The best day ever!!!

We had the very best experience! Our wedding day was as perfect as it could be. The venue was perfect and SO beautiful, but more importantly, the coordinators literally were the most amazing people. They made sure everything was absolutely perfect! They worked with us to make sure all of our special things were implemented and the day went so smoothly. We got so many compliments on how organized it all was and how it flowed so perfectly! This is due to the coordinators. They worked so hard and made us feel so special! We didnt have to worry about anything because we had so much confidence in them and their plans for the day! They listened well, they were trustworthy and did what they said they would do. Our wedding day was the perfect day and that is because we had this venue with these people!! There is literally no better venue to get married at. One, you are in the most beautiful place. But two, you have the best team who is dedicated to making your day the most wonderful day of your life. They are incredible! I will always remember the kindness, hard work and patience that our coordinators had with us as we got married! These are the best people. This is the best venue!!

The Perfect Elopement

Hightower Falls is amazing, we couldn’t have picked a better venue for our wedding elopement. It is absolutely breathtaking. We wanted an elegant private ceremony and that’s exactly what we received. Elizabeth and Kelcie are the best. Thank you for making our wedding day special.

Wedding of my dreams

My experience was great. The communication with the vendors and everyone involved was great. From the time of our arrival to the end of the wedding I didn't have to worry about anything. Couldn't Be Happier!!

I don't even know where to start with how wonderful the staff at HighTower Falls made our wedding! The venue alone is stunning, but Tabitha was there every step of the way to ensure our special day was perfect. She went above and beyond for everyone involved!! From checking on us multiple times leading up to our big day, to calming us down and making sure we had everything we needed the day of. Two days before our big day she texted me a beautiful picture of how gorgeous the ceremony spot looked 🥹 just little details like that meant so much ❤️ She was on top of checking the weather and had plans for whatever happened. She also talked me out of a few things I thought I wanted, and she was absolutely right!! Tabitha knows her stuff!! And when I had forgot the metallic markers for our signature book, she somehow found white markers and saved the day!!! Just such a kind-hearted person who truly cares about every single wedding she works on and every single person involved. Also Kelcie, she was there day one with us explaining the packages and gave us a tour. She answered all our many emails quickly and kindly with the best advice. She was able to help me with any questions we had and lead us in the right direction. She was also our photographer!! The sneak peek pics I got so far look amazing 😊 I am going to write a whole other review on K.N.A. Photo Studios and how wonderful and easy she made our picture process. This venue has everything you need in one location, from a few beautiful spots on the property for the ceremony, to the beautiful reception barn located on the same property. They make it incredibly easy to choose all the right vendors. Each package has a few different ones to choose from so you don't have to hunt for vendors yourself, which was so nice for us because we didn't know where to start haha. Elizabeth the owner is really sweet as well and was there the day of to help out and also helped us through email when we needed her.
From the second I found them on The Knot, to the consolation, to our wedding day, the Hightower Team was there every step of the way and I just couldn't be more thankful for them and thankful we chose to have our wedding and reception there!!

Wonderful team!

Tabitha and Kelcie were fantastic! They did a great job helping our vision come to life. It was hard for us to manage any details since we lived two hours away, but Tabitha made sure we had peace of mind. Both girls were great making sure our day went smoothly.

Very helpful and understanding.

Brides can be extra …admit it ladies. These guys were so kind to me and I only bought the elopement package. They answered all my questions let me come by a visit the venue many times. I used their photographer and I got so much bang for my buck. This place is so beautiful the pictures you see don’t do it justice. I have zero regrets about having my wedding at Hightower Falls.

Our Wedding Was Unforgettable

Our wedding was wonderful and was very well planned and executed by the Hightower Falls team. With special recognition to both Kelcie and Tabitha for coordination and day-of execution both were a joy to work with. The venue is gorgeous and the day of, both Tabitha and Elizabeth did a wonderful job of orchestrating the behind-the-scenes events seamlessly. I will be recommending this venue again and again for their attention to detail and flexibility when it came to our wedding details!

Perfect and work to create your vision

I am so happy I chose Hightower Falls. My guests complemented it a lot both during and the weeks after. Their all inclusive package made it so I could afford a much more beautiful wedding than I could have afforded otherwise. I enjoyed working with Hightowers' people and their approved vendors. Everything went smoothly. I worked with Kelsey and Tabitha from Hightower. The DJ did a good job, I can't remember his name. Danielle and Suzanne were my photographers and I love their pictures. They've got a decent selection of decorations to give different vibes. If you want a practically stress free wedding that is beautiful I highly recommend them. They also work on improving their facilities.

Hightower Falls

Kevin knew of this location and took me to the venue beginning of March 2023. We looked at the grounds and it was so beautiful. I fell in love. Tabitha gave me a card to contact Elizabeth. I emailed Elizabeth about getting a pamphlet for services. We got an appointment with Kelcie who helped us plan everything out, Our budget for everything and how the wedding would go. We managed to plan everything and pay everything off before the time payments were due. We invited 50 people but only half showed and it didn't matter to us. The ceremony was magic like a fairytale and the reception was beautiful. Every moment was worth everything. The stress. The hard work. The tears. Kevin and I will forever remember this magical opportunity. We are forever grateful 🙏

The most beautiful venue

We had the MOST PERFECT day at Hightower Falls! The venue is so beautiful, the accommodations are very nice, the Team and extended Vendor team were GREAT. I never thought I was building my dream wedding at 46 Years old and my first time marrying but it turned into a Dream come true! We got tons of compliments and most guests changed their profile pics to their families at the Falls. My uncle said he was excited we got a venue that he could frame several pictures he took. Everyone had a delicious meal and a fun night of dancing and laughs. I do not regret anything. ~ Kim

Wonderful Waterfall Wedding

My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with our waterfall wedding! It was the perfect day and the perfect venue. Elizabeth and all of the Hightower Falls staff are amazing. Fantastic Venue!

Hightower Falls is an amazing venue for a wedding! We had a small wedding (50ish people) and could not have asked for a better place. The staff were wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process and especially on the big day. We would highly recommend this venue to any and all that want a beautiful outdoor setting for their wedding.

Love them!

First, the venue is fabulous. The waterfall by itself is enough to sell the entire place. Second, you add in Kelcie as your coordinator and Tabitha, as the day of coordinator, and your set!! They both helped make the day absolutely magical. Every question I had the answered immediately, every concern I had was addressed, and they made my every last wish come true. Especially Tabitha—after meeting her, I told my then fiancé that, even though there was never a question about choosing this venue, if I had met her day 1, that would’ve sealed the deal. She was so sweet, so friendly, and you can tell she genuinely cared about us and making the day perfect. Cannot recommend this place or these people enough!!!!

Absolutely amazing!

If I could give Hightower Falls 10 stars I would!! They made the entire wedding process so easy from the start. I live in Florida and was trying to plan my wedding from a distance (sight unseen too, I didn’t have time to travel to check the venue out beforehand.) Elizabeth answered all of my questions and made the booking process so easy. From there I decided to go with their in-house photographer, Kelcie who was absolutely amazing! We picked the elopement package so it was extremely helpful to have someone who knows the property inside and out since we were on a tighter schedule. She also responded to my emails quickly, and kept me up to date with anything she needed from me in the months leading up to the day. When I first arrived Donna had set up our ceremony site, she was so sweet and made sure I liked the way it looked before the rest of my family arrived. We had beautiful weather that day and the venue was absolutely breathtaking. The waterfall was flowing, everything was green and flowers were blooming. My jaw dropped when I first walked around the building and it all came into view, it was gorgeous. I had made Kelcie a shot list and she made sure I got the poses I had on there, and made family photos a breeze! The only thing I would’ve done differently is picked a package with more time, so I could’ve taken the beauty in longer before family arrived. I would recommend this venue to anyone, even if you’re wedding planning from a distance. Thank you ladies so much for making my day so beautiful and easy!

Wonderful Day at Hightower Falls

From the day we chose Hightower Falls as our venue until we departed down a path of sparklers, Elizabeth and her staff made sure that our day was special and one to remember for the rest of our lives. Ainsley kept us calm even when it started to rain an hour before the ceremony. When the rain stopped, the chairs were dried, the guests escorted to their seats, and we walked down the aisle. It was a beautiful day in a beautiful location.

Helpful, accommodating, professional

Everything from touring and deciding on the venue, to meeting with Elizabeth to decide details, to going through a pandemic and having to reschedule the wedding, to the day of was an amazing experience. All of the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Any questions we had were answered quickly and professionally and we never felt like we were being pushed in certain directions and that all decisions were truly ours. Even though we had hiccups on our end with having to reschedule due to the pandemic and still were unable to have our full wedding party attend due to COVID related issues, everyone was very accommodating with making sure the day was still perfect.

Absolutely Beautiful Venue!

I cannot say thank you enough to Hightower Falls for assisting me in achieving what was truly my dream wedding. The venue is a hidden gem located in Cedartown, Georgia which provided the most tranquil backdrop for my outdoor ceremony with its waterfall and absolutely gorgeous gristmill. I have been married for almost two weeks now and people are still talking about how gorgeous the venue was. The reception space was just as gorgeous. Though the venue is great, I was even more appreciative of the all -inclusive package which they provided. Through this package, I received wedding coordination and they provide vendors for DJ, catering, wedding cake, photography and floral services. This was a game changer for me as I wanted as little stress as possible being a Covid bride that was trying to work full-time and plan a wedding during a pandemic! Elizabeth was amazing throughout the process and answered every single exhausting question I had without making me feel like a bother. My day of coordinators (also came with the venue), Victoria and Ansley made sure my day ran smoothly and if there were any issues they made sure that I didn't have to deal with them! Hightower Falls made the process so easy that I would do it all over again!!!

Gorgeous venue!

This venue was beautiful! Elizabeth answered all of my questions and it was very easy to book with her! On site the day of, Donna was so helpful and even offered our guests a ride to the ceremony spot. The photos were exactly like the venue in person, absolutely breath taking! We traveled from out of state and booked without touring first and I am so glad we found Hightower Falls. The history was cool too 🙂

Wonderful Venue for any special event!

Elizabeth and her staff did an excellent job assisting, setting up and supporting my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party! The venue is wonderful, from the natural scenery to the beautiful decorations of your choice for either event hall. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Venue

I cannot express how amazing this venue truly is! The property is absolutely stunning, the staff is the best to work with, and they have cabins for guests to stay in! From the moment we googled venues and saw this one, we knew this is where we wanted to get married! They have a few options of ceremony sites and reception areas. They even provided an amazing list of vendors that helped us tremendously with the planning! In fact everyone we used, except makeup, was chosen from their list and everyone was amazing! I also love how many decorations they had that we could use! That helped take some pressure off of us! We also had several meetings with Elizabeth or Victoria which helped keep us on track with planning and again, take some pressure off of us! A huge thank you to everyone who works hard to make events so amazing!

Absolutely Perfect

I was recently married at Hightower Falls in Cedartown, GA. Not only was the venue like something straight out of a fairytale, the staff was just as amazing. Having a wedding out of state as we did (we are from south Florida) things can get a little nerve racking but Elizabeth made us feel at ease and answered any and all questions we had. Victoria and Savannah were absolutely wonderful the day of our wedding. We didnt have to worry about anything! I HIGHLY recommend Hightower Falls for any event!

Absolutely the most beautiful setting for a wedding!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful It is at Hightower Falls! From the breathtaking waterfall to the ruins of the Old Gristmill to the long wooden bridge over a stream, it’s like a Fairytale setting! Also, Elizabeth and Victoria were amazing! They met with us to find out exactly what we wanted, and took everything from there to make it a dream wedding for my daughter , all we had to do was show up and enjoy the day!!! Perfect venue for a perfect day!

Our wedding at hightower was amazing. Everything went off without a hitch and the team was very organized and professional. As a person that loathes planning of any kind, I chose hightower for the beautiful scenery and all inclusive package. Coordinator, DJ, and florist were all amazing. I spit-balled some ideas, sent a few pinterest pics and my jumbled thoughts and visions, and left it in their hands. I never felt a need to reach out to them in between, but I know they are all very responsive and accommodating to people that do. I just had trust in them from the beginning and wanted to enjoy my day without any stress. We even used their preferred caterer and one of their preferred photographers and couldn't be happier with all of it. All the vendors work together there like a well oiled machine and my flowers and decor came out exactly like I imagined. The venue lets you use anything they have available on site- which was basically everything I needed. They stayed organized and on schedule and know how to execute a perfect wedding day. I would recommended to anyone. 10/10. The only critical feedback I have would be that for the cost of the wedding, they should include the honeymoon cottage for the couple the night of as part of the package. We felt a little nickle-and-dimed by that for some reason. However, the cabins are a great addition and the pricing is fair for those and a neat option for guests to stay the night of. The only hiccup we had all night was that my family ordered a Lyft and they confirmed the pick up and never showed up (obviousky NOT the venue's problem) BUT the coordinators kept the gates open longer than the strictly posted 10pm to accommodate my stranded family so they could figure out an alternative, which was very nice. Our deposit was promptly returned the day after the wedding and Elizabeth is the most organized person I've met (which is what I needed,because I am not!) I would also suggest that Hightower looks into offering a tent option for rain (if they aren't already) We were sweating bullets the week of the wedding as we watched the forecast, there is no outdoor back up for rain. We had amazing weather but the next day it monsooned, so we are blessed on that note. Couldn't have asked for a better day and a smoother experience, and our guests have been raving that it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever seen. Go to the venue and see why you will fall in love with it just like we did!

Breathtaking Venue-Professional & Helpful Staff

Hightower Falls is a gorgeous venue. The property is astonishing, and the staff is wonderful as well. They were very accommodating with my family, and kept the process running smoothly and on time. If you're looking for a wedding/event venue, I recommend Hightower Falls 20/10! The wedding ceremony takes place right next to a beautiful waterfall and scenic site. The Coosa Hall was beautifully decorated for the reception, and the decorations were customized. Wonderful venue!

Spectacular!

Hightower Falls is not only an incredibly gorgeous venue, it has an amazing staff as well! Elizabeth was truly wonderful; she listened to what we wanted and delivered a perfect day! She connected us with the best photographer (Mandy Cantrell), the best florist (Rockmart Florist), the best caterer (The Steak House) and a great DJ! This venue is absolutely worth every penny. Everyone at my wedding said it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to because of the beauty of the venue and the kindness of all of the people who helped the day run smoothly. If you want a naturally beautiful setting and a group of excellent people to work with, I highly recommend Hightower Falls for your special day!

Dream wedding at Hightower Falls!

Hightower Falls was the best place we could have had our wedding! Not only is the venue beautiful outside with the gristmill lawn and the waterfall, but Coosa Hall was dazzling as well. My husband and I booked the all inclusive package which not only included flower arrangements and the DJ, but included a list of other suggested vendors as well. Elizabeth was very professional, easy to work with, and replied to my e-mails and questions very promptly. She even replied to me on Christmas Eve! The day of the wedding came and although Elizabeth couldn't be at the wedding, she had Victoria fill in her place. She was so attentive the entire day and evening. When I was in freak out mode, she was right there with a solution and a calm spirit. Victoria and Savannah helped with most of the set up and break down of the decorations. They even helped our crew load up some of our decorations that we brought in. We never got our hydrangeas from the ceremony brought in to the reception, so we just had several vases floating around the venue with water and white rocks. But, barely anyone noticed and the ceremony decorations were still a huge success. I couldn't have imagined the day going any better or more smoothly, and I know that wouldn't have happened if Victoria wasn't there. I highly recommend the venue and the services that Elizabeth offers. The DJ they partner with also threw us a great party at the reception. I heard so many people compliment Bradley throughout the night. Honestly I can say that I had my dream wedding at Hightower Falls!

Perfectly Magical!

I cannot even begin to note how many compliments I got for our wedding. My friends and family continuously say how beautiful the venue was, how friendly everyone was, and how magical it was.

Beyond this, I wanted to say thank you so much to Elizabeth, Victoria and Savannah. They truly are amazing and made our day perfect. It was exactly how we dreamed it!

During the planning process, Elizabeth was always there whenever I needed help. I thought getting everything together would be crazy, but it was a complete breeze with her there!

On the day of there were a couple moments where I got nervous, but Victoria and Savannah helped me with all questions and made me feel at ease. Definitely kept everything organized and relaxed!

The BEST wedding/event waterfall venue!

Elizabeth, Victoria and Ray did an absolutely FABULOUS job orchestrating and helping us plan our wedding. Elizabeth is extremely professional, personable and quick and helpful with her responses. We had a last minute flower/centerpiece change and she gave me wonderful alternatives to choose from, supported the change, AND held on to a previous event's flowers (from earlier in the weekend) instead of throwing them out to re-use for our aisle shepherd hooks. The waterfall, barn, and cottage were all absolutely beautiful, the set-up was organized, clean and rustic, and Victoria and Ray handled the day-of orchestrating perfectly! I cannot speak more highly of this venue! It is the BEST waterfall, cotton gin, rustic, barn wedding or event venue!

This venue is beyond awesome. It feels like home. The staff was amazing and so helpful. The price is affordable for what you're getting. We got married April 7 and it was a bit chilly but Victoria was so helpful! She kept us on track and was so patient with us. Highly recommend!

This venue is a hidden gem that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for that beautiful outdoor or rustic aesthetic. Elizabeth and her team were so helpful with everything from answering a million questions via email, setting up for the ceremony, and helping clean up after the reception. One of my favorite features here besides the obvious beauty of the grounds was the option to stay in the on site cabins. After the day was over it was so nice to just be able to wind down with some close friends.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous. We had to change the location of the ceremony due to rain but everything still went smoothly. Elizabeth and team made it easy to choose this AMAZING venue. We were so looking forward to our day! So, when our day (10/22) arrived. The ladies at Hightower Falls (Holly and Jessica) were AMAZING! There was a problem with all of our rental items arriving together( chargers and water glasses missing) so our coordinator had to come up with an alternative setup plan.(table set with dishes and wine glasses from the bar) Holly and Jessica dove right in and assisted our coordinator to make sure I wouldn't be too upset when I got to the reception site. Holly and Jessica went ABOVE AND BEYOND what they were contracted to do. When the rental items finally arrived during the wedding ceremony, Holly and Jessica assisted the rental company II trying to correct the setup to make it what they thought was the original plan. (placing chargers under dishes, removing wine glasses and replacing with water goblets). It was done before my guest arrived in the reception and was beautiful. I can say these 2 ladies helped save the day. Our guests found the venue as AMAZING as we did and fully understand why we made the choice.

My husband and I stumbled upon this little gem while searching for a venue that would be within our price range. This place is GORGEOUS and the staff is incredible. It was by far the most beautiful venue we had visited as well as the best value. We paid extra for a day-of coordinator and it was worth every penny since we got rained out and they set everything up for an indoor ceremony on the fly. Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a lovely place for a wedding, vow renewal or simply a classy party.

As a waterfall addict I knew as soon as I learned about Hightower Falls that this was the perfect venue for our Fall wedding! It's private and tranquil with the most beautiful scenery. There are few other venues where you can get married with a waterfall as a backdrop that don't involve your guests having to hike. Everyone was so impressed with the waterfall, grist mill and Coosa Hall, and I can't say enough positive things about this venue's staff. Elizabeth was amazing to work with leading up to the wedding. She was always so quick to respond and answer all of my questions. Victoria and Savannah made sure everything went so smoothly and perfect on the day of the wedding. They were so friendly, helpful, easy to work with and made sure I didn't have to stress about a thing that day. I highly recommend this venue for weddings and any kind of event!

We are from Cedartown and knew we wanted to use the beautiful waterfall venue that we have just in our backyard. It was absolutely perfect, even for a December wedding. Our ceremony was overlooking the waterfall and our reception was in the rustic Coosa Hall. Elizabeth was very easy to work with and would answer questions anytime, by email or phone. It was very reasonably priced for such a beautiful venue and it included chairs, tables, linens and lots of decorations to choose from if you wanted. The day of the wedding went very smoothly, thanks to Victoria! She took care of little details and was very attentive to the vendor and bridal party needs. I would highly recommend checking them out! You will fall in love as soon as you see it!

From the first time a friend told us about Hightower Falls, I was enchanted. When I contacted Elizabeth, she was kind and professional and kept a caring interest in our day from beginning to end. After our first visit, my husband and I were both in love with the atmosphere and knew it was perfect for our wedding. When my daughter got engaged the weekend before Thanksgiving we were over the moon with excitement but our excitement was tempered when she announced she wanted a “waterfall wedding.” I had never heard of that but I knew it meant we wouldn’t be having the wedding in Florida. Beaches we have, waterfalls not so much. Enter fate and my discovery of Hightower Falls. The venue is spectacular, with a gorgeous private water fall, the picturesque ruins of an old grist mill and two separate reception hall options. It is also surrounded by tree covered hills, green pastures and includes a dated but comfortable bridal cottage. The place is stunningly beautiful and sells itself the moment you lay eyes on it. But a successful wedding also requires proprietors who understand weddings and all that is involved in planning and carrying them out. Enter Elizabeth Walls, whose family has owned the venue for a number of years but who has only recently begun efforts to turn this gem into an even more popular wedding destination than it already is. She is easy to work with but definitely qualifies as a “steel magnolia.” That is appropriate when you consider the natural beauty she has been entrusted to protect. We found her accommodating and generous with the many additional available wedding necessities (tables, linens, chairs, etc…) that typically involve additional charges. As the father of the bride I can’t recommend Hightower Falls highly enough. It provided a stunning backdrop to the most important day in my daughter’s life thus far, and made for memories that will last a lifetime.

The staff at Hightower Falls created the most beautiful environment for my wedding. I actually cried when I saw everything set up. Elizabeth was wonderful with keeping in touch and easy to work with. Hightower Falls was my dream location! The waterfall is absolutely gorgeous, the mill looks like the ruins of a castle and made for amazing pictures. The bridge is picturesque. The cottage was just what we needed, a good size little home with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room area. I stayed there with my Maid of Honor the evening before the wedding, and it made for a great area to get ready on the day of. The outside ceremony area was perfect, with a great backdrop for pictures. The inside reception area served our needs very well. Joy, the site manager, helped with coordination and was always friendly and helpful. Friends who are getting married next year are seriously thinking of using this site, and I would love to go back for their wedding!

Hightower Falls provided me with a fairytale wedding, complete with horse and carriage!!! It is breathtakingly beautiful with the waterfalls and old mill ruins that are so neatly landscaped. I could not have asked for a better venue for my wedding. This place is absolutely gorgeous and extremely affordable. The only complaint I have is you only get 8 hours at the venue and have to purchase additional time. Other than that, Elizabeth is extremely responsive to all emails and Victoria, the day of coordinator, was on top of anything I needed. Plus, all the guests loooooved the venue. I keep hearing how amazingly beautiful this venue is. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

Hightower falls is beautiful and breathe taking very private. Elizabeth is very accommodating, flexible with your schedule, follows up with you on things, you ask her for something she will make it happen and even give you good advice on things like decorating and setting up and just general advice about the wedding since most people don't get married often and I had no clue on things. Elizabeth has been doing this for years with her parents. Victoria was awesome the day of the wedding she helped decorate, let us use some of the things that they had such as table cloths, flowers, center pieces for the tables which were very beautiful. Victoria made sure everyone knew when to walk, came to find me since i was away at a private cabin away from everyone and the stress when she had questions about the wedding like how I wanted things since it was my day and she even helped with our music and even sent some pictures of the wedding to me. I had some many compliments on Hightower falls and how I picked the perfect place to tie the knot. I could go on and on about how the staff and Hightower falls venue was. Money well spent. It is a very beautiful place to get married, birthday parties or even a family get together they have cottages on site as well as two places to choose from to have your reception or just eat and dance. You will not be disappointed if you choose Hightower falls. I will be coming back in the future to take photos it is just breath taking.

The venue

Every person who works here had a hand in helping my wedding be magnificent. Everything was perfect and they worked so hard to make sure we had what we wanted. This venue is all inclusive and you have a list of the different vendors to choose from. Everyone, excluding one person, was so easy to work with and so friendly. The only reason I’m giving this venue 4 stars on quality of service is because of the caterer that works at The Steakhouse. She was the one person that made things difficult throughout the planning process. She was great during our tasting, but after we gave her a deposit it’s like she was too busy to be able to respond within a reasonable time frame to my questions. She sent me a contract to sign but some of the information was wrong on it, which wasn’t a huge deal but I didn’t want to sign it until all the information was correct. After several texts and emails over around a week and a half, I had to contact the actual venue and have them reach out to her to get a response. She was also very condescending when answering any questions I had. After I had my final guest count and I sent the number to her I also told her about one of my guests dietary restrictions, she has Celiacs disease and needed to have her food be prepared separately. It was 8 days with no response before I text her again repeating my message and I asked if she was seeing my texts. She responded very rudely saying she didn’t know anything about the disease and as far as she knew my guest couldn’t have the rolls but everything else should be fine. She also said that I needed to take the time to educate her. Fast forward to the wedding, everything was perfect. The reception hall was beautiful and the coordinators (who deserve a raise for being so wonderful) worked so hard to make our vision a reality. The food was delicious and everyone was having a good time. I was mingling with my guests and the caterer approached me and asked for a tip, which to me was very unprofessional. Then when we proceeded to tell her all the issues we’ve had trying to communicate with her, she told us that what we said didn’t happen. Then when we told her we had text messages and emails to prove it did, her only response was that she was busy. If you chose this venue, you’ll be helped by so many amazing people. They answer any questions you have, their kind, their professional, and they respond within a timely manner. If I had to get married again I would choose this venue over and over again just to be able to work with the same venue staff. I just would not chose the same catering company.

A Destination Dream Wedding

When my daughter chose Hightower Falls for her wedding venue, I predicted many challenges for a destination wedding. From the first time we called to schedule a walk through, to the day of the wedding, the staff at Hightower supported us each step of the way.
Victoria and her helpers walked us through the venue and provided references for vendors in the area. Each vendor worked with the staff to schedule, drop off and pick up materials and supplies. From the DJ, to flowers, cakes and photos, every vendor demonstrated the same professionalism and courtesy as the staff at Hightower.
Although Hightower Falls has many weddings each year, Elizabeth and Victoria treated us as if the wedding was as special to them as it was to us.
We held the rehersal dinner on the site and the 65 friends and family hung out outside after dinner and sat under the trees, admiring the beautiful area. The entire wedding party were able to stay in the cabins so they didn't need to drive anywhere after busy day of eating and celebrating!
My daughter and her fiance were married in front of the breathtaking waterfall and then took pictures in the mill. The reception was held in the beautiful barn with gorgeous decorations, bright twinkling lights and sparklers to send them on their way. All of the 100 guests agreed the wedding at Hightower Falls was unique, beautiful and well worth the year of planning! Thank you to Elizabeth, Victoria, the two young ladies who assisted, and the driver of the golf carts.

Beautiful venue!

How can you beat a waterfall backdrop? This place is gorgeous and if nature/rustic/country chic is your vibe, this place is perfect! I got married there on 10.13.18 and everyone kept saying how beautiful the venue was. It is a bit out there, but worth the drive in my opinion. The staff is very responsive and easy to meet with, most of the decor is included (saved me a lottt of $ buying things I'd never need again), and they set up all of your tables/linens/ceremony space/their decor you choose to use prior to your arrival the day of. Coosa Hall was a perfect reception space for my 70 person wedding with plenty of room to move and a large dance floor. The AC helped cool us down for set up earlier in the day, and later the open flow through the barn doors allowed guests to enjoy the good weather. We stayed in the cute cottage on grounds for our wedding night which was super convenient. My only heads up to future brides would be to take note that 1 hour of clean up time is included in the time allotted for your rental of the property so factor that into the length of your reception (we had to pay for an additional hour), and that check out time if you stay on property is a bit early at 9am.

I fell in love with this venue the first time I saw it online and when I visited in-person, it did not disappoint. The communication between Elizabeth and Victoria (day-of coordinator) is excellent. We used the Coosa Hall which was a perfect reception site for us and our family and friends. Everyone was so taken aback by the natural beauty of the place that they were still mosey-ing around when ceremony was close to beginning and had to be ushered into their seats. At the reception, our plates were fixed for us and we (my husband and I) did not have to worry about anything. If you're looking for a beautiful place to get married with minimal additional decorations needed (for reception), this is your place! Everything was blooming in April when we got married and temp was perfect!

We knew as soon as we stepped onto Hightower's property that they would be our wedding venue. It's a beautiful piece of Heaven. Elizabeth worked hand in hand with us to make sure every detail was prepared. She was so gracious and accommodating every step of the way. We had our wedding in August and everything about it was beautiful. The only down fall was how hot it was. It helped a lot having water and fans for our guests and the breeze from the waterfall does help tremendously. They offer two reception halls (one with AC and another without) we had to pick the biggest one to accommodate our wedding of 200 and it did not have AC. It is open but was still hot during this time. Victoria was our day of contact for the wedding and she couldn't have been nicer and definitely went the extra mile to help make every moment beautiful. We definitely had our wedding on a budget and couldn't believe we could afford this beautiful escape. It was a drive for all our guests, but not one person complained after they saw how beautiful it was. It was a great time had by all. We are so grateful for the Hightower Falls team.

My husband and I really enjoyed the venue it was absolutely beautiful. We had our wedding in the fall and the colors and the view was breath taking. If I needed something or had a question I could always call or text Mrs. Joy and would receive a prompt response. She really helped us stay within our budget. We had a wonderful experience and our day was perfect I wish I could go back and do it all over again. Also, I used most of my own vendors and music but I know they will and would love to help provide information on their own vendors, ideas, music, and decorations.

Amazing!!!

I absolutely LOVED this place. Initially this was my number 1 choice but wasn't sure if it would be big enough, after another venue had to close because of the pandemic we were able to have a better idea of our guest count and realized we could fit! I got my Number 1 choice and it is BEAUTIFTUL!

Hightower Falls is a beautiful venue. There are different places to hold the ceremony and reception. The staff was very helpful and supportive as we set up, had the ceremony and reception and tore down. They had everything set up for us that morning and even waited till the rain stopped to set up the chairs for the ceremony.

My husband and I recently got married here at hightower falls. We really enjoyed it. The price was very reasonable and well worth it. The falls were absolutely breath taking. The barn was just the look we were going for. Ms. Joy was very helpful throughout the entire process. Anytime I had a question, she was very quick to respond and help any way possible. They were very helpful letting us use a lot of their décor such as linens, burlap runners, tables, mason jars. Anything they had that we could use, they were very happy to let us use at no extra charge. The only thing I would critique is the bridal suite It is very out dated and definitely needs some TLC. Other than that, my day was absolutely perfect and wish it wouldn't have went by so fast. Thank you guys for everything.

Pleasant. Whimsical and rustic venue.

Elizabeth was very nice and answered all of our questions. We loved the beautiful waterfall and ruins. We ended up not using this venue.

Kind but major disappointment in day-of professionalism

Somewhat understanding with covid postponement. They let us reschedule, and were overall as kind as they could be while trying to maximize their own profits. They were definitely less accommodating than all of our other vendors. Nice people running the weddings there, however there were some major mistakes on our wedding day that really made our ~10k full package seem absolutely not worth it.

-wedding coordinators handed off 2nd half of wedding to 2 new coordinators who absolutely did not know what they were doing. They let us know this would be happening the week of. Not what I paid for.
-misspelled MY (bride) name on the wedding sign in front of all of our guests. Also misspelled another word on a sign, which reflected very poorly. I felt embarrassed when so many of my guests said "oh my gosh did you know they spelled your name wrong??!?!"
-told father of the bride to meet in one place before the ceremony, then 2nd coordinator expected him to be in another. Poor communication that stressed me out and was very unprofessional while they scrambled to find him.
-Racial microaggression towards my bridesmaid. The coordinator was learning everyone's names, and refused to even TRY to pronounce her's because the 3 syllables seemed to hard. Everyone deserves to have their name pronounced correctly. They didn't even try. After my bridesmaid repeated her name twice, the coordinator aid "...ok but what can I call you?". I was disgusted and SO embarrassed that I subjected my bridesmaids to a place with such racial bias.

We chose the venue because of the beautiful waterfall, the scenery and the Barn that was being renovated for a reception site. It was everything we were looking for and the price was very fair. We were so excited to have our wedding and reception there! However, I can only recommend this venue with a HUGE DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately, Joy the site coordinator (SC) is not organized and I had complaints from guests, family and other vendors of her unprofessionalism. In fact when my photographer approached her and introduced himself by name and stated he was the photographer she rudely responded "I figured as much!" I also experienced several alarming issues over the 5 months of planning. I would write them all out but the site will only allow 2000 characters. Please look for other reviews b/c I will find a site that will allow me to post my 3 page experience. The venue itself is breathtaking and our pictures are beautiful; however, if we could do it again we would have paid THOUSANDS more dollars to use Barnsley Gardens, Indigo Falls or another equally as beautiful venue due to the disorganized and unprofessional site coordinator.
