everything would get done, Angela and the catering staff were amazing and so accommodating. Now imagine, 3 days to your wedding, you have family and friends coming from all over the country and from part outside the US, and most of them arriving on the same day, the hotel staff and front desk people were very relaxed and definitely made our guests as well. These people became family through this whole process, and when you see them cry as you walked out for the church, you the bride begins to cry yourself. So, overall, our experience with the Hilton in Dedham was amazing. from the service from the staff, the wedding packages provided, to the room rates for our wedding block. I don't think I would have been able to be as calm as I was if it wasn't for them making our wedding day and the days leading up to it, so relaxing and wonderful.

We had a lot of out of town guests, and wanted to do everything in one place. The Hilton was able to accommodate around 200 guests for hotel stays, our outdoor ceremony in the courtyard, and the indoor cocktail hour followed by the reception in the ballroom. Angela, the on-site coordinator, is great to work with, the food was excellent, and the pricing is quite good compared to other venues we looked at. We definitely recommend booking here :)

Hilton was great to work with, especially the event coordinator Linde. She worked with all my requests and was really flexible with all our ideas and last minute glitches. The food there is absolutely delicious! All my guests commented on how tasty it was, they are still talking about the carrot ginger soup to this day! Their outdoor gazebo area is beautiful for a ceremony and they really class up the hotel for the reception. So worth having your wedding there, we even held our rehearsal dinner too!

I had my reception at The Dedham Hilton, and it was fabulous. The staff was very helpful and everything went so smoothly. All of the guests were thrilled with the reception.

We had the most amazing wedding at the Hilton Boston-Dedham! It was so beautiful and Ashley was so great to work with! She was so responsive and did absolutely everything we asked for and then some! The only issue I had was with my room block but Ashley was so helpful with it! I would book here again and again. I had the wedding of my dreams thanks to the Hilton Boston-Dedham!

If you want someone who will cater to your every need and answer all of your questions, regardless of how silly you think it may be, you NEED to book your wedding here. Jenna Warren was our angel! She made our wedding the best night of our lives and kept both my husband and me sane. She and the rest of the staff and the Hilton were incredibly accommodating. From staying over the night before to my wedding morning breakfast to making sure that my parents and everyone in the wedding were comfortable and enjoying their stay, this team 100% made sure that every single detail was taken care of. I almost wish I could go back and get married again so that I could work with this team one more time!

It was such a pleasure having our wedding at the Hilton. Kirsis, our wedding coordinator was very professional and she was responding to my emails in a timely manner. everyone at the hotel was very responsive and helpful.

Working with Ashley was phenomenal. Very accomading;we were able to work with the chef to come up with a menu to my our taste. Ashley was there every steps of the way from 11Am to 11pm. She is very kind,professional,nice, and most importantly calm and patient. My wedding was a success because of her.

This venue was awesome! Totally flexible when I wanted cheeseburger sliders w/ fries for the reception! Angela Aguiar was the best Catering Sales Manager ever!! Very efficient and always pleasant! She made great suggestions and helped with every step of the process!! I wish had another event to I can use the venue again!! The food was awesome and my guests had a ball!! Plus there is a pool lots for the kids to do!!

Overall, our wedding was a wonderful experience. Jenna was a pleasure to work with, but there were definitely some criticisms of smaller details that impacted the night. Some of the smaller details - no green beans for the bridge, no cheese on the mother of the groom's salad, dairy-free dessert for the maid of honor, were specifically mentioned in the contract, but didn't happen on the night of the event. Some confusion with the rooms also impacted our enjoyment on the night. The room for us (the bride and groom) wasn't ready until 2:20 on wedding day, long after the 12:00 check-in we hoped for (and I preferred since I was getting ready at the hotel). My parents (of the groom) had two rooms under different reservations that were messed up in the system and required multiple phone calls to confirm everything the week of the wedding. And my in-laws weren't able to check into their room because it was "lost" in the reservations. A possible suggestion for the future - don't make reservations under "MOB, MOG and Bride/Groom." It caused a lot of confusion and meant that our parents weren't sure what their reservation was under (last name, MOG, MOB, etc.) and also saw them without a room for some time. Also, the AC break was an unexpected issue that was handled well, thank you so much for that!

The wedding was great. Jenna was amazing!! She was very sweet, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. She was the best thing about the Hilton. My guests raved about the food and said it was delicious.

The Hilton Boston/Dedham is in an odd location, and as a result, it pretty clearly only has business travelers or wedding guests. During the same weekend as our wedding, there were at least 3 other weddings with guests staying at the hotel. Although the block booking rate that we got was quite low and a good deal for quality of the hotel room, the rate ended a month before the wedding, so many of our guests were not able to get the discount. We also heard complaints from our guests when they tried to make reservations -- some got the rate, some didn't; some had to book different nights under different names in order to get better rates. The woman we originally emailed with was quite nice (no longer works there), and the hotel staff in general was responsive, but unfortunately, the woman who took over handling our block booking contract was neither as nice nor as responsive when we had questions the week of the wedding.

We booked with the hilton Dedham a year and a half out from our wedding date. For us to book there the manager agreed upon many additional incentives so we signed the contract. The manager whom we booked with parted ways with the company 2 months before our wedding date. This created a major headache and we had to involve our attorney to review our contract as the director disagreed with what the manager had promised us. Luckily for us we had just everything in writing and they were forced to honor what was promised! This created a lot of drama between the director handling our event and us. She stated on May occasions how she was disgusted by her prior manager for costing the company so much money she was nasty at times to us as well!! The day of the wedding the server us the wrong desert and when I addressed it the director said well this is what we thought you ordered and at that point there was nothing that could be done. Several items on our buffet were not the same as what we had at the tasting either but again at that point there was nothing they could do! In addition, guest who booked doubles 8 months prior were told they don't have any left. Some people with similar names had their rooms cancelled out on them as the hotel thought they were duplicates and then the night of the wedding half of our guest had NO heat! The were offered credits but cmon this is a wedding people travelled far and with over 30 rooms booked and a name like Hilton you expect quality and professionalism and trust me there were many times they fell short!

My husband and I had our wedding at the Hilton in April. The wedding itself was great and the food was delicious. The catering staff was fabulous and attended to our every need and the event staff got the tables decorated exactly how we wanted them. The catering team also accommodated all of our guests who had allergies. Our package included a cake from Icing on the Cake in Newton and it looked great and tasted even better! That being said, the planning of the wedding with the hotel wedding coordinator and the process after the wedding was an absolute nightmare. Our wedding coordinator changed three times during our year of engagement. We loved our first wedding coordinator, Angela, and she was extremely organized. However, the wedding coordinator that worked with us at the end of the process was very nice but also extremely disorganized. The wedding coordinator also just seemed to want to sell things to you instead of giving you the wedding you want at a reasonable budget. She met with us a week before the wedding and enticed us to add some items to our contract (e.g. wine at the tables, appetizers) without telling us a price. She had my husband sign the contract with the new numbers the day before the wedding and over doubled the price of our contract. After the wedding, they sent the bill with the new additions and different numbers for the pricing of meals than was in our original contract. After at least a month of negotiating and bringing the hotel manager into the process we were able to negotiate and come to a reasonable price to pay for our wedding. At the end of it all, my husband and I felt completely taken advantage of and it was an extremely frustrating process. As I said previously the food was delicious and the actual wedding was fabulous but the process before and after was extremely frustrating.

I booked a wedding block here because of its proximity to my venue and lack of availability at other hotels. Let me tell you, this was truly the only thing that went HORRIBLY with my wedding. From lack of communication, to staff being rude and dismissive to me, I could not have had a worse experience. This is happening as we are bringing thousands in business to the hotel, by the way. If you are looking for a place to have a wedding block, save yourself and your guests the trouble and go literally anywhere else in the area.
