Highly Recommend High Volume Entertainment

I was very happy with Matt's services on my wedding day. Matt and I had a conversation over the phone a few days before my wedding day during which he asked all the right questions and helped to make me feel comfortable and confident going into my day. I went into that conversation thinking that there were certain things I needed to do at my reception because "everyone does it that way." He told me that my groom and I should only do what fits with our personalities and also made me feel better by explaining that what I had thought everyone did at their reception, he hasn't actually seen done in a long time! I was so glad I talked to him because had I not, I may have added on additional activities to my reception that weren't really needed. And looking back, I was busy enough at my reception the way it was! On the day before my wedding, Matt came to the rehearsal for my ceremony, set up his equipment, and then actually lead our rehearsal for us. He made sure that we ran through and practiced as many times as we wanted to ensure that we were all comfortable. I could tell that this wasn't his first time leading one because he did a fantastic job coordinating it. I also wanted to start walking down the aisle at a very specific point in the middle of a song, and he pulled that off exactly how I wanted. When I arrived to my reception, Matt was very helpful in explaining how our grand entrance would work and made sure that everyone in my bridal party was on the same page. After that, he came up to our head table a few times to ask if any of us wanted anything to drink, as he was willing to go to the bar, order our drinks, and bring them to us. I was impressed not only because he was able to remember all of those drink requests, but also that he was doing that for us at all. He played all the right songs for us throughout the night and made sure that we left off the night on a great note, with a busy dance floor and good vibes. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a DJ!

HighVolume DJ Review

Matt was a great DJ for our event. We had multiple guests approach us and comment about how proactive and polite he was in asking for requests and introducing himself to each table. Matt is a DJ who you can 'set and forget' knowing that he will do his job and take care of you in the process. You may notice he is pricier than some other vendors and he admins as such but we felt it was worth the value in the end. During music 'downtime' he was also proactive in making sure we had water or full cups and went above and beyond. Thanks, Matt!

Best Experience

Matt was extremely easy to work with not only for our wedding but also in planning a separate charity event months prior. He unfortunately had a death in the family a few days prior to our charity event and within one hour of updating me, he had found someone to replace him. It was excellent not to have to worry on our end.

For our wedding, Matt went above and beyond. He traveled 2 hours to meet us at our venue months prior to walk through set-up and to understand our vision. His communication was constant both leading up to and during our day. He traveled to our rehearsal, which was a huge help as nothing unexpected occurred during the ceremony. He greeted the bridal party as soon as we got back from bar hopping and even got us champagne for dinner. He routinely checked in to see how we were doing, asked if we needed anything and to confirm timeline and direct to what was next. The dance party was AMAZING! He not only hit every song on our "must play" but had the guests dancing far after my husband and I went to sleep. Our guests raved that he had the best music and was attentive to requests. I wouldn't hesitate to book Matt, he is professional, personable and worth every penny!

Zero stress made for a perfect day!

My now wife and I found High Volume Entertainment by way of our venue and then from reviews from The Knot and Wedding Wire. We couldn't be happier with the job Matt did for our wedding reception! When we first contacted him, he answered all our questions and was very open to suggestions for music and very flexible with the schedule for the evening. We also requested that he provide up-lighting for our venue and those looked great as well! They were even synced with the music. On the day, Matt was very professional and kept us informed and on schedule the whole evening, even changing some of his plans for music to suit what our guests were requesting and dancing to. The name High Volume Entertainment would seem to imply loud music, but Matt made sure to that the atmosphere was one that everyone could enjoy without going over the top. We received multiple positive comments from our guests about the quality of entertainment provided by High Volume Entertainment. We couldn't recommend highly enough!

February ‘22 Wedding

Matt and his team were so professional from the very moment I inquired for a DJ. He did an amazing job with our music choices. Since I come from a Hispanic culture, I was worried if I could find someone who could have a mix of Spanish music integrated to our weeding but he managed to do it perfectly. He worked well with our bridal party, pastor and mariachi so it was just an amazing time til the night ended. The photo booth was awesome and all my guests loved it as well. Loved it all.

Outstanding!!!!

Matt of high volume went above and beyond what me and my bride were expecting. From helping us go through everything as we had no event coordinator. To playing all of our requests and at a reasonable volume so we could still talk! He catered to our crowd very well, playing songs that fit the flow of the night. He was also very genuine and very easy to work with! 15/10 would recommend high volume entertainment for your DJ needs!

Couldn’t be happier

Matt was the best choice for us. Not only does he do an amazing job with the music, he is incredibly easy to work with. He was very accommodating with the music we wanted and if he didn’t have the song, he got it. Even during the wedding reception. He was not just a DJ, he’s more like a wedding event coordinator. Our day was extra special because of him. Matt even made sure that our entire wedding party had a drink when we sat down for dinner. 😊 we highly recommend him. Well worth every penny!

Would pick High Volume Entertainment again!

We made an excellent choice with High Volume Entertainment!
Prior to the wedding: We had several conversations with Matt, in order to make sure we were all on the same page (minister, venue, ourselves, and Matt). He asked the right questions, some of which, we hadn't thought about. He made some recommendations, which we adopted (and he was right). Overall, we felt great going into our wedding day. Matt was present during our rehearsal, and answered last minute questions and tightened all the nuts and bolts. OTHER DJs we considered mentioned they would not be present at our rehearsal - Do not do that. Having Matt at our rehearsal, definitely helped.
The day off: showed up on time, was already set to go, make sure we had our mics and did some sound testing prior to ceremony to make sure we were not too loud or too quiet - Great attention to detail. During the reception, he played the music requested, and made sure people were engaged and the energy level was appropriate. The mix fast/med/slow was fantastic and seamless. If needed (because we were a little off schedule, he would ask a couple of questions to make sure where to go - I liked that, because I want to be able to call the shots).

If I could to go back, I'd pick High Volume Entertainment again! Thanks Matt!

Kept the Dance Floor Packed!!

Matt is absolutely awesome! His attention to detail, upbeat personality, and helpfulness is something we absolutely appreciate. Everyone loved the photobooth and music selections at our wedding. The dance floor was never empty and we danced until the end of the night. We will definitely be recommending him to our friends and family! Worth every penny!

I cannot say enough good things about Matt! He was the DJ at my wedding this September, and I truly believe he is the reason everyone had such an amazing time! He made sure everything ran smoothly, at the rehearsal and the day of. He was so accommodating, observant and great communication; he kept everything on schedule. We had pretty specific music requests, unlike usual wedding songs and he exceeded our expectations. Our guests were raving about him all night and even had people reach out the following days, saying how awesome our dj was! The only thing I would have changed about the night was to have the party go a few hours longer, come midnight everyone was still rocking the dance floor! We cannot thank Matt enough, highly recommend him to anyone! (He also was the DJ for my sister's wedding in 2015, and was awesome then too!)

Amazing Experience

Matt did a great job covering sound for our outdoor ceremony and also DJ at our reception. He was very personable and good at communicating. Matt worked hard to make everything fall into place despite some unforeseen obstacles the day of that were out of his control. Would highly recommend to others.

Above and Beyond

He made sure the evening was everything we wanted it to be. He was the DJ for my cousin's wedding and my sister's wedding before I hired him for mine, so I knew he was going to be amazing. He brought the groom and I drinks after the grand march and offered to grab our parents drinks as well. He's great at reading the crowd's mood and picking the right songs to get us pumped. He was also willing to take requests from my guests and was altogether just a fun guy. The rest of my siblings plan to hire him when they get married too.

Get what you pay for

If you’re looking for the cheapest DJ, I would continue to keep looking. However, if you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and makes it their personal goal to ensure the reception is amazing, Matt is a true professional. He kept the evening rolling and made sure we were well taken care of. Whether it being that our drinks were filled (what kind of DJ offers to get you a drink?!) or keeping the guests entertained, he had us covered! Matt did such an awesome job at our wedding this summer! Matt provided equipment for ceremony musicians and officiant, as well as music during cocktail hour and the wedding reception. Matt was very professional and prompt to respond during the whole wedding planning process. During the reception, the dance floor was never empty! Matt is awesome at gauging the audience and choosing music accordingly. Even though it was Matt’s birthday the night of our wedding, he extended his time slightly to play encore songs for everyone requesting more songs. Matt touched base throughout the day and night to make sure everything was going good. We would definitely recommend Matt for your wedding!

Where do we even begin?! From the beginning, Matt was like family to us. From the moment he met with us, we know that we had picked the right person. He listened to all our silly questions, wanted to incorporate all of our crazy ideas, and helped us solve problems if we didn't have answers. If you want an all around top notch DJ (Which he is SO MUCH MORE), he is your guy. As soon as we arrived there the evening of the wedding, he was asking to grab our bags, help us place things at the head table, and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and ready for a great night. Once we got to the head table, he was there asking if we needed any drinks or if there was anything he could do to help. His equipment is top notch, as my husband and I are tech nerds and wanted the latest and greatest, and his assistant was friendly and such a joy to be around. In the end, we couldn't have imagined our day with any other DJ, as he went above and beyond to make sure we were the happiest newlyweds possible!

We originally met Matt from High Volume Entertainment at a wedding vendor open house at Eron's Event Barn in Stevens Point. Matt gave a really concise presentation on things to consider for a DJ that helped us in our DJ search for the wedding. A lot of the vendors had a door prize, and we won a photo booth rental from High Volume Entertainment.

We ended up going with a different DJ service based on the type of wedding we were doing. That made us a little self conscious about asking for the photo booth from Matt, but he was super professional and customized the photo booth for us! We were expecting just a backdrop and an Ipad, but WOW, a really fantastic female employee showed up and setup a top notch digital photo booth. They brought in a ton of great props and had a guestbook out that guests could put a second copy of their photo booth print into for us, and leave us a note. That guestbook is something we look at and laugh together at, great funny pics. We are super appreciative of the professionalism and honesty of Matt and High Volume Entertainment.

We tipped the photo booth employee because she did such a great job.

Just for reference we had a lot of kids at our wedding and we had an existing recommendation for a DJ who had been received really positively by another wedding full of kids. I'm sure Matt can do a great job too. We selected the other DJ just because of the trust factor we had with the people recommending them.

Matt is absolutely amazing! He was doing a wedding we were at and we knew instantly we wanted him for our wedding. He did our wedding on May 5th and we were so happy! He came prior to our wedding, which is quite a drive, to check out the church and our venue, that way when the day came he knew exactly what he was doing. He would always check on Keegan and I to see if we needed anything like drinks etc during our dinner. He made sure to get everyone involved. Our dance floor was packed! Highly recommended!

Matt and Jaya were the best! Matt was flexible, easy to work with, and kept the dance floor full all night. He handled the timing of things perfectly and fit in requests in a way which didn't interrupt the flow of the music. It was exactly what we were looking for. The photo booth was a huge hit too! We especially liked that it had a big curtain as we were able to fit some larger groups in the booth that way. We were so thankful they provided a book with physical copies of the pics to look through right away and a flash drive with copies of all the photos so we can print some higher quality ones out to put in picture frames later! Everyone, HIRE Matt! We literally could not say enough great things about him or his awesome and professional service. He was on top of everything we needed, was at rehearsal, set up everything for the ceremony, had every single song we asked for and was always smiling. He even helped set up the head table while the wedding party was taking pictures, I mean come on, who else would do that?! We got so many compliments on the music, services and the personality of Matt that I wish I could redo my wedding every weekend. We also had a brunch wedding so the dance was at 2:00 pm (not usual dancing time) and the music was so good that the dance floor was packed the entire time. Matt should be at the top of anyones DJ list and I will definitely be recommending him to ALL my family and friends. We are so grateful!

To be honest I didn't have high expectations for a DJ in general, I just assummed Matt would play music and that's it. Matt blew all my expectations out of the water!!! He was INCREDIBLE!! Not only was the flow on how the night went smotth but the music EVERYONE enjoyed of ALL AGES. He always checked up on us, making sure my husband and I were doing good and the night was going well. I HIGHLY recommend having Matt help you at your event/wedding, he will go above and beyond to help you, and put his input when it is needed.

Honestly my recommendation would be to stop reading this and contact him ASAP to see if he is available for your date! I never thought a DJ could be so chill, upbeat, and awesome all at the same time! He is all about making the day about you. From the first meeting he won me over by our similar interest in the song Ignition (Hot and Fresh Out the Kitchen)! He was very helpful throughout the process of planning, giving recommendations of what worked and what didn't. My guests loved that during the cocktail hour he went around and asked what people like to hear and dance to. They thought he was a blast and knew how to make everyone have a night to remember! He was up for anything my guests asked from him to make my night extra special. I am so thankful I hired him to be my DJ! He made it where he was in charge of entertaining and I was responsible for enjoying my day!

After our photographer recommended Matt @ High Volume Entertainment to us, we immediately booked an appointment to look at his services. Before the appointment was over, my husband and I were already in agreement that Matt was the DJ for us.

Through the entire planning process, Matt was available, patient, and responsive to every request! He helped us make our reception "ours" by completely customizing the plan for our evening and ensuring we had time for guests, as well as ourselves. When we proposed nontraditional requests - hints of Mario Bros. (including classical versions of video game theme songs for dinner music and a customized Mario Bros. photo booth screen), a special kissing game, surprise family traditions, and unique dances - Matt met all of our requests with an open mind and topped our flair with suggesting a cake smash rather than the more traditional dollar dance. Everything combined made for awesome pictures, lots of love & laughter, and put our night over the edge for unforgettable!!

Throughout the entire planning process and our day, we were 100% aligned and everything went off without a hitch. To say that Matt is professional, fun, and engaging is an understatement! My husband, family, and I recommend Matt hands down for DJ & photo booth services! We'd do it all the same again!

Matt from High Volume Entertainment did an amazing job at our wedding. I received nothing but compliments from guests at the wedding about how wonderful the music was and it was the perfect volume. The up-lighting was beautiful and a must have and the music was amazing. He had everyone up on their feet dancing and having a great time. He also was wonderful about keeping the bride and groom on schedule for the evening (trust me you will need that)!! He is the best DJ a bride and groom could ask for, made our night the best! He even helps you out with finding other vendors and helping you out through the planning process!!! That is going above and beyond!! Thank you again Matt, you are the best!!!!

We hired High Volume to do a photo booth for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with how the pictures turned out. Matt created a custom picture strip for us based on an example I found and helped bring my clean/simple/black and white picture idea to life. I am so appreciative for all the work they did. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Matt was the perfect DJ to work with! Very professional and organized yet able to have a lot of fun with the crowd and keep up the energy on the dance floor all night. Matt at High Volume was absolutely amazing!! He was recommended to us by a friend, and we are sure glad we booked him. I have nothing but great things to say about Matt and his service. From the time we booked to the day of the wedding Matt was very professional, responsive, and just overall great. We had told Matt that our families would be dancing all night-and they sure were. We had a PACKED dance floor from 7:30 pm to 12:00 and it was amazing, it was exactly what we pictured our night to be like. Matt was so easy to work with and helpful with song choices and recommendations, and played songs that we requested. His booth looked so good on the dance floor and the up-lighting was just the right touch (as of venue was a little dark) We would recommend him to anyone looking to have a great DJ and fun time dancing! We had so many great compliments about him and so many people commented it was the most fun they'd had at a wedding ever! We would do it all again in a heartbeat. Seriously.... book him!

If you want to have a wedding that is going to be remembered and that goes SO smoothly, definitely book Matt from High Volume for your service! He is accommodating, has setups at every location we needed, helped us with ideas the DAY OF the wedding and always made sure we were okay with everything and asked if we needed anything! Matt kept us on the dance floor until 2:30 in the morning! He was the best DJ we have had. We had a lot of our guests come up to us and ask where he is from and told us how great he is because they want him and their upcoming events! Totally great!

We had High Volume Entertainment for our outdoor wedding reception. Matthew is a stand-up-guy and his professionalism made the planning process and the day go wonderfully! He was great about getting back to us with any and all questions in a very timely manner! We also did the photo booth and that was the icing on the cake and truly enhanced our experience in such a fun and personal way! High Volume Entertainment is a must have for any event where you'd like a DJ. So easy to work with, and Matt makes sure you have everything you could possibly want. We are nothing short of extremely happy with the service we received from High Volume. We booked Matthew to provide up lighting, a Photobooth, and DJ our wedding. Our guests absolutely loved the extra touch and attention to details when they walked in to the Grand Hall. The lights nicely tied everything together. The pictures from the Photobooth cronologically recorded and preserved the progression of an amazing night everyone had, and we especially love the fact we and guests can still go online to view them later! Our guests were out of their seats and enjoying the variety of music that was played all night long. The set up of the DJ booth alone is veery impressive. The quality of service, attentiveness and sincere eagerness to do the job right at such a competitive price Is bar none. We highly recommend you book High Volume before your date is already taken!

My fiance and I worked with Matt for our wedding plans and we could not have been happier with our choice. He made meeting with him to discuss details extremely easy and never seemed preoccupied, the utmost professional. We hired him based on an initial meeting as well as a recommendation from our photographer and he more than exceeded our expectations. When we met with him initially we went over our overall feel and set up a walk through for our venues as he had never presented at either. Matt immediately responded to ideas for the reception and we ended up hiring him for uplighting as well, the effect of which was fantastic. It was a true production in every sense of the word.

He introduced himself at the tables, asked what the guests would like to hear and made himself available for requests at all times. He managed the timing of the entire evening so we never had to worry about looking at a clock. At one point he even asked me something about the cake cutting and I remarked that I had forgotten to ask the caterer to have serving utensils ready. He told me it was taken care of, spoke with the caterer, and came back moments later, telling me it was handled and that the utensils were already waiting by the cake. This was definitely above and beyond the realm of his duties, but he helped without question.

In addition, we suggested him to our friends who were having their wedding a few months before ours in June, at that event he catered to everyone the same as he did at ours. I had tweaked my knee at the time and he visited our table to ask if there was something different he could do for our day. His care and concern to our every need was impeccable.

I would recommend Matt over and over again to any and everyone looking for a DJ and entertainer for their event of any kind. He is a true professional and clearly loves what he does, his entire team is amazing.

High Volume DJ (Matt P.) was absolutely fantastic! He catered to our needs not only as wedding party but also to the guests. Matt is creative and engertic which helps to get all the guests involved. He allows your to request songs and also asks for a list of 20 must play songs This really made the wedding/dance feel more personal and tailored to our specific theme. We worked with Matt from out of state and I was comfortable with our DJ needs in his hands. Our big day was flawless! Totally recommend High Volume.

Matt was my DJ and I don't even have enough words to explain how amazing he was. I don't think there is enough words in the English dictionary to describe my wedding day. I met with Matt three times in person and I can't even say how many emails. If I had questions he would respond that same day. At my first meeting I was nervous because I didn't know what I wanted. Matt has this energy that put me at ease and by the end of the meeting I knew exactly what I wanted. Matt showed me these amazing lights that light up the trees and background like fireflies. I wanted them so bad and he specifically bought them for my wedding. I would recommend him for every event! There was never a dull moment. There was not one moment in my whole reception where someone wasn't dancing. Matt made my fairytale wedding come true! He had so many lights and I cried when I saw the trees light up like they were dancing. Our DJ, Richard, did a great job at our wedding. He drove up on Friday and was at the rehearsal to ensure everything went smooth on Saturday. We had an outdoor wedding and he was very well prepared in the event of rain. I heard many compliments on how well our guests could hear the outdoor ceremony. The speakers and microphones were great. He was flexible and willing to play a song next when we asked. The photobooth was a hit as well. I would recommend this DJ to other couples.

High Volume Entertainment and Photobooth were AMAZING for our wedding on June 27th! I can't say enough good things about Matt and Justin who attended out reception.
Not only was Matt super easy to work with, he was able to answer every question I had. He not only made sure that the music that was played for our reception was what both Adam and I wanted to hear, but also music that our guests would enjoy.
The set up alone that High Volume is worth it. It is not your standard set up with a DJ standing behind a table set up. Their set up made it feel like we were in a club in Milwaukee, in fact some of our guests even commented that they forgot they were at a wedding. Plus, there was another wedding going on in our location and members of that wedding party and guests saw how great our reception was they wanted to join in.
Matt also made sure that we stayed on our timeline as far as things that needed to get done between the start of the reception to the dance portion. He also made sure that both Adam and I were in the room before playing the big songs we requested.
High Volume also did our up-lighting for the room as well. I couldn't of walked into a more perfect setting for dinner. With the technology that they have with getting the color lights just right was perfect. Also to be able to change the colors through out the night to set the mood was great. Our guests were really blown away by that.
The Photobooth I have to say was the star of the night. Personally, I have not been to a wedding before where there was ALWAYS a line to use it. Sadly as the Bride and Groom we did not get in there as much as we would of liked just due to talking with guests, but the book of photos we received back was AMAZING! Not only do we get a book put together of all the photos but also a flash drive as well. I just wish we could of partied a little longer.
If you are looking to have one heck of a good time make sure that you go with High Volume Entertainment and Photobooth!

They helped make the wedding awesome! Very professional and great to work with. Everyone enjoyed the music and the emcee services, the DJ even went out to the tables that weren't dancing and asked what songs they would like to hear. High Volume Entertainment provided the music and microphone for the ceremony. They did an excellent job. Also they provided a photo booth which was set up after the dinner. The photo booth was a hit everyone loved it. They were very professional and timely I recommend them for anyone looking for a photo booth and or sound at a remote location.

We used Matthew from High Volume Entertainment's DJ services and uplighting for our wedding on Aug 16th 2014. Matthew was organized and helped us with ideas for the wedding. Planning a wedding was a lot of work, but Matthew had tools for us to use along the way. He even gave us a wedding planning book, how cool is that!?

My fiance and I met with Matt a few times to get an idea of what we were looking for. I trusted his expertise and told him my main goal was for our guests to dance and have fun!! And did we ever have FUN! Every age was out on the dance floor. Matthew had a good way of knowing what to play at the right times. I polkaed with my husbands grandmother, something she had been talking about doing that for years! As the Bride I was so excited to see people having fun and I even danced for a good chunk of the night. I would suggest High Volume Enterainment in a heartbeat.

We also did uplighting for our reception. When we walked into the recepetion hall it was lit up all the way around with a light pink color. As the dinner went on he had the uplighting change through different colors, made it so magical!

Thank you Matthew for making our wedding a memorable night for us and our guests. People are still telling me what a great wedding reception we had, almost two months later.

Matt did an absolute amazing job!!! I don't even know where to begin! From the day I called to reserve him to DJ our wedding all the way following through days after the wedding, Matt was always available to answer questions and to give advise! We met with him multiple times leading up to the wedding so he made sure our night was perfect! He was outstanding! ! He played music for our cocktail hour and dinner and of course for our dance! He interacted with our family and wedding party and got everyone out on the dance floor whether it be my 4 year old cousin or my grandmother!!! He was awesome!! Matt was WONDERFUL!!! From the very beginning, he was the perfect mix of professional and playful - we knew he'd get business done, and we knew all of our guests would love him. When our caterer quit a month before the wedding, Matt was the only vendor we didn't call to double check that we were on his schedule - that's how much of a professional impression he made on us.

Matt even came up to the wedding site in St. Germain for the rehearsal the night before the wedding and was willing to run through as much as we needed as many times as needed to make sure everyone there felt comfortable with their cues on the day of the wedding.

On our wedding day, things went so smoothly and everyone had A BLAST at the reception!! Within minutes of being on the dance floor, my dad was SOAKED in sweat - so much that you could wring out his shirt. His back splashed when people hugged or slapped him on the back! I've never seen a fun-loving guy have so much fun - a real testament to Matt's DJ skills.

And if all that weren't enough, Matt did our photobooth (an alternative for our guestbook) and uplighting, too. Everything came together to make it the most magical, beautiful, fun night of my life - and apparently a lot of other peoples'! Every single guest said it was the best wedding they've ever been to.

Long story short, Matt is awesome. Worth every penny. You won't be disappointed.

Justin was our DJ but both him and Matt were amazing. They were so willing to work with us and listen to what we wanted. If they didn't have a song we wanted they found it. Justin did a great job there were always people on the dance floor. We also got a lot of compliments on the photobooth, everybody loved it. I have several friends and family members getting married soon and I keep recommending them because they did such an amazing job.

If you are not thinking about booking High Volume DJ you are making a huge mistake. I have never been to a more fun wedding then my own and have seen more people dancing on the dance floor right up until the last song. Our dance floor was packed it was absolutely incredible. Matt and his staff are great no they are better then great there is not a descriptive word to explain how amazing they are. Matt is so kind and patient and he thinks of everything he basically runs the event and makes sure that everything is on time. You basically get to show up for the wedding and just expect to have a good time because he has everything figured out before you get there to a T. He collaborates with all the vendors too to make sure that you get the announcements that you need and everyone is paying attention to you when you first walk in, cut the cake, etc. We splurged and had the photobooth and uplighting on top of his DJ/Wedding planning services and it tied everything together for our wedding. The photobooth was so much fun and there was a line outside of it the entire night if people were not on the dance floor they were by the photobooth. I love all the pictures! The quality of them is so high too I was not expecting them to be so crisp and the photos to look like a professional photographer took them but they really did. Plus on top of everything Matt does for you he gives you an entire album of all the photos from the booth with a spot for your guests to sign next to them. If you have not chose a DJ yet chose Matt he is just absolutely wonderful you will not be sorry he exceeded our expectations beyond words.

Matt was fantastic! With all the worries that come with planning a wedding, one phase of it I knew I didn't have to worry about was the DJ. He had the elegant set-up with all the up-lighting, the professionalism of a seasoned pro, but the excitement as if it was one of his first gigs.

Matt had everyone on the dance floor the entire night and everyone was very impressed with how much fun it was! The photo booth was amazing! It had the most room than any others I've seen and was running the whole night!

Matt is amazing, he helped make planning a out of town wedding seem like a breeze. He is so much more than just a DJ, he kept things running smoothly and read the crowd according to their taste. Matt of High Volume entertainment served as the DJ for our wedding ceremony at the Munson Bridge Winery. He was responsive and helpful through the entire process and everyone at our wedding raved about the music choices he made. He accommodated every request and was extremely effective in helping us manage our day and reception. We couldn't have been more pleased. Above that he does great work at an economical rate. Should a need arise again, I would never hesitate to call Matt again and others who are in need of a DJ most certainly should.

The professionalism from Matt at High Volume Entertainment was over the top. He made sure that all song requests were played and played music to the crowd. If I could give Matt more than 5 stars I would! He is the best! Everything was perfect, everyone was talking about how amazing our wedding was, and how it flowed so nicely thanks to our amazing DJ. I can't write enough praise on here to tell how happy we are we had him at our wedding. He is well up to date on what the trends are, games, best songs for cake cutting, first dance ect. Excellet taste!!!!Perfect music, perfect amount of slow and fast songs, perfect order which we did everything, everyone was completely entertained all night. He also came to our rescue when we needed an alter server for our long Catholic wedding. : ) He saved the day, and helped make it. Matt is truly the best! We hired Matt Polacek of High Volume Entertainment to DJ for our wedding at the Rothschild Pavilion. Great choice! I cannot say enough good things about Matt and his DJ business. He runs a very professional DJ service. He is prompt, courteous, and organized with his business. The DJ booth setup is beautiful and elegant. The up-lighting that Matt provided at the Pavilion gave a gorgeous look to the venue. He is very up-to-date with his DJ equipment, stereo, lighting, and the sound quality of his stereo system sounded great. His music selection was awesome! I received a lot of compliments on the music that was played by Matt, and his verbal announcements he made at the wedding were nicely done. Working with Matt to DJ our wedding was a great pleasure. He was extremely professional and his information form was more than helpful when trying to figure out what to play for each dance of the evening. All of our guests had a fabulous times and loved the music during dinner and dance.

Matt provided a superior level of entertainment on our special day! Our wedding was very large and the layout of our banquet hall was not traditional. All of our guests could hear all of the announcements that were made, before dinner prayers and dinner music was at a level that was pleasing to all.

For our dance, Matt provided our guests of all ages with music from all genres. He was very professional and kept in touch with bride and her family and groom and his family throughout all aspects of the day.

Matt was very thorough in finding out from us all about the details of how we wanted our evening to go. He was flexible with last minute changes and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Once the dancing started, the dancefloor was never empty. So many of my guests raved to me about how great the music was and what a great time they had. He catered to all of the different ages and groups of people that I had there as guests as well. His light show is also awesome. There are a lot of great candid photos of people dancing and the lighting is looks amazing. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a DJ who will help them have a great party.

Matt did a terrific job for our wedding ceremony and reception. He brought a lot of ideas to the table to help make our wedding more unique and was very flexible when we decided to cancel one of the activities we had planned to do during the dance. He actually came up to the head table during dinner to ask if he could get any of us something to drink, and my pregnant matron of honor was very happy when he returned with her root beer. He came to our rehearsal to make sure the music for the ceremony would be timed out correctly and also made sure he got the track of the song my soloist was singing. He made the whole day flow very well and made it stress free. The dance floor was hopping all night and we had comments from guests on how many people were dancing. He was very prompt with responding to emails, and the only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars for responsiveness was for one isolated incident. I was supposed to meet him to drop off the contract and he was setting up for a different wedding and forgot his phone in the car, so when I called to let him know I was done with work and could meet him, he wasn't available. He called me about a half hour later and reset the date and everything else was very smooth.

I was really impressed with Matt's services. He always responded immediately to my questions, even when he was away with his family on vacation. My friends and family remarked how communicative he was throughout our big day.

He really impressed me with his flexibility and attentiveness. He was quick to respond when things didn't go as planned, and was flexible when I wanted to change the song I was going to walk down the aisle to at the last minute. He was also a great MC for our reception, and got our guests to move from each place seamlessly. He had our guests dancing from the end of the happy hour until 1am!

Everyone LOVED the photo booth, and having the photo album the next day with some of the photos was a great initial souvenir for me and my husband. We loved looking at it in the morning!

I would highly recommend Matt to any bride or groom in Wisconsin!

Highly Recommend DJ Services

Matt was one of the best decisions we made for our big day! We could count on him to keep the evening flowing, from grand entrance through last song. The crowd loved him, he understood our priorities and kept that #1, had great suggestions and alternatives when needed, had everyone dancing and enjoying their evening, and most importantly kept the evening enjoyable and stress-free for bride and groom.
