I cannot stress enough how much we LOVED Highpointe Estate! From meeting with Dawson the first time we toured to even after the wedding when Katie is reaching out and helping me when she is out of the office. We used the all inclusive package for our wedding of about 50 and I did not stress a bit. They took care of the catering, cake, DJ, security, and floral (which is done by Highpointe themselves). Everything that I had asked for came to life with them. The vendors that they chose to work with were all amazing themselves. I never had to question where we were in the process of things. Everyone was quick to communicate with us. Katie took care of absolutely everything the day of the wedding. She made sure everyone was in the place they were meant to be and even when things got a little behind schedule, she did not worry and kept a smile on her face. They are so incredible that my family was raving about them after the wedding. If you are thinking about them for your wedding venue, please choose them. This is what they love to do and you can tell. They are simply the best!

We are so glad we had our wedding here. The staff are professional and great to work with, and the venue is so beautiful and spacious. They have many different options to make your day special for you and perfect.

All you have to do is go on a tour and you’re sold. I am so thankful this was the venue we became husband and wife! Such great ownership, staff and amenities! Can’t recommend enough!

We had our wedding in a traditional Indian style at HighPointe and had a great experience!

- Very accommodating with having an fire inside the chapel area and a baraat outside the venue on the dirt drive.
- They have fantastic indoor and outdoor areas for the ceremony, which makes adjusting for rain at the last minute very easy.
- No outside catering fee, which is great for keeping costs down on large Indian weddings!
- Deirdre and Dawson on the HPE staff were very helpful and really made the whole experience very smooth.

HighPointe Estate is absolutely beautiful!! Everything is all in one place which was nice - a gorgeous chapel, a patio with a view, a reception hall, etc. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and we could not agree more! Dawson and his staff were so great and easy to work with throughout the whole process as well.

We also used HighPointe Estate for our floral, design, and rentals. Dawson and his team knocked it out of the park with all of this as well. They were so great and easy to work with. Everything was absolutely beautiful. If you book at this venue, you should definitely also use them for floral. It makes things so much easier and they did such a great job!

HighPointe Estate was the absolute perfect venue for my wedding! I cannot say enough amazing things about Dawson, Michele, and the entire team out there. The have created a beautiful venue with indoor and outdoor space to create just the kind of wedding you're looking for. I needed indoor ceremony and indoor reception space for nearly 300 and HighPointe Estate is one of the only venues in town that fits that need! They offer in house florals and design that are incredible, and just make it so much easier for you on the day. We truly felt taken care of there and the team will go above and beyond to make your wedding perfect. I had such a stress free wedding day because this venue was created so intentionally and so well, and is the perfect place for your wedding!

This was the absolute most perfect place for our wedding. The level of class and sophistication this venue will bring to your wedding is unmatched. It's so beautiful naturally that we didn't have to do much for decor unless we wanted to. We received so many compliments for our choice of venue and our florals (which were also done by HighPointe's floral team). Our client liaison Katie went above and beyond to help answer all of our questions leading up to the big day and she was also there for setup to ensure our day went smoothly. Helen and Dawson in the floral department did such a wonderful job in bringing my dream to life for the decor for my ceremony and reception space. All the employees within this venue are top notch and so kind. We couldn't have been happier to have our wedding here and we cannot thank the team enough for helping make our day truly special.

Excitement was in the air as our daughter and her fiancé asked us to join them in the planning of their wedding. Top on the list was to find the perfect venue. In August of 2019, they came across HighPointe Estate which really piqued their interest with its online sketches of The Chapel, Gathering Room, Terrace, and Bride and Groom Suites..

We first met with Dawson and we were immediately captured by his passion and incredible vision for the venue. During the meeting, he shared his design boards with us with such delight. We were all immediately smitten with HighPointe Estate venue and Dawson, so much so that we booked the date within days.

It was such fun to witness the development of HighPointe and see Dawson and Leann's vision come to life. Just as Dawson promised, each space was “Thoughtfully designed. Artfully created.” We could not have been more delighted!

With each visit we made to put final details in place, Dawson and Michele always greeted us with smiles and eagerness to please. They were so professional and took such pride in seeking to make the wedding day fulfill every dream for the bride and groom. They arranged for us to meet with James, who helped us prepare for a lifestream and setup for wireless microphones. On numerous occasions, Dawson went above and beyond to add special touches to our daughter's bridal portrait session, as well as the reception.

We will be forever grateful to Dawson, Leann, Michele, and James for making this a day that dreams came true!

Where can I even start about how amazing my wedding was at HighPointe Estate. We signed whenever they were still building in 2019 but after one conversation with Dawson Clark and seeing his vision, I was sold. The wedding planning experience only got better from there (EVEN DURING A PANDEMIC)! Dawson and his team did everything to make my dream day come true and help me find the best vendors in Austin Area. I truly cannot imagine having had my wedding anywhere else but here. The spaces are all thought down to the tiniest of details; Hidden closet to store your things in the Bridal Suite, Grand Piano to play during the ceremony, beautiful wooden lockers in the grooms suite to be organized and more. Best of all, no matter what your style is, the whole venue is a beautiful masterpiece that will fit any theme you pick. You truly feel like you are working with the most professional and genuine people in the wedding industry. Dawson and his team are there for you every step of the way and want just as badly as you do for your day to go perfectly. I will forever cherish this venue for the rest of my life and am forever thankful to Dawson and his team for making me feel just like a princess and marry the love of my life.

I can't say enough good things about HighPointe Estate! I am so beyond thankful I chose them for our venue. HighPointe is absolutely picture perfect!! Not only is this venue absolutely gorgeous, but it is functional, flows well, and is staffed with the most knowledgeable team. If you are planning a wedding or special event you need to consider HighPointe Estate, you won't regret it!

The venue is breathtaking! Thanks to Dawson and his caring team, we had the perfect wedding! The layout and amenities are thoroughly thought out, and it definitely proves his slogan of “thoughtfully designed, artfully created” to be true. We couldn’t be happier with the success of our wedding! We’ll definitely be recommending them to all our friends and family.

I cannot say enough about Dawson and Highpointe Estate. We visited this venue when it was just studs and concrete, but Dawson's detailed vision of the venue was enough for us to book with him the day after our tour. Our trust in Dawson paid off as the venue was even better than he had originally described. From an objective standpoint, the venue had everything we could want: beautiful detail and design inside and out, thoughtful architecture in both the chapel and great hall, and amazing ambiance nestled in the 40+ acres of Liberty Hill.

Just as important, though, was how great Dawson was to work with. We were one of the couples affected by COVID, and thus had to postpone our wedding. What started as a 7-month planning process quickly turned into an 18-month planning process, and the support we received from Highpointe throughout the process quite simply restored our faith in humanity. No matter how long it had been since we were able to speak with the venue about plans or visit the venue for logistical reasons, Dawson was right there to greet us by our first names as if we had known him our entire lives. He and his team do a fantastic job at making you feel like you're the only wedding on their mind, and it builds a positive relationship that makes you wish you could formally invite the entire team to the wedding itself!

Highpointe Estate, located in Liberty Hill, TX, won’t be a hidden gem for long! We held our daughter’s wedding there in October of 2020. Every detail was perfect, from the very moment we signed the agreement in March.

Dawson and his team walked us through each anticipated stage and helped us understand various wedding logistics, timelines, vendors, etc.

We chose to hold the ceremony in their chapel at 5pm. Then our guests enjoyed a lovely cocktail hour on their expansive covered patio overlooking the breathtaking views of the property. Next was a full reception with dinner service located in their grand hall. And oh, it grand indeed!

As a new business having launched in January of 2020, it has been wonderful to witness their perseverance, 5-star customer service and professionalism. After adapting to every government mandate and all the new protocols in March/April of 2020, having developed even more of their own safety measures that went above and beyond what was deemed necessary, they have been successfully operating all the way through the pandemic when other venues closed their doors for good. Why? Or how? Because the folks at Highpointe Estate wouldn’t accept any other reality. It is my pleasure to offer a 5 start review in every category.

Love this venue and love the owner. We met with Dawson when there were only composite drawings, a slab of concrete and a dream. We booked our wedding right after that first meeting. We bought in because we trusted Dawson’s vision. The venue turned out to be even MORE beautiful than the drawings. I have no regret booking this venue for my wedding. Due to COVID19 we shifted from a wedding of over 200 people and downsized to 35 guests. The staff was helpful in figuring out how to make my dream of a big wedding with few people still come to reality. My wedding, 9/19/2020, was amazing. The photos from this venue came out spectacular. LOVED this venue. Book it today!

Dawson did the flowers for our daughters wedding as Highpoite Estates was not completed at the time of her wedding. Dawson was a great listener and captured every last detail of what our daughter wanted in her dream wedding. He was so flexible with each change she made along the way. i would highly recommend him to do any floral needs for ANY event!

Dawson has a wonderful talent for designing. All you have to do is tell him your colors and a few pictures of your ideas......he will run with the rest and will make your wedding the most magical day ever!

We got married at HighPointe Estate in April and I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience there. Dawson and Leanne went above and beyond to help make our day incredible. Professional in every way, kind and caring. They truly want your day to be exactly as you envision it. We got married in the Moonlight Bungalow and it was magical. Beautiful garden area and the bungalow is perfection. HighPointe did all of our flowers too and they were absolutely lovely. You will not have to worry about a thing, relax and enjoy, and know everything will be taken care of.

A charming, cozy space, the Moonlight Bungalow was the perfect choice for our recent wedding. Guests were in awe of the details and history of the bungalow and couldn't stop talking about the design of the space. Dawson and his team were amazing to work with! Thank you for an incredible wedding day!

HighPointe Estate was AMAZING!! I highly recommend using them. Dawson was so great to work with - he is very helpful, creative, and nice! He was always willing to talk and go over things. He knew my budget and would help me decide what items were most important and how to make the most out of it. On the wedding day he brought the flowers and was setting up everything - everyone that met him said they loved him! The flowers were absolutely stunning and I couldn't have been happier!

I cannot recommend HighPointe Estate enough! Dawson and his team are top notch and I can't imagine having a better team to work with. HP was the first venue we looked at and we knew within minutes of meeting Dawson that we wanted to have our wedding at HP. We toured the venue when it was still being framed and in the early stages of construction, but Dawson clearly explained his vision for his venue so well that we knew it was the one. Although we got married during a pandemic, Dawson did everything in his power to make our wedding all that we dreamed it would be. We had to make several changes the month before the wedding to comply with state guidelines, but Dawson handled everything with ease and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Every space at HP is stunning. The chapel took our breath away - the windows are to die for! The bridal suite is cozy, comfortable, and beautiful and made me feel so special. My hubby loved the grooms suite, especially with the lockers. The ceilings and beams in the ballroom open up the space so much. The patio is immaculate and is the perfect place for cocktail hour. Also, Dawson does flowers.... and he does them BIG! We chose Dawson to do our florals and my goodness, he blew us away! He exceeded every single expectation and gave me every single thing I wanted. I am still swooning over the floral garland that draped down from the piano and the floral garland on the head table. Everything was so stunning and smelled wonderful! Our guests are still talking about the flowers :). I loved every single thing about HP and I couldn't recommend it more for a wedding! To Dawson, thank you so much for loving me and my family and helping make my dream wedding a reality! I will never be able to thank you enough for all that you did for us.

This venue was gorgeous and the people that worked there helped make our day perfect. They were very flexible as well as professional and willing to help each step in the wedding planning process. So many of our guests complimented this venue and we are so happy we decided to have our wedding at Highpointe Estate.

Highpointe and the team there are amazing. The venue is beautiful inside and out and it was thoughtfully created. There were times I felt pressured to do one thing or another that they suggested but they still worked with my vision to make sure it was everything I had dreamed of. Their prices have gone up significantly since I booked back before the venue was built but it was worth every penny. Guests couldn't stop commenting about how beautiful everything was. Their rental list is extensive and they can make almost anything happen for your big day that you dream of.

The most STUNNING venue around! Just got married here in October 2020 and we received so many compliments from our guests and outside vendors about just how gorgeous the venue is. We had to make so many last-minute changes to our wedding plans because #2020 and the team (especially the queen herself, Michele!) bent over backward to help make our dreams come true. We loved that the bride and groom's suites were on site, we had access to get married in the chapel or outside, and we could either have an indoor or outdoor reception. Love this venue!
