  They were amazing from beginning to the end! Nadine went above and beyond my expectations. I got so many compliments on the food and presentation. Thank you guys for your hard work!

  Hi - Lo did an amazing job catering our wedding. Before we had the decorations up, and only had the buffet line set up my mother-in-law was already speechless at how gorgeous the reception was going to be. Nadine was so helpful in suggesting set ups, decorations and of course food. .... So speaking of food. I had handfuls of people saying "that was the best wedding meal we've ever had". And it was true!! The meat was sooo tender everyone cut it with their forks. And the fruit display was mind blowing-ly gorgeous.
  
  Absolutely will go through them again if I have any other catering needs!!!

  We couldn't be happier with the catering for wedding reception for our daughter and son-in-law. The thought and time that they will put into an event to make sure it's personal and spot-on is beyond amazing. At our first appointment, we were so impressed with the eye for detail, the ear for our ideas, and advice on the flow of a wedding reception along with photo albums of food for display examples; then the follow thru on everything is impeccable.
  
  The effort that goes into setting up food displays is unselfish; the presentation of all the foods is amazing and the food was wonderful! The Hi-Lo catering staff that assists during the event could not be better; because of their professionalism and great service, we could enjoy the day with our guests!
