    Michelle is so knowledgeable and helpful! She made such beautiful bouquets for our wedding, and our rentals were gorgeous and really completed the look we were going for. So many great options to personalize and make your wedding beautiful!

    Thank you Michelle and Judy for doing such an outstanding job on the wedding flowers and table decorations!! Judy..the flowers and bouquets were absolutely stunning!! The table decorations were just how we had envisioned ... Thanks Michelle for making our vision a reality. We will definitely use Heaven on Earth again in the future.

    We love working with Michelle and Judy at Heaven on Earth Wedding and Event Collective. They have been wonderful partners through the years at many of our Easter Seals events. The Easter Seals Women's Auxillary is grateful for all they do for us and our other Easter Seals events.

    Heaven on Earth did a great job for our wedding! I loved the personal one-on-one time to be able to see everything they have and the variety. I used them for table linens and my bouquets. I love the zebra runners!!!! My bouquets were unique and was enjoyed by everyone!

    Heaven on Earth did a wonderful job! We did couture boquets and LOVED them. I love that they were elegant yet trendy and different and that we get to keep them forever. The centerpieces and linens were gorgeous and the two vases of fresh flowers for the altar at the church were breathtaking. So glad we chose them!

    Absolutely fantastic service from these ladies - I HIGHLY recommend stopping by their shop - it's simply gorgeous and the work they produce is nothing short of brilliant.

    The best florist in the Peoria area BY FAR!!! A misconception about them is that they are expensive. They stressed at their first meeting that they will work with any budget, and they really do the most they possibly can for whatever budget you give them. Heaven on Earth has the best selection of rental items, so be sure so check them out for fun rental pieces! Their floral designs are what take them to another level. Michelle and Judy are insanely creative. Each bouquet and centerpiece they did for me was literally a work of art. I never thought I would truly love the flowers at my wedding so much...nor did I think they would make me feel so special!! It was SO easy to work with them...they are extremely organized (which really impressed me) and very thorough with everything they do. Everyone raved over their work, and we couldn't have been happier with their services. Heaven on Earth truly made our event stand out!

    Everything was done beautifuly and as i wanted! the only thing i would have done different would be to pay the extra to have them come take everything back that night, there was a lot of rentals to take back, but flowers turned out gorgeous!! LOVED IT!

    I was very impressed with Heaven on Earth. It's really a one stop shop for everything wedding in the Peoria area. Several vendors work out of the shop. Top of the line professionalism also! I'm very impressed with how they listened to what I wanted for my reception centerpieces and then designed something better than what I had wanted. Michelle was even able to work with me on my budget by giving me ideas of things that I could do. My centerpieces were the hit of the party. Everybody loved them and they really made the room "pop." I would definitely recommend them for anything flowers and feathers. Also, if you are getting married in the Peoria area, this is the place to start. Some of the best vendors in the area work with them!

    Great to work with! Very flexible with my budget and helping me come up with the perfect flowers and decorations for my wedding. Turned out better then Id expected :)

    Heaven on Earth did a wonderful job with the flowers for my wedding!!!! And the best thing was she was willing to work on a budget. I had gone over budget in several areas and had to cut somewhere. Ended up saving on my flowers but no one would have been able to tell. I got my bouquet, four bridesmaids, table decor, nine boutonnieres, and six corsages for under $800. I would absolutely recommend!!!!

    Flexible with changes

    We rented x-back chairs and a tablecloth for our sweetheart table. They were flexible with our changes due to COVID-19 and we didn’t have any issues with our order.

    Everything was wonderful & beautiful! The flowers, linens, runners, centerpieces & decor were all gorgeous!! The only thing that wasn't perfect was the quality of my bouquet. The size & color was perfect, but the roses were a little brown on the edges. I also expected the bridesmaids' bouquets to be a bit larger than they were. However, I would definitely book them again & highly recommend! I really enjoyed working with Michelle :)

    Heaven on Earth has tons of great options for decor and they were very helpful in coming up with ideas for my centerpieces and decorations for the ceremony. I gave them my budget and they stuck to it perfectly. The only minor disappointment I had was in the size of the bouquets. They were much smaller than I expected given the cost. However, I was very happy with the quality of the flowers.

    Michelle was wonderful to work with in designing decorations and floral arrangements for our October wedding. It was such a relief to have Michelle in charge of our decoration AND our flowers, since it was one less vendor to find. She took my mom and I as walk-ins, showed us photos of her work, and had a table set up to physically set up a design. We got it all done in one day! She offers a $80 worth bridal bouquet since we signed the contract with her on the same day. She gave great advice based on her past experience and even gave us advice about how to save some money. For example, we did decide to pack up and return the decorations the next day as well as choosing not to have boutonnieres. She was very clear about what was and was not in her contract and let us know that we could change our decorating designs at any moment (up to a couple weeks before the big day).

    They have beautiful options for all venues to create the most beautiful and memorable events. Only down side is the price to make our venue so beautiful but it was worth it.

    We used Heaven on Earth for the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres, as well as a few decor items. I worked with Michelle and also I had a pretty specific wildflower bouquet in mind, she was honest with me that the flowers come from California and most of the flowers I envisioned did not ship well. So we compromised, but my color vision didn't quite communicate and on the day of my wedding I was not happy with my bouquets. HOWEVER, Michelle was VERY accommodating and went straight to a local flower market and texted me photos of different flowers until we got the colors I wanted. So my flowers turned out perfect, in the end. I rented some table decorations as well which I felt were reasonably priced. $400 for an arch with greenery on it seemed a bit high though.

    We used Heaven on Earth for our table linens, centerpieces, ceremony backdrop, and flowers and they did a beautiful job. We got so many compliments on how beautiful and classy our room looked. The flowers were high quality and gorgeous. They had lots of variety in linens and centerpieces to choose from and guided us to the perfect pieces.

    The flowers were absolutely amazing - except they delivered them without telling me, so I did not get to speak with them when they were dropped off. They forgot to send my flower girl pedals, so I had to take some flowers from my cake table and tie them together in order to have my flower girl walk down the aisle with something. I only had mini orange roses and hot pink gerber daisies (in summer - both in season) and I felt as though the cost was very high. I had to cut down my bridesmaids' bouquets down to only 12 flowers because they were $45 dollars! But, the flowers looked amazing and the decor that they did looked fab too, so overall I was happy. You definitely get what you pay for with them! :-)

    So I am very sad to say this was the one service that fell far below the rest. Most of it was because of professionalism (both pre-wedding and post), and communication. The product that this vendor offers is fabulous, but really it doesn't make up for the problems with professionalism and communication.

    Prewedding: I had lots of correspondence through email with the company. I made an appointment to come in and no one was there for my appointment! I was told the owner was at a floral show an hour away and forgot about it. I drove an hour and thirty minutes into town just to get to the appointment so I was not happy about this. Also because of the commute and rain I was a half hour late. I get there and the high schooler (Im assuming this because of the age she looked) they had behind the desk called the owner about the appointment and complained in front of me that I was late. Not professional. Not that it mattered anyway since she wasn't there.

    Wedding: The boutonnieres were not as ordered. Not only were they the wrong color (we ordered purple calla lilies and got white) and the embellishments weren't there either. I will note that the woman who delivered them drove back and added a ribbon to them. That helped but it still couldn't fix the clear color problem. They didn't match my wedding colors and I was not happy about that.

    Post Wedding: Here's the worst part. Through email, the owner and I worked out a partial refund for the incorrect boutonnieres. Honestly, this gesture would have saved this review. EXCEPT I never got the refund. I emailed and found out she sent it to the wrong address! She then told me that she would send a new check if she could deduct the cancellation fee. Yeah, no. I told her that was not happening because this was not my fault and well I never heard from her again. I was so frustrated after all the emailing prior I just let it go.

    So, to any bride wanting to hire this company make sure you detail everything to this business.

    My flowers were beautiful, but as soon as the owner found out I was working with a certain vendor for my wedding coordinating, her attitude and willingness to help seemed to change. I'm happy with how everything turned out, but I wish I could've felt more comfortable discussing my florals with her.

    Heaven on Earth really did do a fantastic job when it came to the flowers and decor. I went to them originally with thousands of crazy ideas in my head, that they made into a reality. The flowers were gorgeous, fresh, undamaged, and just right. The bouquets were original, unique, and very inventive. However, the ladies I met with were very professional, but were sometimes harsh and not very flexible. I went to them on my second meeting asking them for help in reducing the costs, and they were unwilling to help me save money (I ended up paying more than what I even had originally told them). I would say I want less, and they kept insisting I needed more or it wouldn't look right. They were very good at talking you out of what you wanted, so business wise, they are good on that account. At many different times, they sounded very rude, condescending, and uncompassionate. Some expensive flowers I purchased arrived to them damaged and unusable, and they promised me a refund which I have yet to receive. As well, when the time came for the workers to pick up the decor after the end of the reception, they were so mean and rude to my parents and tried to accuse them of stealing one or two of the vases, when they were in a room that they had previously said they had already looked in. Not very affordable, but you do get amazing flowers and decor, so your money is well spent.

    We looked into using this company. I expected to be asked my vision for our big day but instead found myself trying to find time to talk. As soon as we told her our modest budget (we're DIY for most things), she seemed less than impressed and uneager to show us more options. I asked for a breakdown of prices for the items I wanted and she was unwilling. She wanted us to put a deposit down that day even though we couldn't get a list that would include everything! We told her right off the bat, we were still trying to decide on a rentals place. When we initially saw this vendor at a bridal show, I was excited with their items they had to offer. But after our consultation, I could tell there would be issues with the vendor and we we're not a priority.

    I found this company to be the most difficult company that I worked with when planning my wedding. I got linens from Heaven on Earth. Every time I called them it seemed that they were so rushed they barely had time to have a conversation about options or basic services provided. I had asked for a bill three times before it was provided for me. I stopped in before my wedding because I still had not heard from them about payment despite the multiple requests. I was told I was lucky because I wouldn't have had linens if I hadn't stopped in even though I spoke with them twice over the phone and my significant other had emailed them multiple times. I was never offered delivery so the day before my wedding I was informed delivery, including pickup of linens was not included. Overall I think this company lacks customer service.
