  Steamboat Wedding

  Angie with Heavenly Days Events was the Coordinator for a Wedding I DJ'd in Steamboat on 7/9/22. We were in correspondence well in advance of the Wedding, all the way up to the event date-- for all set-up logistics, timelines, permits, and every special request on behalf of the couple. Some of these details were not even in the scope of her responsibility, yet she double checked every specific on my end (with the couple), just to make sure everyone was 100% on the same page.

  Wedding + Event Planner

  Angie is the BEST

  I hired Angie as our day of planner. She was Amazing. I would not have had such an amazing day if it ere not for her. She took on everything with a smile on her face and everyone that worked with her (my venders, set up and clean up crew) all said she was great to work with. I highly recommend her for any event that someone may have that they don't want to worry about. let her take control and put you at ease :)

  Angie is the best!

  Angie was the best! She literally thought of everything and really listened to what my husband and I wanted for our day. I cannot imagine getting through the wedding planning and the day-of with anyone else. she made the wedding process so seamless. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

  If I could get married 100 more times with Angie’s help I would! She was so amazing! We eloped in Steamboat coming all the from Texas! She made everything so easy! I didn’t feel like I had to plan a thing! She made sure we had everything we needed for the big day, as well as helped me plan dinners and other events for our whole trip. She spoke with us weekly leading up to the wedding day. I HIGHLY recommend using Heavenly Days Events if you are looking to elope in Steamboat Springs!

  Detail oriented & well organized!

  I am so impressed with Heavenly Days Events who helped organize two fundraisers for our organization. Angie is incredibly well organized and focuses on every detail to ensure the event takes place without a hitch. I especially appreciate how well she communicated details and how collaborative she is as we were developing our event plans. I highly recommend Heavenly Days Events!

  Thankyou Angie!

  Angie was the absolute best! She helped us plan our perfect elopement in just a couple months. She handled everything from the schedule to location scouting to communicating with all the vendors and just made it the easiest process. And at the end of it all, we had the absolute best day!

  We had an excellent experience with Angie as our wedding planner. From the moment we first spoke on the telephone we knew she understood our "vision." She was very responsive and easy to communicate with (especially as we were an out of town couple). She helped me check the boxes including things I wouldn't have thought of on my own....then Covid happened! :/ She was both patient and flexible with us as we went back and forth on how to proceed with our wedding plans offering assistance along the way. Angie always had great suggestions for vendors, people, etc. Definitely recommend!
