Tanya Sent on 04/13/2014I don't know where to begin on how great this place is and how wonderful the service is. The food was wonderful. Everything was very easy to plan. Their flexibility was out of this world. We had a lot of people not show up and they packed up those meals for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is having a party. It is a value all the way around. The venue is also very beautiful. -

The wedding attendant was not super responsive and always had an excuse for being busy. On our wedding day one of the tables was set up incorrectly shoving 7 people at a 5 top. The bartenders did not follow our Bride and groom drink requests and they were not trained bartenders. Many guests said they were just getting cups of liquor instead of the drinks we had given for them to make. We said no shots and the venue states no shots allowed and they were giving shots out. The wedding wasn't being moved along by the wedding coordinated cocktail hour went over by 15 minutes and the DJ was not helpful or mindful of times either my husband had to tell him to move people into the dining room ( the party people). This venue is very nice but dated and better suited for a birthday or anniversary party than a wedding. The price was right and that was the saving grace. Otherwise we wouldn't want to deal with the staff or vendors again. Jamie from cake a fare was the best part of the experience. Sue from the flower shop was also frustrating to work with and overcharged for what I got. I asked for pompass grass and fresh floral and I got carnations and dried flowers way overpriced. Not what I expected. -

Terrible customer service!! Wouldn't work with bride and groom! Pictures speak loudly!!
Terrible place! Maggie is terrible. She even wanted to "show" the facility when the bride and brides maids were dressing. No privacy for preparing for wedding. Groom and groomsmen had to dress at another facility. Water marks on ceiling, mold, dirty food carts, couldn't even iron linens for the tables that the bride and groom had to pay extra to use! Chairs for outside wedding were filthy. They couldn't even wipe them down! Paid extra for that too!! -
