  HHWE brought my wedding dreams to life

  HHWE planned and executed the wedding of our dreams. The design boards brought my vision to life, and they provided the best advice and special touches. The team kept me relaxed throughout the entire planning process & calm on our wedding day. Hilary always went to bat for me and executed everything to perfection!!

  Hilary Hamer - experienced wedding planner

  Hilary was recommended to us by a friend. She helped us throw an absolutely beautiful wedding in Santa Barbara. She was extremely detailed oriented, and helped us navigate the entire wedding process. I would definitely recommend her services for someone requiring a wedding planner with extensive knowledge on Southern California weddings.

  Hiring Hilary and her team for our wedding was the best decision we made. She and her team were extremely organized, thoughtful, and really took the time to bring our dream wedding to life.
  From putting together vision boards, status reports, and helping us choose our menu, Hilary ensured no detail was looked over. She also has connections to the best vendors in Southern California, which truly made our wedding perfect and within budget.
  With Hilary's planning, the day-of coordination of our wedding went so smoothly and made it so our families could relax and enjoy. I couldn't have planned our dream wedding without her!

  Mother of the Bride

  I have 3 daughters and I was fortunate enough (and smart enough) to have Hilary Hamer Wedding and Events for all 3 weddings.
  2 weddings were 11 months apart. On different coasts.
  Hilary and her team worked all the weddings beautifully,each daughter getting the wedding of their dreams.
  Hilary has impeccable organizational skills.
  She works tirelessly to achieve the wedding the bride and groom envision.
  Her connections and communication with vendors is a lifesaver and money saver.
  Whenever we had questions,Hilary and team were available.

  Exquisite Wedding experience!

  So happy I chose them to organize and plan our wedding. They stayed on budget, gave us so many choices and suggestions for parts of our wedding day and the staff was professional and thorough on the day of. I never gave a moments thought to all the details. They handled everything beautifully.
  They provided access to many suppliers I would have never found on my own and Hillary’s vision board really brought it all into a clear picture! Can’t imagine this having gone any better. I had a huge issue with the wedding cake - it was not decorated as promised - and Hilary took it away and by the time it appeared on the table it was a perfect rendition of my vision. I still don’t know how she pulled that off.
  We were happy with every aspect of this once in a lifetime experience!

  Hillary and her staff were very professional, easy to work with and have impeccable taste for design.
  Execution on the day of the wedding went seamlessly and my guests have discribed that it was the most beautiful wedding that they have ever attended. You will not be disappointed!!!

  Working with Hilary and her team was so enjoyable- they are so organized and helped us ensure we had the wedding weekend of our dreams. From the rehearsal dinner through the farewell brunch we could not have hoped for more. Our wedding was the best day because of all they did to make it perfect.

  Planning a wedding with Hilary Hamer was a dream. She understood everything I wanted and didn’t want, I got to be as involved in some aspects and uninvolved on others as I wished. The most organized, time efficient and fun process I could have imagined. Every idea she has was amazing!

  First Class Sherpa!

  It's all about experience. Ours with Hilary was incredible. From the first meeting and review of vision, we were instantly comfortable that she would be our Sherpa to guide us through the complex and emotional process of planning the most important event yet. We wanted a first-class event for 170 people..no problem! Hilary found deals for us with vendors that went above and beyond within our budget. She personally spoke with vendors to ensure we were getting value for a fair price, and that things would go smoothly. She created and helped managed a budget and timelines; minding every detail. She interfaced with family, helping avoid the inevitable arguments. Her integrity, business experience, reliability, and design acumen made our weekend go off without a hitch. She was flexible and personally vested in every detail of our wedding. She genuinely wanted the weekend to be unforgettable for all. In short, Hilary found a way to create a first-class event, helping us select each item for each event within our 4-day wedding weekend. I received many compliments about her from family and guests. I recommended her to other Brides. Not surprisingly, they called me to thank me and shared glowing remarks. Hilary and her team will deliver a highly personal, first class experience.

  Our dream wedding

  Hilary and team were outstanding! Hilary made our dream wedding come to life and without her, her vendors, her team and her knowledge of the wedding industry it wouldn’t have been possible. We had a 300 person wedding in my parents backyard. We built a ballroom on the lawn!! The process was so easy and not stressful all because of the HHWE team. Not only did they do our wedding but also our engagement party, showers, and rehearsal dinner. They can do it all! Their attention to detail, professionalism, and style is unmatched. I’ve also attended several other weddings and events the team has done and they are always amazing! Highly recommend!
