I can't say enough good things about Hillary and her team. She was by far the most responsive/quickest to respond of all of our vendors, and as a Type A person myself, I SO appreciated how organized Hillary was about every single detail; it really put my mind at ease so that I could focus on being present!
Kate did my wedding makeup in addition to my mom, MIL, and MOH and everyone looked STUNNING. We all got compliments all night long and Kate struck the perfect balance of enhancing all of our natural features without the makeup being too much (as seems to be the concern of everyone lol). The makeup photographed BEAUTIFULLY AND looked amazing in person, which is what I really wanted. I've never seen my mom look more gorgeous!! I felt amazing in my makeup and I'm so happy with how it turned out. Not to mention, Kate is an absolute hoot, so warm and kind and hilarious, I think she could put anyone's pre-wedding jitters at ease. I like to refer to her as my "makeup fairy godmother". She was amazing during my trial as well and completely nailed the look I was going for on the first try!!
Ashley did my hair for my wedding day, plus TWO different trials, because I am incredibly indecisive and couldn't decide on what hairstyle I wanted. Ashley is a true professional, so incredibly talented, and SO efficient!! It blew my mind how she could whip up these incredible hairstyles in such a short amount of time! She also did my MOH's hair for my wedding day, and I was obsessed with how it turned out!!
You will NOT regret hiring Hillary and her team for your big day; they are so professional and talented at what they do, and it truly does feel like a luxury experience from start to finish. I will hands-down be hiring them for any other big event or photoshoot that I have in the future. Love these gals!!! xoxo -

Hillary, Rheanna, Ashley, and Kelsey were AMAZING! Hillary was easy to communicate with from the minute I inquired about my wedding to the day of. She was professional, friendly, and SO organized. Hillary was amazing to work with! She was incredibly responsive right off the bat and throughout the entire process. She and her team are so organized and provided me with some great prep information before the big day. Neither myself nor my bridesmaids typically wear much makeup and Hillary made sure to make us feel as natural as possible. I was so happy with how my hair and makeup held up all day and all night. Professional and Prepared
Plain and simple, I do not wear makeup. Hillary created a beautiful and natural look that ensured I still looked like myself. The products she used felt great on my face and never felt like it was globbed on me. Hillary says the only reason she would ever miss a wedding was if she was dying. The night before my wedding, I got a text saying she was in the hospital and would not be able to do my makeup. Hillary had everything lined up and a back up plan in place. One of her team members, Makayla, would be filling in. Even in the hospital, Hillary was extremely professional and taking care of her things. Everything ran so smoothly and everyones make-up last all day, even in the rain! I cannot recommend Hillary and her team enough. -

SWFL look no further!!!! Hillary’s work is simply incredible. I was so impressed with her trial run, I hired her for my rehearsal dinner as well! She made us all look and feel so beautiful. My bridesmaids were in awe of her work. The process of booking, organizing, and planning was precise and simple, and if I needed anything she was there. Wedding day was breeze, and she nailed ever look given to her. She comes HIGHLY recommended out of Vermont and this snow bird artist has not seen the last of me for her services! -

Hillary is an incredible make-up artist. She is extremely talented and really listens to what her clients request. Neither myself nor my bridesmaids usually wear much makeup, and Hillary did an excellent job of making us all look gorgeous, but still like ourselves. She’s also incredibly organized- she has great prep materials for you to read and share with your bridesmaids and is extremely responsive to emails. She came highly recommended by my venue, and many of my other vendors who had worked weddings with her before also sung her praises. If you’re getting married in Vermont (or Florida!), hire Hillary as your MUA without a doubt. -

- My wedding was a dream come true and my vendors played a large part in that. Makeup & Hair artists are particularly important because they’re the first ones you interact with on the big day and set the tone. First of all, Hillary & Ashley are cool and chill. Second, they really nailed everyone’s look - my girls felt absolutely beautiful inside and out. Third, they are experts and not afraid to give educated advice (listen to them!). Fourth, touch up kit! Hillary provided this for me (the bride) to touch up through the day. Side note - I usually have to reapply under eye concealer but Hillary worked magic and I didn’t need to on the day of. As for leading up to the wedding, Hillary’s communication is fantastic - she responded in a super timely manner (and I had a lot of questions leading up!) and I really valued her professional knowledge and experience. A big thank you to Hillary & Ashley! -

Hillary was absolutely amazing to work with. She made myself and the seven others who got their makeup done on our wedding day feel like absolute queens. She is professional, sweet, proficient, and extremely talented. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and never once made me feel like I was a bother. She was easy to coordinate with and was flexible with our shortened getting ready timeline. Hillary created the perfect look for me at our trial run, so I had no worries come wedding day. She checked in regularly and sent out a wonderful pre-wedding prep sheet. I would not put my trust in anyone else, Hillary truly is the best! -

Hillary was amazing to work with! I was coming from out of state and she was so helpful with setting up my trial a couple months before my wedding to accommodate when I was going to be there. Her communication was excellent, whenever I had a question she would get back to me within a day or two. Even when my hair trial got cancelled she was quick to provide other options and reassure me about everything, she even had the hair stylist come 30 minutes early on the day of my wedding to make sure I had enough time to make tweaks if I wanted. The prep sheets that she sent throughout the process were so helpful as well! The day of the wedding went so smoothly. Her and Ashley showed up and immediately set up and started on the girls that were ready. We never felt rushed and the room they were getting us all ready in was so calm and fun! My bridesmaids, mom, mother in law and grandmother all couldn't stop raving about their makeup. Everyone felt beautiful and taken care of. I would hire Hillary a million times over. I loved my makeup and it lasted all night with no issues. She even gave me a touch up kit that I didn't even need since the makeup stayed so well. I would recommend Hillary and her team to everyone! -

Hillary is the best of the best! She and her team made me feel so gorgeous on my wedding day. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, asked questions and listened to what I was hoping for in my wedding look, and gave great guidance during my trial to make sure I felt gorgeous! On our wedding day, she was a great mix of friendly and efficient - we didn't feel rushed and she made us all feel so comfortable and beautiful! Hillary came highly recommended by a few vendors I had hired and I'm so glad they did because Hillary and Ashley blew me away. Communication was amazing and Ashley on her team even helped me out with recommending hair extensions. Hillary has defiantly put a lot of work into being professional with her branding and processes and it shows how much she cares about her business. The trial went great and I felt amazing. I did a "choreographed" dance of sorts with my dad and we practiced the night of my trial and my hair did fall out. I told Hillary and the day of the wedding Ashley put extra bobby pins in and it was so solid that it took 30 minutes just to take my hair down. We also did hair for most of my bridesmaids and my mom and makeup for all my bridesmaids, my mom and grooms mom and grandmother. My grandmother originally said she didn't want makeup but when she saw how great everyone looked she asked Hillary to touch up her eyes and without question Hillary helped her out. Everyone is stunning on their own but Hillary did such a great job giving us such a natural look but enhanced our look in so many great ways. My sister in law even asked if they would travel to NJ for her wedding next summer. I also want to touch on how much thought Ashley put into my hair style. I wore my mom’s old veil and altered it and had this vision of it being held on the side of a big bun with some maple leaf pins (in honor of me being Canadian). Ashley not only looked at my hair inspiration photos but at my inspiration of the veil and created a hairstyle that worked great to pull it off it was beautiful and worked great for my hairs texture and coloring. Everything looked AMAZING and I cant recommend Hillary and her team enough!!

Hillary is truly the most amazing, talented, and professional make up artist in Vermont (and beyond!). She did the makeup for myself and my bridal party at our wedding this past September. Ashley from her team did our hair and she was equally as amazing. All of the ladies in our party looked incredible, and our looks tied together so well. The morning of the wedding flowed so smoothly and they both brought great energy to the getting ready process! I was very impressed with Hillary's responsiveness and business sense leading up to the day. Our wedding was postponed an entire year and she was with us every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better experience with Hillary as my makeup artist! Right from the begining Hillary was responsive, helpful and helped me to determine what look I was going for on my wedding day. I was lucky to have Hillary do my makeup for both my engagement photos and for my wedding day and both times she did such an amazing and flawless job! All of my bridesmaids were thrilled with their makeup day of and Hillary made my mom look absolutely beautiful! She is so beyond talented and really knows hoe=w to highlight everyone's individual features. Truly she was my most responsive vendor and was always two steps ahead on planning, timelines and helpful tips. If you are considering working with Hillary for your wedding - do it! So impressed!
Where do I begin?? To start, you should 100% book Hillary Fay Studios! Hillary is a total pro, easy to work with (though secretly VERY organized and on top of it), and fun to be around. I booked Hillary for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding makeup. For my wedding day look, she perfectly captured what I was looking for: a natural look that still felt and looked like me. And then, for the rehearsal dinner, Hillary created a beautiful and entirely different makeup style that complimented my rehearsal dinner dress (which had a pop of red and gold buttons). So not only would I recommend booking her for your wedding, but ahead of your rehearsal dinner as well!
Finally, I received so many compliments on my hair. It was a HUGE part of my wedding day look, so I’m thankful Nicole with Hillary Fay Studios knocked it out of the park! -

Hillary was great through every step of the process. From the first email inquiring if she was available for my wedding to the end Hillary was super quick/responsive and professional. She is very detailed and organized and is super helpful with any questions you may have. She is communicative and as your day draws nearer she gives you tips and guidelines for what you can do up to the day and what is expected day of. As far as doing my makeup along with my bridesmaids- She is super talented and we all felt beautiful and classy. 20/10 recommend. -

I had found Hillary Fay while searching for makeup artists on Instagram for my wedding and followed her for a bit before deciding to book her and I am so glad I took the chance! I knew from following her posts that she took great pride in her work and I was not disappointed. Hillary is extremely responsive to emails and had great communication throughout the planning process. I had a trial with her before the wedding and she made sure to take time to explain the different products she was using and listened to the type of look that I was going for. She arrived early for our October wedding and helped make the morning run smoothly. She spent time with each person to listen to what they were looking for with their makeup for the day. Her work showed beautifully in photos and I truly could not have been happier with how everything turned out. I only wish she lived closer so I could have her do my makeup more often. Professional & so good at her job!
Hillary is professional and an incredible make-up artist! She was easy to work with throughout the year and made me feel at ease as someone who doesn't wear a ton of make-up. I can't say enough about Hillary - she was wonderful to work with and immensely talented! On my wedding day my sister (and bridesmaid) woke up with her eyes swollen shut from a product she used the night before. While she got allergy meds and cold compresses, Hillary had a cream on hand that also helped to get the swelling down. By ceremony time, you would never have known there was an issue. Hillary was on-time, professional, and fun to work with. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a beautiful - natural bridal look.

I grew up knowing Hillary so when looking for a MUA for my wedding to do me and my girls, it was a total no brainer! Following her on Facebook and Instagram allowed me to see her work and be sure I was making the correct decision.
She was very easy to get in touch with. I sent her photo examples of the look I was going for so she was aware of what I wanted. And she was constantly open to any questions I had for her.
Wedding day she was right on time meeting us, (WHICH when I told her where we were getting hair and makeup done, she wanted to be sure There was permission for her to work in the salon we were at) she talked to each girl individually before she applied any product to ask about allergies and what look was desired.
She was extremely professional, worked in an extremely timely manner and made us all look flawless!

I had a fantastic experience working with Hillary and her team for my wedding a couple weeks ago! Nicole and Kelsey styled hair for me, 8 bridesmaids, and 2 moms - and crushed it! Everyone's hair looked beautiful and the whole process was very smooth. It was easy to coordinate before and during the event to set everything up, and they made it simple to figure out where we all needed to be/when and what to do ahead of time. I also did a trial run with Nicole a couple months beforehand so felt totally comfortable going into the day & we worked out a couple questions that I was uncertain about (like whether my hair would hold enough of a curl!). Nicole and Kelsey super easy going, created a comfortable vibe for a fun getting-ready session, and did a great job catering to everyone's preferences. Would definitely recommend this team to others! -
