Love Love Love
We just got married at The Highland Manor on Wednesday. Nothing but the best compliments. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. Captures that feel of being back in time with wood finishes but also of being at home. From the day of the rehearsal to throughout our wedding everyone was telling us how beautiful everything was and we made a great choice in venue. The Highland Manor team were the sweetest group of people. Not only answering questions but making sure we were all taken care of. They never missed a beat. The biggest thanks to Shanna our coordinator for seeing the vision & executing it to perfect. Thank you Juan for taking care of us and kept refilling my husband on sweet tea. Thank you to the Chefs that made our dinner. It was soo delicious and all of our guest raved about it all night. We are still talking about the food and wishing we had more. Love love love The Highland Manor. -

The Absolute BEST!
WOW! Out of all the venues we looked at - this one value wise is simply the best. From our first visit to our wedding day, I always felt special and taken care of. It's stunning both inside and outside and the staff is simply incredible. Michelle, our coordinator, was there from start to finish. She was so kind, thoughtful, professional and organized. Everything flowed so smoothly! Highly recommend! -

Great place for wedding
My son and his wife did their wedding at Highland Manor last month. It was amazing. Kristen was our wedding coordinator. She is a great person to work with. She always goes above and beyond to help and make us happy.

Wedding of Our Dreams!
We had the most amazing experience at the Highland Manor. From start to finish, not only did they express professionalism, but they exuded excitement towards our special day. You could tell they really wanted to make sure their couples had an amazing time. You really get to see the value that you are paying for with this venue. I have to say, having Shanna as our coordinator really relieved all stress we had going into our day. If there was anything she could do, she was there. Juan shouldn’t have the title of butler, but he should be called MVP! He was always there, fluffing my dress, getting us drinks, and all with a smile on his face. He was fantastic. The bartenders were on it with the drinks all night and the food was excellent. We received so many compliments! If I could do it all over, I would have it the same way! Thank you so much for everything you all did. It was truly magical! -

Michelle is a rockstar!!
We are so grateful for Michelle and her banquet staff who made our dream wedding come true and ensured that everything ran smoothly the day of! From all of our planning meetings to dropping off the decorations to a failed wedding cake, Michelle handled every single second with the upmost professionalism. No complaints from us about anything, food was great, the decorations were set up perfectly, and the reception came together impeccably! -

Amazing Venue and Staff!
Highland Manor on and leading up to our wedding day was extremely professional, over the top, friendly and accommodating.We had around 120 people attend our wedding. From the day we first toured this venue to the day of our wedding everything we hoped for was executed in a way that shows the level of talent and experience that Bonny and Juan have. Bonny made it her mission to give us a wedding we would never forgot. The attention to detail and her overall leadership made us know we were in great hands. Juan was there for us every step of the way and we can't thank him enough for making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day/night. They are truly an incredible crew. Of course we can't forget to mention the culinary team! They knocked it out of the park with the food cooked that night. Our friends still talk about how great their meal was and how it was "the best steak dinner they have ever experienced." The venue was stunning. The staff was family for the night. We couldn't have asked for anything more. -

AMAZING highly recommend
I highly recommend this venue! We got married in November and had the greatest experience with the venue and coordinator, Michelle. The venue has really great and affordable packages for food and alcohol and the food was AMAZING! From start to finish our coordinator was helpful, responsive and constantly provided support for any questions or concerns I had. The day of the wedding everything was so well organized. The venue provides you with a butler, ours was Juan, and he was the most attentive, kind and helpful person. He made sure the whole wedding party was always taken care of and I have to say their attention to detail and support was beyond impressive. If I could do it all over again I would book this venue/Dubsdread every time. They made every part of the process easy and we had an amazing time because of their staff. -

Amazing venue, staff, people, experience
Words cannot describe how amazing our wedding was. The venue, the food, the staff... everything was immaculate! The venue is amazing and gorgeous, you barely need to do any extra decorations because it has so much character! The staff were also so amazing and so kind! Our coordinator Bonny was amazing and helped every step of the way! Our personal butler for the day was Juan, and he KILLED it! We loved everything about our experience! -

Beautiful Venue/Caring Staff!
I cannot recommend using one of their facilities enough. We used the Highland Manor location and had Bonnie as our coordinator and she can walk the walk and talk the talk. She helped make sure my celiac issue was a priority along with the other diet restrictions we had. It was such a smooth process picking them. They are the caterers as well as the facility so everything including alcohol and drinks is in your package. No searching and taste testing a dozen different food vendors! Also, the facility was A+++ beautiful. -

Absolutely recommend!
What an unbelievably stunning venue for a wedding. The Manor was everything we dreamed of and more. From getting ready and spending time in the bridal suite (also a super fun groom’s room for the guys), to saying vows under the oak, to dancing the night away in the ballroom, complete with breathtaking crystal chandeliers…it was just a dream come true. The catering team did a wonderful job with our food. Minor hiccups were handled promptly and overall our day was just perfect. Thanks to Michelle, Juan and the entire team.-

Perfect venue for our wedding!
What a perfect venue! So beautiful!!! Our day could not have gone any better! A huge thank you to Bonny and the entire team! Our Butler I believe his name was Juan? Was amazing! Food and drinks were perfect! No complaints about anything, perfect place for our wedding! -

Amazing Venue!
Highland Manor was the most perfect place to get married! The entire staff was amazing! I didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of my wedding. They were complete professionals! I worked with Bonny and she kept everything running smoothly. I was out of state while planning and they worked with me to show me the property, plan the details of my wedding, and schedule the tasting to when I was in town. 100% would recommend this venue! -

Excellence all around!
Beautiful location, delicious food, and perfect execution. A bride couldn't ask for more on her wedding day! My now-husband is from Apopka and always wanted to get married at this venue. They made the entire process seamless. The in-house catering and coordination are perfect, and their list of preferred vendors is spot on. We were able to find the best cake baker, DJ, and beauty in the area through them. If I were to do it all over again, I would happily still choose Highland Manor and Dubsdread Catering! -

Highland Manor is wonderful
Highland Manor was the perfect wedding location. Bonny and the Highland Manor team gave us our dream wedding. The location was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the staff was amazing. The only thing I would suggest is more "crowd control". When we did our first look guests were wondering around the house and instead of it being a private moment we had an audience. Other than that things were perfect. We would recommend Highland Manor without doubt. -

Highland Manor - Where Dreams Come True
This Venue is Magical! It has the best food in town, the most beautiful setting, with a team that caters to you, and makes you feel like royalty! From your wedding coordinator, a butler, a chef, a team of servers, and bartenders to make your day, they ensure it is spectacular, whether a small event or large wedding, it will be absolutely perfect! Let me share a bit about my wedding coordinator, they provided us. On May 17, 2021, Bonny & Team made every detail of the wedding at Highland Manor in Apopka perfect, for my daughter! Since I was putting together a surprise wedding of sorts for my daughter who lives out of state, Bonny was there each step of the way... I had so many questions, and emailed her day and night. Bonny was patient with me, answering and providing great advice. At the food tasting, we met Bonny in person. She was full of energy, and delightful! She made some great suggestions for the food. She helped with the contract a few times as I made changes, and she was happy to accommodate my requests. Bonny ensured all our needs were met, and every time we changed the menu she was patient and accommodating. Bonny helped us with all the vendors, and I chose the best DJ ever at her recommendation. The wedding day was absolutely perfect. Bonny made the wedding party, and guests, feel so special! If we needed anything at all, Bonny and Team were there making it all come together! She helped me with every detail down to the seating, number of tables for the reception room, colors to choose for the table cloths, and she took down the names of the wedding party and the order of entrance for the ceremony and how the bride & groom would make the grand ballroom entrance, and made certain it all went exactly as planned! I brought many decorative items in for set-up, the day before the wedding. Bonny took the items, and placed them absolutely perfectly in the venue, just as we wanted. What an amazing decorator she is too! When it came time to see the reception room prior to guests going in, it was the most amazing WOW moment ever! Bonny ensured the lighting, cake set-up, tables, flowers, and linens were placed absolutely perfectly! She even insisted the DJ up light with pin lights, so the cake was glowing, when I had not asked for that. But Bonny knew this was needed. This made all the difference in the world. The cake table looked magical! Bonny ensured the timing of the ceremony, to the guests making their way to the ballroom for dinner, to the grand finale of sparklers was timed exactly as needed, to ensure the DJ, and photographers were at the right spot at the right time. At the end of the night, all the items we brought and flowers from the wedding were sent up to my hotel room. The butler from Highland Manor helped us to pack up all the hair, make-up and clothing from the area the bride and girls were dressing, so this was just fantastic! Thank you Bonny & Team for making that easy. Bonny made the entire day so wonderfully easy, that I am still talking about it, a month later! I highly recommend Highland Manor as your venue. I promise it will be magical! On a last note, I want to thank Michelle, another coordinator at Highland Manor who helped out too, and all those folks behind the scenes whose names I do not know, that handle the cooking, cleaning, and table serving making this venue just beautiful for each event.

Everything and more!
Our experience with Highland Manor and Dubsdread Catering was outstanding! I cannot rave enough about every single person we interacted with. From the waiting staff, to our butler Jose, to our wonderful coordinator Michelle. This staff knows what they are doing and make you feel so taken care of without any hint of worry. The food was also just as amazing, we did a buffet style and even our guests came up to us to rave about it as well. That always makes you feel good. The grounds of the manor are so well kept and beautiful with the amounts of fauna. The fact that there is a hotel, literally within steps of the venue/ceremony site, is next level. Our guests could stay there for a reasonable price and not have to worry about transporting to a far away hotel. Overall, I would recommend this site and company to anyone who wants that seamless romantic wedding of their dreams. -

Wonderful Wedding.
Our wedding was amazing. The place was beautiful and Michelle and her staff did an amazing job. Our food was phenomenal, all completely homemade. And our chef was kind enough to customize our menu for us. We loved our butler Raphael who made sure we were all set all night. I can’t be more thankful to the Manor for their thoughtfulness. We are so happy to able to eat during pictures. The manor also made sure all our guest were comfortable and our decorations were perfect. They also provided us with a Togo bag so we could even try some other slices of our cake. It was amazing. So happy with you everything. -

Best Venue, Staff and catering all under one roof!
Don't look any further, this is the venue for you! We reviewed many other venues before choosing The Highland Manor. I loved the house, the wooden stairs, old school home feel and its beautiful bar structure. The story behind the house was very interesting being it was so old . The history was all there and we loved it all! The Oak Tree outside took our breath away. I knew we had to get married here! Michelle was so kind in allowing us to visit several times to show it off to our wedding party. We loved the building, location and the hotel next door made it a plus! Simply beautiful dream wedding we had! We are in love with our wedding day, and lets talk about the food. My wedding was a hit with the food. There caterer was amazing. They catered to us and our spanish style needs. There food was delicious and our guest still talk about it!
Bonny was simply an amazing person to have as a coordinator, she really knows her stuff! Having our wedding postponed due to Covid-19, she didn't make us feel bad but rather understood and had us rebook our wedding with no issues. We have been working with her for 3 years, if you count how long we been planning this wedding. Bonny is very personable , caring and patient. She responses fairly quickly and is very reasonable. She was amazing with our large wedding party, getting everyone where they needed to be on time. She had things lined out , prepared and held us accountable for items that I wanted displayed. She was a blessing to have as a coordinator! If your looking for skilled and patient, don't look any further. I highly recommend Highland Manor and its entire staff for your future dream wedding.-

Beautiful Venue, Great Food, & Even Better Staff!!!
My husband and I fell in love with Highland Manor. We had our ceremony under the beautiful Oak Tree and our reception inside of the Manor. The best thing about the venue, however, was the staff! When we booked our Big Day with Highland Manor we booked with their amazing catering staff (Dubsdread Catering), were assigned a wedding day coordinator (Bonny is the BEST!) and had a "butler" (José was the MVP!) who attended to me and my husband the entire time! Bonny (our venue coordinator) worked with our vendors to ensure proper arrival time, schedules, and more. Highland Manor staff also is in charge of setting up and taking down all wedding decorations that you bring. They work like clockwork to ensure that my husband and I had nothing to worry about on our Big Day! Thank you for making us feel so special!!! -

Venue with a family feel and incredible staff!
We are one-hundred percent satisfied with the value, staff, food, and organization of the Highland Manor! From our first tour, throughout difficult postponement decisions, to our big day, the Highland Manor staff was compassionate, professional, and so easy to work with. They respond to emails incredibly quickly and have a knack for making couples feel at ease. Our wedding day was so fluid and smooth. Their years of experience in events and weddings was absolutely evident.
With Dubsdread Catering being part of the same company, it not only made planning so easy, but we were thrilled at the number of dinner and bar options. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed their food, and because Highland Manor thinks of every little detail, including boxing up a meal for the bride and groom, we got to enjoy our wedding dinner two nights in a row! The property itself is gorgeous, and the layout of the ceremony space, cocktail hour, and reception room adds a family feel to the whole day.
Our day of coordinator, Bonny, made all of our wedding visions come to life. Our butler Gion worked so hard for us the night of-keeping me calm as we chatted minutes before my walk down the aisle, fixing a wardrobe malfunction, and keeping us fed and hydrated! Another highlight was the “room reveal”-getting to see our reception space before any of the guests, and having a moment to ourselves before the party. All of the team members who handled our contract and payments leading up to our day were also incredibly compassionate and helpful. We appreciate everyone on the Highland Manor team so much!
From the day we signed our contract, we knew our central Florida wedding was in the best hands possible and we highly recommend Highland Manor as a wedding venue! Thank you from Corey and Renee W. and their families!

Beautiful venue!!
We LOVED Highland Manor from the first moment we toured. David was a huge help with everything and we found that the staff worked quickly and efficiently to help us with whatever was needed. Even though it rained on the day of our wedding and our outdoor ceremony was forced to move inside, the staff made sure everything ran smoothly. The butler they provide you on the day of was also so helpful and amazing. When you add this gorgeous house, what's not to love? We highly recommend Highland Manor!-

Amazing - perfect - do it
Where to begin? This manor built in 1904 was amazing and the staff just as flawless. The selling point for me was the huge Oak tree in the back! You get SO much for your cost. The entire manor, the ceremony set up and tear down, cake cutting, etc.
Everyone was phenomenal and the pictures came out PERFECT.
If you want a Disney adjacent location, with an on site hotel, amazing staff and day of coordinator and butler, this is where you want to look. OH and the brunch food was to die for! who would've thought brunch food could be talked about for days after? I can't say enough nice things about this location and staff. -

Perfect venue!
The Highland Manor was absolutely perfect for our wedding especially in the midst of a global pandemic. Bonny and the rest of the staff were amazing and worked with us to meet all of our requests and were available constantly to talk through any concerns that came up and were quickly addressed. Having the new Hilton next door was great for all of our out of town guests and ensured all of those who needed a room from the festivities also had one. It also saved a lot of time day of with getting ready at the hotel and walking right over to the venue when it was time. The Highland manor is a gorgeous venue that would be an ideal choice for anyone looking to get married in central Florida with a Victorian home vibe and the staff is a delight to work with as well. -

AMAZING! Highly recommend
I could not say enough good things about Highland Manor! I am soooo happy we chose highland manor as our venue and we wish we could get married all over again just to experience the day one more time.
The staff were amazing to work with. Michelle helped us when we were first touring the venue and she was great! Then we were assigned Bonny as our day of coordinator and she was also fantastic to work with.
The venue is so beautiful and our reception exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully decorated and Bonny and team made sure to incorporate all the details that we had asked for. We also had a butler, Jose, on the day who was there by our side for anything we needed. He was literally amazing!!
I would highly recommend choosing Highland Manor as your wedding venue! It does not disappoint. -

Venue is stunning
We had our fairytale wedding with highland manor! We absolutely loved everything they did for us and loved the whole venue with all the details. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants an elegant vintage look! -

There are no words to express how amazing the team was. Emma was so sweet and understanding. Jose literally kept me together when I started freaking out. Spectacular
The Highland Manor was the perfect location for our micro-ceremony and will be for our postponed wedding reception next year as well. Bonny and the Dubsdread team were truly amazing and provided us with delicious food! Our wedding ceremony guest-list went from 120 to 8 guests but Bonny and her team made sure that the day still felt special and important. Every detail for the ceremony that we discussed, Bonny enhanced in execution on the day of the wedding. Anything and everything that I needed and/or forgot I needed, she was there to take care of and had already planned for. Bonny and her team truly know how to make a bride stress free on her wedding day and I can’t wait to work with her again for the rescheduled bigger wedding in 2021! -

Amazing venue, perfect customer service!
I fell in love with this venue, and the gorgeous oak tree, even though it was pouring while we toured the property. A year later, I am so happy to have gotten married at this gorgeous place! The outdoor ceremony was everything I dreamed, and the indoor reception is perfect for Florida and it’s finicky weather. There was not a single thing day of that we had to stress over because Michelle, our day of coordinator and point of contact prior to our wedding, exceeded every expectation. If the rest of the staff with Dubsdread and Highland Manor are anything like her it makes perfect sense as to why they are so successful! They were conscientious of all things COVID and helped us maintain social distancing between tables and during the buffet, all staff wore masks the entirety of the event, and family and friends all felt comfortable despite having earlier concerns. If I could get married all over again, I’d do it at Highland Manor in a heartbeat. You will never regret it!-

Get Married Here Stat
We recently had our wedding at The Highland Manor and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff, the food, the location, everything was what we wanted for our wedding. Our wedding coordinator Bonny made sure any question or issue we had was resolved in a timely manner. We were given a personal butler on the day of our wedding that made sure we always had food or drinks available so we never went hungry or thirsty – including drinks and snacks for our wedding party and parents, as well as cocktail hour food for us. The staff was extremely Covid compliant and provided us their cleaning procedures, so this made us and our guests feel a lot more comfortable. The staff also coordinated our dinner buffet so smoothly, we never saw them escort our guests to the exterior buffet area. Regarding food, we’ve lost count of how many guests have complimented the food at our dinner buffet. It was SO GOOD. The Highland Manor was also extremely flexible when it came to weather. The plan due to expected heavy rain was to have the ceremony indoors despite the originally planned outdoor tree ceremony. When the weather cleared the morning of our wedding, The Highland Manor made sure to set up the outdoor ceremony along with all of our decorations. The professionalism of all the staff at The Highland Manor is top notch and we wish we could do it all over again because it was such a perfect day. -

Beautiful & historic Wedding Venue
Michelle from the Highland Manor was a gem to work with; she took the edge off wedding planning and was flexible given we signed our contract in 2019, for our wedding in 2020 not knowing Covid would be a thing (We planned our wedding from afar - Chicago)! We shifted our wedding to be outdoor to accommodate guests level of comfort. For our open bar - we could request special alcohol for our guests & the venue accommodate specific food request - both dietary & cultural. -

The absolute PERFECT venue!
I can not write enough amazing things about Highland Manor and their team. First off, the venue itself is gorgeous -- the house, the tree-lined driveway, the beautiful oak tree... it's absolute perfection. The thing that makes it even better is the AMAZING team that is working behind the scenes. From our first tour with Michelle, we knew that this was our venue. The bridal suite upstairs is so beautiful -- from the day I saw it, I could see my wedding dress hanging from the beams. When we were assigned out coordinator, Bonny, it was a PERFECT match. She was always quick to respond, answering any questions we had and walking us though each and every step with absolute professionalism. Our wedding day went flawlessly. Bonny made sure that everything was set up exactly how we wanted -- she even fixed my bustle after someone stepped on it on the dance floor! She is AMAZING! You also have a butler who is constantly bringing you anything you may need -- he literally was by our side with food and drinks the ENTIRE day. Speaking of the food -- three months later, and I still have guests talking about how incredible the food was. I truly don't have a single negative thing to say about Highland Manor and the Dubsdread team -- if you're thinking about booking here, DO IT! You will not regret it.-

Breathtaking
This venue is absolutely gorgeous. I fell in love with it the minute we stepped inside. Michelle was super informative and helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I am excited to be working with them for my wedding and cannot wait for the big day!
Editing after my wedding. Everything went off without a hitch. If anything went wrong I didn’t know about it. David was great throughout the whole process. The whole staff day of was nothing but exceptional. My husband and I never had to ask for anything. Anytime we wanted food or a drink, it was already right there for us. Even when we went out for photos after the ceremony they followed us out with hors d’oeuvres and drinks. All in all will definitely recommend to anyone.-

Simply Amazing
When you think about everything that goes into a wedding, the time, the trappings, the minute elements that make a day perfect, we often overlook one of the most important: the Team behind the magic. Now, when we first looked at the Highland Manor for our wedding, we fell in love with the feel of the house, the grounds, and of course the beautiful tree where our ceremony would take place. But I think we really fell head over heels for Bonny, Michelle, and the rest of the Highland team both before, during, and after our ceremony. They were beyond professional, supportive, flexible, creative, and talented in what they do. My wife and I truly cannot say enough about our Highland Manor journey.
From the very start of our journey to find our perfect wedding location, Michelle Edmiston, part of the sales team, welcomed us to Highland Manor and gave us the grand tour, detailing how the day might be set up, organized, and some of the numerous options to customize exactly what we wanted, including the amazing Dubsdread catering menu, and even a personal butler on the day of our wedding. But what sealed the deal for us was knowing we would be able to work with a coordinator during the process. Someone to take pressure off us during our day?! Sign us up! Without a doubt, it was the easiest decision to choose Highland as the place that ultimately would be our wedding destination.
After the initial consultation, we were contacted by the person who would become our wedding coordinator and over all Jane-of-all-trades, Bonny Bailey. This is where the real magic began. We gave ourselves a wide timeframe to get all the details in place for the wedding, and Bonny was a part of the process from the beginning, providing us with a list of vendors that knew Highland Manor intimately, but also would bring to life the details that we had fallen in love with in our initial Facebook reviews.
Each step of the way, Bonny made sure that we felt comfortable, answered our questions in a timely and positive way, and even gave us suggestions to how to shift several ideas to make them even better. Not to mention, she did this with a smile, a joke, and a delightful positivity that was a breath of fresh air each time my fiancée and I connected with her.
One of the best parts of this experience was choosing our menu, which was an absolute delight! As we decided on what our choices would be, we realized how our pescatarian tastes could align with our guest choices without leaving anyone wanting. Several months before the wedding, we were invited to take part in a group tasting, that would provide all the guests with several choices from the appetizer, mains, sides, and late-night choices so that guests could narrow down their top picks. Bonny, knowing that we were bypassing all the meat selections, even prepared a special vegetarian dish specifically for us so that we had a wider range to choose from and not feel left out during the tasting. These are the details that make Bonny and her team so incredible at what they do.
On the day of our wedding, it was a dream come true, and in true Highland fashion, each detail was exquisitely attended to, especially with the help of our personal butler, who knew right when we needed a glass of champagne to ease our nerves. Even with a few last-minute things that came up for us unexpectedly, Bonny was there with an efficiency that could only be attributed to being in 20 places at the same time. I sincerely mean this. She was connecting with us during each moment of the evening, making sure the only thing we required of us was to focus on how beautiful our day was, how much we loved each other, and the amazing guests who shared our day. Oh, and did I mention Bonny also made sure that we were each handed our favorite cocktails after and during the ceremony, right down to hand stuffed, blue cheese olives?
When the night was over, she made sure all our things were safely packed, our cake was distributed, and sent us off with a smile and some champagne to toast to our perfect night. I sincerely hope that anyone who is looking for the perfect venue, with the most incredibly talented, professional, and positively driven individuals chooses The Highland Manor. You will have memories that will last a lifetime.

AMAZING Nerdy Garden Wedding
Highland Manor is not only gorgeous, but the staff are wonderful! I chose Highland Manor for its beautiful look and I got a wonderful experience as well. From the moment I first contacted the Manor I was put in contact with Michelle, who became my event coordinator for my wedding. Michelle made our every dream come true! The price for renting the venue and the catering provided in house is absolutely worth it! We received a complimentary tasting, multiple planning sessions, and even a butler to assist the day of the wedding. Amazing Experience!!
I was blown away with how wonderful this experience was. I knew the Dubsdread event staff was top notch (with friends having used them for their weddings), but wow! From the beginning, one of our reasons for choosing this venue was obviously how beautiful the property is, but also how much is included. I felt like it took SO much of the extra planning I would have had to do otherwise out of the process. It helped to streamline so much, however, I still felt like I was able to choose from so many options of menu, linens, etc. Every time I emailed with a question, someone answered me promptly and efficiently. They also had ideas that I would not have even thought of. The day of the wedding, the entire staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The butler and our coordinator treated us like old friends and on such an important day filled with nerves, this was so appreciated. The setup was beyond my expectations, and the cleanup was fantastic and organized. Thank you, thank you, thank you to this team! Highly recommend!!-

The Perfect Day
From the moment we arrived at Highland Manor, the staff was welcoming and ready to assist us in any way we needed. We met with Michelle in May of 2019 and was given a tour of the estate. She greeted us with a big smile and a hug and we were on our way. Michelle was ready to answer all of our questions without hesitation and we could tell that Highland Manor was going to be the right venue for our wedding. After locking in the date, we later received our email invitation to the food tasting night. While dining, Bonny, one of the coordinators with Highland Manor and Dubsdread, who owns her own company, P.S. I Love You Productions, came up to our table and greeted us. She informed us that she will be our wedding coordinator, which is part of the package with Highland Manor. No matter the time of day, Bonny was quick to respond. One of the great things about Highland Manor and the wedding coordinator, is that once you have found all of your vendors and hired them for the day of, the coordinator will take over from there to coordinate their arrivals and set up times. Bonny was amazing to work with through the entire process. She would check up on us to see if we had any questions or any new information. By the day of the wedding, Bonny was like family to us and wanted our day to be perfect. While we kept the decor for the ceremony simple, the reception had many detailed pieces. During the ceremony, Bonny was at work inside the reception area setting the tables. When we walked into the reception area to see what she had done, our breath was taken away. She captured our vision perfectly and it was everything we ever wanted. The food was immaculate and we could eat the food everyday. Dubsdread Catering was able to cater to the special requests we had for gluten intolerant guests and any other special needs we had. The entire day was truly perfect and we are forever grateful for Bonny, Michelle and the rest of the Highland Manor/Dubsdread Catering team.-

One Amazing Wedding Venue
Highland Manor is a great place to get married. The staff knows their stuff and will take care of every detail. The grounds and amenities are amazing, especially the big, old Oak Tree and the old plantation mansion. This venue hosts a lot of weddings and events, and for that reason they have perfected the planning process. If you choose Highland Manor, you will not have anything to worry about when it comes to your wedding or event. -

Perfect, is really the only way to describe our experience with Bonny and The Highland Manor! Every single need was met for us, and that was a heavy lift:) Bonny and every single staff member was outstanding; from our first meeting, to our last hugs as we left after the reception was over. I was blown away! When there was a hick-up during the planning process, and up through days before Bonny was there to fix it and make it disappear. By the time we started walking down the aisle, magic had begun, and never ever left the event. I still cannot believe how it turned out. I cannot recommend Bonny and the Highland Manor enough!!! Phenomenal Wedding Experience
Five out of five. Can’t give enough high praise to Highland Manor and the Dubsdread Catering team. My wife and I have worked with Highland Manor for almost a year and half in preparation for our wedding. The process leading up to the wedding and the actual wedding day itself was more than we could have ever hoped for.
During the initial steps of the planning process, we got to see many beautiful venues. What separated Highland Manor from the rest, in addition to the gorgeous property, was the Dubsdread Catering team. We got the opportunity to observe the team in action at another venue early in the planning process. Their professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail confirmed that we had made the right choice. Michelle Edmiston, who became our day-of-coordinator, was friendly and professional from the start. Right away her experience and competence was apparent. Throughout the months leading up to our wedding, Michelle was there to assist in any way possible. The stress in planning a wedding was alleviated on more than one occasion with Michelle’s guidance and advice in tackling issues that arose. We didn’t even require a wedding planner with the services and assistance provided us by Michelle and Dubsdread.
One of the other perks of Highland Manor was the pricing. Pricing is very flexible. Dubsdread gives you many options that can cater to a variety of budgets. Certain times of day/week/year for the event and both food and drink options can be adjusted to fit any budget. My wife and I were very pleased with Dubsdread’s flexibility which allowed us to have the wedding we wanted with a budget that we had allotted.
The wedding day was spectacular. Planning can be strenuous and last a long time, but it was all worth it for the result. Michelle and the Dubsdread team did a phenomenal job and we’ll remember our special day at Highland Manor for the rest of our lives!

Absolutely amazing place to get married!
My husband and I got married at Highland Manor about one month ago and it was honestly the happiest, most perfect day of our lives! The professionalism and care the entire team shows for their clients is absolutely incredible. We worked with Michelle who was friendly, helpful, and professional, to tour the venue and learn about pricing and booking details a year before our date. Once we booked the date we had a TON of questions! Any time I had a question I called their direct line and was able to speak with a helpful associate who was very helpful. About two months before our wedding our coordinator Bonny stepped in and began helping us plan for the big day. Let me tell you I asked this girl a LOT of questions in the weeks leading up to our meeting, and she was always responsive and helpful! She answered all of my questions and provided advice when I was unsure of anything. I thought I was detail-oriented but Bonny thought of literally everything and made sure my husband and I did not have to worry about the small details. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left for our honeymoon! Bonny, Michelle, Bob our butler, and the entire Highland Manor staff went above and beyond for us to make our day amazing. Literally every detail was taken into account. Our butler Bob was fantastic- he brought us whatever drinks we wanted, made sure we were comfortable, and even carried my veil as I walked down the aisle so it wouldn't snag on the ground...like what!?! Bonny literally is super woman, she coordinated all of the vendors and our guests/wedding party. She made sure everyone knew where to be and what to do at all times in a kind a professional manner. She also decorated everything beautifully! (I sent her extremely detailed lists of where I wanted everything; bless her for even being able to make sense of my crazy notes) And she bustled my dress within like two minutes by herself without me even asking! I could literally go on forever about how incredible Bonny is! Also all of our guests (including my husband and I) LOVED the food. We did a brunch wedding so we had breakfast food, and everyone was obsessed with the food... everything was amazing! My husband and I had the most perfect day and it was all because of Bonny and the Highland Manor team. Creating perfect moments
The venue was beautiful and everything went smoothly. They decorate and take down, provide a personal butler, and an on the day coordinator. Also the food was so good and they pack two dinners to go as a nice touch. They knew how to create perfect moments between the reception reveal and a perfect reception! -

Above and beyond
From the moment we visited the Highland manor I knew this was the venue we had to get married at! My husband and I are from Tampa and we made all our guests drive 2 hours to Apopka because that how in love we were with this venue ! Our coordinator was Bonny and she is absolutely amazing !! She promptly replies to all emails and pays close attention to detail. We held our ceremony at annunciation Catholic Church and our reception at the highland manor, I was really worried the transition from the church to the venue would be rough but everything was perfection ! From the moment my guests arrive they were given the best of service ! Pictures do this venue no justice so please make the drive !!

Beautiful Venue with an amazing staff
We had an amazing experience on our wedding day and it's all because of the Wonderful team at Highland Manor. We started our first contact with Bonny. She was wonderful showing us around the property and giving us all the information we needed to pick a place to host our wedding. It was important for us to have a place we could have both ceremony and reception at the same location. I also had a big party so I wanted to have a spot we could all get ready for the day. The bridal suite was very big for my big party and was so beautiful I knew it would look great in pictures. This was the first place we looked at and loved it but still had a few other places on the list to check out. The other spaces didn't even compare. After we booked every time I had a question about the event the team would get back to us in a timely matter and was always very accommodating. As we got closer to our date we were assigned David as our day of coordinator. We could not have been happier. David was amazing. He was very organized and so professional. He always answered any questions in a very timely manner. The day of was amazing. We had a butler service which was amazing. The staff the whole day was so friendly and took such good care of us. Always made sure I had a drink in my hand and that I got plenty of time to eat. The food was fantastic. I got so many complements on the food for the wedding day. They even gave us to go bags so we had something to eat later one in the evening. David was great through out the night. He would come and check in with us and make sure we were staying on our time line and then would take a step back and let us enjoy our night. He had a great balance of being available when we needed him stepping back and letting us enjoy the night. My pictures came out beautifully and that is due to the beauty of the venue itself. Amazing Brunch Wedding!
We cannot even begin to describe how amazing the staff at Dubsdread Catering was in helping us have the wedding of our dreams at Highland Manor! Michelle was with us every step of the way and we could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator! The day of staff took care of everything and made the day run so smoothly for us and our guests. Our brunch menu was a hit for everyone and we loved the mimosas. A Dream Location and AMAZING Service
Highland Manor is a perfect location. It is conveniently located and easy to access. The building and grounds are so beautiful and can provide so many different opportunities for photos. I cannot recommend Highland Manor enough. Highland Manor gave us our dream wedding and it was so reasonable. So many things are included when you use this venue.
When I first saw Highland Manor I assumed it would be out of my budget. I was definitely budget conscious and a DIY bride. But, it was within my budget and I was still able to express myself through projects and decor.
The service at Highland Manor, from the coordinators (we had Bonny who was simply AMAZING), to the food (also AMAZING), to the space (just breathtaking) couldn't be matched by any other venue. -

Can't Recommend Enough
WOW is all I can say. Our original wedding venue cancelled on us three months prior to our wedding date and we were left crushed. Christiana was the first person we came into contact with and she was awesome at making our original budget fit with the Highland Manor menus. Michelle showed us the property two days later and she really gave us an in-depth view at all that the venue has to offer. We were there talking with her for almost an hour and a half and we didn't feel rushed in the slightest. Bonny was our assigned wedding coordinator and her and the team were AMAZING - they made us feel so comfortable after such a terrible experience with the previous venue. Leading up to our wedding day, Bonny was so organized, answered my emails so quickly, and just made us feel confident that everything would go according to plan. And everything went so well on our big day! I wasn't bothered with small details and I was able to enjoy the whole day with almost no stress. Highland Manor and Bonny really know how to execute a wedding from set-up to breakdown. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and we are so glad that that this was where we ended up having our wedding. A true blessing in disguise! -

What a beautiful venue! So perfect!
Highland Manor was the star at our wedding! The beautiful tree with the Spanish moss was so perfect of a backdrop. The staff on the night was so professional, organized, sweet and kind. Where do I even begin? Highland Manor, Bonny, and her whole team were INCREDIBLY AMAZING! Our entire experience from beginning to end was perfect. Bonny is so accommodating, always responded, quickly and was so willing to help with whatever we wanted! She made things so easy. The venue was absolutely beautiful and our guests had an amazing time. We ended up having to change our ceremony location due to inclement weather, but we were still so happy with the result. The Highland Manor team are experts and were such a pleasure to work with! Thank you so much for making our most important day the best it could ever be! Highland Manor, Bonny, and Dubsdread Catering are AMAZING! They were an absolute pleasure to work with and Bonny helped make sure we had the most perfect wedding day.
We could not have asked for a more beautiful venue than this one! The main house is very elegant inside and out. The outside portion of the house made for some amazing photos and provided the perfect back drop for our ceremony by the big oak tree.
Bonny did an exceptional job as the day of coordinator and everything went smoothly and as planned on the day of. As a bride, it was great to know that Bonny could and would handle anything and she made sure we had a perfect, stress-free day. The staff is very hardworking and made the day enjoyable for every guest that was present on our special day. We even had butler for the day who made sure we stayed hydrated and had food to eat. To Bonny and the Dubsdread team, we can’t thank you enough for all of your hard work! Thank you for ensuring that we had the most perfect day imaginable and exceeding any and all expectations we had.
Dubsdread provided the catering service at Highland Manor and it was phenomenal! Nearly every guest we talked to made it a point to mention how great the food was!

The whole team at Highland Manor is amazing! I am so glad that I picked highland manor for my wedding venue. Working with Bonnie and team was extremely easy and the day of I felt like a princess. They are extremely organized and kept the ball rolling so that everything was on time. Bonnie was the best coordinator possible and had that perfect balance between being a friend, but knowing how to do her job very well. The butler, Gion, was another MVP for the day. He calmed my nerves while Bonnie got the wedding party ready to walk down the aisle. Later, he always had a glass of wine and a glass of whiskey for my husband and I. We truly felt special. Also, the venue is absolutely perfect if you are looking for a rustic, antique vibe. We just loved it. -

I cannot say enough amazing things about Highland Manor and the Dubsdread team! The venue is incredible - they have a space for everything. Outside ceremony, inside ceremony, cocktail hour, groomsman area, Bridal suite, two bars, buffet space, reception hall! Everything is beautiful and held to the highest standard. The entire staff was so willing to help and respond to emails. Bonny and G and the rest of the team assigned to us worked tirelessly to make our day perfect. Bonny made sure every detail was exactly what I wanted. G our Butler was BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS! He followed us with food and drinks all night making sure we were attended to every step of the way. Anything we needed he did. What a sweet and incredible guy!? The food was amazing - I got so many compliments! The bartenders made the night - awesome drinks! I loved everything about Highland and the team! We are truely thrilled with the way our wedding turned out and felt Highland was a great value for all you get -

Hands down the best venue, staff and food ever!!! I have never been to a wedding where the food tasted so good!!! It's normally the same ole chicken cordon stuff and carved beef. Well we decided to go a little southern and do the pulled pork, ribs and fried chicken. We are still getting compliments on the food and how great it tasted. Our florist and designer flew in from California and she was amazed at how organized this venue was. She said of all the weddings she has done in the Bay area and Napa Valley, none of them have ever performed the way this one did. Bonny the coordinator is amazing along with her staff! We got to go in the ballroom before all of our guests and see it, I started crying. It looked like something you only see in a magazine or on TV, we never imagined how gorgeous and elegant it would all come together!!
If you are reading this and trying to decided on a venue, pick Highland Manor. I promise you will not be disappointed. You will be amazed!! I'm not saying this because it was our wedding, but of all the weddings I have ever been too or in, this was by far the most perfect wedding ever!!! -

Highland Manor was a wonderful choice for our wedding day and here's why! The historical venue is unique, southern, and beautiful. Venue is a 1 stop for your outdoor ceremony under the oak tree or inside in the quaint chapel. Flexible options and no expensive tents if it rained. Cocktail hour is in the enclosed veranda with a nice bar area. Reception is inside the gorgeous ballroom with 3 crystal chandeliers and another big bar area. Venue comes with Dubsdread catering which has delicious food choices, a day of coordinator (who is awesome and so very helpful), recommended list of vendors who are familiar with the venue, and a personal butler to help you with anything and gives you and your bridal party drinks/food throughout the whole day. The planning process was easy and Dubsdread staff was friendly and quick to reply with questions/emails. The Saturday night package price (ceremony, reception, food, alcohol, coordinator) at the Manor was affordable compared to other venues and was less stressful. We just enjoyed our special day and didn't have to worry about anything! Our guests mentioned how it was the most fun they had at a wedding and how the venue was so beautiful. Our southern wedding was a hit! -

BEYOND AMAZING Venue and Catering to have as a part of your wedding. From the moment by husband (fiance then) and I had walked into this beautiful venue, something just said this is "it"! I fell in love with Highland Manor just from the pictures! However, the pictures do not do the house justice because the grounds are absolutely stunning! I loved everything about Highland Manor, from the character of the old house and the beauty of the Oak tree we were married under, to the amazing staff that made sure everything went smoothly. Bonny was with us from day one about two years ago and her level of service and help was insanely wonderful. Oh. My. Goodness. I cannot say enough about this venue! I knew this would be our location as soon as I saw the ceremony oak tree and charming house. From the start of choosing Highland Manor, they were able to provide us with a concise idea of what our wedding day would look like and tailored details to our vision. They gave us a complete list of vendors that were highly recommended, which we started our search from and helped us compile PERFECT support and design of our day. Highland Manor caters through Dubsdread, which was delicious and accommodating to my vegetarian diet and made our food selections very easy. As an anxious bride, they were able to ease my worries and were incredibly quick in responding (even to my late night panics).
Bonnie was our coordinator and was beyond helpful and detailed oriented and helped us create a beautiful and absolutely perfect wedding beyond my expectations! I asked for a last minute detail of blackberries on the champagne glasses and she was able to pull it together, she gave our guests take home boxes of our desserts without a single request, gave our guests duel entrees although we only paid for single, gathered and set up my bridesmaid gifts and then met my mom when I decided I wanted to give some of them earlier that day, she was able to ease my stress the day of when I realized we forgot to bring some decorations and provided us with replacements and organized what the other vendors needed to do. I can't imagine my wedding without her help and how beautiful this venue was for my vision, absolutely perfect.
Our guests raved about our wedding for months after and most said it was the best wedding they ever attended and how gorgeous Highland Manor was. The venue frames the wedding day and although I looked at over 20 venues in 3 different cities, this was by far the best choice for our day. You will not regret the location and the overly accommodating staff that works with them. -

And, we could not have done it without her. She found all my vendors, from pies to photography. She was wonderful. She was very organized and helped me de-stress on multiple occasions. And, mind you, this was a multicultural wedding with two different ceremonies. I really couldn't have done it without her. I tried to do it all on my own 6 months prior to asking Bonny for help. I am so beyond happy that I had my wedding at the Highland Manor. My husband and I are originally from other states so we weren't sure where to look for quality venues. We had been to a few events at the Dubsdred ballroom and decided to check out the Highland Manor as a possible location for our wedding. Since we had around 110 guests the venue was PERFECT. It fit our rustic theme and was close enough to the Orlando area that guests were able to easily get there. From day one we worked with Bonny and requested her as our Planner for the day of. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. From the minute we met her something just clicked. She is outgoing and very knowledgeable. She has an easy going attitude that puts you right at ease and you can sleep well knowing that your wedding is in her hands. We gave her a few trunks full of décor and told her to make it "look pretty" and she well exceeded our expectations. To this day our guests rave about how awesome everything looked. My family absolutely adored Bonnie and she made everything so easy and stress-free. A month before Bonnie sat with us and discussed our wedding vision and did a few follow up calls later on just to check in. During the rehearsal she was quick to answer every question and to make sure we were comfortable for the next day. She was always flexible and there for both myself and my husband. The day of she was a true God-send. She spent majority of the evening fixing my bustle and even helped pin my hair up when my veil came out. She made sure we constantly had something to drink and eat and checked on us the entire time. Bonnie was on top of everything- truly making it a special day for everyone. She walked us through the entire timeline making sure that we had time to sit, eat, dance, and truly experience the wedding. She kept the other vendors in line but making sure everything was set up prior and that we stayed close to a timeline. You can tell that this is her passion! -

My husband and I were married at Highland Manor on March, 13th 2016. My advice to brides and grooms who look at Highland Manor is... GET MARRIED HERE! The entire process was a breeze. Bonny was so helpful from day 1. She answered constant e-mails and understood my style and vision from just a few pictures. I had nothing to worry about. There was a 50% chance of rain on the day of our wedding and unfortunately we ended up having the ceremony in the grand ball room. However, I cannot say enough about how amazing the set up crew made it and how quickly they were able to take down the seats outside and setup everything inside! They included all the decorations we were planning to have outside and Bonny made my vision come to life inside. Gian, our personal server was SO helpful and one of the nicest and attentive people I have ever met. He followed us around with drinks and food while we were taking our photos and checked on the girls and guys several times while we were getting ready. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything and anything we needed at all times. My husband and I had never seen service like that! Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food tasted, and how nice the staff was. Most said it was the smoothest and best wedding they had ever been to! Choosing Highland Manor as our wedding venue was the best decision I could've made. -

Truly unbelievably amazing! From the very beginning, I fell in love with this venue. It became even more incredible with everyone that I talked with when I went to visit the venue. Through emails in preparation for the wedding, I was in contact with several coordinators and every time I had a response to all my questions within 24 hours. Andrew was my day of coordinator and he is truly an amazing man! He was so helpful as we met for a meeting and food tasting individually. We sat there for several hours and he helped me to finally see all the puzzle pieces coming together. The day before the wedding, Andrew did not hesitate to jump in and run the rehearsal when my pastor was unable to be there. The day of the wedding, we were there to prepare well before the wedding. Through out time getting ready, the minute we started to think of something and realized we may need Andrew for something, he appeared without being called and quickly solved all last minute problems (that were our fault and not the venue's or any of my vendors). Everyone in the bridal party commented on how incredible he was and how grateful we were that he was there. He kept a calm demeanor while solving problems quickly and efficiently. He made sure that anything we (as the entire bridal party) needed was taken care of quickly. He even made a mimosa for my mom :) We had a server that was just assigned to us, and he made sure whatever we needed food/drink was always there. He even made a ToGo bag of food for us! The entire staff was incredible. Our guests all commented on how amazed they were at the pleasant staff, the incredible food, and the beautiful venue. We left there feeling as though we should have paid triple for what we received the day of the wedding and how well everything turned out. This is truly a special place and I highly recommend it! Beautiful location, amazing coordinators, phenomenal food, and space for any size wedding/event! Andrew is the best! -

When we began looking for a venue we fell in love with Highland Manor after our first tour. They had the perfect space for both an outside ceremony and a romantic indoor reception. Throughout the planning process the staff was kind and helpful always ready to answer any question I came to them with. One of the other reasons we chose this venue was the day of coordination services. We are so fortunate that Corey was our coordinator and we could not be more thrilled with him nor the rest of his team. Meeting with him before hand and getting everything sorted out in advanced was wonderful. The day of the wedding everyone commented on how calm I seemed, and in reality it was because everything was done. All my items were dropped off, all of my arrangements made, and I knew that if anything went from Corey and his team would save the day. After months and months of planning an outside ceremony, it was only appropriate for it to rain on our wedding day. When the time came to have "the talk" Corey walked around the venue with myself and my bridesmaids explaining all of our options. Despite having already set up the reception room, he and his staff transformed the room so that we could use it for the ceremony as well. We had sent some sample pictures of the ideas we had for table design, napkins, etc. The team at Highland Manor went above and beyond in setting everything up, making the reality far better that I had even imagined. Andrew was there to help us throughout the day and night. He did everything from making sure we ate or had something to drink, to helping me feel less like spaz while trying to dance. The rain outside did not dampen a thing, as everything ran without a hitch. Thanks to Corey, Andrew and the rest of the staff at the Highland Manor who went above and beyond in making sure our wedding day was stress free and unforgettable. -

From the moment my husband and I arrived at Highland Manor for our first appointment, we knew that this would be our wedding venue. The entire location is absolutely breathtaking! We chose to have an autumn wedding in the evening and used the chapel, which is beautifully decorated. Bonny, our day-of event coordinator, and G, our head waiter, were absolutely amazing! They handled our rowdy wedding party with such patience. They truly made our wedding seamless! Although it is a little expensive, the old saying 'you get what you pay for' is absolutely true! The staff at Highland Manor work so hard to make your day the most special occasion possible, and they absolutely delivered. My husband and I have received so many compliments on the venue and food, saying it was a pinterest-worthy wedding with delicious food. Highland Manor is, without a doubt, worth every penny you pay for! -

We got married here on October 28, 2016 and would absolutely recommend the manor to anyone! The entire process was a breeze. We attended an open house here and were in contact with Bonny from the beginning. She ended up being our coordinator as the date got closer. Bonny had every part of the ceremony and reception organized from our meetings. She was in contact with all of our vendors to coordinate arrival times. We also dropped all of our decorations off with some instructions, and she set them up the day of! We didn't have to do any of the set up. Myself and my groom were assigned a butler and he was AMAZING! making sure we had drinks before the ceremony and he took our drink orders for after the ceremony. When the ceremony was over, all of the bridal party's drinks were ready when we went back into the house. He even followed us around with our cocktail hour treats and drinks while we were taking pictures. Our bridal party was very impressed. Bonny did an excellent job of directing our guests around, making sure they didn't come to the bridal suite or didn't see us prior to the ceremony. She kept us informed throughout the evening and assisted my parents in the breakdown of the ceremony (since they were the ones taking our decorations home). We ended up forgetting something and we were able to pick it up two days later. Everything was perfect and we would not have changed one single thing. Thank you so much to all the staff!! -

I cannot say enough good things about Highland Manor. Every aspect of the planning was a breeze; they handled every change we threw at them, worked with our budget and our schedule. We had a seamless event and it was a fantastic day. Bonny was wonderful as our day of coordinator; not a thing for us to do but get ready and have an amazing time with our family and friends. Simply put, this is the best wedding venue in all of Orlando. Not only were they reasonably priced, but my wife and I were well taken care of, and they really made our wedding ceremony and reception amazing. Corey Ouellette coordinated our event and was fantastic to work with. Our ceremony was beautiful, our reception was a blast, and the food was amazing. Any of our friends that get engaged, we recommend them to come here to for their wedding.

Highland Manor was the beat decision I've ever made! Not only is the venue completely gorgeous inside and out, but the people that work there are phenomenal. They didn't treat us like we were just paying customers...they truly made us feel comfortable, at home, and cared for. Corey O was my wedding coordinator and he will forever hold a special place in my heart. He bent over backwards making everything perfect for us and I could not be more appreciative. Also, Mark from Dubsdread is SO wonderful. He was very quick in responding to my numerous emails (literally about 30 minutes). He also made me feel like a friend instead of a customer. The perfect wedding venue! When I was first looking for a wedding venue I googled my heart out until I found THE TREE. I knew I had to get married here. This place is a dream! From the charming manor to the outdoor beauty - they even have a Chapel which is perfect for Florida weather. The entire staff is attentive and informative. The service is unbeatable!
Now let me express the epic awesomeness that is Bonny, our coordinator. My husband and I can be very different people and Bonny held both our hands through all our many, many questions. From my husband's last minute requests, to our crazy family, our indecisive brains, and all the little things no one thinks of, Bonny helped us through it all and kept us on track. Having her there made our entire wedding! I can not recommend having a coordinator enough so you aren't sweating the small stuff. And if you can have anyone, it needs to be Bonny! -

When I booked Highland Manor for my wedding, I knew it would be a beautiful day but I was astounded at how smoothly everything went on the day of. They provide you with a day-of coordinator (Bonny is the best!!) who will also help you in the weeks prior to the wedding to get all the finer details worked out. Having Bonny working with us made everything easier and neither myself nor the groom knew if anything was going wrong because she was on top of it! In addition to Bonny, we also had a head table waiter, Andrew. However, Andrew was so much more than a waiter. He was there for the entire wedding party from the minute we showed up to the very last wave goodbye. From extra hairspray and pins to fixing a bustle and grabbing a glass of wine for the bride, Andrew had it covered the entire day. If you book your event here, you are in great hands and won't have to worry about a thing on the day of. I had the wedding of my dreams at Highland Manor and I recommend this venue to every potential bride I meet. -

All I can say about the Highland Manor team is Awesome! We looked at many different places near Orlando, but none of them was offering what we were looking for, we needed a place that would almost do everything for us, the day of, without paying extra, with delicious food (husband is a chef), and very friendly and flexible. Wer had a peruvian-french theme wedding, that includes llamas and eiffel towers. Every single part of the decoration was made by me or my family. So we needed them to understand our concept. As soon we saw the place, we knew that was the one, Bonny was our coordinator and she was awesome! very very easy to work with type of person. Our wedding was everything we though it would be and more. People is still talking about how amazing the food was. We had a waiter/assistant with us the whole time, he made sure we had drinks; appetizers (while taking our pictures) and dinner, he also made sure my dress was perfect before I walked down the aisle, Thanl you Gian! my family love you. I don't even know where to start. The staff went above and beyond to meet our every desire. I can't think of one thing they said no to, or charged us unfairly for, or DIDN'T bend over backwards to accommodate.
Just a few highlights:
- Corey Ouellette. We felt like we were talking to a friend. There was a moment where the venue told us he may not be able to coordinate our wedding, and we were crushed. A few days later, Corey called us to assure us he would be the one heading up our wedding. He was one of the main reasons we chose HM in the first place, and we were so overjoyed he was able to coordinate.
- Andrew, our personal waiter. He was there for anything my husband and I needed, from fetching items to getting us drinks to alerting family members of where they needed to be. He was super warm and friendly, and he and Corey truly made our experience with Highland Manor a dream.
- Thrown-in items we didn't have to pay for. Corey provided us with some last-minute things we didn't have and really needed, like a carpeted aisle-runner cover he'd come across and hurricane lamps for our unity candles. When you're a few days away from a wedding you've been planning over a year, this service is priceless.
- Communication. If I could give HM more than five stars on this, I would. I usually didn't have to wait more than an hour, even on weekends (and at night!), to get a response to an e-mail. It was such a weight off my shoulders to have information at my fingertips!
- The service in general. Just a few things off the top of my head: 1. Corey charged us a price that had been implied for something instead of the actual price, 2. We were $50 short on our F&B minimum and they told us not to worry about it, 3. We went over our bar tab by $80 and were again told not to worry about it. They took care of us so well.
- The food! If you aren't sure what to pick, get the beef tenderloin and chicken boursin.
I wish I had more space to review. Book HM - you won't regret it! -

If you are looking for a place where you feel relaxed and organized on your wedding day, this is it. They are basically a wedding coordinator + venue service the day of the wedding. Bonie was my wedding director, and she absolutely took care of everything and had me where I needed to be at all times. She even kept some guest from us so we could get a bit of personal time to eat at the wedding. This woman got on her hands and knees to pick out a splinter from my foot and made sure I was always happy. Truly the best service. Worth the big bucks -

Wow. Can I say just wow? Corey and his team at Highland Manor know what they are doing. They made my day perfect. The set up the hall as I dreamed it and got it taken down for my parents to pack up in a matter of minutes. They took care of me in every way. A huge shout out to our head server, Andrew, who met my crazy OCD needs and followed my husband and I everywhere making sure we were able to eat and drink. Highland Manor was professional and worked extremely hard to meet my father's budget expectations and needs. Every step of the way they were accommodating and friendly. They have a "whatever the bride wants" attitude--which did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate their hard work to make my wedding day the best day of my life. It was stunning. No wedding I have ever been to comes close. (shh!)
