  My husband and I had a great experience with Hilary!! I can be a bit camera shy but from the time we first met with Hilary, I felt so comfortable with her. As others have said, she is very professional and a bit of a ninja at getting great shots while always seeming to be out of the way. She really does love what she does and you can tell. We appreciated that the day of timeline and pictures we wanted were all discussed before the wedding and we didn't have to worry about any of it that day. It felt great that she seemed to be as excited to see how our wedding pictures turned out as we were! We liked that the packages included rights to our pictures and the turn around time for receiving them was very short. We like that the photo book is also included and seem to be good quality (we got our pictures back but need to pick the shots for our book still!). I appreciate that she was very open and honest about how much time we should book her for based our needs. The quality of the photos is wonderful, I can not express how much we love our wedding photos!! Everyone who has seen them has stated they are phenomenal! We would absolutely recommend Hilary and are so very thankful she was recommended to us.

  Hilary was everything that I could have ever wanted from a photographer. My husband and I generally do not like to have our pictures taken, and so we viewed wedding photography as a necessary evil, rather than something to be enjoyed. We chose Hilary because her packages included the most value for the money (including the rights to the wedding photos after the event), and because after seeing her sample photos we felt that she was able to capture the emotions of an event, rather than just the faces. She exceeded our expectations during the planning leading up to the wedding, on the day of, and afterwards. She was always prompt in responding to inquiries, and was extremely helpful in choosing suitable photograph locations, and setting out the timing for the day. On our wedding day, Hilary made sure that we enjoyed ourselves. Rather than feeling like a job that must be endured, she made both my husband and I enjoy the process of having our pictures taken. Our wedding party and parents were all pleased with how friendly and fun she was, and several guests commented that, while she seemed to be everywhere at the reception, she was very unobtrusive. Finally, I cannot stress enough how much we love the pictures that she took of our wedding. These are the memories that we will have forever, and they turned out stunning. If I had a friend getting married, I would insist that she use Hilary as her wedding photographer. I can't imagine that anybody could do a better job!

  Hilary is a kind, compassionate, and creative person. She truly cares about your wedding day and you can tell she loves what she does. She was a fly on the wall on our big day and we received beautiful "in the moment" pictures as a result! We absolutely love our coffee table book wedding album. I have recommended her to friends and family! Hilary will not disappoint :)

  Hilary went above and beyond my expectations for a wedding photographer. She promptly replied to all of my emails and phone calls. She was willing to discuss any questions I had regarding the entire process. She even helped me with other details of planning my wedding, which was immensely helpful. What I really appreciated is that she was genuinely excited for my wedding. She even showed up early on the day of my wedding and helped me get into my dress. I highly recommend Hilary's services to anyone that wants a talented photographer who really cares about her clients and the work she produces.

  I don't know where to begin. Hilary was amazing in many ways. So, to break it down.

  Hilary was prepared and professional. We liked how she explained her process of capturing the day. Her samples books gave great examples of what we could expect. Plus her warm personality created an instant comfort ability.
  
  Pre-Wedding:
  We were impressed with the pre wedding day preparations. We were asked to prepare a list of any posed photos we might want (which was nice since on your wedding day you don’t want to have to worry about forgetting those once in a lifetime shots). We were also asked to provide an itinerary of the wedding day so Hilary could be ready to capture everything. Which she did, looking back there is not one moment I can think of that was missed.
  
  The Wedding Day:
  The best compliment I can give, was that after the pre ceremony photos, I don’t remember seeing Hilary throughout the day EXCEPT when I wanted to. She was right there every time we wanted a picture taken. Even the guests commented on how stealth Hilary was. Somehow she captured the entire ceremony from every angle and was never in the guests view. I don’t know how she did it, maybe she’s some sort of photo ninja.
  
  The PHOTOS:
  Alright this is the reason you hire a photographer right? Hilary’s talent is beyond measure. She told the story of the day and of us. Capturing glances between my wife and I that others may not even have seen. Every time I look through the photos I am more impressed and overjoyed. All of the moments come flooding back as if it just happened yesterday. We received our album two days ago and it is even more impressive than online. I’ve had a few friends comment that they wish their photographer could have told their story the way Hilary told ours.
  
  If we had to do it all over again there is no doubt that we would use Hilary.

She had books and other visuals to show us her vision and talent. We knew we didn't want just staged pictures but in the moment shots that you can't pose for (and yes a few posed ones!). Hilary was able to give us our wedding over and over, every happy moment, every joyous smile, and all the love that filled our day. She did all of that and we didn't even know she was there! She was however there through every step from day one and still is, she was supportive, and really took her time with us. We are forever grateful to Hilary for preserving our wedding and being such an amazing member of our wedding team. Just meet Hilary and you will understand what we mean! Thank you Hilary!

  Hilary was GREAT!!! She works with her husband, which makes for an awesome team. We were so excited to find a photographer that made us so comfortable that we were able to be ourselves...which made for AWESOME pictures! We would hire them again, hands down.
