Everything was perfect and the staff was very helpful and well organized

Karen and Lisa helped us book our stay for our entire wedding and help us plan a traditional pre wedding celebration at the hotel. Everything turned out great and they were both amazing throughout the entire process. We got a great deal on our rooms and all of our guests were extremely happy with everything.

Karin is really well aware of what ethnic wedding requirements are. She painstakingly worked with team members to create memorable event for us. Thank you Hilton team. Highly recommend

We used the Hilton BWI as our wedding hotel. It was amazing! Lisa helped us plan all the transportation for a guests. We also had bags for each of our guest and the staff behind the desk were wonderful at handing them out! As the bride and groom we received an amazing room and top notch service. They kept the bar open a bit later for our group and we had a blast. Thanks so much for making my wedding night an easy smooth night!

We worked with Lisa in Sales to book our wedding block of rooms. Lisa took care of every detail and was wonderful to work with. Rooms were great, price very reasonable and complimentary daily brunch an added bonus! Bar was a nice place to hang out. Free shuttle service to/from reception venue and airport was definately what sold us on the hotel. Thanks to Lisa B. for making sure our guests were all taken care of.

We had an outstanding wedding reception at the Hilton BWI Airport Hotel. The staff was outstanding to work with and they made the process painless. They took care of everything so we didn't need to stress as the wedding approached.

On the day of the event, the Banquet Captain and all the staff did an excellent job of making sure the we and all our guests were taken care of. The food for the reception is some of the best I have ever eaten, especially for a large group!

We had our sangeet (song and dance night) at the Hilton BWI. The ambiance was excellent! We had a room block with them and the only reason I took 1 point off is that some of our guests had a difficult time with the room block and we had to make sure all of them were included. Other than that Sandy and Lisa were a great help and made our event go very smoothly!

The Hilton BWI is a very nice place to have your reception. The staff was very professional and the food was amazing! Our guests were very pleased with everything.

The Hotel was very nice and professional in assisting me and my wedding guests with our reservations. They provided quick responses with any question or concern that we had. The complementary breakfast for us was very delicious.

We really liked the venue, the hotel, the rooms, and the location was very convenient to the airport. They were pretty flexible on our food choices, when we could start, and tried to accommodate most of our requests when working with the wedding planner. However, on the day of the wedding, there was a lot of disorganization and mistakes. there were a few small mistakes that we can overlook as the day went pretty well. The ballroom was beautiful, and everybody had a good time, but there are a few things that shouldn't happen at a wedding:
1. They forgot to add the 2 sides to 1/3 of our meals (vegetarian). The meat meals had 2 crabcakes as the main dish, and 2 nice sides to go with it. The vegetarian meals only had the main dish, which was nowhere near enough food. We were told that since the vegetarian meals are made with vegetables, they do not get the side of vegetables and the side of potatoes...are you kidding me?! After the wedding they agreed that they were wrong and gave us a small discount (about 10% off the vegetarian meals), but not enough to make up for the error.
2. We specifically asked for the desserts to be served in the ballroom. Instead, a few tables were served with cake, and the rest was served outside the ballroom far away from sight, Many people did not even know there was cake, and therefore, over half of our expensive wedding cake was never even served, and a lot of the cake that was put out was thrown away. I really don't understand why they couldn't at least put the desserts right outside the ballroom. Also, there were no forks with each slice of cake.

Other than that the day was a success, and luckily me and my bride didn't find out about the major mistakes on the day of the wedding, and we had a lot of fun. I would recommend this venue as long as you make sure that everything you want is clear and written down (don't just take their word for it), and that you specifically lay out how and where you want the cake.

Absolutely terrible!! We reserved 60 rooms for our wedding weekend and had a miserable experience.
Our guests were told the block was full even though it wasn't. They gave out my personal cell number and told guests to call me for reservation info!!! CRAZY!! Many of our guests book elsewhere after being told there were no rooms.
The parking lot was completely full when our guests returned from the wedding and the staff did nothing to help.
They didn't give out our welcome gift bags which we spent a lot of time and money on.
The Sunday brunch was understaffed. We waited over an hour for coffee and had to share the limited clean forks available.
AVOID!!!
