  Our wedding was in the Wainwright Hotel at Heritage Park Historical Village. It was the perfect setting for a vintage inspired wedding. My guests all loved the venue and some told me it was the best wedding venue they had ever been to.
  
  The event coordinators (Naomi and Brenda) were very responsive to all my questions leading up to the event and were willing to accommodate all my special requests at no extra cost. The catering staff was very professional and kept dinner service on time without interrupting speeches. My only complaint about the catering staff is I found the bartender to be a little slow. However, I really can't find any other faults with the staff.
  
  On to the food...IT WAS DELICIOUS! Ever single one of my guests complimented the food. The potato was a little undercooked but the rest of the meal was amazing. The prime rib was very well seasoned and the chicken was tender and juicy. We requested the lemon meringue slice for our dessert course and it was delicious.

  ... I am still at a lose for words as to how absolutely phenomenal our wedding was here at heritage park...
  For starters the park is absolutely breathtaking... We had our ceremony on the Prince House Lawn... Walking along the boardwalk with my dad up to this lovely, vintage house with all the gorgeous flower beds while my groom waited at the house for me was simply incredible.Our reception was then held immediately after the ceremony at the Gunn's Dairy Barn. The entire theme of this magical park just makes everything about any wedding so much more amazing. HP allows you to dropped off all your decorations to the park the day before and then they deliver them on the day of to your reception site. They make everything so easy on you, including allowing your guests to drive directly into the park so they don't have to walk from the parking lot to your reception site.
  The staff is just fantastic. So accommodating, kind, pleasant and eager to help. Jennifer was our coordinator and she was just an absolute joy to work with. I just adored her. We did first look photos at the park before our ceremony so we hired a bus to drive us around to all the tremendous scenic locations around the park. I am so glad we did this. It saved our feet and once our family photos were down, the bus driver took parents/grandparents to a café to relax while the bridal party finished up photos. The driver we had was incredibly nice. He brought me water (I never asked), coordinated with my family members and even helped me carry my bouquet between photos.
  AND THE FOOD AT OUR RECPETION???!! I CANT EVEN TELL YOU HOW ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE THE FOOD WAS!!!! AND THERE WAS SOOOOOOO MUCH OF IT!!! AND THE DESSERT TABLE!!!??? I COULDNT BELEIVE ALL THE FOOD THERE WAS!!!
  My uncle said it was the best meal he's ever had in his life.... Our guests thought we spent so much on the food but it was the standard buffet. THANK YOU HP FOR EVERYTHING!!

  We held our wedding at Gasoline Alley and we got a lot of compliments on the venue. It couldn't have worked better for our day! The assistance we received during the whole process was spectacular and they were great in helping us with a few mix ups we made and accommodated the best they could. Appreciated!

  We had our reception at Heritage Park's Dairy Barn in July, 2013. I can't say enough great things. The office staff were amazing - they were always available to answer questions, were quick to respond to emails (even my very last minute ones), and very flexible to make any changes I wanted in the decor/menu. The barn was decorated beautifully, exactly as we planned it to be. The banquet staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole night. We rented the ferris wheel for the cocktail hour. I would definitely recommend this if you can fit it in - us and our guests loved it. We are still getting rave reviews about the food as well (We had the deluxe buffet and it was absolutely delicious). We couldn't have asked for more and we are so happy to have chosen Heritage Park.

  I got married at Heritage Park this past New Years Eve, Our Venue was Gunn's Dairy Barn. The staff, Bartenders, Chef, Cooks, servers and Wedding day coordinator and night of security were awesome!! everyone did such a fabulous job and made everything run so smoothly and perfect!! We did the Deluxe buffet for the wedding reception and it was an incredible meal, everyone raved about the spread and went back for seconds! I had lots of people tell me that was the best meal they had at a wedding! The barn itself looked incredible I was lucky enough to be able to set up the day before and set everything up! the night of the wedding the staff had all the led candles on and everything looked so lovely! At the end of the night they helped us get everything cleaned up and ready for us to pack into our cars. Kudos to the bartenders it was quite crowded up at the bar and they moved quickly to get everyones drinks! This is a gorgeous venue and i would highly recommend it! We also did our wedding pictures there and i cant wait to see the results! The only complaint I have is the day before for set up i ran into some issues with security about getting into the park etc. Management came by later to apologize for the situation. Still didn't ruin it for me though i was so happy with this venue choice!

  Our wedding was planned in 3 weeks, and the venue chosen partly based on availability....but we were happy with our choice! They were extremely understanding and flexible of our requests and changes last minute, as it was a surprise wedding with lots of changing variables! The food was amazing and plentiful. The Railway Orientation Center was the perfect size for our group and was warm and charming for a New Years Eve wedding and celebration. Staff were professional and courteous. Can't say enough! And the price was right, considering the very high costs for some venues in Calgary!

  My wedding was beautiful and the venue was the Gunns Dairy Barn. It was so beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff was helpful and took very good care of us. I would recommend this venue to anyone and how beautiful it was in the winter as well. It was magical and romantic! Thank you so much

  This is a beautiful Calgary venue. We had exceptional service and the choice of various places for both our ceremony and reception. Food was delicious and not overly expensive. I loved my wedding here and would recommend Heritage Park.
