Ellie is truly an amazing person and wedding planner. Her team is on point. Planning an international destination wedding without being able to tour venues, taste food/cake, and meet vendors felt intimidating. Ellie made the planning process as easy as possible. She planned and executed our dream wedding in Mykonos on budget, with amazing vendors, and it was beautiful! Everything we asked of her, she went above and beyond what we could imagine. In the 11th hour, we lost our venue by no fault of hers, and she pulled through with an amazing plan and replacement. All while staying so optimistic and keeping our spirits up. You really could not ask for more in your planning team! I cannot recommend Hera's Weddings highly enough. -

Best in the industry
Ellie was absolutely amazing and the person we absolutely needed for our elopement ceremony. She planned and coordinated the most beautiful night for us and it totally exceeded our expectations. Ellie exceeded our expectations!
My husband and I hired Ellie to plan our destination wedding in Santorini. Having never been there before, we placed our full trust in her and she truly exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, Ellie was incredible: responsive, communicative, and always attentive to our vision. She never made us feel pressured or like we had to compromise on anything. She truly stayed on top of everything, and we did not have to stress one bit! Her kindness, patience, and warm personality made her an absolute joy to work with. Our families loved her.

If you’re thinking of booking Ellie for your wedding, just do it! I am genuinely someone who does not write reviews, but after the experience we’ve had with Ellie it is impossible not to. We planned our elopement in Santorini from Florida, without ever having seen the island. Ellie was integral in making us feel confident in our planning process and did so with such warmth. She is extremely organized and professional, updating you after every decision on where exactly you are in the planning process. She is well connected in her community, so she is able to make your dreams come true no matter the vendor you’re looking for. Our elopement day went perfectly, down to the last second because of all the care and attention Ellie/her team put into our day. Besides wedding planning, she helped us book activities to do throughout the island and answered questions about our stay that had nothing to do with our elopement. She will begin as your wedding planner but truly through the process she becomes like family. We cannot give enough praise for how she made our elopement day feel as a fairy tale, and we know she will do the same for yours. -

Magical Santorini Elopement
Ellie at Hera’s Weddings was wonderful to work with, I cannot recommend her enough. We live in the US and decided we wanted an intimate elopement in Santorini. I found Ellie online, through other raving reviews, and hiring her was the best decision we made. From the very first day we connected she was professional, reliable, caring, and so responsive. She made planning an elopement in another country not only easy, but enjoyable! She recommended wonderful vendors who made our day flawless. Any idea or vision I had, she executed perfectly. She was with us our entire day (and the day prior) to make sure that everything was perfect. She kept everything organized and took so much stress off of us so we could truly enjoy our day and the planning process. Her team was there to help with any question we had, from what excursions we should do the days after the elopement, to helping us gather all the needed documents to legally get married in Greece. If you are planning a wedding/elopement of any size, Ellie is the best investment you can make! We had an amazing experience and feel like Ellie and her team were not only our planners, but friends for life! We cannot wait to make our way back to Santorini and see her again! -

Thanks to Ellie and her team we had the best AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, FUN TIME EVER! Ellie was so kind and excited from the beginning, she was determined to bring our unique vision to life. We wanted a non formal wedding, but still with some elegance and personality and lots of entertaining for us and our guests! We had the time of our lifes! She found us the perfect venue! Decoration was magical and stunning, and brought us the BEST catering and entertainment possible! My makeup and hair were flawless too! Wasn’t easy to keep everything in budget, it never is, but she helped us so much getting the best prices we could get. Specially for us not being there and organizing everything from afar (across the ocean) we could have not done it without her. It was an immense relief to have someone who we could trust with such an important day in our lifes. WE RECOMMEND HER 100%!
Tip: even if not everything goes as you imagined 100%, she’s gonna make sure is the best day for everybody! Have fun and make sure to enjoy that day, it goes by sooooo fast!!! SOOO FAST! I wanna come back! :) -

My Santorini wedding was a DREAM come true
My wedding was a dream come true and it couldn’t have happened without this beautiful soul! Ellie not only made this whole process seamless, she was so kind and patient, and her energy is contagiously calming. Planning a destination wedding in a country where you don’t speak the language is already difficult as is and your wedding planner is really your primary contact point for the whole experience, and I would do it all over again with Ellie. Her taste and style is so elegant and modern. She’s organized which I appreciated since I wasn’t. And her attention to detail and ability to bring our vision to life was incredible—from the breathtaking ceremony location to the beautifully coordinated reception, every detail was perfect. She handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy our day. We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful wedding, and we owe so much of that to Hera’s Weddings. Heras weddings amazing
Working with Ellie and her team was amazing from beginning to end. We started planning our wedding a year and 8 months prior and we vetted a few different planners but Ellie was always the most responsive and the most welcoming so it was a no brainer to choose her and her team! Once we did she truly made my wedding design dreams come true. She helped plan our welcome party and our wedding and she was amazing through it all! -

When we decided to elope in Santorini with no guests, we thought we could handle the planning on our own because we had already booked the venue and photographer. Less than six months before, we decided that getting a wedding planner would be helpful. I asked our hotel/venue for recommendations and right when I got on the Zoom call with Ellie I knew she was a perfect fit. She is so kind, funny, responsive and lovely to talk to. It was such a relief knowing that she had everything taken care of. The vendors that she uses are great and it was nice knowing that she worked with the before. We were not stressed at all the day we got married and the day was just about us. I cannot imagine trying to find all the different vendors in a different country and then handling all the details the day of. Ellie was so amazing to work with and worth every penny! -

Ellie & the entire Hera's team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Our whole wedding planning process was about 2 years long and they were there the ENTIRE time to answer our questions and provide us with any information that we needed. They provided us with the best vendor options and we are so beyond thankful for that. Communication was so easy and every little detail was thought of. All of our wedding dreams were made into a reality and to be honest, were even better than we expected. Ellie and her team did everything possible to make sure things were not only flawless for my husband and I, but for our guests as well.
There was absolutely NO STRESS on our wedding day because Ellie and her team literally took care of everything. On our wedding day, they were at our venue directing and helping out all of the vendors and they stayed with us until our very last song played to end the night.
Aside from all the pre-wedding planning, Ellie and her team also helped us plan the most incredible welcome dinner for our family & friends. Every little detail was thought about! They also made my husband and I feel so loved and welcomed on the island. If you are looking for a wedding planner based in Santorini, Hera's Weddings must be booked. Do yourself a favour and choose Hera’s!!
Where do I start? We met Ellie after a quick Google search over a video call to discuss the possibility of my now husband and I getting married in Santorini. We had a number of other discussions lined up afterwards and when we ended the call we both agreed that Ellie was the perfect person to go with.
The only way I can describe her is sunshine in a human! We instantly felt comfortable with Ellie and she made the whole process of planning a wedding super easy! We did a couple of trips out to Santorini so we could choose the “big stuff” after seeing and tasting. Ellie and her fantastic sister Rena (who is also sunshine but with a little spice!) took us to a number of venues and organised menu/cake tastings. They were also very clear that if we didn’t love something that we could keep searching. We never felt pressured to use specific vendors or make decisions on the spot. And when planning the rest from London, Ellie and Rena would send us options for everything from the photographer to the cutlery! There was always so much choice which made life easy for us but also helped us feel like we had a role in planning the entire wedding, despite living abroad.
As it was a destination wedding we had a relatively small number of guests (33). We wanted a dreamy romantic wedding that had a little fun injected into it too. Ellie and Rena supported some of our more out there decisions such as having flower men with baskets full of petals and also me cutting my waist length hair to my shoulders when I changed into my second dress. Rena is a hair stylist too so it was great that I had known her for a couple of years as I had absolute faith she would knock it out of the park - and she absolutely did. It was a great moment.
Both us and our guests had the time of our lives. The whole day/night was perfect, there were no issues whatsoever, and that is absolutely due to Heras hard work and professionalism. And thanks to them it’s widely being known as the wedding of the century in some circle!

We cannot express our gratitude enough for Ellie Skourti and her team. My dream intimate symbolic ceremony & dinner with my now husband and I was something straight out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it was all because of them. I came to Ellie with a vision, only giving her 2 months to plan and they worked their magic and brought it to life.
She is a creative, talented and experienced wedding planner and we were incredibly lucky to have had her help. Trust me planning a wedding from FL and having a time difference can be stressful enough with emails and communication but Ellie always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. It's like she was reading my mind, it’s a joke we always said “Great minds think alike :)”. I loved everything she came up with! She respected my input and added her special designer eye to my ideas. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly and effortless, EVERYTHING was perfect. Ellie even offered to help book excursions, car rentals, food recommendations etc. once we got to Santorini. She is truly a magician and a wonderful soul to work with, you won’t regret it! -

Amazing Experience
Ellie and her team were incredible in helping us plan the perfect destination wedding. We had to postpone the wedding due to covid and Ellie made that transition very easy. From helping pick the perfect venue and vendors to planning a pre-wedding yacht day Ellie was always super responsive and really helped us pick the best things for the day. You really need to trust someone when planning a wedding halfway across the world and won't be able to see the final product for many things until the day of. We never had a doubt that Ellie would make everything perfect and she delivered! We could not recommend Heras Weddings any higher and appreciate everything they did for us to make everything absolutely perfect! -

Incredible, Talented, Professional, Priceless
There are not enough words to describe how incredibly thrilled my husband and I were with Hera's wedding planning. The price of Hera's was more than reasonable for all the work that they did for us. They saved us a lot of money, time, and stress over our 7 month planning process.
From the moment that we met Ellie through FaceTime, we had no questions that she would be an incredible wedding planner. Her and her sister were able to balance the professionalism required to be a wedding planner, while also making you feel comfortable as if you were family.
Every email that was sent by Hera's was so kind and full of excitement. It opened with this greeting (that changed each time) towards the bride and groom and was one of the very small details that really made us feel special. Hera's offered us a variety of vendors to choose from with different prices and styles. They did all the contacting, negotiating, and planning which relieved so much stress. They made everything so simple for the planning process and the day of our wedding, I did not have to stress about anything! I repeat, the day of my wedding I was able to relax and just enjoy the day because Ellie and Rena took care of every little detail! I was able to be present and focus on what the day was really about (my husband and I) and that was all because of them. How many people do you know that talk about how stressed they were the day of their wedding that they weren't able to enjoy it? If you want to enjoy your wedding, I highly recommend hiring Hera's. I would never have been able to have the wedding of my dreams if it wasn't for Ellie and Rena. Thank you both so much for everything. It was the best day of my life thanks to you.

We are a French couple ( sorry for our english so ) that looked for his wedding in Santorini. How we're glad to have found Ellie !!!
Right from the beginning we feel we were in good hands : Ellie is very very nice and professional.
She show us place we should have never find by ourselves but always in our taste ( and price ^^). She made everything so much simple by having connection in all Santorini but also by knowing and understanding exactly want we wanted ! Ellie give us always multiple choices for all ( flowers, ceremony, dinner, etc.)
She made it through the covid crisis and the closure of the restaurant we originaly take for the dinner, and we never felt stressed, knowing she take care of everything.
Ellie is always available for questions, and our conversation by mail was really a pleasure.
Really, without her our wedding would have never been so magical and like us.
The day of the wedding, Ellie was here and have managed everything, and again we felt no stress with her at our side.
She was always smiling and having kind words to us. She is also very helpful for things beside the wedding : she know good places for everything.
We will never thank her enough and you can take her for your wedding closed eyes !
More than a wedding planner, she is a very nice person that really want to help you.

From our first call with Ellie we knew we had picked the perfect wedding planner. The style we wanted for our elopement was quite unique, and Ellie made us feel like we were in safe hands from start to finish. Her local knowledge of Santorini locations, venues, and vendors is unbeatable; and without her guiding us through the Greek marriage requirements our wedding simply would not have been possible.
Her regular and relaxed communications with us were extremely helpful, with advice based on our ideas, and filled with energy and joy which took so much of the stress out of the arrangements.
Ellie and her team went above and beyond organising everything for our day; from the gorgeous antiques and flowers for our decorations, to helping us scout the most picturesque ceremony and photo locations. Even the small details like organising laundry services for us and helping us settle in when we arrived on the island. It was all so perfect, and just what we wanted for our day.
Throughout the whole process Ellie made us feel like family. Open, warm, and full of fun and love. We feel so grateful to her and her team for making our day so wonderful and would recommend HERA’s Weddings to our own friends and family; and anyone thinking about getting married in Santorini. -

Working with Ellie was a total dream, and without her we never could have pulled off our Santorini wedding. Stunning Santorini
I decided in December of 2024 that I wanted to have a intimate elopement in Santorini. I live in the states. I right away knew I needed a wedding planner and so I found Hera's Weddings on Instagram. During the communication process I always felt like they were transparent about cost and listened to any concerns/questions I had. Finally the big day came. My fiance and I were so impressed with how the day went. I was so stress free, I was concerned. The day was so magical and with no hiccups. I loved every second of it. -
