I had a very tight budget for my wedding and still wanted to look like a princess. Their dresses accomplished that. Sizing was spot on I’m 5’7 and 245 and a 22 fit like a glove. Arms are a bit tight but nothing to bad that would make it need alterations.
Only had two issues one was with how the dress was packaged- came wrapped in a Fedex bag covered with packing tape, leave time to allow the dress to hang to get rid of wrinkles and might want to steam it as well. The second was there was a small stain on the dress looks like potentially a fabric marker? I was able to get it out so it’s no longer noticeable. Still I am happy with the purchase!

The perfect wedding website
I have bought clothes on this website three times. For the first time, I bought the bridesmaid dress with skepticism. Oh my god, I was so surprised after I put it on. The fabric material is very good, not inferior to some brands. The clothes are mainly very cheap, which made me buy it again without hesitation for my friend’s wedding. This gown is so beautiful. It fits like a glove when I'm standing and is so flattering, though I can't really bend in it...maybe if I lose 10lbs? I'm not sure but we were planning to elope anyway so I may not need to sit. If it didn't mind it being looser looking, I'm sure this wouldn't be an issue. For standing and photos I think its amazingly beautiful and I've never looked so pretty in a gown. This is the second Hebeos gown I ordered and the quality is so impressive for the price. The custom measurements were spot on.

I ordered this dress in Daffodil for my little sister for prom and she looked absolutely amazing in it! She wanted to wear a dress that was comfortable but still girly and a little different than what she usually wears. She lives in San Diego and I live in Houston so I took a chance on Hebeos and ordered this dress that I thought would most fit what she was looking for. She loved it! She was so happy with how it fit and how true to style the dress was. We were so nervous it wouldn't be like the picture but it was exactly. I will definitely be ordering more dresses in the future.

The dress is incredible! I decided to provide my custom measurements as I was falling between sizes and I was NOT disappointed. Hebeos was always prompt to answer any questions or concerns that I had and was extremely friendly. I did have to have the dress altered in length as it is very long and I had the front portion of the dress closed as I didn't feel comfortable with having so much skin shown.

The shipping time was acceptable but my wedding dress arrived in a shipping envelope full of wrinkles. I would have expected a box to say the least. Luckily I was able to carefully iron out deep wrinkles. It was a custom fit yet it didn’t seem to fit as well as I would have liked it to. The price was fair enough because the dress wasn’t cheaply made. I would recommend this vendor if your on a budget and like a wide selection of beautiful dresses to choose from.

I purchased two wedding gowns for my daughter through this company. My daughter is a size 6 in regular clothes we ordered a size 12 and the dress fit almost perfectly she just needs a little alterations and its too long. So I decided to order a mother of the bride’s dress from them; I am a size 10, so I ordered a size 16 to make sure that the dress would fit perfectly with minor alterations. I tried it on and no it did not fit. I contacted the company to explain to them that this dress did not fit. They explained to me that I could order another dress at 70% off or return the dress and get 15% back after they inspected the dress and make sure that all the tags was still intact or I can keep the dress and try to resell it on my own and get 13% back. So I agreed to keep the dress and just get 13% back of what I purchased the dress for ($149 plus I paid $36). I got $19.87😳 I would never order from this company again

Great pricing for smaller budgets but when you send your measurements to someone instead of being able to try it on, you get the best they can do. I ended up having to spend extra money to alter the dress quite a bit and make it into my own. It just didn't look like the one I ordered when I received it. If you are plus size, do not buy from this store
I bought a dress in a size 24, which is my standard in ALL dresses but when I got my dress from Hebeos it was made for someone tall and curvy, I am shorty and BBW. The top was WAY too loose, and I couldn't zip the dress up.
I tried returning the dress as it was for my best friend's wedding, and they would not allow me to return it even if they return policy says you can within the first 14 days of receiving order.
If you plus size, please do NOT buy from the company - I recommend Azazie or Babaroni as they have a custom size section to put in your measurements at no extra cost at all and the pricing is the same.

Not Complying With Their Own Refund/Return Policy
My first and last time ordering from a company that isn’t a big retail name. I ordered two Beautiful dresses to wear to my sons wedding next month. Received them pretty quickly and are of great quality. As soon a I got them I tried them on and emailed the company same day. Because of the hard lace at the top of the dress it is very scratchy and irritating to my arms. Wouldn’t be very comfortable to wear throughout the entire wedding. You can’t determine the feel of the material based off a photo. When I asked to return it to purchase another dress made of different material at the top, they told me I’d have to get it altered locally. I don’t need it altered unless I remove all the lace from the top of the dress. So I tried it on and that was it. Two dresses that can’t be used or returned.

The dress I received was definitely not the dress in the picture. I actually found the dress they advertised on a designer site, and the one they sent on Amazon and sent them both the pictures explaining it is not as pictured and that I wanted to return it. All the tags were still on it and I had only tried it on once. I contacted them within 7 days of delivery and they still told me that I could not return it. I am disgusted that I spent $170 and have nothing but a cheap, gaudy knock off to show for it. It does not lay like the pictures, it is a different cut, different lace.... They are fraudulent and refuse to refund me.

I was so excited to order my dress from Hebeos seeing that the price was amazing. The Commnication was amazing. Once I finally received the dress, it wasn't the actual dress in the photo, and I ordered Ivory and Hebeos sent me a white dress. My color scheme is Ivory, Pestel green and gold. How and why would they send me an Ivory dress. I was able to let go that the dress was not the actually dress in the photo because it was cute but to not send the correct color. I messaged them same day and took a picture of the dress. They had the nerve to tell me that my iPhone enhanced the color and that the dress is Ivory. The DRESS IS WHITE!!!!! I am not color blind and nor is every person that has seen this dress. It matches the white dress bag I purchased from the as well. I requested to get the IVORY dress sent to me and for me to send back the WHITE dress they sent. They only offered a 10% refund for my inconvenience. WHAT A JOKE. I told them if they couldn't not send me the correct dress and color that I would file a complaint with BBB and call my bank and file fraud. AND I DID. WHAT A JOKE. Like many of us who order wedding dresses online, I ordered a few dresses so I could try them on and see which one would fit and which one I would like. I was contacted by the company telling me that they would not be sending me all of the dresses I ordered and that I was required to choose only 1 of the dresses.
When I told them this was unacceptable and that I wanted to cancel my order, they refused and only offered 90% of my money back.
They claim to make the dresses to order, but that information isn’t anywhere on their website. Additionally, they are NOT located in the US, so you will pay a foreign transaction fee on your credit card.
I do not recommend this company at all. Terrible customer service and they are dishonest.

My daughter was shopping for prom dresses. We saw Hebeos website on FB. She saw several dresses she likes and decided on 1 since they won't ship several to try and return, which is understandable. We ordered the dress a size bigger so we had some room to work with it. We received the dress and she can't even zipper it. I went through their return process and they will not take it back for the reason of size or if you just don't care for the dress. They actually responded to me that it "is a pity the dress doesn't fit" . They also said that they use fake models to make the dresses look the right way and that general sizes will not fit most customers properly without alterations. This dress is too small to alter. She is very disappointed and so am I. I can't imagine trying to shop here for several bridesmaids of different sizes. DO NOT USE THEM

My mom, sister, and I ordered dresses for my wedding from this site. I thought I did my research online, read 100's of reviews. My dress wasn't at all what was advertised. The dress was a different color, different cheap fabric, and just over all nothing like the dress I wanted. My mothers dress was nice but the sleeves were too small, (she can sew so she fixed it herself,) my sister dress was ok, she just had to pay $150 to have everything on the dress altered to fit her body. If you do buy from this site make sure to purchase through PayPal. If you're not satisfied with your purchase you can open a case and request a refund. Luckily that's what I did. Keep in my this is a overseas site and shipping is not cheap. I paid $74 for shipping to return the 3 items including my dress to them. PayPal also covers up to $30 of your shipping.

Ruined my experience of buying my dress
Absolutely shocking when it comes to returns! Sent me a dress that looks nothing like the picture of the dress I ordered, so disappointing it took me over 5 days emailing everyday demanding they take the dress. I payed 56 dollars in postage to get it to my home they only gave me 80% percent back of the price of the dress made me pay for postage to send it back 47 dollars after the return of the dress I'm still out of pocket 200 dollars. Absolute wankas!

This company does not accept returns. AT ALL. Even if the product is unworn, has tags, ect. I asked for a return form within the first 24 hours of delivery, because the dress was hideous in person and did not fit properly. They declined me of a product return form, told me to go to a seamstress to get it fitted properly instead. I told them I did not like the dress, even if it fit perfectly and asked for a product return form. They still denied me of it, told me I could keep the dress and they would give me 50% refund. I simply do not understand why I can not return the dress and get the full refund. There is no answer to the why behind that. I would never order from this company again, or recommend to anyone I know. You should be able to return an item, unworn, with tags on, reached out within the first 24 hours of receiving the dress, if you do not like the item you ordered. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible experience!! Ugly knock off dress!!
When I saw the picture of the dress it looked fluffy and off white! It looked so beautiful when I received it and took it out of the bag it smelt like fish and there was red threads still in the dress?? The picture shows a tutu effect and lots one waves the dress I got was split down the middle and bland! GUYS they make these dresses the BEST they can to look like the fake pictures they have on their site! It’s not the same quality! Getting a refund is like pulling teeth and they have offered my dress price back but NOT shipping here or shipping back what worries me is I’ve seen other send theirs back and no refund was ever made !!!!!?! They are based in CHINA they use different names throughout their emails and they all are white American women on the pictures- total scam trying to act like you sell those dresses from another state ! You lie I have seen it state it’s in Oregon. It is the most upsetting experience with a company and you Hebeos ruin a lot or happy brides day! I am in a battle with you guys and out $204 and still trying to plan my wedding and find another dress !!
They make the dress so close to the picture but it isn’t the picture my dress has a single slit in the middle with open puffy on the side that’s not what was shown

Bought a bridesmaid dress that ended up being too small. Even though their website says they accept returns for standard sizes they refused. They told me to take the dress to a tailor. The dress was cheaply made and now I'm stuck with it

This vendor is fraudulent and deceptive. What you see on the website is not what you get. I picked a dress from this site and received a completely different dress than the advertised one. They claimed variations can happen but this was not a variation but a cheaply made different dress than the one shown. If you are looking at this site run from it and save yourself the WASTE of money and time to start a dispute to get it back. They admitted it was the wrong dress and offered me a 10 perc discount. PEOPLE it comes from China!!! First clue this was not going to end well!! Also, they give you an option to customize the dress to your measurements or get a standard size Well, when the standard size is too big they claim it was custom made for you and they cannot offer a credit. I ordered 2 dresses. Both so cheap and ugly but the fact the one is not even what was advertised blows my mind I have reported them wt the FTC. Want to save someone else from making the same mistake I made

Disaster - Don’t make a mistake
My daughters knock-off dress literally showed her underwear when she walked and even more if she set down. We ordered a size up for tailoring but it was impossible. The slit on the dress might have worked on a a girl 5’2” with a lot of hemming, but if your 5’9” your crotch is literally exposed! No return or refunds. What a joke. Reverse search and you will see they are horrible copies.

EXPECT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG. My sister's bridemaid's dress for my wedding was sent back one day after FedEx did not deliver (she lives in an apt building and they didn't ring her bell on the only 2 occasions they attempted to delivery it). She and I both contacted hebeos to have the dress re-shipped out (we offered to pay) and after some back and forth which seemed a bit positive, they outright just refused to resend the dress!! We continued to push and they told us they can't ship it back because the package got damaged. We asked them to send it anyway and that we would get it repaired, and they have not answered. They kept the money and kept the dress. THIS IS FRAUD. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I now have one bridesmaid without a dress.

This review is in reference to Hebeos Wedding Dress, Prom, Bridesmaids, and Special Occasion Online Store. I read a lot of reviews before I purchased any dresses and all the reviews were 5 stars. I watched YouTube Videos and all good reviews, so I purchased 2 dresses for my daughter’s wedding and they both looked absolutely NOT like the website. One dress I decided to work through the problems by eventually one day getting alterations maybe it can be salvaged. The other dress was awful, awful awful. I emailed them within the guidelines of the policy to express my concerns. They first informed me there is nothing they could do for me since it was out of the 14 day time limit. I had to send them photos of the dress my shipment paperwork and the stamp on the shipping bag. The second dress I knew it was no way to alter it to work. The dress looked like a costume (#PO16033PO3143 color I’m so disappointed Gold, Size 12). Please I am so trust me it was so bad, and the story gets worse. They gave me two options (1) to accept 25% of my purchased price along with keeping the costume or (2) mail it back to them and they will refund me $147.00 at my cost for shipping and handling. I said okay I will send it back so at least I can receive partial refund. I went to send the one dress back and it was going to cost me $137.00 to send back to Hebeos. I was pissed at this point because I couldn’t afford the shipping cost to send back the costume. I spent $296.70 and they refunded me $36.75. I’m just beyond disappointed. To add insult to injury once they finish with their refund transaction you don’t have access into your account anymore. Please please don’t order from this company. I know I am a stranger, but please trust me they are rip off artists. I tried to post photos of the dress and receipt of refund, but I was unable to do so. Do yourself a favor and avoid Hebeos at all costs. The quality is terrible, and customer service is rude and unhelpful. Don't let the prices fool you - it costs at least $30 to ship, and they charge another $30 to return if the dress doesn't work. We tried to order bridesmaid dresses and one poor girl in the party was told it was "a pity she chose the wrong size" and therefore the dress was not returnable. They claim the dresses are all "made to order," but this is clearly not the case whatsoever.
My dress arrived with a broken strap and many of the sequins falling off. I was offered a 10% discount to keep it and try to get it fixed, but when I came back to customer service and told them it was going to be too expensive to fix the defective dress, they would not take it back, claiming they had already fixed the problem with the refund, and "most people just pay to have the dress fixed" even though their return policy clearly states that full refunds are given for defective dresses.
So, I'm now stuck with a broken dress of VERY poor quality that I cannot wear to this wedding, and I'm looking for other options.
Save yourself time, money, and headaches and look elsewhere as fast as you can.

Bogus - you can tell by the return policy
I ordered a "sequin champagne" dress from here that was really pretty on the website. I received the dress and it was basically brown. The sequins started to fall off as I took it out of the packaging... I had little sequins from my game room to bedroom as I just walked with it in my hand to show my husband. The material is very cheap and it's badly made. To add injury to insult, their return policy is bogus, which you can tell just by the wording on the site.
Color Mismatch

Size Deviation
If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we offer limited alterations reimbursement. Should you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. The copy of the receipt must be provided to request reimbursement.
Item is the size you ordered but does not fit
Please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

Feel like I was scammed. Horrible company.
I am soooooo disappointed in my experience with them. I recently purchased a dress to see if it would work for my sisters wedding. You would think with special occasions a company would have a flexible return policy. The dress did not fit according to the measurements online, the color was supposed to be champagne but honestly it looked very ivory. The picture online you can tell it’s not an actual photo so it looked yellow online. Also the way the built-in bust cups are made it makes it look like your nipples are showing. Their website says 14 day worry free returns and they do not honor this policy. When you have this listed it means that the first 14 days you should be able to do the return and then your strict return policy should kick in after. They are refusing to do the return and the reason is because they won’t be able to resell it. This is a standard size dress ordered off their site NOT a custom made dress. They have told me to have it altered or resell it. I honestly should have known something was off by their strict and expensive shipping. This is a company like no other please be careful if you order from them. They seem legit however when it’s time to return they come across like a scam company. I do not recommend them for special occasions like a wedding or prom. If for any reason the dress doesn’t work out you will be stuck with it.

I have been requesting a return label for a week straight and multiple emails- going around after round with customer service with no luck. They're doing everything in their power to try to make me keep it. I've communicated that the dress does not fit me nor do I like it and I wish to return it. Very disappointed!
I ordered a dress from hebeos and it wasn’t nothing like I ordered. The design wasn’t the same, the color wasn’t the same, and the so called hand made dress was poor quality. I wrote to the company about just fixing the problem and they told me no! I was out of my 14 window to do anything. This company is a rip off! Do not order anything from them!

I bought a bridesmaid dress that was perfect with my measurements. My hip measurements were almost an inch smaller than the dress on the website. When I tried it on it was so small in the hips and that I could barely walk. They make you pay for return shipping which is fine because that's what it says in the return policy. They also want to charge a 15% restocking fee on top of that which is not stated In the return policy. Went back and forth for a week with them telling me it was my fault the dress didn't fit. In the end I had to do a charge back on my credit card and hopefully stop someone else from wasting their time and money.

I bought the stress knowing they had a 14 day return policy. I reached out to them to return the dress on the 14th day, and they told me I could no longer return the dress and made up a date that my dress arrived. Terrible customer service and did not even do the research to make sure their facts were correct before calling me a liar. So now I’m stuck with this dress and will never buy from them again.

I ordered a dress and it was too big so I wanted to return it and the first thing they asked me is to send pics, which I did showing the dress with the original tag. Then they told me to have it altered and that I would get a 20% discount. I told them I didn't like the dress and that I wasn't interested in keeping it. They kept trying to convince me to keep the dress. I kept telling them all I wanted is a refund, I kept asking about the address where I had to send the dress. Then they finally send me an address in China requesting a tracking number to "process" my refund. I soon find out at Canada Post that sending the dress back to China with a tracking number will cost me over a hundred dollars, so no point in wasting more money…..not to mention that to get to this point I had already wasted a lot of time.
Don't waste your money, don't waste your time and energy dealing with this company.

They are a ridiculous company. They state that you can return on the site, within 14 days, but ITS NOT TRUE!!! I contacted them the same night I received the package. I just wanted a simple exchange. They gave me several options: donate to charity, go get alterations, donate it to someone else. All of which would not be in MY best interest! Try to make your own dress before using this company!
My Fiancé had her bridesmaids order dresses from this company and they came in different colors. Upon providing that information to the company and requesting a refund, they responded with the following.
Dear customer,
Thank you for the pictures.
Due to lighting, display and other factors, the color of the picture and the actual color of the product may have slight differences. The color display will be based on Apple devices.
Because of the material manufacturing process, the color of each batch of material will have a little difference.
We will insist on continuous improvement of the manufacturing process to minimize color differences.
Sorry for the inconvenience brought to you and beg your understanding.
We would like to refund the 10% dress price as a discount for you in this situation.

Embarrassing to say the least. Items are refundable within a period of time, it was met and they want to negotiate it. In addition, 12 dresses should be the same color, there is no sound reasoning to use this company for anything other than an example of how not to conduct business.
They shouldn't be allowed to conduct business in the US. They ruin people's events and take their money and even worse, their time.

Terrible Experience
I tried to order a dress in 2 sizes because my daughter's measurements weren't matching on their charts and they refused to send me the 2 dresses because it is not in their policy to "buy many, keep 1." After reading multiple reviews, I also saw that many people had similar experiences and/or many problems with returning items. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE!!!

Purchased dress
I purchased a dress and when I received it, the breast pads were not where they should be, the dress color was not what was displayed online, and the dress was hideous…I couldn’t return it cause the policy says you can only return it if it is damaged. Horrible policy for a dress that cost $185. Unacceptable and will never purchase from here again!!!

Dress arrived burnt had to cancel wedding
Dress arrived burnt, dont buy from this site, they wont refund and give you a hard time for something that was their fault the packing was poor they placed entire dress in a plastic that ripped open while shipped and burnt. Had to cancel wedding dress takes like 30 days to arrive.

Sent the wrong dress and they refuse to return it
I bought a dusty pink bridesmaid dress from them and it came in as neon pink, not even close to the picture on the website. Instead of apologizing or offering me a refund, they said that I was wrong and that the dress was right. When I sent them the third round of evidence they told me to donate or resell the dress and offered hardly a refund. I would legit never use their service again.

Horrible and I would not recommend anyone buy their products
This company are crooks. Their website says 14 day return policy, however, you have to request a return. When I requested a return, they asked for me to measure the dress when no alterations were performed and even asked if I wanted to keep the dress and sell it myself. I had to dispute the charge then they accepted my return but now it has been almost 2 months since they were refunded my money and I still haven't received it yet. Please ladies be careful when ordering from this company!!

Please stay away.
This site is a drop shipper site. What they do is they steal photos from other companies and their products and use it to sell cheap alternatives. If you order from here, there’s a large chance you will not get exactly what you ordered. This happened to me and they won’t let me return it even though I couldn’t even try on the dress it was so small. They told me to take it to a tailor. Horrible horrible horrible.

Horrible customer service
I ordered a custom dress from them. It was supposed to be the top of one and the bottom of another. I worked with them and agreed to the picture they watermarked. I get the dress and all they did was add some bling to the dress I wanted the bottom of. I contacted them and they said it was a language barrier. When I pointed out they sent me the watermarked pictures they had nothing to say. They said I could either take it to a local seamstress and I would have to pay to have their error fixed, I could pay to ship it back to China and then pay to have it shipped back to me after they fixed it, or I could pay them an extra $100 and keep the dress I didn't want and they would send me the correct one too. They acknowledged it was all their fault but would do nothing to fix it. They wanted me to pay to fix their error. I ended up wearing a dress that was nothing like what I wanted. They suck. DO NOT USE THEM.

DO NOT BUY FROM HEBEOS! They state they have a 14 day return policy. But they refused my return of two stock size dresses. I followed all of the rules they had stated for return and told me to keep the dress for the future or take it to a tailor. They also asked me to send photos of the dress not fitting, which I complied. Horrible humiliating customer service experience. There are way too many great places to buy from, skip this one!

Do not order from this site! If you’re not satisfied with your dress, or your dress doesn’t fit, or whatever the case may be you WILL not be issued a return no matter how many emails to customer service you send. They will keep trying to give you coupons instead or refunding you your money. Very disappointed

Horrid experience
I’ve had an absolutely horrid experience with this company. I ordered a customized dress as I am 5’10 and cannot walk into any store and get a floor length dress that will actually hit the floor. I requested a shortened train to 10cm as I was going to a ball and did not want people stepping on my dress.
What I received a few days ago is a dress that had a huge gap at the small of the back where people could literally look down and see my butt. Also, the train… it was 15 INCHES, not 10 cm as ordered. Also, the let slit hit only 2-3 inches above my knee and not mid thigh as shown.
This company REFUSES to adhere to their own policy of a full refund for defective dresses. This dress cannot be used for its intended purposes without severe alterations which have cost me an additional $145 to fix what the company should have had correct the first time. I have requested at minimum for the alteration fees to be covered and they are only offering me 40% of the dress cost $58.40, which doesn’t even cover the $145 fees I’ve had to incur. This company even sent me a picture of my dress measured at the waist and it was my HIP MEASUREMENTS…not my actual waist measurements of 28”. I couldn’t return it for an 80%(!!!) refund because I needed the dress for the ball this weekend and could not have had another dress made in time.
I’m out $321 when the dress was $176. I didn’t want to spend over $200 for a dress. This has been absolutely horrible, do not buy from this company, they do not stand behind their company or product.

Bride 's boquet
Ordered the bride's boquet and paid an extra $30.00 for expedited shipping to get the boquet in time for the wedding as promised by the delivery date. I was never sent an email as to when the item shipped, and it arrived 2 weeks after the wedding which was 1 month after it had been ordered.
Now they are giving me a hard time about returning the unused item, asking me if I would keep it for future events! Don't buy anything from this website!!!!!

Beware- deceiving return policy
The only single thing that made us choose this store over others was their deceiving/misleading "friendly" return policy which mentions you could return any dress, except custom-made, 14 after receiving it. In their return policy, they mention you can return purchased items that are not made custom fit. We didn't purchase a custom-fit dress, just select a size. Turns out this store considers ALL dresses to be custom-made which is not true and was never explained.

Awful customer support and return policy
I ordered 3 dresses and originally requested to return two. They advised their return policy prohibits buying many and returning most. So I started a new return with the dress that wasn’t cut to fit me in any way (I have a long torso). They requested pictures and then told me I needed to pay for a tailor and they wouldn’t allow the return.

Thanks to wedding wire I avoided a hurdle, was going to get a dress for my sister's wedding next month. After reading these reviews I absolutely changed my mind going to Macy's instead. Will not get stuck with something that was misrepresented.

Dress was horrible in every way - armholes sized for children; fabric was terrible, it was so short, my private parts were very public. Company refuses to accept the return and refund my money because "it's the size I ordered". I measured per their guide then ordered one size up. Terrible company in every way.

This company's return policy is misleading and dishonest. You can not return anything to this company because they'll deny EVERYTHING and gaslight. I was sent a peach dress instead of the light link color i ordered and they'll offer you a low % refund if you keep it. Beware of buying product directly from China. Terrible experience
I ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses for my upcoming wedding and although I followed the size chart, they were still too tight. I wasn't that upset until I spoke with someone via email to initiate a return/exchange. I was told I explained the situation and after several inefficient emails back and forth I was told I would not be getting my money. I even referred to the return policy with indicated I needed to request a return within 14 days and product must be in the same condition. This is a lie, if there's a chance it may not fit, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I had to purchase my bridesmaid dress from them per the Bride. After $150.00 and waiting forever to recieve the dress. I receieved the wrong color dress. After contacting thier customer service and emailing them back and forth only to continue to get the run around. First they wanted pictures of the dress. I sent them pictures to prove that the dress was the wrong color. Next email said they couldn't find my order number. When I explained to them that if you look up the order number on thier webiste it says the dress hasn't even shipped they then emailed me the tracking information on the dress. So you can find the order. They have refused to give any of my money back. So now I am stuck with the completely wrong colored dress and no dress for my friends wedding. Please do not give them any of your money and let them ruin your special day.

Worst experience/horrible quality!
Please please do not make the mistake that I did of trusting this company. I paid extra to have my dress tailored to my size. The dress arrived about a month later and I was in tears over what horrible condition it arrived in. The dress arrived with the lace frayed and torn in several parts and with black spots throughout. Despite the accurate measurements I provided, the dress was almost 3 sizes too big for me. On top of that, the lace pattern was different from what they advertised on their website and the quality was embarrasingly cheap. I had to go out a week before my wedding and buy a completely new wedding dress as the one I received was not even wearable.
To add to this, I contacted the company the day I received the dress and communicated in writing and with pictures that the dress was horribly damaged and made incorrectly. Their response was that I should pay extra to take it to a tailor near me. They refused to ever refund the dress that was completely unwearable even though on their website it clearly states that "You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package."
I am so upset by my whole experience with this company that is a total fraud and I can easily say this has been my worst buying experience ever. I am not the kind of person who has ever taken my time to leave a bad review of a compnay but this experience has been horrible enough that I hope someone reads this and avoids making the same mistake that I did to trust this company, especially when it comes to buying your dress for one of the most important days of your life.

Worst experience ever
I had a family reunion coming up for New Orleans and I was so excited for the gala they were holding on the last day. I bought a dress on Hebeos 2 weeks on advance, and paid extra for the shipping so I can get there in 4 days. I ordered a 10 because I am a size 10. I am a teacher in the US so I have a limited income, I had to borrow money from my parents to buy the dress. Even though I paid extra for the dress to come early, the dress came four days BEFORE MY FLIGHT to New Orleans and the dress did not fit. Their dress size runs small and I had no time to get it altered. I ended up rushing to the mall that same day to BUY A NEW dress for the event. I also emailed Hebeos about returning my dress the SAME DAY. They told me to send the sizes to prove that it didn't fit, I did this. They told me to send images to show that the dress was still intact, I did. I only tried it on and took it off immediately because it did not fit. Then they told me that they were not going to give me refund as if I wore it. Their sizes run small, it does not fit, I never wore it for any event. They later insisted that it was my fault and not theirs, and gave me the worst attitude and customer service. They refused to be of assistance. They then told me that they would give me a 30% fee on the dress for dry cleaning, sanitation, and other stuff. BUT ALL I DID WAS TRY ON THE DRESS AND IT DID NOT FIT BECAUSE OF THEIR SIZE RUNS SMALL. This was the worst experience ever, and I am never shopping with them again. Please avoid this place because of how they treat their customers. I am begging you, do not buy a dress from them, because in case it does not fit right, or their sizes run very small, you will waste your money and they will not take the dress back. Plus, it is much better to shop for a dress in person because you will be able to try it on to see how it fits before you buy. Shopping with Hebeos, you'll be forced to buy a new dress from elsewhere and end up spending almost $500 instead of $250 on one dress. Now, I have to pay back my parents $500 because Hebeos refused to help me.
