We couldn’t have asked for a more magical experience than what we had with Highland Signature Events! From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was something special—but what truly made it unforgettable was working with Kirsten Nestlerod, our incredible wedding event coordinator.
Kirsten was beyond amazing. From day one, she was warm, organized, and incredibly attentive to every detail. She listened carefully to our vision and helped bring it to life flawlessly. Her professionalism is unmatched, and her calming presence made the planning process and the big day feel effortless. She anticipated needs we didn’t even think of and handled everything behind the scenes so we could truly enjoy the moment.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained, elegant, and versatile. Whether it was the breathtaking ceremony backdrop, the elegant reception setup, or the seamless flow of the day, Highland Signature Events exceeded every expectation.
We’ve received endless compliments from our guests about how perfect everything was, and we owe so much of that to Kirsten and the entire Highland team. The Best Venue & Staff
We could not have been happier with how our special day turned out. We got married in May of 2025. From the beginning Kirsten, the wedding coordinator, was always responsive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She had been in contact for about 2 years coordinating all of the details. She made sure every detail was exactly how we wanted them, including the little things we didn’t even thing about! The venue is beautiful and the staff is amazing. We had selected to have both our wedding and reception at the venue. They were diligent in monitoring the weather to ensure the day ran smoothly. Thankfully the weather held off just enough for us, but they had a back up plan in place just in case. We had requested a pasta bar for the dinner option and although it was not on their “normal” buffet list they were more than happy to accommodate and create the perfect dinner. Our guests are still talking about the food and how wonderful the staff was a month later! We elected to do a consumption bar, and again the guests were pleased with the selection! Genuinely we could not have had a better experience with a venue. Kiersten is the MVP and her staff are next level. This was the perfect location for an affordable, beautiful, and unique wedding. We recently had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at Highland Taps and Tables, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was professional, friendly, and beyond helpful. A special thank you to Kirstein, the event specialist, who worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was flawless. She was incredibly attentive and made the whole process so much easier, allowing us to enjoy every moment of our special day.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning — the picturesque setting provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to start our married life together. The food was also outstanding, and our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was.
Communication leading up to the wedding was seamless, which helped ease any stress we had. The team at Highland Taps and Tables truly went above and beyond to make our day as smooth and memorable as possible.
If you're looking for a venue with exceptional service, a gorgeous atmosphere, and incredible food, I highly recommend Highland Taps and Tables. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! -

We were so pleased with this wedding venue and all who helped coordinate our special day this past Saturday. Kirsten was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. She was always able to answer my questions and respond timely which was a plus! Kirsten helped in any way that she could, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The venue was beautiful as well, the bridal room was plenty of space for us to get ready. The property is so breathtaking (especially in the fall with all the leaves changed). Highly, highly recommend Kirsten and this venue. So thankful!! -

Perfect day!
We are so happy we found Highland after touring several other locations. The team there was so easy to work with, so flexible and accommodating. The patio and fire pits were a big hit with our guests and the large windows let in so much light. We had a perfect day! -

Our wedding day at Highland Taps & Tables was nothing short of perfection, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue. The venue itself was so charming, we opted to keep it simple with decor. There are so many places for amazing pictures, both indoors and outside on their golf course.
Our wedding day flowed seamlessly, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Kirsten and the entire staff. Kirsten, in particular, stood out with her support at every stage of the planning process and on the day itself. She made sure everything ran like clockwork, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment of our special day.
One standout feature that set Highland apart was the spacious and private getting-ready area for the bridal party. This was a big plus for us as some other venues we looked at charged extra for spaces like that.
The delicious food was served promptly, and every order was accurate. Our guests were impressed with the quality and taste.
Highland Taps & Tables is truly a hidden gem, and we feel lucky to have discovered it for our special day. If you're looking for a venue that combines natural beauty, attentive service, and great food, Highland is the ideal choice. I wish I had more unmarried friends to share it with. Our wedding day at Highland Taps & Tables will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Best Venue Ever!!!
My husband and I could not have chosen a better place to get married. The venue was absolutely perfect, and the service was amazing. Kirsten was the most responsive and easy to work with coordinator that I could have imagined. The food was delicious, and so many people commented on it. The photos turned out beautifully!! Best Day Ever!! -

Had our wedding here on a Saturday in June 2023. Everything was perfect. Kirsten was responsive, answered all our questions, organized us a tasting, secured golf cart for photos, and everything went as smoothly as it possibly could. Food was on site at a very reasonable price. All the guests said it’s some of the best wedding food they’d had. Very reasonable price for the plated meals and hors d’oeuvres. Plenty of beautiful places to take photos. Having our wedding here made the whole planning so much less stressful. -

Fantastic all-inclusive, stress-free venue!
We were very lucky to find Highland as our venue - they were a great space and priced reasonably enough to help us come in under our expected budget. This is a perfect venue for couples who want an inclusive venue, as the included catering from Altland House was also excellent - the guests couldn't stop complimenting it all night! They also provided glassware, utensils, linens, napkins, tables, and some very nice chairs, cutting down significantly on what we needed to rent. We had a lot less to worry about than we might have otherwise, and both our point of contact, Kirsten, and the day-of staff were always very responsive and helpful. We had a great event at Highland, and we would absolutely recommend them to any of our friends looking to have a great, low-stress wedding. -

Our wedding couldn't have been better!!
Highland signature events was the perfect location for our wedding! Ot provided us with the dreamy rustic vibe we were going for, along with some amazing food selections for our guests! Kirsten and her team were absolutely great to work with. They accommodated us and our guests perfectly. They made our daughter and new son-in-laws January wedding day very enjoyable. The venue was clean and smelled great. You barely need to add decor due to the surroundings of the gulf course.Highland Signature Events's reply:

KIRSTEN AND HER TEAM MADE THE PROCESS EASY AND NOT A STRESSFUL MINUTE. SHE WAS ALWAYS QUICK TO GET BACK TO ME. SHE WENT OVER EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. OUR GUESTS COMMENTED ON HOW GOOD THE FOOD WAS AND THE STAFF SO KIND AND FRIENDLY. THE PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND OUR DAY WAS PERFECT.
