Lisa Blair at Hilton Bellevue was great with communicating with us in a timely manner with updates and answers to our questions. The venue was BEAUTIFUL. We rented the SkyView room and loved the chandeliers on the ceiling and enjoyed our ceremony and reception there. Lisa and her team did an amazing job with working with a last minute change in timing for when food gets served. Our ceremony was estimated to end within an hour but we ended about 15-20 minutes early. We also want to shout out Mel, Ron, and Earnie for serving us on our big day! You all did an amazing job! I can’t thank Lisa and Hilton for such an amazing job making our wedding reception perfect. Lisa and her crew went above and beyond to make sure that anything we needed they could accommodate. The night before the wedding we gad an issue with the floor wrap size and Lisa was up close to midnight helping me get things fixed. I can’t express how grateful I am and how grateful both families are. This wedding is still being talked about today from the service provided, hospitality of the hotel and the food/drinks. Open bar was amazing and handled professionally. The food was out of this world. The buffet was catered to our exact needs and people were left speechless. All of this couldn’t be done without Lisa’s leadership and organization. As well as Lisa’s staff who were so amazing and caring. One of the gentleman even worked in his birthday. Thank you so much for everything and everyone should look to do their weddings and celebrations with Lisa.Hilton Bellevue's reply:

Lisa was always there to help, assist and answer our questions with a smile. The food was amazing Chef Dinesh did a great job. Skyroom Ball is a perfect venue if you have guests under 250. The high ceilings and the chandelier adds to the lovely ambience of the venue. The whole experience was stress free and enjoyable both for our guests and us. Thanks to Lisa the Director of Catering and team at Hilton Bellevue. -

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa for my wedding reception, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her exceptional service. From the very beginning, her meticulous planning, dedication, and hard work were evident in every detail, making our wedding day absolutely perfect.
Despite the fact that we only had 45 days left until the event when I first approached them, Lisa went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the wedding was exactly as we envisioned. Her calm presence and professionalism made us feel at ease, even during the busiest moments. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to fully enjoy the day without a single worry.
A special mention goes to Chef Dinesh, who was able to make exceptional Pakistani food for us, on par with what I would find in Pakistan itself. He was able to accommodate all my requests, and our guests were thoroughly impressed with the quality, variety, and authenticity of the dishes.
Our family and friends haven't stopped raving about how beautifully everything came together, and it's all because of Lisa's incredible talent and effort. We will always remember and cherish how special she and the hotel made this milestone in our lives.
Thank you once again for making our wedding day unforgettable. I feel so lucky to have had you and would recommend you wholeheartedly to anyone. -

I had the pleasure of working with the Hilton Bellevue for my client’s wedding, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. I worked closely with Lisa, the event coordinator, for over a year leading up to the big day, and she was absolutely amazing. Lisa was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and ensure that everything was on track. She was such a tremendous help throughout the entire journey, and her expertise made the planning process much smoother. I can’t speak highly enough of her professionalism and kindness.
On the day of the wedding, which had around 275 guests, I was fortunate to have the support of an outstanding team at the Hilton. Mel (the banquet Captain), Andy (the Director of Banquets), and Ron (Banquet Staff) were all fantastic, stepping in at every moment to ensure everything ran smoothly. With so much going on, their willingness to help and their calm, professional demeanor were invaluable. Even though I may have been wound up as the wedding coordinator, they handled me and the event with grace and efficiency, never missing a beat. Their attention to detail and readiness to assist made a world of difference.
I had a lot on my plate that day, but thanks to Lisa’s detailed planning and the support from Mel, Andy, and Ron, everything came together beautifully. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and I’m so grateful for their hard work. If you’re considering the Hilton Bellevue for your event, I highly recommend working with their amazing team. You’ll be in excellent hands! -

Hilton Bellevue was an amazing location to hold our wedding. Can't thank the staff enough either! They did so much to make the entire day perfect. The service, attention to detail and professionalism was top notch. Lisa, our event manager at Hilton was so great to work with; she listened to what we were looking for and delivered exceptionally too. Our event held just over 200 people and it worked perfectly. The food was great as well. We couldn't have been happier with the service. Well worth the money spent and would highly recommend this venue to anyone couple is looking for one!Hilton Bellevue's reply:

The wedding we asked for
Lisa coordinated our beautiful wedding Sept 23, and we couldn't have been happier with our day. From the first time we visited the Hilton, we really loved the aesthetic and the dining experience and thought it may be a good place for our wedding. Lisa knows her stuff inside and out, coordinating with vendors, offering help wherever we needed it, and accommodating any request we had. She helped us with the little details we didn't know we needed, and made the process so seamless that all we had to do on the day of was show up and have a great time. The Hilton Staff were exceptional in their service, and the dinner was fantastic. The Chef made special dishes for us on request, and they turned out amazing. We got a ton of positive feed back from all of our guests. It felt like the best wedding ever!
*I would recommend asking for 2+ mirrors in the get ready room, especially for the bride. My bridesmaids couldn’t do their makeup and get ready in the same room as me and that was a little bit of a bummer!Hilton Bellevue's reply:

Great Team ! Great Food!
I can't thank Hilton Bellevue especially Lisa and Chef Dinesh, enough for their support for my wedding !!! Right from co-ordinating to understanding my requirements to delivering the best service, Lisa is very experienced and Hilton Bellevue is well equipped for such special events.
Chef Dinesh served us the Indian food that made the wedding even more memorable for our guests (We still get compliments for food)! Lisa was always just a phone call/ email away. Their entire team that worked on the floor was highly professional too. Extremely satisfied with the service and their hospitality, overall.Hilton Bellevue's reply:

Good place for great memories.
My oh my! I had my wedding on 5/28/22 and from the start to the end of the planning process we were happy. Coming from Africa our delicacies are a little different but boy did we have fun pre-cooking with chef Erick G. And boy did he outdo himself on the wedding day too. Great food, and I mean great! shout out to the entire kitchen team!! My people are still talking about it! It doesn't matter where you come from, Erick just won't disappoint! A big thanks to the Chef, he is just so kind and so so talented! Food presentation was on point (holding up my 2 fingers to show perfection)! including day of food tasting.
Lisa is another good one, dear reader, Lisa knows her job, hands down. I was at ease knowing she GOT IT!! she is patient and understanding and she knows how to calm you down when you're loosing it! oh and she's resourceful too, my decorator bailed on me last minute and boom! Lisa came to my rescue- fast! Superman got nothing on her. She coordinates very well with other vendors and I'm pretty sure she'd get along well with that stubborn uncle. Well before I write an entire blog, Hilton Hotel is a great place for your wedding. the staff is friendly, the food is yummy and depending on how you plan your wedding, the hotel has practically everything you need for your big day including great spots for photography and parking is plenteeee! Very convinient. I was a happy bride and we are a grateful couple for everything the team did to make our wedding memorable.

Lisa was great to work with my daughter's indian style wedding ceremony. She was simply fabulous, very responsive, highly reliable, customer focus, and simply was the main reason to have the wedding successfully completed. It was much better than expected due to Lisa's involvement. She was simply the key to a successful wedding event. I cannot express in words how happy we all were. My daughter was originally going to be married at the Monte Cristo Ballroom, but the owner closed its doors and absconded with our (and many other families') money, leaving us in a desperate situation to find a new venue at a reasonable price with little time to re-organize. We ended up getting so lucky when we found Lisa Blair at the Hilton Bellevue, who took matters into her capable hands and worked tirelessly to provide my daughter with her dream wedding. She matched us with talented vendors (especially David from Rented Elegance), who donated more time and effort than we were able to budget for, just to make sure the wedding was as lavish, sophisticated, and absolutely beautiful as it could possibly be for a price we could manage. So, if you are looking for a thoughtful, energetic person to lead you through this once-in-a-lifetime experience, call Lisa Blair at the Bellevue Hilton. This review is more for Lisa than the wedding venue since our wedding won't be until summer 2020. We initial met Lisa at another venue where it was too small in capacity and coincidently, we found this bigger place and also with Lisa! We chose the Hilton because of her as we know she would take care of everything for us. Her professionalism, personality and flexibility helped us decide to do our wedding here.
