The team at Heidi’s Events & Catering did an amazing job for our wedding. Not only were the appetizers and dinner delicious, but the staff were excellent. They took such great care of our guests as well as us — and designated one staff member to ensure that we were all set with water and appetizers throughout the entire post-ceremony time period before dinner. We went with an ice cream sundae bar for dessert instead of cake, and we would highly recommend. The presentation was amazing and clearly everything was homemade. The toppings provided made it a real hit at our wedding. The desserts and quality of staff is where Heidi’s really hit it out of the park. Highly recommend!!

Great Food Great Staff

Heidi’s catering service is amazing, I was blown away at the tasting and had so much fun curating our menu. We chose buffet style and everything went very smooth, Heidi’s event staff brought us our plates which was awesome and we got to have a little bit of everything. They even signed our guestbook which I thought was a nice gesture.

An exceptional experience from an exceptional team

I come from a family that is big on good food - so when my husband and I were getting ready to marry last December, I was more nervous about the catering than really anything else we were planning for the celebration.

We had the great fortune of meeting Meagan, one of the event specialists at Heidi's, at a few different open houses, before we'd event settled on a venue. She recognized us right away and asked how our search was going, which we admitted was stressing us out more than we realized, because of the uncertainty around in-house catering and arranging a tasting beforehand. To our delight and surprise, Heidi's was sampling some of their most popular dishes. We fell in love with the food, but Meagan is what sealed the deal. She kept in regular touch with us over the coming months, and any time we crossed paths she was so excited to see us. Meagan event went out of her way to be at our wedding reception, just after getting back in from a visit to family (who the heck plans their wedding the week after Christmas??), just to make sure everything was going smoothly.

It wasn't just Meagan, though, that blew us away. The entire staff and the quality of food was incredible. Our expectations were met, exceeded, and then some. We also want to give special thanks to Elizabeth, our personal attendant for the night, who bravely fended off our family and friends to make sure that my husband and I were well cared for. We felt most triumphant when my Mom—a notoriously picky eater, when it comes to the quality of her meal—looked at us from across the reception and gave us a huge thumbs-up.

Catering for any special event, especially something like a wedding, is a big spend and naturally can induce a lot of anxiety and stress. I mean it when I say that Heidi's was so worth the investment and we'll be talking about the food and service for years to come.

Amazing Job by the Heidi's Team

Heidi's did such an amazing job at our wedding back in December. Jillian and her team were so easy to work with from start to finish. The tastings were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It was an easy pick early on because they nailed every dish at our tasting.. and they were also able to accommodate to an Asian-inspired menu that we were looking for. Our guests loved the food.. the sea bass seemed to be a star, just like we knew it would. I have some phenomenal cooks in my family, so I knew it was a homerun when they were telling me how great the fish was. Another highlight was Angie - one of the staff that was designated to taking care of us on wedding night. Always there to get us a refresh on our drinks, making sure we had hors d'oeuvres set aside, and packing to-go food for us.. an absolute rock star! Thanks again to the Heidi's team!

For reference, we have 152 total guests and did butler passed hors d'oeuvres and a plated dinner. If you're like me and you're worried about a large headcount getting the right cook on proteins, don't fret. Sea bass cooked to perfection and the beef cooked to the most beautiful medium rare - as it should be! And they also did an amazing vegetarian stir-fry. Of all the caterers we tried in AZ (and we tried all the best) they're the only ones that nailed the vegetarian dish. You'd be stupid not to at least book a tasting!

Great Experience with Heidi's Catering my Wedding!

Catering 95th birthday party

From planning to and including event day, Heidi's staff were professional and responsive. Dana and Chef Carlos were absolutely amazing. Dana served our guest of honor, birthday girl with compassion and respect. Chef Carlos was equally friendly , while creating our chosen menu items which were delicious!!! I would recommend Heidi's Catering for any event!

Amazing Food!

Heidi's was apart of an inclusive package with our wedding venue. We were given menu options via an electronic pamphlet for a plated or buffet dinner. There was also a tasting included in our package, so my husband and I were able to spend an afternoon at their storefront and enjoy some of their menu options. In our package we received 3 hand passed appetizers, and a salad, two entrees, and two sides for our dinner buffet. There were options to upgrade certain areas (we added a fruit and cheese display for cocktail hour). We also chose to do our desserts through Heidi's. We had an assortment of desserts like lemon bars, cookies and milk, chocolate covered strawberries, etc. We also had pans of cobbler and ice cream. The food was OUTSTANDING. Both my husband and I, as well as our guests could not stop talking about how great everything was. The service was also very good. Meagan, our event coordinator, was very responsive to emails and always suggested hopping on a quick phone call to work out any details and questions we had. We had a finalization meeting about 2 weeks prior to the event where we reviewed all of the selections and details. The day of staff was also incredible! The servers were extremely attentive to my husband and I and had appetizers and water ready for us as we were signing our marriage license and taking photos. They even made us our own plates as we did our grand entrance so we could begin eating right away and get started on our mingling quicker. They were all so kind and made sure we were well fed and happy throughout the day! We even received a big chafing dish of dinner leftovers in our bridal suite to take home that night!

Incredible Food & Experience!

Heidi's Catering was so great, from start to finish. The consultation over Zoom helped us narrow down what kind of cuisine we wanted, since they had so many options to choose from! Throughout the months leading up to the day, we made small changes to the menu and they were so accommodating with our indecisiveness. When we had gone in person to do our tasting, the food was so incredible, down to the presentation! On the day of, the food was just as delicious as we remembered, and many of our guests came up to us and complimented the dinner - we told them it was all the chefs at Heidi's Catering! Thank you for providing such amazing food for our wedding day!

We had an AMAZING experience with Heidi's!

We had an AMAZING experience with Heidi's! I'm vegan, my husband is basically vegetarian, and we had multiple guests with similar dietary needs, AND we planned our wedding from out of state - the team at Heidi's (especially Jillian!!) was always so accommodating and professional in terms of setting up phone calls when we couldn't meet in person and making sure that there was plenty of items in our buffet menu that vegans and vegetarians could eat, while also providing great dishes for our meat-eaters too! I love how flexible and customizable the entire menu creation process was, and we couldn't have been happier with the food! Our guests kept complimenting the food throughout the night, and the service was phenomenal!! My husband and I didn't even need to go through the buffet line to get our food - when it was time for dinner, we had our plates in front of us with exactly what we wanted. And during cocktail hour when we were busy taking photos, I offhandedly mentioned to someone that I wish I could get my hands on another tomato bruschetta, and before I knew it one of the team members was waiting behind our photographer with an entire plate of bruschetta. Very sweet and attentive, and they made sure my husband and I actually ate on our wedding day! The team also packed up leftovers for us to enjoy back at our hotel after the wedding, which was SO appreciated. After dancing all night, it was great to enjoy leftovers in bed. Heidi's team went above and beyond and we would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Excellent customer service and great food!

Top notch quality service from Heidi's. We had a couple choices of caterers for our wedding and we chose Heidi's. They were super professional, organized, and we liked their huge variety of menu options. They accommodated for our vegetarian guests. The food tasted great, but on top of that, the servers at the wedding were on point. They were very attentive to myself and my husband and anything we needed. Loved the customer service. Great job!

I worked with Marissa and she was more than I could’ve asked for! She thought of the small details that I lost track of, and made sure to stay in touch with me throughout the entire planning process. Exquisite Wedding Day Experience

Heidi's Events and Catering Venue was definitely the ideal place for our wedding ceremony and reception. The ambiance was very romantic and beautiful, and the facility fit our needs perfectly. The ceremony was magical, and I couldn’t have pulled this wedding off during COVID without Jillian Zeeb, Tonya Schmit, Adam Ziminsky, Shelbie Hess and the rest of the dedicated staff members. Jillian was awesome to work with going above and beyond ensuring all of our dreams were realized while coming up with awesome suggestions (that also helped with our budget). Her attention to detail was something that would inspire military generals! Jillian also took it upon herself to arrange our flowers and decorations just the way I envisioned. The food presentation was exquisite, thanks to Adam! The comments we received from our guests was that they felt as if they just dinned at a 5-Star restaurant and a wedding happened to break out! The staff servers were attentive to all the guests needs with the service being top notch. I strongly recommend Heidi's Events and Catering to cater your next event or wedding!

Just Delicious!

I got compliments from everyone about how yummy the food was. We went with their buffet style, Italian option. It was so yummy. They served us, the bride & groom and then guests went through the buffet. We added on the trash service. They were so tentative and so gracious. Highly suggest.

Definitely recommend

Back in March our outdoor wedding venue canceled our wedding due to heavy rain that week. The coordinator from Heidis was a lifesaver and helped us book an entirely new and better wedding venue the week of our wedding. She contacted wedding venues herself and sent me a list of ones that were available last minute and even fit within our original budget. I was able to meet and book a different venue 3 days before our wedding. Definitely impressed that she went above and beyond to save our event. I’m sure I would not have been able to find a new venue without their help. Thank you so much!

Excellent Service and Food

Our venue gave us two options for catering, and Heidi’s was one of them. Their food and service at our wedding was truly exceptional. I received so many compliments from our guests. We added a late night snack in lieu of party favors with sliders and mini hot dogs, and they were a hit! Heidi’s worked with me to place thank you flags in the late night food. They gave everything a personal touch, including decorating our dessert bar, and the servers were great. I had a few hiccups with communication, mostly due to me not knowing what to expect, but we worked it all out, and I’m so glad they catered our wedding. It was delicious food and impeccable service.

02/22/20 Gilbert Wedding

Jillian was a joy to work with. We met her at a wedding expo and she was so friendly and informative. It was a coincidence that Heidi's also happened to be on our venue's, Val Vista Lakes, preferred vendor list.

We found it difficult to pick a caterer as many of them didn't do tastings before booking but we felt positive about Heidi's based on the reputation and recommendation from our venue. It also helped that Jillian was so responsive in getting us a quote and showing all of the options that were available for the menu and rentals. Also, because they had already worked at our venue we knew that there would be less issues on the day of.

We ended up using Heidi's for our reception buffet and linen rental and had other vendors for our cocktail hour, bar service, and dessert. Heidi's staff were great with setting up our reception area and our DIY'ed centerpieces. They also worked well with the rest of our vendors.

The food was delicious and the service was polite and quick with serving and clearing plates. They were able to serve 162 guests with a plated salad at the start of the reception and then we released tables for a buffet. It took about 30 minutes for all the tables go through the buffet line. We also requested separate vegan meals for 7 guests. They were supposed to be table served but I think there was a communication error and those guests had to ask for the vegan option at the buffet except some of those guests didn't know that we ordered them special meals.

Overall, our guests had a great experience and we were glad that Heidi's was able to participate in such a great day with us.

Delicious food with a huge selection

Heidi's Events and Catering was one of the options that came with our venue. We decided to go with them because the food that we sampled at our venue's open house was delicious and also, they have a huge selection of what they offer. We loved being able to customize our food upgrades and they were very flexible in meeting our dietary needs. A few of our guests are vegetarian and we were able to select tasty entrees for them as well. We communicated with Jillian through phone and email and she, (or her assistant), always got back to us in a timely manner. On the day of the wedding, the buffet table that they set up looked so beautiful! The servers were very professional and nice. Our guests loved the appetizers and entrees that we chose, and weeks later, they were still raving about how good the food was. We would chose Heidi's again for future events and would highly recommend them.

Great quality, food and service!!

Heidi’s was amazing!! From our initial meeting to the set-up, dinner service and breakdown, we could not be more impressed. But MOST importantly, the food was amazing!! We offered our guests 4 choices - beef tenderloin with crab/hollandaise, mushroom ravioli, chicken Marsala & rockfish in a buerre blanc sauce and all of it was fantastic. 3 weeks later and we are still being told that is was the “best wedding food” anyone had ever had!! In a nutshell, Heidi’s was amazing!

Delicious Food and Awesome Upgrades

We loved working with Heidi's on our wedding! They came as part of an all inclusive package with Boojum Tree, and we are so grateful to have had them! All through the planning process Jillian was always prompt with answering our MANY questions and we loved being able to go to a complimentary tasting. They have such a huge variety of options and upgrades for all tastes/diets/desires. We got tons of compliments on all the food - from the passed apps during cocktail hour all the way through dinner. We were also so thankful for the upgrades they offer - we got chargers and colored water goblets through them and they added that special note of personality we were looking for.

Not just your caterer, but can also be your organizer.

Heidi's Events and Catering catered my wedding in Sedona late last year. It was amazing!! Heidi planned everything from the rental equipment, tableware, linens, floral, centerpieces, bar service and an amazing plated dinner. My Husband and I cannot stop talking about how perfect of a day it was and our family and friends are still telling us how delicious the dinner was. It was the best party ever and we have Heidi's Events and Catering to thank for it all!! :)

The service and food during the actual ceremony was top notch with Heidi's staff executing on all levels. Between setup, breakdown and serving all of our plated meals to our guests, went down without a hitch. I strongly recommend Heidi's to cater your next event or wedding!

Wedding planned over email and phone.

We had to plan our wedding from out of state. Heidi's Events did a great job. We contracted to have extra services done and the day of the wedding went perfectly. The food was excellent and the staff was pleasant and professional. They know their business well and execute even better.

Great food

We used Heidis to cater a large joint baby shower at The Boojum Tree. I worked with Jillian over the phone and via email from Chicago, and she was super helpful. I had never planned anything like this before and she helped me have my ideas come to life. Day of the shower, the staff showed up on time and were extremely friendly and available (but not overbearing). And most importantly, the food was delicious! We had a lot of different small bites and everything was great, the right temperature, and they provided really great table décor that fit with our theme! I would highly recommend!

We liked Heidi's for the wide variety of cuisines they offered. The tasting was amazing, we stuffed ourselves with the different selections that Heidi's offered. We got to work with Jillian and she was very responsive. We had gone to the tasting 6 months before the wedding. By the time wedding rolled around, we made the menu selections. We had chosen off their fall/winter menu since we had done our tasting so early. Jillian luckily worked with us and was able to get most of our selections in and made recommendations for what wasn't available for the spring. The food was all fantastic. We had chicken piccata, carved tri-tip station, potatoes au gratin, roasted vegetables, and salad. It was buffet style. The serving staff was super attentive and the banquet manager checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we got enough food. Everyone loved the food.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Heidi's! Even before our wedding, we were already so thankful to have them for catering for our wedding because our communication with them through email, and in person, was great. We were able to email them any questions, and we would always get an immediate and informed response. They were patient and helpful in working with us when we chose our menu. And finally, and most importantly, their food was perfect! Our guests were telling us about how good the food was, and how they went back for seconds. The staff was great and attentive, and we would highly recommend them.

We used Heidi's Events for our daughter's wedding at home on 12/29/17. We have used Heidi's in the past for other events and knew we would be getting top notch service. I can fully recommend HEC for almost any event. Heidi is an absolute pro and will help to structure your catering to be exactly as you dreamed it would be. Here is a snippet from the "thank you email" that I wrote to Heidi after our event:

Sorry for the late note, but as you can imagine the days surrounding Janel and Isam's wedding have gone by in a flurry. I didn't want to miss the opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for the awesome job that Heidi's Events did for our celebration.

Of course, I knew your crew would be great since we have used you in the past, but this was over the top! Your servers are extremely pleasant while being completely unobtrusive. They came in, got to work immediately and I didn't even know they were there. They anticipated the needs of my guests all throughout the evening. Pablo (lead bartender) was super friendly and guests loved him. I am sorry, I did not really meet the catering manager since I had a wedding coordinator working, but she certainly made things run smoothly.

My guests are still talking about the food. And you know I am choosy about the food. Personally I loved the bacon wrapped dates. The short ribs were decadently delicious - loved them! All was presented beautifully. And - you were right...the late night snacks of chicken and waffles, pigs in a blanket and quesadillas were a HUGE hit.

Thank you once again for making me look good! I am sure I will see you again.

Just call Heidi - you will NOT be disappointed!

Heidi's team was the absolute best! They checked on my husband and I several times during the reception to ensure we had everything we wanted, and even brought us drinks while we signed our license and bustled my dress. We had brunch for our reception, and Heidi's food was delicious. They took the utmost care of our cake and cutting set, our toasting glasses, and cake topper that we brought in ourselves. They worked with our budget and were worth the price we paid. I would highly recommend Heidi's!

My Daughter Had a perfect wedding on 11/11/17. I could not have asked for better service. The food was fantastic! I have been to many weddings as my mother was a wedding photographer. I can not remember ever having such great servers and staff. the food was served buffet style for 225 people. We did not run short the food was moist.hot and seasoned to perfection. Do your wedding justice and look into Heidi;s catering. Even her tasting was excellent. It too was mind blowing. It was set up with several other future couples and was amazing from start to finish. Beginning with a beautiful pear Mimosa. Such a wide variety it was hard to choose. They even served end of the party snacks to our guests to include mini chicken and waffles, mini burritos, and a few other late night party snacks. no one left hungry!

Service was amazing, the staff was so friendly, professional and accommodating. Food was fabulous, from the appetizers to the main course everyone enjoyed it and we had so many guests come up to us raving about the food and how it was the best they have ever had at a wedding. We were afraid with having 150 guests and having plated meals that the food may get cold before guests received their meal, but that wasn't an issue at all. I definitely recommend Heidi's catering, they have so many options to choose from, you can't go wrong.

All of the staff was very attentive and professional during the whole event. The team was well organized, and was able to problem solve quickly since our wedding was outdoors and it was windy that day. We received several compliments on our choice of caterer as well as our choice of the taco bar, even from the chef himself. Towards the end of the night once everything was mostly cleaned up, the staff was towards the back dancing and laughing and having a good time with everyone. It was nice that they were enjoying the job they were there to do.

Jillian is one of the most professional people in the wedding industry, which is great, because catering is definitely a no-nonsense kind of deal when it comes to logistics. Jillian is extremely responsive and accommodating as we had to change our meal choices to budget for larger than expected wedding numbers. She also helped us to hit our budget without making sacrifices. Most of all, the night of my wedding was MAGICAL! Chef Rubio was an absolutely delight and a sweetheart who made me laugh, fed me a plate of prosciutto (yup, bride gets what she wants!) while I was tucked away to calm my nerves. Kathleen was very responsive and energetic. Our main server who served myself and my husband, Jake, was an absolute sweetheart. I was never hungry nor without a drink. I never imagined catering could be so kind and it was the cherry on top of an already great day. My guests loved the fantastic bruschetta & fruit/veggie/cheese spread during cocktail hour and I got great compliments on the wedding food. Highly recommended!

From the first time we met with Jillian, we had a great experience with Heidi's. They have a huge selection of menus to choose from, and they were very open at the tasting to take feedback and make adjustments to things. The wedding was such a blur that I barely had time to eat, but Heidi's staff always made sure to bring us food and samples and check in on us. Our guests all said the food was fantastic - with special shout out to the fish cakes. The best part was how detail oriented and professional the team is; from set up to clean up, they were wonderful to work with. Thank you!!

We worked closely with Jillian at Hiedi's catering and she was on-point!! Heidi’s Catering handled all of the food at my daughter’s wedding in February 2015 at Bella Rose Estates. They did a wonderful job. The meal with a Mexican flair was very good. The hors d’oeuvres; stuffed jalapenos, green chili empanadas and shredded beef burritos were amazing, so delicious! Rick, was the personal waiter for the bride and groom, as well as the wedding party, he went above and beyond doing a wonderful job. He always made sure they were taken care of. Thank you Rick!

Heidi catered our wedding reception at Bella Rose in May 2015. I have to say that they were WONDERFUL! The food was amazing and the servers were so great! They assigned a server to the bride and groom she was wonderful. She took such good care of us, making sure we ate (brides and groom often get so busy they don't eat). We never had an empty glass. Even sent us home with two left over meals! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer. Thank you for being such a big part of our dream wedding.

Heidi's Catering provides full service catering and they do an amazing job at it. We had food for our social hour and a buffet dinner with the most delicious food ever! Heidi's was great. They were included in our package at Bella Rose estate, so we were a little iffy about them at first. We had no problems with them at all, and no complaints. They always responded quickly to emails, and were prompt whenever we had meetings.

We chose the mexican menu for our wedding. The bacon wrapped cream cheese filled jalapenos, empanadas and mini burritos were amazing as appetizers. Heidi even worked with us so that we could include a chips and salsa bar during the cocktail hour without going over our budget. The rest of the food was great!

Rick was our main server, and he took care of my husband and I from the moment we left the ceremony to the very end when they were packing up to leave. He was polite, funny and very helpful, not just for us, but for the bridal party and parents as well.

I would definitely recommend Heidi's catering for your event or wedding. Good food for a decent price!

We hired Heidi’s Events and Catering for our 225 person plated dinner at Bella Rose Estate. We interviewed 4 catering companies considered top in the valley before choosing Heidi’s. Through Heidi’s unique, generous and fun monthly open house, we were able to try so many different combinations of main dishes, side dishes and appetizers over a 6 month period and were confident we had made the right choices for the big wedding dinner. Heidi and her team guided us every step of the way. The night of 2/20/15 arrived and Heidi’s Events and Catering delivered the most amazing wedding meal ever. I had no less than 30 people come up to me and say it was by far the best wedding dinner they had ever had. The main dishes were out of this world – perfect! No small feat when plate serving 225 guests. The side dishes – fresh vegetables with herbs directly from their own garden – amazing. The scalloped potatoes – to die for. The appetizers were all the rave. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. Heidi’s exceeded our expectations 10 fold. Lastly, the employees of Heidi’s cared tremendously about us and our event. They worked so hard from 3p – midnight (wedding hours were 4:30-11pm). They were unbelievably polite and provided a level of service that truly was fit for a king…and a queen. Our wedding turned out to be the kind fairytale’s are made of, the magical fairy Godmother was Heidi Vail, owner of Heidi’s Events and Catering and the impeccable food and service gave us the wedding we’d always dreamt of; 225 guests, bride and groom, happily ever after.

Heidi's thorough attention to detail and excellent menu selection allowed for us to have an elegant event, which was held at a private home. My planner and I were able to leave the food and bar to Heidi's, which allowed my planner to focus on other pressing matters the day of.
We have received numerous compliments about the entree's and cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, the serving staff and bartender.

My wedding went off without a hitch. I was positively thrilled with everything having to do with Heidis’ team. I didn’t have a single thing that I would have changed about my day, her team genuinely seems like a group of amazing individuals. The flowers were put out flawlessly and table décor looked incredible. I cannot tell you how many compliments I received on how nice the venue looked and how flawless the execution of everything.

Jillian at Heidi's was always so helpful and delightful! She was flexible and accommodated all of our requests. The tasting sessions were helpful, and allowed us to narrow down what we wanted. On the day of the wedding, the event manager greeted us after we left the ceremony with a glass of wine-it was perfect!! I would HIGHLY recommend Heidi's if you are looking for a reliable, fun and creative team!

I had my dream wedding!!! Heidi's was very professional and attentive! Every guest loved the food! Me and my husband never had to lift a finger! We always had a full drink and food when we needed it! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. And they offer so many services themselves, or they have referral lists to help you get everything you need. The food was delicious! The staff at my wedding were incredibly courteous and accommodating. I had so many compliments from my guests regarding how great the service was; whenever they needed anything, a staff member was right on top of it. And they all acted and were dressed so professionally. I would definitely reccommend this company, and if I ever need a caterer again, I will absolutely be a returning customer!

I am so happy with everyone at Heidi's. From Jillian who I did all the planning with, to Jesse our cook, and all the servers during our wedding. Food and staff were amazing. The wedding went smoothly and we even got a box with an extra meal when we got back to the hotel- since we didn't eat much at the wedding. Heidi's was great!

I am the owner of a wedding venue. I have had Heidi's catering at my venue many times. Wedding this past April for approx 100 people- meals were plated- different colored ribbon in the wedding colors, tied to place card designated meal choice ( made it much easier according for the servers ) passed appetizers and grazing station---
All meal choices were delicious, the presentations beautiful, and the staff attentive and professional which led to so many of the guests, taking a moment to comment on the fabulous food and staff.. I was so surprised when one after another made a point of commenting. I didn't have to think, request or suggest a thing during the entire evening thanks to the attention to detail provided by Steve, Jillian and the entire staff... Whether a small or large event- Heidi's Event's and Catering will definitely be my first choice... I would also like to say we went to numerous food tastings by various local vendors and Heidi's remained the top choice with the bride & groom (a former high-end food and beverage manager) ...

Heidi and her staff were fabulous throughout the entire process. Heidi really knows what she is doing when it comes to planning a timeline for the day of. The food was excellent and the staff was amazing and made sure my husband and I had any and everything we needed. They were constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything, and they even served us dinner so we could eat first before visiting with all of our guests. We even had an extra cheesecake for my uncles birthday that they helped us present. This was the second time my family has used Heidi's catering and I could not recommend them enough!!

I could not be happier with Heidi and her team that catered our wedding! We got married at the Secret Garden and chose their Asian buffet menu, since my husband's side of the family is Chinese. Heidi really knows her stuff, and will make sure everything flows perfectly the day of your event. Her staff are very professional and made sure my husband and I were fed during photos during cocktail hour. We were served our dinner first to ensure that we had a chance to taste the food. My guests were very happy and still rave about how great the food was. I can't recommend Heidi enough!

I have used Heidi's Event's and Catering for multiple events over the past three years most recently a few weeks ago - you cannot go wrong using Heidi's. I realize that this is a wedding site, but as a bride years back it is important to work with a person that is professional. This is an important day for brides, grooms and their families and Heidi and her staff are completely professional. The food is outstanding, the presentation superb and they will treat you perfectly from start to finish. Trust Heidi with her suggestions as she has been doing this for a long time. There have been occasions when I plan an event and think I have things thought out or have a vision and she takes that idea and can make it even better. Her food pairings are exceptional and I have been delighted every time. I cannot stress enough how great the staff is and how well they will take care of you - and I wasn't even the bride! I had the pleasure of attending my niece's wedding in June and was able to interact with Heidi and her staff the week before during all the preparations. Wow! It was amazing to see them in action and to realize the level of detail that goes into an event for 200+ guests. Spots on the silverware, no problem, linen napkins folded just so, you got it, and laying a level dance floor are just a few examples of these details you would not give a second thought about walking into the event as a guest. Arriving to the reception, we were greeted with homemade lemonade served in mason jars, with a retro looking straw and a sprig of lavender. So refreshing and delicious on a warm summer day! Bruschetta made from home grown tomatoes, bursting with flavor. Soda pop in the old glass bottles sitting on ice in old red wagons, a blast from the past and visually pleasing. The food was delectable, chicken breasts and pork tenderloin cooked in an open pit served with special sauces, just melted in your mouth. Heidi's staff was very competent, polite, and stayed on top of every detail throughout the reception. My niece's reception was amazing and simply elegant. If you are looking for a caterer who is creative, competent, and will provide you with a stress free event, Heidi's Events and Catering is the way to go.

Our daughter just got married this June. We had Heidi's Events do our wedding. We could not have been happier. Heidi and her staff was so nice to work with. She gave us suggestions and options we did not think of with the food, decorations and even our own little diy projects. Our daughter wanted an outdoor reception in our back yard (which made me nervous). Heidi was not intimidated by that at all. She had so many wonderful ideas. It was truly wonderful. I was not stressed or worried the day of the wedding at all. Everything was so organized and under control. Not only was the reception breathtakingly beautiful, the food was awesome. Our guests raved about the bruchetta station. We received so many compliments on the food.
Heidi's Events made our daughters wedding day perfect. I do not think we could have asked for anything better. We would not have changed a thing. Our daughters words before she left for her honeymoon were, " it was everything I wanted Mom". I think that says it all!

Heidi's was WONDERFUL!!! The food was outstanding and the staff was professional and excellent! I was completely impressed with everything. As the bride, I never had to lift a finger. They brought me (and my new husband) all of our food and drinks, they also helped my children (who are young) with their food. The staff also helped set up our decorations and tables and they did so just as we wanted them!! We will certainly us Heidi's again for future events!! :)

Drew quickly answered any questions I had as we went through the process. On the day of my wedding the people that Heidi's had working my event were amazing as well. They were super attentive, kept all the dishes clear and would always ask if my husband or I needed anything. After we got introduced and we were going to start the buffet line, we were each brought plates of food and asked what we would like to drink. We never had to ask for anything else for the rest of the night, they just always came and delivered. Clean up was super easy as well! Thank You Heidi's!! You guys did an amazing job!!!

We recently used Heidi's Events and catering to cater our wedding. We were so impressed by the amount of help we received not only on the side of catering but also the amount of resources they had for other aspects of our wedding. Heidi recommended a fantastic DJ(Jimmy-Citron Sound) ,Professional Wedding officiant(Rev. Troy Vail) ,Talented Photographer(Alan Hajek) and also an amazing wedding cake company(Honeymoon Sweets). When it came down to the day of our wedding everything went so smoothly and my husband and I had nothing to worry about. Heidi and her wonderful staff made sure everything was perfect even better then we had dreamed up in our appointments prior. I heard so many great comments from my guests and the vendors we used about the food. Everything tasted so fresh and the flavors were vibrant. They also were having such a great time because anytime they looked anywhere all they saw was the staff with great smiles and excitement in there eyes. The whole reception went perfect from start to finish. We will always recommend Heidi's to anyone we know with any type of wedding or life event. Heidi’s staff was professional and easy to work with. We worked with Drew and he was so helpful. He even called me a couple times to make sure everything they selected for my wedding was just right. They handled so much for me and it was a huge stress relief. Their food was so delicious! We can't say enough about Heidi's! Drew was the greatest coordinator we could ask for. We used their venue 'La Petite Mason' for the ceremony as well and it was perfect for the small intimate wedding we had. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make our evening a memorable one. There are just too many positive things to say about the excellent staff, food, and service to keep this short. After doing quite a bit of research of Phoenix catering company candidates to put on our wedding, my wife and I decided on Heidi's. And we are both ever so grateful for doing so.

We met with Heidi about 10 months before our wedding to map things out. Considering it was our first wedding to plan, we hadn't a clue what we were doing. Heidi was very accommodating and professional from the get go. She catered (pardon the pun, won't happen again) to our working schedules and met with us one evening that was convenient for both of us. From the minute we sat down with her and her staff, we knew we were in good hands. They were extremely organized, offered a variety of packages and options to best suit or wedding party and guests, and suggested more than enough alternatives. Throughout the months in between, Heidi made sure to keep in contact with both of us to make sure we were doing OK and let us know that we could call her and make suggestions or changes any time we needed. I don't think there was one time where we called Heidi herself, and she didn't answer her phone.

The night of the wedding went off without a hitch. The staff was on time and worked efficiently and effectively to make sure everything was set up for the guests. They were also friendly and accommodating and would go out of their way any time someone needed "a quick glass of water" or "to sit down for a bit." Truly great people.

The staff continued to impress following the ceremony. During the cocktail time between moving ceremony chairs out and the dinner tables in (which, by the way, was done swiftly and incognito), Heidi's staff paid their utmost attention the each guest, offering beverages, hours de vours, and making sure everyone was comfortable.

When it came time for dinner to begin, the staff shined once again. They were extremely organized and had an efficient plan of action as to how and when the food would be served. Each guest was able to eat and enjoy themselves in a timely manner while the staff continuously and inconspicuously removed plates and made the setting more comfortable.

The food was wonderful. We chose to have a buffet as we figured it would be the most practical and suitable for the location. We had a few vegetables, two types of meats, breads, and pasta. The food was fresh and always warm and appealing, from the beginning of the dinner to the end. The chefs at Heidi's use the best ingredients to make their food taste beyond delicious.

To wrap up, I was more than satisfied with the work of Heidi's Events & Catering. They were punctual, personable, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and polite. They were wonderful to our guests and worked very hard to make sure everything ran smoothly. Giving them 5 stars wasn't enough.

Everything was a success working with Heidi’s. We basically had them provide all services, including chairs, linens, tables, and food, since the venue we were married at required everything be brought in through a vendor. We chose one main dish and the pasta station and found that it worked really well. The food was delicious. The presentation was great and the chefs were courteous. The tables were spectacular and they went the extra mile by tying ribbons that we wanted around the napkins in order to bring all the colors of the wedding together. The banquet captain was very attentive to us through the evening to see that we received whatever we needed. We are impressed that they pulled off an outdoor venue event flawlessly…at least to our knowledge. If you are unsure of what you want or are trying to decide among various caterers, be sure to take advantage of one of the speical evening events that Heidi's offers for prospective customers to enjoy a mock reception.

I worked with Heidi's Events and Catering at a venue for 6 months on a weekend basis and I fell IN LOVE with their company! I saw them at the venue nearly every weekend and each time they refreshed my mind with their creative and different set up styles, their tasty food, and their outstanding five star service. They truly stand by their word that they provide exceptional service for every guest. I worked with other caters over the course of the 6 months as well, but would always refer Heidi's first to anyone. I worked with their whole team including their banquet captians, serving staff, and Heidi and Drew on multiple occasions. They were extremely helpful and I was always confident that when they were at the venue I would never have to worry about a thing! On May 15th, 2010 I celebrated my marriage in Arcadia at a beautiful private home. My husband and I were there to celebrate our love for one another and to show gratitude to the family and friends who've supported us so well over the years. The wedding was extremely important in celebrating those we love and Heidi Vail absolutely perfected the event and the fine details. Our initial meeting with Heidi set a precedent for the rest of the planning stage and for the wedding. She consistently inquired with both of us with regard to our likes and dislikes, our desires for our guests, and offered creative solutions to ideas we hadn't quite figured out how to implement. My husband and I also had some unique ideas for the menu and the execution was beyond anything I could have imagined.
THE FOOD! The food was out of this world! People are still raving about it. Even the guests who are restaurateurs and an editor of a restaurant magazine in Chicago were complimenting our choice in a caterer.
The day of the wedding Heidi's staff was on site putting final touches on the rentals and making certain the event space was in order. They were all so efficient and calm I was totally relaxed and was able to focus on the reason I was there instead of whether or not everything would come together. The entire estate was immaculately detailed and everything was in its place. Following the ceremony, the guests were immediately greeted with welcome drinks, fantastic passed hors d'oeuvres, and made completely comfortable.
Our event coordinator from Heidi’s was extremely impressive and ensured the wedding party and all guests were satisfied. The staff was professional and unobtrusive. I still have guests telling me it was the most amazing wedding event they have ever attended. Heidi’s helped us with the two most important elements, celebrating our marriage and celebrating the people we love. I am ecstatic!

Heidi's Events and Catering did a superb job providing not only the food and drinks for my reception, but also tables, linens and chairs. I attended one tasting in the spring, and I'm glad I did, because it gave me some great ideas for my reception menu. The menu is practically endless, but Heidi and her highly trained staff worked to understand exactly what I wanted, and helped me to narrow down my choices. The food tasted amazing, and was set up beautifully. My guests and I were more than pleased. On top of all that, the tables and chairs were gorgeous, and the serving staff was upbeat and professional. Choosing a great caterer is one of the most important decisions you can make in order for your big day to go smoothly and flawlessly, and I HIGHLY recommend Heidi's for their delicious food, courteous staff and their knowledge of the wedding industry. I got married in April and was very satisfied with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. We had such a great coordinator and everything turned out lovely- above and beyond then I even expected. Such a great job! And teh food was so delicious and the waitstaff was AWESOME! Thank you!

Noone ever wants to feel like just another number. I felt like I was the only and most important person in Heidis life thoughout the whole process. I appreciated that she wanted to meet me befor sendingme a proposal. She expressed how important it was to her to make sure we were a good fit for each other. She asked me alot of questions about my desires and style and then planned the perfect events for me. I hired Heidi to catwer my rehersal, my wedding and the brinch after. Her level of experince and passion for what she does was refreshing. The food was great and so was the staff but what I appreciate most was how flexible and accomadating Heidi herself was to my needs, my budget and occassions.
Thank you for a series of events I will never forget.
