Shortly after getting engaged my fiancé and I started making a list of everything we wanted in a venue and began contacting places. We made appointments at 4 venues with Heritage Bay being our first stop. From the moment we pulled through the gate, we knew this was going to be special. We met with Brooke, the Events and Activities Director, and immediately felt at home. We came prepared with countless questions which the staff was so patient to answer making sure we were completely satisfied. We toured the grounds which are so meticulously manicured with the gazebo location for the wedding ceremony spot being picture perfect. After spending a couple hours there, we canceled our other venue tours and booked our wedding at Heritage Bay.
We were in constant communication with the venue and had a formal tasting a few months prior to our wedding in which our parents were able to join. We were thrilled by the quality and presentation of the food as we made our selections for cocktail hour and the main meal. The staff / chef encouraged feedback making sure the menu was exactly what we wanted. Day of the wedding, our guests raved about how delicious the food was which is not something you normally get at a wedding.
The level of care, professionalism and attention to detail was unmatched throughout our entire year and a half long engagement/planning process. Brooke and Abbey (Events and activities coordinator) were an absolute dream team to work with, making themselves available at all hours of the day to help me navigate wedding planning. We had the absolute time of our lives planning our wedding and seeing all of our ideas come to life. We truly walked away without a single thing we would have changed. -

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Heritage Bay! We actually booked the venue without even touring it in person, and the moment we finally saw it and met Brooke, we knew we had made the right decision. The space was absolutely stunning and felt like it was made for us.
Brooke and Emily went above and beyond to make our day feel seamless, special, and completely stress-free. They were organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about every detail. Their calm, positive energy made the entire planning process so much easier, and on the big day, everything ran flawlessly thanks to them.
We felt so supported and cared for from start to finish. If you're considering Heritage Bay, don't hesitate — it was truly the best decision we made for our May 2025 wedding. -

The Magical Venue
We recently had the pleasure of having our wedding at Heritage Bay and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, setting the tone for the entire day.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The exquisite clubhouse, elegant ballroom and scenic views provided a breathtaking backdrop for the ceremony and reception. The attention to detail in the decor was impeccable, with every corner thoughtfully designed to enhance the beauty of the space. Whether inside or outside, each area felt like it had been crafted with love and care.
The staff were exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. From coordinating the timeline to ensuring guests were comfortable, their professionalism was second to none.
The food was also a highlight. The prime rib was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was flawless. Every bite was a testament to the high-quality ingredients and culinary expertise that went into the meal.
Overall, Heriage Bay provided a magical setting for this special day, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. Now that my wedding has passed and my life is finally back to normal, Heritage bay country club is BEAUTIFUL. Everything about this area was STUNNING! From the bathrooms, to the ballroom, to the GORGEOUS gazebo outside where we officially got married.
Let me start out by saying BROOKE IS INCREDIBLE. Everything about her was perfect. She was my day of wedding coordinator and the event specialist for heritage bay. She worked with me since day one of visiting the venue. She was the ONLY vender that sat with us after we toured to go over pricing and any questions we had. She was so easy to work with since day one. We booked that night with them BECAUSE OF HER. She communicated throughout the ENTIRE process, constantly checking on my husband and I, Did all my crazy requests we had, and worked with my crazy bride self. She was so patient. Lucky for us, there was no events going on that friday so she allowed us to set up the night before and she was there helping. We ADORE her. Day of the wedding, she made sure everything went smooth, made sure ALL my girls were comfortable while we were getting ready and made sure I was ok throughout the entire event. Abby, her assistant was there through the entire thing and was JUST as perfect as brooke. During my wedding, brooke and abby made sure my husband and I sat down to eat, and thank goodness she did because we would not have eaten if they did not tell us too! Thank you both for everything
Second off, the food was INCREDIBLE. The food from our tasting and the food wedding day was the exact same. Brooke and abby took care of us for our tasting including our drinks. The food was the ONLY thing my husband cared about and this surpassed his approval. We had filets and miso sea bass for our entire wedding. They were extremely accommodating to allergies as my family unfortunately has a lot of them, but they were spot on with everyone.
Brooke allowed us to come to the venue about a month prior with a wedding set up to show us an example of the setup for a wedding which helped us so much with the placement of everything.
I cannot express how incredible this venue is. I recommend this place to EVERYONE getting married. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, but for everything we got, the price was perfect for us.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect at Heritage Bay! From start to finish Brooke and her team were extremely attentive and made the day flow perfectly! Brooke and Abbey were so easy to work with and truly made this day so stress free for me. They worked diligently the day of to make sure I had no issues and always were super helpful asking questions and keeping me in the loop. From setting up decorations, responsiveness during the whole planning process, service during dinner the night of, the whole team and staff at Heritage Bay made our day that much better! We had soooo many compliments from our guests about the amazing staff, food, layout of venue and of course how the venue is absolutely beautiful! We will never forget this day. -

Perfect Day, Perfect Venue
I'm beyond happy with my choice to go with Heritage Bay as my wedding venue. The grounds and clubhouse are beautiful. The gazebo is the perfect setting for a wedding.
Brooke the venue coordinator is wonderful and answered all of my emails when I had questions during the planning process. Having Brooke onsite for the rehearsal and day of the wedding made for a stress free day.
The food was delicious and I highly recommend doing the tasting. They were accommodating to any of our guests with food allergies. Lunch was also provided for the bridal party as we got ready.
Their list of preferred vendors was very well helpful.
You will be extremely happy if you decide to go with Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club as your venue. They helped make my wedding day beautiful, special, and memorable. -

The most BEAUTIFUL wedding venue!
Our guests are still talking about how our wedding was the best wedding they've been to; even a year later!! Heritage Bay is top notch.
Perfect Location with Stunning Views: Their venue is recently renovated and it is HUGE! Bridal parties enjoy the relaxing locker rooms that are perfect for getting ready while the guys can play pool in their awesome billiards room. The bar area is massive and indoor/outdoor. Dance floor is perfect. Views are unbeatable. The best sunset for cocktail hour to look out.
Top- Notch staff: Sam and her crew are truly beyond detail oriented and have great visions. We didn't even need a wedding planner! The waitstaff and bartenders were so friendly and accommodating. The chef ensured our meal was perfect and even had two separate tastings to make sure we were satisfied. It was the best steak we've had at a wedding. The grouper with the lime was also fantastic.
The best bang for your buck, I have never been to a larger venue for all of the extras you get at Heritage Bay. You are missing out if you don't have your wedding here! It may seem far away from downtown or not on the beach, but we wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Transportation is reasonably priced and there are plenty of nice hotels and air b and b's for guests near- by! -

Heritage Bay's outdoor Gazebo was beautiful! The wrap around area for the cocktail hour made for the most perfect pictures for all of our out of town guests. The reception space was so perfect! We had 150 people, with some rectangular tables, and some circular tables. Our bartender Tim B. was a huge hit! Everyone said the space was magical! Everyone raved about how amazing the food was! Our day was absolutely perfect thanks to Heritage Bay! -

My family lives in Naples but my wife and I live out of state. We discovered Heritage Bay after searching local venues and Heritage Bay is by far the best venue for it's value. The staff was great to work with the entire time and the venue and golf course are pristine! Highly recommend hosting a party or wedding at Heritage Bay! -

My husband and I toured at least 16 venues before we found this magical place. I wasn't expecting to love it as I had originally wanted to get married at the beach, or a beach resort hotel. While being in limbo between two, somewhat great venues, we decided to come here after engaging with Samantha on wedding wire - who at the onset showed so much professionalism. As soon as we toured, met Samantha, and discussed the high level plan for the wedding day, we booked Heritage Bay within 24 hours and just knew this was the venue and team to work with for our dream wedding. Every dollar we spent was beyond worth it! First of all, the place is stunning, clean, well kept, and they have the perfect infrastructure for everything (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, photography, dancing, etc.). We even had our rehearsal dinner here. Secondly, you will be working with the best team. I had utmost confidence, comfort, and care, while working with Samantha and Brooke from planning to execution, and day-of support. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, communicative, and cooperative team. In absence of a wedding planner, I did not have to worry about one thing the day of. I enjoyed every minute of getting ready and getting wed. Everything came out so beautiful and dreamy. And Samantha worked so well with the other vendors too., even helped us find a Gelato cart vendor last minute as we had no luck initially. My husband and I are so happy with the outcome and our guests enjoyed, and were in awe of every minute of our wedding celebration. -

I can not even begin to explain how amazing our wedding at Heritage Bay was. Samantha and Brooke went out of their way to make everything so easy for my family, bridal party, guests, and my husband & I ! We planned our wedding in 7 months and from many states away as we are from WV and chose Naples, FL as our destination for our wedding. We are so blessed to have found this venue on our first visit after touring many many venues. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces are all absolutely stunning! There are also on site dressing/locker rooms for both the bridal party and groomsman party. We were very well taken care of all day. Also, we dropped off all our decorations on Thursday and when we came in on Friday for rehearsal everything was already set and perfectly in place. It was also all packed up for us Sunday morning when we returned to retrieve everything after the wedding. They also worked so seamlessly with our vendors. We weren't bothered with questions or anything on the day of because Samantha and Brooke knew exactly what/when/when we wanted things to happen (thanks to their organized documentation) and they made it all work so smoothly. We even had a vendor back out at the last minute and the HB staff stepped in quickly to calm our nerves and help us find a replacement. This was amazing considering we aren't from the area and don't know a ton of people/vendors. A couple of our vendors traveled from WV to work our wedding and they were blown away by the venue and the staff at HB as well. Our families, guests, and we ourselves can not stop talking about how perfect everything about this day was. We could not recommend this place more. They truly made us feel like family and made our day a complete fairytale!!! Thank you so much to Samantha, Brooke, and all of the HB Staff. We are forever grateful! -

Samantha and her team were absolutely wonderful. They were so responsive, polite, professional, caring, and accommodating! It unfortunately rained on our wedding day, but at the Friday night dress rehearsal Samantha pulled me aside and showed me my options and assured me that regardless of the weather it would be beautiful. She and her team pulled off the switch flawlessly, some of our guests even thought it was supposed to be indoors the whole time! The food was delicious, we received so many compliments and were told it was the greatest food anyone had ever had at a wedding. Brides, book here, you will not regret it!!! -

Where do I even begin? First of all the venue itself is stunning. As you drive up you see the miraculous lakes lined with the beautiful palms. You arrive at their clubhouse which is a sea of green which provides the perfect backdrop against the pristine white chairs. They decorate the gazebo with white drabing linens which only adds to the ambience. For the cocktail hour they have an extremely versatile screened in but shaded bar with both areas to stand as well as to sit. The great room is decorated sophisticatedly with a perfectly centered dance floor so that everybody can enjoy the first dance. The DJ is located in the center so that music can be heard from all areas in the room but yet out-of-the-way enough to not feel cumbersome. We have the head table consist of seven people which included parents and close family as well as us right along the dance floor so that we could look out on our wonderful guests. Everybody at the venue was so incredibly professional. Both Brooke and Samantha went above and beyond on our wedding day. Samantha was the point of contact as she is the event space coordinator. There are really no words to describe how dedicated she is to her job. She makes you feel like you are The only bride she is working with… When really she probably is juggling a chaotic schedule. She was available to respond to emails and text messages promptly and professionally. She knew the ins and outs what is important to a bride, to a groom and to a wedding party on the wedding day. To say she goes above and beyond with her job is still even an understatement. She made our wedding incredible from start to finish. Everybody was having so much fun at the wedding that we decided to extend an extra hour which was extremely easy to do as Samantha took care of everything. There was plenty of parking for guests, they allowed for two large coach buses to be parked outside so that our guests could come and go as they please. The bartenders worked hard to ensure everybody had drinks in a timely manner. The food was extremely tasty per the wedding guests, and the tasting that we did was extremely fun. They have an area of linens to pick from so that you can pick the colors of your choice. They were very accommodating to all of our vendors, they allowed us to have all of our cupcakes stored in the restaurant refrigerator to keep them chilled. They took care of setting up everything! Samantha even went above and beyond printing out a name board so that people could see which tables they were sitting at. We used the centerpieces, cylindrical vases with floating candles, that are provided by the venue and they looked stunning. I could go on and on further about how great this venue was but you will see yourself when you choose it for your wedding -

My husband and I visited a few wedding venues before going to Heritage Bay but the moment we drove through their doors, we knew our hearts were set on Heritage Bay. They not only have an AMAZING location but also friendly, professional and FANTASTIC team from our first visit to food tasting to rehearsal dinner and wedding day.
During our initial tour, Samantha did an amazing job answering our questions and giving us a thorough tour of Heritage Bay. Her and Brooke were also super communicative and helpful during the wedding planning process. We were very pleased with the rehearsal dinner and how well it was executed. Our wedding day was beyond what we could have imagined! The getting ready area for the ladies was perfect for a delicious brunch and hair + make up. The guys also had plenty of space to play pool and poker. The only thing we were not happy about was the country club allowing club members to come through the clubhouse during cocktail hour. However, they were very welcoming and never came to the ballroom area.
Looking back, words cannot express how thankful we are for both, Samantha and Brooke because they ensured we had the wedding of our dreams. It is also worth mentioning they handled any minor hiccups timely. For example, we didn’t get our reception seating chart on time and Samantha created the ENTIRE chart from scratch in less than 30 minutes! They also ensured we ate and had a drink in our hand at all times. In addition to the beautiful location, Heritage Bay had IMPECCABLE food, service, and cocktails. All of our guests have continued to share how amazing everything was all thanks to Samantha and Brooke.
Although the 14 month wedding process was stressful, they were always there to calm the nerves. We are thrilled to have wonderful wedding memories at Heritage Bay. It was truly the best decision we made and we 1000% recommend Heritage Bay!

Heritage Bay was the first venue we went to look at for our wedding, and after looking at so many others after, there was no denying that our hearts were definitely set on Heritage Bay. Not only was it completely beautiful (this was even before the renovation), but the coordinator Samantha was amazing to talk with! We unfortunately had to postpone our wedding, and she made the process of moving everything so easy and not stressful at all. The new renovations made the venue look so gorgeous and upscale!! Even after our wedding our guests kept raving about how beautiful the place was. Our wedding day could not have turned out any more beautiful, when I got a look at our ceremony site, it was literally breathtaking. When I say me and the girls got pampered while we were getting ready, I mean literally all of our vendors were impressed at how attentive Samantha and Brooke were to the whole wedding party. From dealing with last minute changes, to literally running from one end of the property to the other in order to get my veil/dress skirt for pictures after the ceremony, Samantha and Brooke were exceptional and I can’t say enough great things about them both!! Both of them, along with the whole catering team were amazing with all of our guest, always making sure me and Branden were taken care of and had a drink in our hands! Needless to say, our wedding day turned out perfect, and I 100% recommend Heritage Bay to any Bride looking for the perfect venue. Thank you soo much Heritage Bay team!! 🤍 -

Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club was the perfect venue to host our ceremony and reception!! The wedding coordinator team did absolutely fabulous!!! We have thanked them so so much and will continue to thank them for helping us put on the best wedding weekend we could have asked for!! So many things squeezed into not so much time. Both Samantha and Brooke were nice, fun, easy to talk to and did their jobs happily and thoroughly. We can't wait to go back to Heritage Bay and create more memories. The staff was superb as well. It takes a team that's well coordinated and has great communication to pull off such an event. Thank you again for bringing our wedding to life! -

Wonderful wedding experience, and memories all thanks to Samantha & her lovely assistant!
Heritage Bay was an amazing and beautiful location for our dream wedding. The country club allowed club members to come through the clubhouse, but not the ballroom where our wedding actually took place, which we didn’t like as much as we would have without them, however, the reason we didn’t care so much at the end of the day and gave them 5 stars, was because of event coordinator Samantha and her amazing assistant! They went above and beyond to make sure that our special day was exactly how we wanted it, and that my wife had everything she needed! Honestly if it wasn’t for the amazing work from the both of them, we both know it would have been a stressful mess! We are so thankful for them and the beautiful remodel of Heritage Bay! We know if we could do it over again it would be there!

5 Star Venue
Let me begin by stating that "Heritage Bay rocks"! My husband and I looked at over 15 venues prior to deciding on HB. When we booked the building was under major construction and still we were able to see the beauty through all the red tape. Samantha, the director was amazingly professional, helpful, and responsive. We worked on the details for months and we were not disappointed. When Brooke, her assistant joined the team we appreciated her diligence as well. The food tasting was impeccable; making it difficult to select our dinner choices. The rehearsal dinner was executed with perfection. Samantha and Brooke were there every step of the way. The pricing was comparable to most venues however, not the service. The ladies went above and beyond by tackling our decor to make our day special. We were blown away at the decor when stepping into the reception room after our rehearsal dinner. Heritage Bay G&CC is extremely flexible, making all your dreams possible. Our guests were very impressed by Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club and we highly recommend this venue for any of your wedding needs!!!

I remember walking into Heritage Bay for the first time - I knew immediately it was going to be our wedding venue. Anna really was the icing on the cake - every time I would meet with her leading up to the wedding she would make me feel so much more calm and ready for our big day. My husband and I are SO happy we chose Heritage Bay for our wedding day! The clubhouse is beyond gorgeous and it was the perfect space for what we needed. We had a very large bridal party and we had more than enough space to get ready before our church ceremony with an incredible breakfast buffet for our bridal party and families. I cannot say enough about Anna, the wedding coordinator who was with us every step of the way. She accommodated ever single one of our needs and single handedly made our day perfect! No matter what we asked for, Anna made it happen. The food was beyond amazing and the scenery was perfect. There is literally nothing that went wrong (which everyone swore to me it would) and that’s because of how organized and efficient Heritage Bay handled every aspect of our day. It was truly perfect! -

Everything went well from the very beginning. Anna at Heritage Bay responded quickly to all my emails and scheduled the tours and food tastings quickly and efficiently. She helped with the planning, helped us sneak in a few dance practice sessions and was there on my wedding day to help and assist in every aspect. (Including switching the seats around last minute because of some family that wasn’t attending). We had a room for the girls to get ready that was spacious and the guys could play pool and relax before the ceremony which was awesome. The venue is beautiful for taking pictures and I appreciate how they make the gazebo look gorgeous and how they maintain the grounds looking great. All my guests loved the hor d’oeuvres and the chicken cordon bleu and how polite the staff was. Thanks again for making our wedding so special. -

I loved everything about Heritage Bay! The entrance is breathtaking. I knew I wanted my wedding reception since the minute I walked in. We are extremely happy with our choice! The place is beautiful! The team helping is spectacular. Anna did a great job explaining and communicating anything that needed to be done. She made everything so easy for us and helped us with any questions and concerns. Her support during cocktail hour and reception was exceptional. The food was delicious and everyone of my guests loved it and enjoyed it. I recommend this venue to anyone hands downs. It is a beautiful setting that is very well suited for weddings with the layout of the room. One of the best parts of the venue is Anna the event coordinator. She went above and beyond our expectations and made all of us relaxed and able to enjoy the day. There was only one thing not perfect and it was the dinner took a little while to come out after the salad but the wait was worth it with how delicious the food was. I would highly recommend Heritage Bay as a wedding venue and Anna should be commended for her exemplary service.

Marjorie Sent on 11/08/2017Heritage Bay was the perfect venue! The outdoor gazebo and reception ballroom was able to accommodate our large wedding of 230 guests. We were very thankful as we were the first event with their new renovations. Anna is absolutely the BEST. She was always a call or text away to assist with anything. She went over and beyond to ensure I got the details for the bar and menu as desired. She made sure our wedding day was easy and smooth. The staff received great compliments from our guests and we couldn't have been happier. Heritage Bay was accommodating to our budget and made sure our dream wedding came to life. The whole venue itself was breathtaking from the entrance, the lobby, ballroom, cocktail room, bridal suites and golf course everything was top notch and photo friendly for great photo ops. Thank you Heritage Bay and Anna for everything!

Jennifer Sent on 05/05/2017I don't even know where to begin on this. Anna was the absolute BEST! Everyone at Heritage was top notch. They were so accommodating and helpful. Anna was such a blessing and a pleasure to work with. She made this whole event so EASY!! I thought wedding planning and day of was going to be total chaos but going thru this with Anna made it so fun and easy. She had EVERYTHING covered. Guided us to great vendors and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The venue speaks for itself. The gazebo was so beautiful! The clubhouse was gorgeous! The lobby area and balcony were just as stunning. My hubs and I kept asking "who DOESN'T get married here?!!?" The cost was the best part for ALL that we got. The food was so delicious! The reception area was big enough to accommodate but not so huge that we got swallowed up. We had the best day EVER! Everything went off without a hitch and we owe it to Anna, Morgan, and the whole crew at Heritage Bay. They took the brain work out of this process so I could soak up and truly enjoy EVER SINGLE SECOND of my wedding day. The guys had a total blast all day in their Man Cave area with pool tables and poker tables. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the venue, the staff, the grounds, the gazebo....just EVERYTHING was so incredibly PERFECT! -

Joseph Sent on 12/30/2022Lessons for Improvement - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
Upon visiting Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club, we immediately admired the beauty and convenience of the location. In addition, the staff's eagerness made us feel that we would have an easy time planning & communicating with the venue. However, we soon realized that this was far from reality. You will spend most of your time with the primary coordinator, Samantha. She tends to be disorganized and forgetful, so be prepared to remind her many times of items you want for your wedding. This forgetfulness became so frequent that the bride became upset when communicating with Samantha and would ask me to take over specific topics so she could focus on other aspects of the wedding. If you are a groom and plan to do most of the coordination with Samantha, then prepare for some patronizing behavior. Although I did not take this personally, it was apparent that her attitude shifted when she spoke to the bride vs. me as the groom. Ultimately, it was most important to ensure the bride was happy and that we (as a couple) had a beautiful wedding. Sadly, our wedding was impacted by Hurricane Ian and canceled, which was devasting. Although this was out of the venue's control, I was very disappointed that Samantha, the wedding coordinator, did not personally reach out to the bride and offer any condolences. In the aftermath of our wedding cancelation, I will credit Heritage Bay as they refunded us our funds so we can use them with another venue. However, two of their "preferred" vendors, RIG Entertainment (DJ) & Albey Production (Photography), were not so easy to get back refunds and had to involve attorneys. To make manners worse, both vendors had personal relationships with Samantha. So the fact they would try to enrich themselves following a natural disaster, despite clear "Act of God" language in their contracts, was honestly appalling. I urge Heritage Bay to consider removing these vendors from their recommended shortlist. To conclude, I hope that there is a lot of learning the Heritage Bay Team can take away from our experience, and we hope other couples have more success with this venue.Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club's reply:
