Absolutely amazing!!

My now husband and I had the pleasure of having Tammy and her assistant, Sally, be our day-of-coordinators for our wedding on 8.17.19. Being an out of town and new bride, I was so thankful to have had her to not only help me create an entire timeline, but provide me beyond valuable advice leading up to the wedding as well!! I couldnt not have imagined planning the big day without her and she ensured EVERYTHING went perfectly at both the rehearsal and wedding day. Words cant describe how grateful we are for Tammy and so thankful we could have her apart of our special day! We will be recommending her to every new bride/groom!! Amazing.

We used Tammy to help us coordinate our small intimate wedding at Niagara Falls in October and she was amazing. This was a destination wedding for us so we could not have imagined everything coming off as smoothly as it did without her assistance. She made sure that all of the details were taken care of and we had to worry about nothing on our special day. She was very accommodating and had great suggestions for us since we were not familiar with the area. From the ceremony location (right in front of the falls), to the reception location, to the flowers and photographer, every suggestion that she had for us made our special day really feel special. And most importantly, not stressful!! We would highly recommend using her services!!

Tammy created an amazing wedding for us and in just a short time ( about 3 weeks) We eloped ! We had never met her and were not from the area . She made us feel very comfortable .
She was very nice and extremely informative . She had several connections for us to use and set up all the details. We would recommend her highly for an intimate ceremony or one with many family and friends. She made us feel very special and put together a perfect wedding for us!
We will recall her fondly and the memories of that day will be everlasting !

I had the absolute pleasure of being in a wedding party that had the wonderful Tammy as the wedding planner at Chautauqua Institute in New York! From the moment my friends and I met Tammy we could tell she was a kind and very professional! I really enjoyed the beautiful little pep talk she gave about how we would come together as a wedding party to ensure that my friends had the best day of their lives but she also said it was her job to make sure it was also a very special day for us! Tammy did that and so much more! She is incredibly hard working, efficient, and genuinely wanted to make sure everything ran smoothly! The night before I even texted Tammy pretty late knowing I could use something from the pharmacy the next morning; without hesitation (or reacting as though I was crazy; which was the case) she retrieved the item and had it waiting the next morning. She repeated such due-diligence throughout the night when we texted her with multiple requests! Tammy was incredibly thoughtful and really added to my best friend's special day! Not only am I beyond happy that my friends had a perfect wedding day, I am thrilled she got married first because I now know the perfect planner for my future wedding!!! Thank you Tammy!

Tammy was amazing! I can't imagine going through the wedding planning process without all of Tammy's help. As a bride planning the wedding from out-of-town, I always felt at ease knowing Tammy's connections and great organization. My groom and I never felt rushed or stressed because Tammy made certain we stayed ahead of the game. I had no idea how many details and small decisions went into planning a wedding, all of which may have been overlooked had it not been for her great help!
Tammy and her assistant Sally were also god sends on the day of the wedding. She made sure not only me and my groom, but also our large bridal party had anything and everything we needed from Tylenol before the day to red bull to keep my groom wide awake for the reception. She kept me so calm and relaxed because I knew every detail was accounted for and she would handle any issues that came about, without worrying me. I can't thank Tammy enough for all of her help, guidance, and support throughout the entire wedding process and would recommend her to anyone looking for assistance with planning their own big day!!

Tammy was great to work with! She planned our ceremony, officiated the ceremony, and took care of every detail. We had a lovely ceremony and it was exactly what we wanted. There's not too much that I can add that hasn't already been said, but let me just reiterate that Tammy is truly the BEST! As an event planner myself, it was so incredibly helpful to have Tammy as a trusted confidant to bounce ideas around with, and help to make our vision come to fruition. It was evident from our very first consultation that Tammy would be who we'd choose to go with for our planning - as she strikes an incredible balance between being super personable and kind, and cracking the whip and getting things done when need be. In the end, she was more a member of the family, and we were so lucky to have worked with her throughout. What's more, her interns - especially Sam - are just the best, too - and we loved having them be a part of our day! Thank you, Tammy, for EVERYTHING along the way - we truly miss you now that it's all over!!

Our experience couldn't have been better!!! When I called Tammy at Hevenlee Weddings I was totally lost on how to even begin planning my daughters wedding. She walked us through step by step of everything that we needed to do right away and what would need to be done every month leading up to the big day. I was amazed at everything that we didn't even think of that we would need. Between the budget breakdown to the second that my daughter walked down the aisle I was confident that it would be perfect because of Tammy and her crew. Heavenlee Weddings is so reliable for anything form venues to vendors and even just the comfort of knowing you can call them when you start to panic when you feel stressed out and they will assure you it will all work out. Tammy was the best! I never thought about needing a wedding coordinator, but with 130 guests in a wooded ceremony location and a lakeside tent reception, I totally relied on her and the wonderful assistant Sam. They were flexible in working within my budget and actually saved me money with their spot-on recommendations for vendors. I did their "day-of service" offering, but Tammy went above and beyond in the weeks before the wedding with meetings, phone calls, and general helpfulness. Additionally, they were courteous, professional, thorough, and FUN! I can't recommend them enough!

Tammy Lee- Papia from HeavenLee Weddings is exceptional. Tammy provided day of coordination as well as with helping with designing the décor part. Tammy is so organized and detail oriented. She met with us in person numerous times, spent time getting to know us and always responded to emails,calls right away.
Tammy helped us design the ceremony and reception décor using our visions,making it a truly beautiful wedding, and was always on top of every detail. She put me at ease with how knowledgable she was, having amazing vendor recommendations, always calming my nerves. We had discussed every detail of the décor together and she thought of everything,keeping our style and taste in mind.
Tammy made detailed “day of"schedules for the guys and ladies which was amazingly helpful, gave everyone involved in our wedding an hour by hour update of where they needed to be and took the pressure off of me having to worry about everyone being on time. She handed these out at the rehearsal and ensured that everyone knew where they had to be.
The day of coordination ,Tammy had a kit full of everything needed in case of an emergency. If there were any issues going on the day of our wedding, I certainly did not know about them and Tammy took care of them which truly left us with enjoying the magic of the day and making our wedding day truly perfect! Once we saw all of the décor that we had planned for the last year we were truly blown away because it was so gorgeous .
Tammy provided me sanity and a peace of mind I could not find in anyone else as she just seemed to get along so well with me and my husband from our first meeting. The day after our wedding I told my husband that Tammy felt less like a wedding planner and more like part of our circle of family and friends.I would highly recommend Tammy and Heavenlee weddings. Tammy has the experience, knowledge , great relationships with venues in Buffalo,and is just truly a fantastic person in general..

Tammy was my wedding planner and there is only one word that described my experience with her -- amazing. The planning process was fun, exciting, and most importantly... comfortable (even going through 40 weeks of pregnancy and having a baby while planning our wedding). Tammy was there for every single detail from day one, all the way up to days after the wedding. She was not only our wedding planner, but she became our friend. We had the time of our lives and none of it would have happened without her help. She is simply amazing and I HIGHLY recommend her!

i was planning my wedding from across the country, and i had gotten most of the big items all set (venue, dress, theme, etc), but decided i wanted some professional help making sure everything came together on the day of. so i chose their budget bride package, which meant that i would work with an intern instead of tammy herself, and they would come in only a few weeks before the wedding. i could not believe the level of service i got for what i paid. after initially meeting with tammy, of course i was nervous about how an intern would match up. but my team (yes, team, not just one!) did an amazing job, met & far exceeded my expectations. They helped me work through all the thousands of little things that I never would have thought of. But where they really shined was on the day before the wedding & the wedding day. From the beginning, we had had multiple problems with the staff handling our reception, and on the day before our wedding, they called to tell us that they were not going to be able to have something we requested (a long time ago) ready for the reception. Before I had a complete meltdown, my mom got on the phone with our lead intern, and she said that she would be there all night if she had to to take care of it. She told us not to worry about it a second longer, that she was on top of it. I don’t think I talked directly to the reception people anymore after that, which in itself helped me to have a great wedding day! When other people dropped the ball, they were there to pick everything up and make sure that it all was flawless. And I can’t thank them enough for that, the fact that (a) it was no longer something I had to deal with, and (b) someone with expertise in event planning was handling it. Their day-of services were amazing. I didn't have to think about anything, they took over & made sure everyone did everything they were supposed to. I can’t possibly thank them enough for what they did, I would have been a huge mess without them!

Tammy is phenomenal! We used Tammy's full planning and coordination services for our wedding and I must say that we have absolutely no regrets about it. Tammy is very responsive, always ahead of things, she provides constant follow up and responds to questions in full right away. As a bride who was planning a wedding from 2 hours away she genuinely put my heart at ease up unto the minute of our wedding day.

Because of Tammy and her team, unlike many brides, I spent the morning of my day very relaxed. I did absolutely nothing the day of (no clean up, no coordination...nothing). Just before walking down the aisle I spent the last few minutes in our bridal suite relaxing and waiting to meet my groom.

Tammy's day of coordination and professionalism is exceptional! The day of she came equipped with a kit full of everything, bobby pins, sewing kits, anything that you could think of. You don't think about these things until you need them, and it were these little things that made her so awesome. Throughout the coordination we had very detailed meetings and she was very thorough and clear of the things that she was taking care of and the things that she needed me to take care of. She provided very detailed schedules, including an hour by hour break down unique to everyone involved with your day which was handed out at our rehearsal.

As far as value, I certainly do not think that you can put a price tag on the peace of mind that you have when you hire a planner and coordinator as great as Tammy. By the end of our wedding we did not feel like we hired a vendor but that we had another family member and friend. As far as planning and coordinating I think that Heavenlee Weddings is the best in the business, with seasoned experience and knowledge and great relationships with nearly every venue in Buffalo. Both my husband and I would definitely recommend Heavenlee Weddings to any bride-groom in need of a planner or coordinator.

Tammy is amazing! I would recommend her service to anyone I know getting married. She made the whole process so much more enjoyable and relaxing. Leading up to the wedding her knowledge and expertise were a life saver. She made great recommendations and really took on a lot of work that was difficult for us to do planning a wedding out of state. The day of everything was perfect, and if it wasn't, I never noticed because Tammy fixed it before anyone became the wiser. Having her there allowed me to really enjoy the day instead of worry about the little details. She put us in our wedding bubble and we got to stay there the whole day :)

Words cannot describe how AMAZING Tammy and her team are! We are from Chicago and were planning our wedding in the Buffalo area. We talked to about 6 wedding planners; we knew Tammy was perfect from our very first conversation! We had a couple tough requirements; we wanted an outdoor wedding preferably near water and more challenging, a venue that would allow our “girls”, two Labrador Retrievers that were our ring bearers. She had the perfect place in mind instantly, and it was more beautiful than we envisioned! If you are getting married, long distance or local, the absolute best investment in your special day is hiring a wedding planner, and not just any wedding planner, Tammy Lee-Papia! It would have been so overwhelming without Tammy, so many big details, little details, wow what a ton of work to plan a wedding. Tammy spent all the time we needed helping us hire and coordinate vendors, timelines, rehearsal, the day of it goes on and on, she handled it all! We were guests at our own wedding!! Being in the business, she knows all the best vendors, Tammy helped us hire all of our vendors without expressing her own opinion, knowing it was our day and we needed to like them and be comfortable, she led us in the best direction all of our vendors were as fabulous as she is! We ran into an issue a couple of weeks before the wedding with the venue regarding our dogs, even though we had a written agreement with the venue specifically about our “girls”. Tammy handled it all for us, and our “girls” were part of our special day as it was planned from day one! She is a rock star! Tammy is professional, an absolute blast to work with, talented, creative, and great attention to detail. Tammy listened to what our vision was and created the most beautiful day for us. I found out about Tammy and her team by accident and I am so glad that I did. From the very beginning she made me feel like the most special bride in the world. No problem was too big or small for her to handle. Planning a destination wedding to Niagara Falls could have been stressful, but Tammy took care of everything. She was able to recommend vendors, give expert advice, and sometimes just calm me down on those extra stressful planning days. She was available to talk via Skype, email, and phone calls. we had a great wedding. tammy organized the whole wedding as a destination wedding for about 140 people from out of state. i did not want to stress and go bridezilla on everyone, and she did a great job of preventing that, by doing the planning and managing all of the vendors. there were a lot of ideas that i had in my head, but had not idea how to follow through with making them happen. tammy was able to listen to all of my ideas, look at all of my pictures, and produce a very low key wedding ceremony on the maid of the mist with a fabulous reception. our guests tell us it was the best wedding that they've been too. we agree, but we are biased :). i would recommend tammy at heavenlee weddings.

Tammy put so much hard work and time into everything for our wedding, she went above and beyond every step of the way and for that I am very grateful, everything was perfect and it really was a dream wedding, the whole experience was amazing. Tammy is so professional, understanding and organized and just made me feel so calm the day of, knowing everything would work out because she was there. I can't imagine going thru the wedding planning process without her, she was my savior! Everyone commented to me how calm and laid back I was the day of and it was because of Tammy, I knew I could relax and enjoy my day because she was there, it was so nice to not worry about anything.

I can't say enough about Tammy and Heavenlee Weddings! They were fantastic and they made sure my wedding went smoothly. Working with a wedding planner was the best investment I made in the wedding- I really don't know how we would have done it without them! I was planning the wedding from out of town and Tammy and her team made everything 100 times easier than it would have been doing the planning alone. In our initial call Tammy brought up several things I never would have thought of on my own- how to orchestrate the flow of the ceremony, renting flower stands for the ceremony site so flowers don't sit on the floor and a lot more. I worked with Tammy for the pre-planning and worked with Karen and Lindsey on wedding day. I loved them all!! On rehearsal day they helped us plan and organize the ceremony and they went over what they would help with on wedding day-- basically everything so we (bride and groom) and our families could sit back and enjoy the day. On wedding day Karen and Lindsey were very sweet and friendly and had a solution for every problem that popped up. One major issue was that one of my bridesmaids pricked her finger while helping me get dressed, so there was blood on the back and train of my gown. Karen saw it and cleaned it quickly- crisis averted. She was completely calm and reassuring which helped to minimize my stress. There were some family drama issues that Karen took care of without me ever knowing. My husband wanted to have mighty taco as a late night snack during the reception but we couldn't figure out how to pick it up-- Karen and Lindsey took care of it so none of our guests had to leave the party. Tammy joined later in the evening after working at another wedding (talk about dedication!) and she helped with all the wrap up. Karen, Lindsey and Tammy helped gather all of our gifts, guest book and personal belongings and dropped them off at my in-laws house the next day. I'm sure they did a million other things that I didn't even notice. I had the best time with them and I highly recommend them for anyone who is considering a wedding planner-- they offer a great service that can alleviate A LOT of wedding day stress.

The best decision we ever made for our wedding was to get Tammy to help us out. She helped us achieve the look we wanted for the reception and also hooked us up with the best suppliers available. On the day itself, Tammy was such a life saver! Found out too late that my veil was too crumpled, thankfully,she had a steamer in her car! She not only steamed my veil but ironed it as well! She's soooooooo prepared for anything that might come up! She even did a little alteration to my dress as it was kind of too long! Having her around will be the best decision ever, as it relieves you all the unwanted stress on your wedding day! WE highly recommend Tammy as she will really go out of her way to give you the wedding that you envision to have!

Tammy's help and assistance is invaluable! She was there throughout the ENTIRE day to make sure that everything went as planned (which it did!)

Tammy is absolutely AMAZING! Abraham and I had a 6 month engagement, and in that 6 months Tammy helped us to put together the day that I had only ever dreamed about. We had met with her to dicuss all the plans and I soon realized there was a lot more to planning a wedding and Tammy took care of it all. She was our wedding planner superhero. She worked with our photographer, DJ, reception hall, officiant, sound tech, and the pastor of the church where we got married, and with her God-given gifts and talents, she made the night run smoothly and took away the anxiety. She was there every step of the way. She was even at the rehersal early to help my mom, my bridesmaids and myself set up the decorations in the church. On the day of the wedding she was making sure everything was ready to go and without her we would not have had the experience that we did. Tammy always goes above and beyond your expectations and she is so wonderful to work with. Thank you Tammy for everything!

Mrs.Papia was awesome we had planned an outside wedding but the day turned out to be cold and rainy, within two hours we were set up inside even more beautiful that could have ever been expected great services from her. every step of they way she was there helping us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Tammy worked with my husband and I on our February 14, 2009 wedding. I do not know what I would have done without her!!! She took all of the worries out of the day and the days leading up to our wedding. If any issues arose she was right there to resolve it! I highly recommend her and her staff!!!!!!!!

Tammy Lee-Papia is THE BEST at what she does...planning and executing awesome weddings!!!

We run a wedding & event venue and have worked with Tammy in the past with our clients. Once we got engaged Tammy was the first vendor we contacted to book our date. Being in the catering business we see a lot of weddings so we knew exactly what we wanted for the reception. We were able to communicate that to Tammy and she was immediately on the same page. Once we started planning the ceremony we realized how many details beyond the reception there are to think about and coordinate. Tammy's assistance with these details made our day the most amazing wedding we could ever have imagined.

The day of our wedding everything was flawless...from the ceremony to the reception. We knew we had nothing to worry about and let's face it...peace of mind is priceless!

A huge thanks has to go to Tammy for helping me make my day absolutely perfect! Very professional and fun! Full of great ideas and very orgazined. I couldn't have gotten the more perfect person for my needs! I especially love that she doesn't do "packages" like other planners/coordinators. She completely tailors her services to your needs. Tammy was excellent. I feel Tammy's fee was extremely fair for the peace of mind I had on my wedding day. From the littlest details, to making sure everything was in place, I felt secure knowing I could hand it over to Tammy. Definitely top notch, knows what shes doing, and offers continued support to make sure you are feeling settled and ready for the best day of your life!

Tammy is AMAZING! I was fortunate enough to win Tammy's ceremony services at a bridal show however, Tammy had another wedding scheduled for the same day therefore she offered to assist with designing the reception. I cannot say enough good things about her and her ability to take her experience, insight, professionalism and personality and make them work for you and your big day. She made our day....she pulled it all together...even my husbands little surprise at the reception. When she wasn't able to be there she suggested assistants that she uses and although I had never met them I felt confident with the fact that Tammy trusted them...I was not disappointed, they too were amazing. I would highly suggest that you give Tammy a call, you will have an unforgetable wedding! Tammy is an extremely efficient and organized planner. We not only utilized her services the day of the wedding but had met on several occasions before the event. She had great ideas regarding decorations, menu planning, invitations and even developed a time line that kept us all ogranized. She made the wedding a huge success.
The day of the wedding she coordianted all of the vendors that kept me from answering a million questions. We could not have asked for a more perfect day.
All of us agree, we do not know how we would have done it without her.
Tammy loves what she does and extremely passionate about making YOUR day be perfect. She plans for any possible problems and is prepared for the unexpected. We highly recommend her as a consultant as we know she will make your day as perfect as ours was. Thank you Tammy!

What would I have done without my wedding planner to save the day? My husband & I had our wedding in Buffalo, NY which is our hometown and we reside in Dundalk, MD. I found Tammy through the Buffalo Bridal Association via internet. I was also a 5 months pregnant on my wedding day. There was an huge issue when I thought my Matron of Honor was my friend and she burned a tennis size ball hole in my veil that I had purchased from Tammy's vendor as well pulled her daughter who was suppose to participate as the flower girl in my wedding. I felt my day was ruined but Tammy keep me calm and she was indeed heaven sent. Tammy had a mistake delivery of a brand new veil at her home. She sent her husband all the way across town and had him make it back to my church located downtown Buffalo in time--had it streamed and ready when I entered in the church as well assisted me putting it into my hair. My receiption was at The George Urban Mansion in Cheektowaga; all that I can say is that I will forever be greatful and thankful for Tammy, her husband and staff for making my day beautiful and turn out the way that I planned.

Thank you so much Tammy & I will be using you in the near future for our wedding anniversary.

At a bridal show, I won a free wedding planner from Heavenlee Weddings. It was the best experience! Tammy is truly an amazing person, who helped in every way possible. She really makes sure that she knows what you like and focuses on "your dream wedding." She has so many resources to choose from, and they are the best prices. I wanted to have chair covers for our wedding, and Tammy came out to our wedding venue to share the different styles and prices for the chair covers. This is just one example of when she went above and beyond. When I would call her to discuss ideas, she was always available to talk with. I am grateful for all that she did for us. My family could not believe how relaxed I was the day of our wedding. I enjoyed every moment, and looking back it brings me great joy to know that I have so many wonderful memories. Tammy, thank you for doing an excellent job!

My husband and I chose to hire a wedding coordinator when we got engaged because we felt we would need some guidance through the planning process, but also wanted to make sure we could enjoy the day of the wedding to the fullest. We met Tammy at a bridal show and called her the same night to set up an appointment. From that point on, Tammy was easily accessible, gave great advice and guidance, and shared her recommendations for other vendors in the area. With Tammy taking care of all the last minute confirmations the week before the wedding, I was surprisingly relaxed. The day of the wedding our guests kept commenting on how calm I was, and I had to give Tammy the credit for that. With her by our sides the day of the wedding we were able to concentrate on enjoying ourselves and our guests instead of keeping track of a timeline or dealing with any minor glitches along the way. She is truly passionate about what she does and I would highly recommend her services to any other couple. Thank you Tammy!

Tammy from Heavenlee Weddings was absolutely amazing. We actually won her service for the day of the Wedding to coordinate the ceremony. I never even thought about hiring a wedding coordinator because i did not think there was a need for one, but by having her, she covered things that I may have never thought about or would have spent a lot of time worrying about. She really put my mind at ease and I was able to relax and enjoy our ceremony as every bride should. I would highly recommend this service to future brides. If someone had told me about this service or if I had taken the time to visit her booth at the bridal shows, I would have hired her before we won the package. It may sound a little pricy, but when you are spending the amount of money that the average couple does on a Wedding, what's a few hundred more to make your special day heavenlee!

Hiring Tammy to coordinate and orchestrate our June 2009 wedding was by far the best decision we made throughout our planning process. We had initially hired her as a day of planner, but ended up having her complete many tasks in the month leading up to our wedding. She was immediately able to pick up on our style and truly brought the entire wedding together and created a day which was more beautiful than we could've imagined. Our entire families and wedding party were beyond impressed with the professionalism and outstanding service she provided. Our vendors who have worked with Tammy spoke extremely high of her with on stating "she is by far the best in the business" - those who had not worked with her in the past requested her contact information so their company could recommend her to future clients. Additionally, her price was significantly lower than other coordinators in the Buffalo area. My fiance and I would whole-heartedly recommended hirinig Tammy at Heavenlee Weddings.

She worked diligently to provide outstanding service and make our wedding everything we dreamed. Not only is she extremely detail oriented and creative, she has a gift for picking up on a couple's sense of style and

I used the service for Day Of Coordination. I can not say enough nice things about Tammy or her assistant! I worried about nothing the day of my wedding, the executed everything I did before hand perfectly, just how I would have wanted it! I was able to sit back and enjoy all the hard work I had put into my day! My day flowed seamlessly! I owe my fantastic execution of my wedding to Heavenlee Weddings! If you are tossing up the idea of a wedding planner, talk with Tammy! My mom thought it was a frivilous expense until she saw what she did and how much stress was taken off both my mom and I the day of the wedding and she now is 100% behind the idea of anyone hiring one!

Tammy was amazing to work with. My husband & I live out of town & she was fantastic at the details & ensuring everything on the day of was our exact vision (& beyond). I strongly recommend a planner as I hear brides to be "stressing" the week of or weeks before their wedding, with a planner, they keep the stress level down & cross all the t's. For what a couple is spending on a wedding, a planner is a drop in the bucket & a necessity. Tammy was detail oriented & extremely professional, we both loved working with her. Our day was the most beautiful day of our lives.

We booked Heavenlee Weddings when we found out they could help us plan a helicopter wedding (we were married in a helicopter while flying over Niagara Falls). We are from out of state and it was nice to have someone else handling everything for us. There was nothing to worry about and everything was ready to go the day of. I highly recommend their services to anyone. Also the other vendors they worked with (flowers, photographer, etc..) were awesome. Very happy bride =)

Tammy was very helpful and informative from day 1. She gave us direction and helped us focus on the most important things at the appropriate times. She took the stress out of our wedding and made our day really special and perfect. She was also full of neat ideas and showed us several tasteful ways to save money. She knew the right vendors who gave us good deals. She is not pushy and allows you to make your own choices according to your budget with guidance.

Tammy was so helpful in setting up appointments and pointing us the right direction as far as choosing vendors. Tammy Lee assisted us with our linens. I wanted something that was NOT typical to Buffalo weddings. She had to really go outside the box, and she did! I had 3 different table sizes, and our theme was blk, white and silver, old hollywood glamour with lots of sparkle, feathers and candlelight. Our bistro tables were covered in silver lame and gathered with huge metal ovals with crystals and a hat pin. the overlays were stunning as well. she totally assisted in giving an experience. what we found was not cheap, and her mark up was higher than I expected, but she was able to provide something others could not.

Positive - They were very pleasant and nice to work with. When I had questions about the services Tammy and Sally both got back to me very quickly. I do like that because I was planning my wedding from out of town they took time to skype with me and the planner met with me twice before the wedding on weekends I was in town to go over what needed to be done the day of. They accommodated the day of with picking up anything on the way, to help us not have to run around. They also recommended a wonderful bartender (Mike) and I greatly appreciated the DJ they recommended - ToyBros
The Negatives -
I did expect a little more organization at the wedding. I was told by the planners that they were there so we didn't have to worry about anything and that was highly stressed that she wanted me and my family to enjoy ourselves. We all knew it was a lot of work since it was a venue where we had a lot of "do-it-yourself" amenities. But I think even tho Heavenly Weddings assured us we didn't have to be bothered with anything on the day of, it might have just been too big of job for just two planners. My father still had to do some running around to help the caterer's with getting some food heated- when I was doing photos I did see my dad panicking and running around and he had said he didn't know where the planners were.
Unfortunately they also ended up putting the Vegan dinner trays I ordered out for appetizers for everyone so during dinner the 5 vegan guests were kinda left searching for food at dinner. I also had a antique pitcher for lemonade and ice tea out on a bench by the ceremony site. I mentioned to the planner the night before that the cups would be set out but if she could fill the pitchers with the beverages that were kept in the fridge we would be all set and unfortunately that was forgotten. And my last negative was that my cake topper that was supposed to have the very top set aside for our anniversary cake was served to guests.

I found Tammy at Heavenlee Weddings through a google search of the Buffalo area and VERY glad I did. I was not from the area, nor did my family live in Buffalo, so I was completely unfamiliar with the venues and vendors. Tammy made it very easy for me, especially because my time was limited every time I came to visit. I was a bride with many ideas but did not know how to put them together. She really made each and every detail perfect and came up with creative ideas on her own that matched my style. Most importantly she assisted in a personal way with the pressure I was receiving from the future mother in law. She has good relationships with lots of vendors and was able to save me from entering into a bad contract with an unreliable venue. Using Tammy as your wedding planner will help you keep organized, expand on your theme and not OVER DO IT, such as ordering more invitations than you need. Tammy is an expert in her field and I highly recommend her for the Buffalo area.

I have no idea how Heavenlee weddings is getting these reviews. Maybe because I came from out of town? Maybe because I got married 1.5 hrs from her office? Maybe because I had most everything planned? I don't know. However, I do know The only thing I would change about my wedding was hiring... Whatever her name was. I asked for two things; that she makes my wedding pretty and keeps all of the events on time. Neither one happened. We did have to change the location of the wedding and go inside, so that complicated things. She left at 1900 the night before my wedding and my sisters went into action. They made my wedding beautiful that night. My wedding started at 1000am, Tammy showed up at 915am and walked around aimlessles. She didn't do anything. We didn't even have our rings when the judge asked!! One last gripe: We had a wine tour instead of a reception. Which is why I was hoping she could help with timing. Nope, she didn't get that right either. She seriously only gave me a few ideas and drove to teh area twice for $3000. Yeap, should have done it on my own.

As the mother of the bride, Tammy provided me with the gift of enjoying my daughter's wedding without worrying about details or problems arising during the beautiful wedding day.

Tammy was always willing to meet with us and offer suggestions for choosing vendors. She is very well organized and very detail oriented. She gave us detailed schedules which helped us get organized months before the date.
As for the wedding day emergencies, which happen, she took care of ALL of them with her staff. As a result, I did not have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding because Tammy and her staff were highly visible all day long making sure that the bride and mother of the bride thoroughly enjoyed this special day.
Over the years I have dealt with three planners and Tammy was by far the most outstanding at her job.
