Perfect day!

Heritage Harbor put together an amazing wedding! The venue, food and staff were incredible. Nic was a saving grace and made the entire process easy and seamless! I am forever grateful! I highly recommend!

Highly Recommend!!!

I have to preface that we ended up canceling our wedding reception at Heritage Harbor due to complications from COVID-19, but I can account for their professionalism and planning. I was so excited to find this place! Beautiful location, good value for what it includes, and Nic the coordinator was great to work with. Nic was responsive to all my questions, and when we had to reschedule our wedding twice he was very helpful. When we made the difficult final decision to cancel, Nic was kind enough to waive certain fees for us due to our unique circumstances that led us to canceling. Overall, Nic was so helpful in making what was already a stressful and heat-breaking process, less burdensome on us. I’m so sad we ended up not having our reception here but if I have another opportunity to book them for another event in the future I definitely will.
I also suggest using their recommended vendors! I did research on other vendors, but the ones Heritage Harbor recommended ended up being the best value and they were just as professional, creating a great overall team that I trusted to have made this a special day.
Heritage Harbor is also military friendly! :)

Love Heritage Harbor

Let me first say how INCREDIBLY EASY it was working with Nic. He was there through every step of the planning and day of. HH offers a Beautiful venue and a wide variety of food and beverage options that I found to be reasonably priced for all that you get. The days leading up to my wedding were stress free with the help of Nic and HH staff.

On the day of, Nic was there the entire time to make sure that things went smoothly, he also made it is priority to come and ask my husband and I if there was anything that we needed all throughout the night. I personally appreciated this sentiment.

Everything was perfect. From the food, to the attentive staff I couldnt have asked for anything better.

We had a lovely day, and really recommended Heritage Harbor.

You wont regret choosing them, trust me.

A m a z i n g!

We got married on 02/01/2020 and it was nothing short but amazing! We ended up having to move it inside the day before and the patiences that Nic had with a panicking bride was nothing short but amazing. He was so helpful through all my questions and met us multiple times anytime we got overwhelmed with thoughts or concerns. Nic really helps you on a realistic level and genuinely helps you stick to your budget! Love love love this place and our experience!

The Perfect Day

Nic and the staff at Heritage Harbor were wonderful. Thanks to them, my wedding went smoothly, the food tasted great and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Excellent Service - Great Venue

Nic at Heritage Harbor was simply AWESOME. From start to finish he made planning my wedding easy and enjoyable. He took care of all the details including giving me suggestions for two other vendors, Photographer and Wedding Planner who were both exceptional!

Wedding of my dreams

The team at Heritage Harbor were amazing and made the day perfect! We had prompt communication and they were very easy to work with. Nic was just wonderful!! The food was delicious and I have guests still calling me almost a week later complimenting it. I would definitely recommend Heritage Harbor to anyone looking for a stress free venue for their day!

Amazing from start to finish

Not enough words to describe our experience but if you are looking for a beautiful venue at an amazing value then this is your place. Food was amazing, service was amazing and the cost for everything can't be beat. All of that is great but what really sets this venue apart Is Nic the coordinator. Nic goes wayyyy above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and on the actual event day he is right there to erase any issues that may come up. If you are on the fence about where to have your next event then just trust us and go with Heritage Harbor. Thank you Nic

Nic made sure everything was great!

Great Venue & Even Better Coordinator, Nic!

Nothing but positive things to say about this venue. Beautiful location for ceremony and reception; the lake and golf course at this venue were great for photos. Nic was absolutely amazing to work with. Everything was prompt, clean, organized, and Nic made sure everyone was taken care of at all times during the wedding. During the months leading up to the wedding Nic was always quick to reply to messages and answer any questions. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thank you Nic for everything!

Exceeded my expectations for my wedding!

I had my wedding in March at Heritage Harbor Golf and Country Club. There are not enough good things I can say about Nic and this venue! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful-everything I imagined and dreamed it would be! Nic was a fabulous coordinator. Every step of the planning process was so easy with him, he was very accommodating in answering any questions I had and was very easy to get in contact with. On the day of Nic and his staff made everything go so seamlessly. If you're considering this venue for your wedding, or any other event, I HIGHLY recommend Heritage Harbor!

Above and beyond

Nic and his team were fantastic. Every email was answered within 24 hrs if not within hours. All my little extra special requests, wine, food, etc , were no problem for Nic. The food was amazing. Even the vegetarian meals!!! Nic brought up questions that I didn’t even think about to make my wedding/reception perfect. There was also a lovely room for the wedding in case of rain. The whole place was just beautiful. I’m very happy my wedding day was made super incredible thanks to Nic and the other vendors he recommended. Trust him, he knows his stuff. 10 out of 10!!!

Great venue

We held our wedding at heritage harbor in September and it was a wonderful venue. Nic was very easy to work with an responded quickly to emails which took a lot of the stress off. The venue is lovely with a nice lake view outside of the reception room. I would highly recommend events at this location!

I just had my daughter Quince(15) birthday there on Saturday. It was amazing! Nic was awesome to work with . He helped with everything and gave many suggestions on how to make things perfect. The food was so delicious and the service was great. So many things included in the package that I would have had to pay extra for at other venues. I would recommend this venue and will use them again.

My wedding was perfect! Nic and his team did an excellent job for our reception. The service was excellent! I didn’t worry about a thing and I was able to eat and enjoy my wedding. Couldn’t have asked for a better venue!

Nic K. Was awsome to work with from the fisrt sit dowm discusions through the wedding event itself!! The food was excellent, TV he wsit staff and bartenders were great! I would reccomend this establishment and especially Nic to anyone looking to plan any type of event. If a six star rating was available I would have rated Heritage Harbor Gold and Country Club and the service provided by Nic Kalojiannis even higher. This venue was perfect for my granddaughter's Sweet 16 party! From the very first time that we made contact with Nic, he was helpful and always willing to accommodate any questions or request that we had. He definitely knows his way around 'party planning', he thought of things that we did not and made suggestions without every being pushy. We loved working with Nic. He was also in attendance during the entire party making sure that everything went even better than planned. It was very comforting having him there for any questions or last minute details. We chose to serve a buffet of finger type foods since the party was for teenagers. I personally did not expect the food to be fabulous, but let me tell you every item that we chose was just delicious. We were amazed at how many return visits to the buffet table the party goers made. The adults loved the food as well! Our experience with planning our party at Heritage Harbor was better than 'perfect' and Nic certainly made that happen for us. Thank you Nic for your excellent service and 'spot on' attention to all the details.

This venue held our reception and ceremony and it was perfect! Great location and perfect environment for a wedding. Nic is the real deal! He was so helpful leading up to the wedding and the day of. He made sure the entire process of the day went perfect, and thanks to him, it did! Could not be more impressed. If you book with Nic, you will not be disappointed!

I could not say enough great things about our experience with this venue. Nic and his staff were absolutely amazing. Our wedding was beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for. The space was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and we really felt like we were important and that Nic wanted to make our day as special as he could. My husband and I hosted our weddng at Heritage Harbor and Nic and the rest of the staff were amazing. From my original inquiry to the wedding night, Nic was extemely helpful. Heritage Harbor is a beautiful venue with good food at affordable prices, beautiful landscape, and best of all they have Nic Kalojiannis. Nic is the special events coordinator and he went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. During the planning process he was always available either by phone or by email to answer any questions I had or address any concerns. If he wasn't available he would always respond promptly. The venue was great but if you want to make sure your day is perfect, Nic is your man.

We had our wedding in November 2016 and it was amazing! The venue, the staff, the attention to detail was fantastic! Our guests could not stop raving about the space, the atmosphere, and of course the food! (The Swedish meatball hors d'oeuvres were a huge hit) Not to mention that we got so much out of our package for a great price!! See Nic, you'll be happy you did!

My husband and I can't say enough good things about Nic and the rest of Heritage Harbor. We had our wedding there on August 6th and it was far better than we could have ever imagined! From planning to helping with centerpieces to keeping the pace of the wedding on track, Nic went above and beyond and was there to help every step of the way. All of our guests commented on how timely and organized everything seemed, which meant that my husband and I had nothing to stress or worry about on the day of! Nic helped us plan the party event to perfection. He was great with communication. He provided us updates every step of the way. He was attentive to our needs, and helped us tremendously with the decorations. We have also received great feedback from our friends and relatives. We've already informed Nic that several of them would definitely plan on using Heritage Harbor for their next event as well. We highly recommend Nic and will definitely consider Heritage Harbor for our next event.

Our wedding at Heritage Harbor was perfect, thanks to Nic, who is absolutely phenomenal! I appreciated that their pricing was available on their website, so I didn't have to jump through hoops to find out if it was in our price range. It was refreshing to have that information up front and without hassle. Not to mention that the value was exceptional! I am still baffled that the price was so reasonable, given the level of service and the quality of the staff, venue, and food. I have seen far more expensive weddings that had half of the quality of our wedding at Heritage Harbor. When we were visiting venues, many of the wedding coordinators we spoke with were unhelpful and expected us to know what questions to ask. When we went to see Heritage Harbor, Nic was extremely knowledgeable and told us everything we could ever need to know right off the bat. When we met Nic, we knew that we had found an exceptional coordinator. Nic is certainly Heritage Harbor's best asset. He had great suggestions and insights and is extremely organized and professional. He goes above and beyond to make your event perfect. The high level of service is more akin to a wedding planner than a wedding coordinator, which was hugely valuable to us. The venue is lovely, the food was terrific, and our guests haven't stopped raving about what a great wedding it was. Nic truly went above and beyond to make it great. When our cake didn’t arrive on time, Nic handled it behind the scenes and made sure it got there before the reception. Planning a wedding is stressful, and it was really comforting to be able to trust that Nic would make sure everything went the way it was supposed to. I cannot recommend Nic, his staff, and the venue highly enough. I am so grateful that we were able to work with Nic for our wedding. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Choosing Heritage Harbor was the best decision I made while planning my wedding.

Nic, please accept our sincere gratitude for the amazing rehearsal dinner Friday evening. Heritage Harbor the best place to host your event!!!!! I am a wedding coordinator and being on the other side you can imagine that I had many places to choose from and Heritage Harbor was the best option. With a limited budget but still keeping the class and elegance that every wedding needs Heritage Harbor was undeniably the best choice. My daughter's sweet 16 was a great experience. The staff was great and the service was fantastic. The food was delicious and complimented by all of our guests.

We had our daughter's wedding reception at Heritage Harbor and everything was beautiful! Nic was very helpful and made every effort to make our vision a reality. We were able to host 200 people for a sit-down dinner and dance reception. The dinner was very good and the room and seating were very comfortable. We chose to provide our own decorations, which we dropped off ahead of time and Nic and his crew were happy to set up everything for us. The dance floor was spacious and the up lighting added much to the ambience. The wedding party took pictures with the photographer in the back during the cocktail hour and the lake made a beautiful back drop for the pictures. We have received many compliments from our guests since the wedding! We would highly recommend Heritage Harbor!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Heritage Harbor last weekend and they were fantastic. Nic is amazing to work with. He is very responsive and willing to help in any way possible. I was an out of town bride in the military. Nic really is amazing at what he does here, he worked with me being out of town and scheduling apointments for final details. He was honest in telling us things that would or would not work. We got so many complimants from our guests on how nice he was. The food was so good and nic made sure to get food out to us while taking pictures.
He was constently asking me and my husband if we were good with everything all night.

We went with the Happy Hour package plus a few additional items - go with what Nic recommends - he knows his stuff! Plenty of food for a party type atmosphere. He was so nice and flexible and VERY responsive - called back promptly or emailed right away - no question was a bother - or so it seemed!

Everything was carried out as planned and the additional staff was very helpful and professional - asking us if they could help set up for the party etc.

We had first thought of a totally different theme and found it too expensive but the chef worked up menus etc for us to review. Everyone at the party (a 60th for 3 old friends) commented about how nice the venue was - we didn't utilize the patio except for the smokers but it is a nice space as well.

I have already highly recommended them to others and will continue to do so! Also the DJ, Music & Life Entertainment which Nic recommended were great to work with - Mike (owner/DJ) and Bobby was our DJ.

From the moment I walked into Heritage Harbor I didn’t know what to expect. I had a meeting with Nic and it all seemed to good to be true. After checking out more reviews and talking to a friend who either had or attended events there and had dealings with Nic, I was positive this would be the perfect place for my wedding reception. What can I say about Nic that hasn’t already been said? Nic was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. He went above and beyond what I ever expected or needed him to do. Not only did he make sure everything on my wedding day was amazing, he was always available for my phone calls or emails. As a first time bride I was very nervous about everything, making sure the schedule was right, the decorations were exactly what I wanted, worried about vendors.. Nic put my mind at ease. He was great to work with and someone who I was glad I trusted for my wedding day. Heritage Harbor blew my mind when I saw it all decorated and dressed up. The vendor he had me to use decorate the room did such a fantastic job. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place that will be amazing and meets your budget, call Heritage Harbor. Nic will do all he can to help you and make your day magical!

Nic (the venue coordinator) is amazing! He went above and beyond to help make our night special, and so did the staff. They helped make it as stress free as possible. Plus, it was the best value without losing quality. The hall is elegant and the Quinceañera turned out more beautiful than I had imgagined. Every one had so much fun. Nic and his team did a fantastic job with our Annual Family Reunion event. The facilities were terrific and the food and service was spectacular. To put it in perspective, we have been holding our annual family reunion (with family coming from over 8 different states across the U.S.) for over 20 years in many different locations and venues over the years. This was our first time at Heritage Harbor. I received many comments from family members that this was the best facility and food ever!

I absolutely love this place. Nic was amazing and so very easy to work with. He took care of everything we needed and more. We were able to use vendors to do some decorating but we were also able to do some of our own decorating with was great to save some money. The food was fantastic! The price was perfect!

Every single person working our wedding was very professional and kind. As a bride you are always waiting for that moment when something will go wrong, I never had it here. The entire day was perfect! Thank you so much Nic!

Honestly our wedding wouldn't have been as flawless as it was without Nic. Obviously having never been married before I didn't know what to expect and didn't know how exactly we were going to make it the best day ever. Little did I know that Nic was going to be as involved and as helpful as he was. My husband said to me in the begininng of the night that Nic was beyond helpful and way above his expectations and I couldn't agree more. We were both so nervous that we were going to forget something or that something wouldn't go as planned and I don't even think I had to think of one thing because Nic had already done it or was taking care of it. The flow of the whole day was perfect and we are so thankful for having someone as hardworking and as great at their job as Nic was. I absolutely recommend Heritage Harbor and Nic especially- the value and overall commitment that he gave to us the whole night is irreplacable and we will never forget how helpful and attentive he was. Our organization held our annual awards banquet at Heritage Harbor. The event was a complete success and we will definitely be using them for future events. The food was amazing and everyone kept talking about it throughout the night. The staff was very professional and courteous. Nic was there the whole night to help and making sure everything went smoothly. We truly appreciate everything they did for us and look forward to working with them in the future.

Nic was totally accommodating on each and every request made of him. His cooperation made our Surprise Birthday Party the BOMB!!!!! He and his staff exceeded expectations of service, and the food was absolutely delicious. Nic made the experience stress-free and it was sincerely appreciated.

A 5.0 review does not begin to describe the quality of service received at Heritage Harbor. Nic Kalojiannis is amazingly patient, kind, friendly and resourceful. On the rare occasion that he was not immediately available, he'd return my call the same day. He worked with us at every turn, offering ideas and recommendations, which were greatly appreciated. The property itself is newly renovated and beautiful inside and out. Package pricing is on their website. We found it is very reasonable and is well worth every penny. The service was impeccable and the food was divine. All of our guests raved over the crab stuffed flounder! We thank you Nic (and your staff) for an incredible experience.

We would recommend Heritage Harbor over and over again. Thanks to Nic we had the most amazing day. Nic made sure to keep us posted on all the details every step of the way. 3 couples have been married@Heritage Harbor country club(that we personally know) and all are very happy to this day and all have commented on how amazing Nic and his staff are. Thank you so much, Nic treated us like we were family and not clients.

I had my rustic winter wedding in this venue. It was completely beautiful. We explained to Nic how we wanted our center pieces to be placed and how we wanted the room layout, cake table, candy station, etc and he did an amazing job at making our image come to life. Everyone in the venue is amazing, they were always very professional, always smiling and making our guest feel comfortable. Nic did an amazing job throughout the whole year in which we took planning our event, and of course in the event as well. He was very caring and extremely helpful. I absolutely have no complaints about this venue nor the staff. All of our guest LOVED the food, we received several calls from family members days later speaking of how amazing the food was and how caring the staff was. I definitely recommend this venue, Nic is a very great person to work with and helped us so much to make our dream wedding true.

Heritage Harbor Terrace has recently renovated its look, and appropriate for a range of events, from golf tournaments to personal celebrations (birthdays, Quinceaneras, weddings, etc). The staff are both courteous and professional, and perform without interrupting the flow of your event. Nic (manager) was both helpful and consultative as he guided us through the options available, and used his experience to help us make the best choices specific to our event and needs.

Although not directly connected to Heritage Harbor, Nic also introduced us to their preferred vendors, of which we chose their preferred DJ/Entertainment company and also their recommended Photo Booth vendor. Both choices were well-founded, and we were pleased with them as well.

Our event was a Sweet-16 party, and we are happy to say it was discussed at a "bash" event the next day at school. Pleasant feedback to parents of teens.

We enjoyed the whole process, and would not only recommend Heritage Harbor, but would not hesitate to consider it again should we have a similar event to host.

I can't say enough how wonderful and amazing Nic Kalojiannis and his team were the day of our wedding (yesterday whew!). Of all the wedding venue shopping we did in the beginning of our engagement, Heritage Harbor offered by far the most "bang for your buck". They had a variety of packages to choose from, which were easily researchable by their website. From the beginning, Nic was very flexible, professional, and friendly. He made us feel comfortable throughout our process and that made planning our wedding there fairly stress free. We never had any issues reaching Nic, he was always prompt in returning our calls and emails, too.

The day of our wedding was seamless. Nic and his team were spot on with everything! From the moment that I stepped out of the limo with my father, Nic was there to guide us through the process smoothly and cued us through the entire ceremony. After our ceremony, the family and wedding party were instructed by our amazing photographer to go straight out for pictures, where Nic and his team met us with appetizers and drinks so that we didn't miss out on our cocktail and Hors' D'oeuvres hour. The reception was amazing. Everything was exactly how I had pictured it would be, better even. The service was outstanding and Nic continually checked in with us during the reception to make sure we were happy and having a good time. We also had many compliments from the guests on the food. We had a buffet style dinner and there was so much food that everyone was able to try both the chicken and beef we selected, plus there were still leftovers even after that. Even down to the reception room we selected (there were two to choose from), Nic knew the best way to utilize the space and the layout was perfect and functional.

All and all, we had an amazing time and I thank Nic, his team, and everyone else at Heritage Harbor for making our wedding day flawless.
