From the second we toured Hidden Pines Hurst in June of 2023, we knew it was the venue for our wedding. The venue was BEAUTIFUL, Classy, and Elevated. Hidden Pines offered packages to fit our needs, whether we just needed the venue or we needed the works with everything included. Hidden Pines Hurst made it all so easy and seamless.
The staff at Hidden Pines is really what made the experience so unforgettable. As wedding day approached, our day of coordinator, Kymerlyn, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was the way we wanted.(Even when i changed my mind last minute or when people started to retract their RSVPs and needed to change the floor plan) She also helped solve problems as they presented themselves on wedding day which I am SO thankful for. The wait staff, bartenders, and managers all really took care of my husband and I, making sure we had what we needed while still tending to our guests and making them feel special as well. Our DJ Jay T and Jamal with CoHost Entertainment were so kind and really helped keep the party going during the reception.
I sincerely think our wedding wouldn't have been as spectacular as it was without all the staff at Hidden Pines.🤍

This venue is absolutely beautiful! We got married here on 12.07.2024 and everything was truly perfect. Raven, our wedding coordinator was fantastic. She helped us from day one when we booked over the summer and has truly been heaven sent to us! She is quick to respond to your needs and you can tell she genuinely cares. Carlena helped us as well at rehearsal and the wedding and was amazing. She is so fun and has such a lovable personality. They are truly the best duo. They go above and beyond to make everything go so smoothly and as the stresses that can come with being the bride, I was sooo grateful! The venue itself is lovely. It’s really nice how close everything is, it makes it easier on your guests having the ceremony and reception right by each other. And the courtyard was perfect for cocktails and snacks! Thank you all so much for everything you did to make our day unforgettable!!!

Beautiful venue
This venue is gorgeous and has everything you need!!! The entire process from start to finish was great. They had great communication, any question I had, I had a response within 24-48 hrs. The food was delicious, the day of, literally was magical. The entire staff was so nice and professional. I loved the Bridal suite, the ceremony was beautiful, we didn't do much to it b.c it just looked elegant on its own. My guest loved the courtyard, we had our bar out there and everyone loved it. Inside was spacious, I would have my wedding again there!!! And what I loved was I didn't feel pressured to use their vendors or add anything extra if I didn't want to. I did add a few things but again, totally optional! Ty hidden pines for a beautiful wedding.

Takes the stress out of it
I was overwhelmed making the list for a DIY, cheaper wedding. Then I found these guys. They do everything for you, you just have to tell them what you want. It instantly made things far less stressful. Everyone was so wonderful as well. The price was more expensive than a DIY, for sure, but it was definitely worth it.

The BEST day ever, smoother than we dreamed of!
Hidden Pines Hurst provided my husband and I with an amazing Wedding Day. From planning to coordinating the small details, everything felt WAY easier than it should have. We are especially grateful for the staff that helped us, Amanda was our pre-wedding coordinator and she helped us get everything in it's perfect place, and we never once had to worry about anything slipping through. From the moment my husband and I first toured the Hurst location, we knew this was the perfect place to say “I Do”. The venue is beautifully designed to allow for class and elegance, which prevented the need for additional decor. Jordan was very informing and patient throughout the planning stages and day of, her and Tatiana went the extra mile to ensure we were treated like royalty and didn’t have a single care. The all-inclusive package options made planning easy and their preferred vendors all delivered above expectations. The food & cake were delicious, DJ never skipped a beat, and the bar continued flowing all night long. My 80+ guest all ranted and raved about the venue and experience. I would recommend considering additional restroom facilities in the future… But, everything else was PERFECT 🥰

The smoothest Wedding!
We spent around 6 months looking for the perfect place to get married and found Hidden Pines. The whole staff was so amazing! The entire process was surprisingly simple and there was constant and easy communication from booking thru the event itself. On our wedding day in particular Kayla ensured there were zero concerns and all my groomsmen actually did everything she told them.

Perfect Hidden Gem
I got married on 10/8/21 and Hidden Pines Hurst was the perfect location! The venue is beautiful and doesn’t need much decor. The packages are very inclusive and affordable.
Kayla was amazing leading up to the wedding and day of! She responded quickly to any questions I had via email. Her presence help me remain calm throughout the whole process!

Best wedding experience!
We had the BEST experience with Hidden Pines! They were quick to answer questions and really helped guide us in the experience. I changed our seating chart literally 10 times and Kayla was so patient and helpful through not only that but everything!! She really understood what we needed and wanted and made it happen! We got so many compliments on how well everything was put together and it was because of Kayla and our coordinator that kept it all together! It was a dream and we definitely recommend having your wedding there!

Kayla and the rest of the staff at Hidden Pines in Hurst were BEYOND helpful! I had to reschedule my wedding due to Covid and our guest count changed at least 3 different times. They were so patient, and provided multiple solutions to all of the difficulties we faced in planning our big day. We were blessed by Weddings for Warriors to have a vow renewal at this location. It was pines! The location is set up perfectly. It is charming and the option to relax indoors or in the courtyard is a great option. The staff goes above and beyond every step of the way. This is a great place to have any type of event. It was an amazing unforgettable experience!
This venue and their staff does not disappoint! Kayla was nothing short of amazing! She took care of everything with ease and poise. I've learned weddings are not easy but I was impressed on how smooth and orderly the wedding itself flowed. Every detail from the processional to the send off was noted then executed. I absolutely loved everything about this venue! I went to a wedding here about 7 years ago and knew I would get married there. Kayla and Atoya were the most helpful in making our day so great! I also loved how easy the planning process was and the customized packages/add-ons. They truly have something for everyone! More than I could ever dream!
Melanie was the absolute best. We had our wedding and reception during the Covid 19 pandemic at Hidden Pines Chapel Hurst and let me tell you - Melanie comforted us EVERY time we talked with her. She works so hard to make everything flow with ease; she was in contact with us from the very beginning until the end; she asked the questions that we would have never known to ask!
The venue is simple, but so beautiful. We felt like we didn’t have to bring any extra decorations since it was perfect “as-is”. The food is delicious, up-scale; and unique!
I don’t think we could have dreamed up anything better!

Great venue and staff! They did a fantastic job of organizing all the chaos into calm which was really needed on my daughters' wedding day. They have a great system to communicate with the bride and brides family to organize everything that you need. The Wedding Day - the venue coordinator was so calm and knew what to do in every situation (we were just not morning people for a morning wedding so we were a little slower to get things going). Make sure you have people assigned for the cleanup so that you dont lose your stuff and its centralized in an area to find missing phones, etc. The venue coordinate really helps with all the small stuff like that when vendors are setting up. You will love the venue and the venue coordinators!

Splendid Venue
This is a great venue. Hidden Pines Hurst was recently remodeled and this location is absolutely lovely. The entrance into the foyer is very inviting. Melanie was our wedding coordinator. We met with her a month prior to our wedding date to finalize our big day. She confirmed our menu selections with their inhouse catering company and our number of guests. We also went over the time schedule for the sequence of events for our big day. She kept us on track with all our appointments and deadlines. She was very pleasant to work with before the wedding and the day of the ceremony. She was always responsive to any emails and phone calls. Their catering company has fantastic food and the service was exquisite. My husband and I are glad we chose Hidden Pines Hurst.

Perfect Venue!
We chose Hidden Pines Chapel- Hurst because of the intimacy of the venue for our small of wedding of 50 guests. The venue accommodates over 200 people but it was also perfect for our small group. The place is beautiful! Our personal day of coordinator was Melanie. She was great in answering questions, making changes to our details and was phenomenal at keeping track of everything the day of the wedding. She was so patient and most importantly kind. It's great to see a smiling and reassuring face throughout the wedding day as you are hoping everything works out as planned. There are others there who were also helpful, like Julia who was helpful throughout the entire process. Everything about this company is perfection and professional. They deliver as promised and well worth your money! I will always be grateful for my experience with them!

Perfect Venue
Hidden Pines Hurst was the perfect venue for us. We initially toured the other location in Highland Village and loved it, but it was a bit too big for our guest count. This location met all of our needs and was the perfect size! I absolutely loved the chapel with the fireplace and all of the included decor and the reception hall perfectly fit our 120 guests with plenty of room. We also had games set up in the courtyard which was beautiful at night. The bridal suite has a TV with a live-stream to the chapel so I was able to watch everyone walk in before walking down the aisle. Milestone Catering (in-house catering service) was delicious and convenient - I wish I'd eaten more of the food on the day of! Julia and Liz went above and beyond in making sure everything was taken care of from months ahead of time until after the wedding - if something went wrong, I have no knowledge of it. I wish I could relive my wedding day again and again
First of all, it POURED on my wedding day. I don’t know another venue that would’ve accommodated our guest better than Hidden Pines did! Hidden Pines was a DREAM COME TRUE! I had a moment of panic and decided to change my venue 3 months before my wedding. Hidden Pines came to the rescue and was everything I have ever dreamed of. Every single person I spoke with was kind and understanding. They worked with my work schedule for tours and make it so effortless! I had a limited budget, so they offered a customized plan for me, which also included everything I wanted! Melanie was our coordinator and I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! I was so stressed and she was constantly reassuring, understanding, and flexible with my changes. She helped on the day of the wedding to make things run smoothly and was everything I needed her to be and more! (She even had tissues ready to go when I stress-cried). I recommend Hidden Pines to EVERY bride that I meet! One of my newly engaged co-workers booked her wedding with Hidden Pines, because of my great experience. Thank you, again, to the entire Hidden Pines Hurst staff.

My partner and I got married here on our 7 year anniversary. Julia at Hidden Pines was beyond professional and amazing And Handled all the details for us. We are an LGBT couple and it was never an issue or discussion. We completely loved our entire experience from open house to even after our wedding day. It rained almost all day and we were so happy with our wedding day at Hidden Pines- we would not change a thing! The venue is gorgeous and the tall fireplace in the chapel is what drew us in when we visited over a year ago. Our reception on-site was perfect as well. Our day of coordinator, Julia, was amazing. She was so helpful throughout the planning process and made sure everything from the day-of timeline, seating chart, and ceremony plan was perfect. Further, all of my other vendors, my family, and many guests complemented her all night. She was fun, professional, NEVER pushy or rude, extremely helpful, thoughtful, and made our night so fun and stress-free. Julia made sure my husband and I were able to eat plenty of our delicious food, always had a drink in hand, sent us home with three massive boxes of fajita meals, and made sure our ceremony and reception was perfect. There were no awkward transitions and everyone had an incredible time. My guests were constantly telling me how much fun they had, and my husband and I absolutely loved our day and Julia!

First of all, I would like to say that this venue and the staff are simply amazing, and made our special day so, so terrific. We booked our date in January, before the renovations, and were blown away by the preview images we were shown. We were sold almost immediately.
Then May came around, and the renovations were complete! My husband and I kept up with the progress photos on facebook and the finished product just made us more excited for our big day. We were told that Kate would be our coordinator, and we were thrilled! She is such a sweet person, and went above and beyond for us on our wedding day and even before. She's punctual, polite, and so friendly. She definitely played a huge role in making our wedding great.
All in all, everything about this venue was perfect! It's a night we'll never, ever forget.

I couldn’t have picked a better place for my special day. Also my appointed wedding coordinator JULIA was awesome and I believe God sent. Julia was my right hand from the beginning to the end of my wedding planning. She reassured me during my stressful moments and promised me “everything will be great”. Julia’s word was her bond. We booked this venue back in January for a May wedding knowing they were about to start renovations. The final product is absolutely stunning! We were able to stop by and walk the property multiple times before the wedding. The Hidden Pines team was a dream to work with! They are super responsive to any and all questions you may have. They made the day-of run smoothly and worry-free for the bride. We were very confident in their abilities to run the show. The property is well maintained and honestly, doesn't need much decorations. We loved having the chapel connected to the reception hall by a courtyard, it made for a nice flow to the evening. We chose to use their in-house catering and my goodness, the food was so good! We got tons of compliments on how good the dinner was!
This property, team, and amenities are worth the price!

We got married at the Northeast Wedding Chapel in Hurst on Labor Day weekend and loved every second. Our day of coordinator, Maddie, was great at making our crazy bunch look good during our ceremony. Thank y'all so much!! Everything was perfect and absolutely beautiful :-)

We had looked for a venue for quite some time, but when we saw Northeast Wedding Chapel, we knew it was the one! We fell in love with the beautiful chapel, reception, and outdoor area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect!

My daughter's 6/4/17 wedding at the Northeast Wedding Chapel in Hurst Texas was absolutely beautiful. The chapel and the lighting are so perfect, you do not need any further decorations. They event was flawless from the first visit to the details meeting to the rehearsal to the event. Everyone at the venue was capable of answering any question at any time. Maddie was perfection as our wedding coordinator, personable, fun, excited, professional and just a delight to work with. I highly recommend this venue for your ceremony and your reception. I was in the wedding business for 25 years and cannot say enough positive things about this venue.

I couldn't have made a more perfect choice for my chapel than this. We used the Northeast Wedding chapel and everything was PERFECT. I always hear awful stories of things going haywire day of, but the wedding day ran SO smoothly and I have the chapel and our amazing coordinator to thank for it. She was very detailed in our details meeting and rehearsal to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it it. The food was great, the space was just what we needed, didn't really need to decorate the chapel because it was so beautiful already, and it was SO affordable. I'd recommend to anyone!

The Northeast Wedding Chapel is beautiful. The wedding coordinator was so sweet and organized. Everything is clearly outlined in the contract, and they reply to emails very quickly. I suggest going to their open house to check out all the vendors they use frequently. Love them so much. They made my day so easy!

This was an amazing experience for me and everyone that came. They were so kind and answered every call, every question, and calmed every nerve. I loved every second of my experience with them. As a bride, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My husband and I got married a few days before Christmas and somehow the grounds were atill gorgeous. This estate is a hidden gem!

I absolutely loved Northeast Wedding Chapel. Everybody there was very professional. They answered any and every question I had with a smile. Not only was the staff amazing, but the venue was AMAZING. The chapel, bridal room, grooms room, and reception room were all gorgeous! It's so pretty, it doesn't even need decorations. They provide pretty much everything you need, making your wedding process easy-peasy. I can't express how much I loved this place.
