Magical Wedding Planner

Ellie is the most incredible, hard working wedding planner! She truly made our day magical and seamless. Planning an international micro wedding from states seemed stressful at first but hiring her was the best decision we ever made. She not only was attentive and extremely communicative throughout the entire wedding process, but she clarified any/all of my questions, recommended brilliant vendors within our budget, and so supportive throughout the entire day. Her team are so detailed oriented, professional, and absolutely amazing! We are truly sad this experience is over because she made it so fun! We are over the moon with her brilliant work and would hire her again!

Wow, wow, wow!

We are absolutely over the moon with how our wedding turned out, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner than Ellie at Hera’s Wedding! 🤍
From the very beginning, Ellie was amazing. Being based in the UK, communication was something that was really important to us, and Ellie made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free. She was always so welcoming, helpful and fantastic at keeping us informed, making sure we felt involved and confident with every decision, even from miles away.
Ellie went above and beyond to accommodate us when we were able to visit, making time for appointments in person so we could see the venue, discuss everything face-to-face and finalise all of our plans. This meant so much to us and made such a huge difference in bringing everything together.
On the wedding day itself, everything came together beautifully. Ellie is absolutely amazing at what she does, and her experience, organisation and attention to detail really shine through. We felt completely looked after and were able to enjoy every moment knowing everything was in such capable hands.. ❤️

Ellie and her team were phenomenal. She went and above and beyond for us and brought our vision to life more beautifully than we could have ever imagined. She was so professional while also being the sweetest and most caring person ever. Everything was 10/10 and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone getting married!

Magical wedding thanks to Ellie!

We are so grateful that we had Ellie as our wedding planner!! She was truly lovely and took the pressure off of planning a destination wedding. She was our cheerleader and support throughout the planning and wedding events. She worked hard to negotiate with vendors so we could stay in budget. She even worked over her Christmas holiday to ensure we secured the vendors we wanted 🙏 She went above and beyond with recommendations for other activities and booking us restaurant reservations. The wedding was magical and she was with us every step of the way! I will cherish those memories! Thank you Ellie 😊🤍🤍🤍

Dreamiest Mykonos Wedding - We Love Ellie

Ellie is truly an amazing person and wedding planner. Her team is on point. Planning an international destination wedding without being able to tour venues, taste food/cake, and meet vendors felt intimidating. Ellie made the planning process as easy as possible. She planned and executed our dream wedding in Mykonos on budget, with amazing vendors, and it was beautiful! Everything we asked of her, she went above and beyond what we could imagine. In the 11th hour, we lost our venue by no fault of hers, and she pulled through with an amazing plan and replacement. All while staying so optimistic and keeping our spirits up. You really could not ask for more in your planning team! I cannot recommend Hera's Weddings highly enough.

Phenomenal Service by Hera's Weddings

Ellie did a phenomenal job helping us plan our wedding. When we first began our wedding planning journey, we were nervous about having a destination wedding due to the many horror stories we’d heard about planners being unreliable or doing the bare minimum. From the moment we met Ellie, we knew we were in great hands.
She was incredibly attentive to every detail , from our budget to the décor , and provided us with a wide range of options that made it easy to select what worked best for our vision. On our wedding day, Ellie ensured everything ran smoothly, kept us on schedule, and made sure our guests were well taken care of.

We worked with Ellie for our wedding in Santorini, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish. Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming, but Ellie and her team made the entire process seamless, organized, and enjoyable.
They took the time to understand our vision, offered amazing vendor recommendations, and handled every detail.

On the day of the wedding, everything ran perfectly. The setup was stunning and we were able to fully relax and enjoy the day knowing everything was in good hands.

Best in the industry

Ellie was absolutely amazing and the person we absolutely needed for our elopement ceremony. She planned and coordinated the most beautiful night for us and it totally exceeded our expectations. Ellie was professional, punctual, and had the best communication skills. She made planning an “out of country wedding” the most stress free process. I highly recommend anyone to her who is looking for a budget friendly and knowable person in the industry.

So Happy we chose Ellie!

We put our trust in Ellie from miles away and she and her team executed beautifully! From the first video interview with her, she resonated with us more than other Santorini planners we interviewed. Ellie took the time to understand our aesthetic, preferences, and budget; and never imposed her personal choices on us. She listened whenever we had concerns and provided us with multiple options for our intimate family ceremony. For a number of wedding checklist items, she offered us a number of vendors to choose from that matched our preferences.

We highly recommend Ellie to couples planning a wedding remotely or locally.
