    Worth the money!

    I am so glad that I booked this company and had Lexie as my month of coordinator for my wedding! I went back and forth on whether to have a wedding coordinator because it can be so expensive, and ultimately decided to do it so I could relax and enjoy my wedding day, and I’m so glad I did. This company is budget friendly because they only charge you for what you need. I originally only purchased the base package thinking I would handle most of the details but I ended up getting really overwhelmed the month of and leaning on Lexie for help with timelines and other details, and I thought the pricing for the extra help was really fair. Most importantly: On wedding day, I did not hear about a single issue because Lexie was ON. TOP. OF. HER. SHIT. The girl has got it going on! She made me and the rest of the wedding party feel so comfortable and guided us through the transitions seamlessly. I hope you choose to work with Lexie / Heather st Clair events, they really are the best!

    Unforgettable Wedding

    Our uniquely styled wedding was made 10000% possible because of the love, support, and energy from Heather and Alexis. Our wedding utilized multiple rooms in our venue, and Heather/Alexis helped plan the layout and flow of the event and executed it seamlessly. They kept the event on time and moving without feeling rushed. Any issues were identified and taken care of without us even realizing it during the day, allowing us to completely enjoy the event. We couldn't have had better partners to work with to bring our dream wedding to life.

    Incredible experience, start to finish!

    Our wedding at the Maryand Zoo was an absolute success thanks in large part to Lexie with Heather St. Claire Events! From our very first meeting, Lexie understood what we wanted our wedding to look and feel like, and over the next 8 months she leaned in to our ideas, made great recommendations, and managed every detail to make it happen. On our wedding weekend, she and the team took incredible care of us and our families, and handled absolutely everything that came up, from issues with the hotel to rescuing my vows from a locked rental car to managing to pack an absurd amount of decor & leftover alcohol into 2 cars at the end of the night - and I’m sure about a million other things that we never heard a peep about! At the beginning of our planning process, my now-husband wasn’t sure we needed a planner - the day after our wedding, he said there’s no way we could’ve done it without Lexie. I’m a bit of a control freak, but on the wedding day I was able to relax and have fun knowing she had everything handled. It was worth every penny and we will be forever grateful for Lexie’s expertise, guidance, patience, and support in making our day so special!

    You Will Not Find A Better Planner/Coordinator Than Lexie!

    Do yourself a favor and check to see if Alexis Mueller (Lexie) from Heather St. Clair Events is available before reaching out to anyone else because if she is your search has ended. She was able to cater exactly to our needs for wedding day coordination and partial planning to finalize and organize all of the details but they do offer just coordination service, full planning, and everything in between.

    She was always available via email, text, or even a quick call (especially when we were panicking on the last minute details). She also has so many contacts for rentals, hotels, hair/makeup etc. that if we needed some recommendations she was able to give us a list of names, what they offer, and could facilitate the conversations for us over email.

    From the groom - I'm always worried about keeping track of things or helping out with whatever comes up, but Lexie was so on top of it all that I was able to spend the entire day just enjoying my wedding. I don't think it would have gone nearly as smoothly without her.

    From the bride - Lexie took such amazing care of me and the girls especially while we were getting ready! She was always a step ahead anticipating things we'd need like umbrellas, snacks, extra shoes, and made sure all of the things that needed to go to the venue were in their proper place way before we had to leave. She also did an amazing job of keeping anxiety low and spirits high - not just for me but my family as well!

    When we were originally doing the planning ourselves we debated if it'd be worth it to get additional help for all of this stuff and oh my god are we glad that we did. If this review is what convinces you to give her a call tell her Mary and Tyler say hi and we love you!

    Exceptional Experience

    Heather and her team did an outstanding job in helping to design, plan, and execute our wedding, which had some unique aspects to it. When communication with the reception venue broke down because of their staff turnover, she worked behind the scenes to get us the information and answers we needed. Heather is creative, highly professional, and just plain fun to work with. We can't say enough great things about her. Excellent value for money.

    Best Money We Spent for Our Wedding

    We wouldn’t have been able to pull off our wedding at the Mt. Washington Mill Dye House without Heather. We hired her for “wedding management” services and she was a lifesaver stepping in from 6-8 weeks out from our wedding date. Heather took over all vendor communications, created our timeline and schedule for the wedding day and provided invaluable advice to us along the way. We made several adjustments to our plans for the day based on her experience of what worked well, what didn’t and tips to keep things running smoothly.

    On the day of, Heather and her team showed up on time and we’re efficient at getting us through the day. We had some potential weather in the forecast, and the HSE team kept us up to date with latest forecasts, talked to our vendors about modifications to accommodate the windy weather we experienced, and were able to adjust to a new game plan and timeline for photos on the fly. We had one planner on site with us at the hotel getting ready to keep things moving smoothly there (meetings florist, photographer and videographer, making sure the bus was there, getting us to the first look on time, making sure guests got on the right bus, etc.). The rest of the HSE team were on site at the venue setting up everything.

    Once the wedding began, Heather and her team had a no-nonsense aura around them - they were on a mission to keep us running on time and aren’t afraid to run interference when things get off the rails. They made sure after the ceremony that my husband and I had some uninterrupted time together (literally guarded the door) to relax and have a drink before we were bombarded with our guests. As a result of their work, we were able to enjoy our wedding day as envisioned with limited interruptions. Hiring Heather and her team was the best money we spent for our wedding day - we couldn’t recommend them enough.

    Heather is goddess-tier

    The decision to hire Heather St. Clair was unquestionably the best decision we made in our entire process of wedding planning. We were floating along, unsure of all the things we would have to do as part of our wedding. But Heather's guidance, reminders, and calm reassurance were utterly crucial. My now wife and I are active planners, researchers, and generally anxious types. Heather's wisdom, expertise, and temperament helped us prioritize, plan effectively, and make better choices. It also helped us make sure that we weren't panicking. When we couldn't quite articulate what we wanted, she offered useful guidance and opinions, always leaving the final choice to us. She has relationships with all the vendors and wedding specialists, so she is able to communicate our needs and their needs with an eye toward discriminating what is most important. She pointed us to a number of the other vendors we hired who ended up being superstars, and those vendors all loved working with her, which made for seamless planning!

    The other great thing about having Heather on our side was during the wedding weekend itself. She was able to walk us through ensuring all of our guests would be safe (a concern with people with disabilities), that things were being set up in good time, and that the aesthetics matched everything we had discussed with her and with our vendors. After working with her at our rehearsal, our parents and a number of our wedding party expressed how great she is! She consulted one-on-one with our officiant and others as necessary to make sure everyone understood their responsibilities. And in addition to making sure everything looked great, she made sure we felt good and enjoyed everything. She made sure we took time to eat (something we know a lot of people don't have time to do at their own weddings) and had a nice appetizer tray waiting for us in our room after the ceremony and before dinner started. We also got a care package for after the reception with samples so we could enjoy a late-night snack.

    She and her team, notably Alyssia and Hannah, were integral in doing the legwork necessary to make our event match our utmost desires. Alyssia managed to keep track of our progress, respond to our questions, and bring up additional action items as they came up. Hannah was Heather's right-hand on the actual wedding day and for our recovery brunch. She helped with legwork, set-up, and vendor interactions, and was checking in with the bride or bride and groom whenever possible. The whole team is just amazing. Heather kept the trains moving effectively the day of, including wrangling our families for photos, coordinating timing with our photographer and other vendors, and ensuring the ceremony set up was on point. When there were delays, she adjusted things without making us worry at all. She addressed any small issues that came up. We are chronic overthinkers, but we really didn't feel the need to worry about anything on the day, except for getting our own parts right and greeting our guests!

    Our parents and our wedding party were amazed by her level of professionalism, her clear directions, and setting up everyone to have an amazing time. All this, while conveying warmth, diligence, calm, and an appreciation for us as a couple. Heather is a rare find, an absolute gem. Her knowledge of what a wedding can be, what works, and how to make a wedding a truly exceptional affair is a talent that needs to be experienced to be truly appreciated. There are weddings, and then there are Heather St. Clair weddings. We were so fortunate to have the latter.

    Absolutely amazing!

    Heather was the planner for our wedding that took place in June 2023 at Black Walnut Point Inn, and she, and her assistant Alyssia, were absolutely amazing! We were looking for someone who was open-minded and down to earth, and Heather gave off a great vibe just from our very first zoom call. She was extremely easy to work with, and took care of everything we could imagine (plus more than we’d never even know about). In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we felt 100% comfortable leaving things up to Heather to handle, and she took away SO much of our stress. She handled communicating with all of our (many) vendors without missing anything and was sure to keep us on track of our own tasks. She and Alyssia were a part of our whole wedding weekend, including our rehearsal dinner and the full wedding day. Working with them both was an absolute joy! They were both so easy to be around, they worked tirelessly, and they took care of EVERYTHING we (and our families) could have possibly needed. The weather was iffy on both days they were with us, and they kept everyone calm and made very well thought out decisions and backup plans. We would recommend Heather and Alyssia to anyone and everyone, and we only wish we could relive the day with them both!

    Single-Handedly Made My Wedding Dreams Come True

    Heather and her team are absolutely incredible. She made the entire wedding planning process smooth and took all of my ideas and helped make them happen! She's such a great person to work with and made us feel like we were chatting with a friend during our meetings instead of being stressed by planning. She knows so many vendors and gave us the best recommendations to achieve our vision. On the day of the wedding, it was raining. Heather seamlessly worked with all of the vendors to switch the entire event from outdoors to indoors and I had zero stress the whole day. Her experience, planning skills, and just general vibe made our day such a success. I literally cannot say enough great things about her and her team because they are literal superheroes!

    Hire this woman!

    Heather was absolutely amazing. Our vision for the wedding was "camp fun" - which isn't a lot to go on. Heather helped turn some of our harebrained ideas into reality, she was incredibly calm through all stages of the planning process, even when our bartending team pulled out. Heather and her team stepped up and pitched in like I would not have expected. She went above and beyond in all ways to make sure the weekend was everything we hoped it would be - I can't recommend her enough! Definitely don't sit on the fence - grab her if she's available!

    Look no further -Exceptional planner

    I cannot possibly do justice with words to the exceptional service provided by Heather St. Clair.
    I hired her for full service planning of my daughter’s wedding after we’d chosen the venue. So we already knew what kind of event we wanted, but it was a complicated venue. My daughter was happy to leave the details to me, but as a person who can be indecisive it felt daunting. From the first conversation, I knew I’d found the perfect planner. Heather listened attentively, and immediately understood the vibe and aesthetic we wanted to achieve. She made perfect recommendations for other vendors, nailed the décor, was always mindful of our budget… Let me say that again: She was always mindful of our budget… even when (or especially when) I let it get out of control. When I became anxious and worried she was calming. Her organizational skills and memory for the tiniest details are stellar. No concerns or questions were ever too big or too small. She addressed each with equal attention. And somehow, miraculously, I never felt like I had to compete with other clients for her time or attention.

    On wedding day she and her staff were everywhere we needed them without having to ask. They managed every nuanced detail to perfection. Heather even made a design decision at the last minute to change something which we hadn’t talked about and was such an amazing improvement. As a high-strung intense person it amazed me how relaxed I was because I knew Heather was attending to every detail.

    You cannot choose a better planner; you will feel like she is your own personal consultant who completely understands and knows you. She will take your vision, help you fine tune it to reflect your personality, and implement it flawlessly.

    Stress free wedding day

    Heather was so great to work with! We had Heather take over coordinating 3 months prior to the wedding and I can't imagine having lead up to the wedding without her. She helped through all of the last minute changes/stress last minute things that come up with wedding planning and made it as stress free as possible. The few weeks leading up to the wedding and the wedding day itself was so smooth and stress free. Jessie and Alicia were our day of team and everything went smoothly and perfect, I wouldn't have changed anything! Would definitely recommend Heather and her team to all! In retrospect having a day of coordinator/planner was probably the one thing I would most recommend to future couples and Heather and her team did this job fantastically!

    We love Heather!

    We first hired Heather as our day of coordinator for our July 2020 wedding. She ended up helping us through two postponements and the planning of our small 2021 wedding and 2022 reception. We have said it 1000 times, but we couldn't have gotten through the past two years without her. She guided us through the sadness and anxiety of ditching our original plans and planning two new weddings in two different states. I should also mention that all of our meetings were over Zoom, since we live in Boston. We didn't even get to meet Heather until our final party in Baltimore, but it felt like we were family. We honestly can't say enough good things about her and her team. They're always on top of things, dealt with my considerable disinterest in planning and helped me get things done, encouraged our non-traditional ideas, and were all around so pleasant, helpful, and fun. I never want to plan another wedding ever again, but if I did, I'd hire Heather again in a heartbeat!

    BEST EVER Wedding Planner

    I have so much love and respect for Heather, who is unmatched in her professionalism, organization, warmth, and planning skills. She is the type of planner you want to be friends with and be around since her calm, cool, and collected energy is grounding for everyone involved in the planning process. Heather was with us through three rescheduled events in the COVID season. She kept us grounded through many changes and took off all the stress of moving dates, connecting to vendors, and planning. Her and her team are pure joy to work with as they come with creative ideas, calm/nurturing energy, and an ability to make a stressful process enjoyable and fun. I cannot recommend Heather and her team enough, and after many years together I am truly sad we won't see each other as often. If you are looking for a wedding planner, we HIGHLY recommend Heather and her team -- they are outstanding!!

    A No Worry Wedding Experience

    From the very start I knew we would be in good hands. Heather is very even tempered, easy to work with and thorough and made doing a wedding long distance a breeze for us. When we had to postpone the date because of Covid, she was right on it, finding a new date where all of our vendors could participate, which was no easy task. The Welcome Party event was wonderful - she made sure everything was perfect. But where she and her team really shined was on the wedding day. No detail was too much and they took care of everything so we could all enjoy the evening without worry. This is what you want in a wedding planner. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

    Beyond My Wildest Dreams

    When my daughter told me she hired a wedding planner I was relieved. Planning my own wedding had been stressful and not without issues. To be honest, I was pleased from the moment I met Heather 2 years ago. From the beginning and throughout the process Heather listened, offered sound advice and made herself available when needed. She was the person that took on the difficult tasks of relaying information a vendor may not want to hear. I learned early on that every detail that could be thought of and imagined had already been addressed by my daughter and Heather. I am a person that is obsessive and concerned about every detail however; Heather's no nonsense style, knowledge and capabilities allowed me to relax during every phase of the wedding. Heather and her assistant made themselves available for the entire weekend. Starting with the Welcome Event, through the rehearsal and past the late night snacks and dancing, Heather not only managed each event but went beyond what I thought she should do such as, setting-up, packing up, and anything else she thought necessary. I obsess, always have questions or concerns and on the big day I knew I could "Ask Heather" or understand that "It's taken care of". I was present and relaxed and able to enjoy each moment of every event and the entire wedding. Heather, thank you! You made the weekend and wedding beyond my wildest dreams.

    Wouldn't have enjoyed our wedding without her

    Oh gosh, where to begin. We hired Heather because I knew that wedding planning would be tough for me. I am an indecisive, anxious over-thinker and knew I needed support if I wanted the wedding planning process to to be bearable. I did not want to spend endless hours researching, obsessing, arguing with my mother, etc. and having Heather in my corner enabled me to do that. She strikes the perfect balance of listening to her client’s needs and offering advice, of being gentle but firm when needed. She is chill and easy to work with, but no nonsense in just the right ways. Knowing that a professional was checking over things and making sure all the details were in order was so insanely comforting, as was directing my mom to Heather when she was feeling particularly worried about something.

    Fast forward to the wedding weekend. Heather and her assistant, Heather K., were on site with my family the whole weekend, and I can’t tell you how we felt when she explained to me and my family that once I turned things over to her the night of the rehearsal, we were not to worry. We got to be present for the wedding, and I think a lot of brides and their families cannot say that. We had to keep reminding ourselves that we could “just ask Heather” whenever we didn’t have an answer, or needed to make sure something was being done or would get done. We got to enjoy the day, take it all in, and be so present. We didn’t have to manage things, or worry, or keep track of a thing. I was SO CALM AND HAPPY on the day of my wedding, and I know that would not have been the case without Heather.

    Aside from the emotional stability she provided (lol), she didn’t miss a detail. She helped me with my packing list, made little recommendations that had a huge impact, nailed the vision for under the tent based on my notes and photos, decorated my little wedding cake with flowers like an absolute pro, packed up our special items for us at the end of the night, etc. The list goes on. (Really, I could write a novel about the computer program you get access to that helps you plan— I think I would have died without it.) I would recommend her a million times over.

    The Best Wedding Planner Anyone Could Ask For

    Without a doubt, picking Heather to be our wedding planner was the single best choice we made when organizing our wedding. She is extremely knowledgeable, effective, and flexible. She helped guide us when assembling our list of vendors, thinking of so many details that we had not considered. Whenever we reached out to her about a request or change, she would make it happen. Like many couples we had to postpone our wedding from May 2020 to June 2021 due to COVID, and Heather was instrumental in making sure things went as smoothly as possible. We are both doctors in training with with schedules that got quite intense during the early days of the pandemic, and we honestly don’t know if we would have ever been able to plan a wedding without her. Then, when we finally had our special day, Heather and her team made sure we could just enjoy it without worrying about a single detail. Throughout the entire process of planning our wedding, she was extremely warm, kind, and personable. I can think of innumerable examples of her kindness, but one that sticks out is that she surprised us with flowers in our wedding colors on the date of our originally scheduled wedding. She is, simply put, the best wedding planner anyone could ask for.

    Heather is an absolute YES for your wedding!

    Heather is an exceptional wedding planner. From initial recommendations to the final day she made everything easier. I am a very indecisive/go with the flow planner - and she helped to make sure I was making the right decisions at the right time. Access to aisle planner - her planning software was a game changer with easy RSVPs, table arrangements, and templates for everything you didn't know you needed. In the two months leading up Heather took over all vendor communication and made excellent timelines for each. On the day of, she and her assistant Chelsea made every detail seamless and we worried about nothing. If you're wondering if you need a planner - take it from a chill bride - you will NOT regret working with Heather!

    Exceptional planner

    Heather was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her services. We started working with Heather prior to covid and we felt very fortunate to have her guidance when we had to cancel our wedding and start over planning an intimate family wedding. We especially appreciated her willingness to be flexible with her services and pricing given the change in scope. She is incredibly responsive and professional, helped us find the perfect micro-wedding location, provided excellent vendor recommendations, helped us keep to our budget, and negotiated with vendors when we needed help. She followed social distancing practices on our wedding day and made sure everything worked out perfectly so we didn't have to worry about a thing.

    A wedding necessity!

    Heather was absolutely invaluable to our wedding day! Words cannot explain how GOOD she is at what she does, she is the perfect mix of fun & assertive. She was so enjoyable to be around, but also took charge as needed (which was especially helpful for me, as I am not the most assertive individual).

    It was so helpful having her the last month of wedding planning for drawing all the details together, as well as doing the final venue walk-through & running the rehearsal. And all of the areas I'm not skilled in (organizing, ironing out fine details, etc.), she handled flawlessly.

    If anything went "wrong" on the day of the wedding I had no idea because Heather had it handled behind the scenes, while I was having the best day ever! I put 100% of my trust in her and it seriously paid off. Even my mom was blown away by how much Heather and her wonderful assistant did for us. You will thank yourself for hiring Heather!!

    Above and beyond!

    Heather was a LIFE SAVER. We had worked with a planner for the first few months of planning who was extremely ineffective and difficult to work with. We started working with Heather about a month before the wedding and she COMPLETELY turned things around, going above and beyond to make sure we had no stress on the big day. Most importantly, when the wedding rolled around, we had so much trust in her that any stress we'd had from before just completely melted. She is extremely professional, and is exceptional at what she does - we can't recommend her enough!

    Heather is an exceptional coordinator! She and her partner Jessie were our month of coordinators, and they did an incredible job.     Heather and her team are the best of the best!

    Heather and Stephanie gave us the wedding day we envisioned and more! We started working with them in the few months leading up to our wedding, and it was the best decision we ever made! They both were always five steps ahead of us with any recommendations we asked for ,and were always extremely solution oriented. There was not one issue that they did not have the perfect answer for! We wanted a wedding day that we could be apart of the celebration as much as possible, not having to worry about anything going on behind the scenes, and Heather and Stephanie gave us exactly that. The whole day seemed smooth and effortless, but that does not just happen. We know how much thought and care they put into making sure it went that way ,and we couldn't be more thankful. We have received so many compliments from guests on how smooth the day went, and how the flow from space to space (ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner and dancing) felt so organic. We had not one worry in the world the entire day. On a personal note, Heather and Stephanie were both lovely to work with. One of the main reasons I chose to work with Heather and her team was that they were always so warm, easy to talk to, and always made me feel relaxed and heard all while maintaining an amazing level of professionalism.     Heather and her team made my day absolutely perfect. I am a total control freak and was really worried about letting go of the reigns on my wedding day.     Oh my goodness! Where to start?! First off, my hubs and I were on the fence about getting a wedding planner - no one we knew had used one before and with my party planning background and very organized Type A personality, I wasn’t sure it was necessary. But because I am fully aware of my type A personality and the work/effort that I would want put in to setting up and taking down all that I had planned, we decided to go for it! And if you’re in the fence - just spend the money and hire the damn planner - you will NOT regret it.
    Heather was recommended by another wedding planning company that was way out of budget. Thank God we found her and hired her basically on the spot. First off, Heather is super cool. We hit it off right away and our first meet ended up feeling like drinks with friends instead of interviewing a wedding planner. She is super chill - which is a great vibe to have on wedding day and while planning - with an undertone of badass - which is exactly what you need in someone trying to coordinate all your vendors and make sure everything runs on schedule! And that it did!
    Heather designed a package specifically for us that enabled me to utilize her as a resource during the planning months and then allowed me to hand off to her to kick everyone into gear in the weeks leading up to the wedding.
    She provided awesome recommendations on who to use or what to do when we hit walls during the planning process and never said “no” to any crazy ideas we had. She allowed us to dump an inordinate amount of stuff in her home the day before the wedding and she and her team set up everything perfectly the day of! The take down of the wedding went quickly and smoothly despite it sleeting with gale force winds that evening.
    She was invaluable the day of the wedding. INVALUABLE! I got really really sick - like throwing up everything inside of you while you’re pooping your brains out sick - at 2am on the day of our wedding. I was still throwing up and pooping when I was supposed to be getting hair and makeup done that morning. I contacted Heather way before her “shift” was supposed to start and asked what I should do. Heather contacted friends to try to get me medications filled. She bought all kinds of Gatorade and bland snacks for me and alerted all the vendors of the situation so they were also aware that plans may have to shift on the fly. Like I mentioned before, despite all the sickness and plan pivoting, the day ran exactly on schedule. And everything was fabulous! Especially my Gatorade in a wine glass Heather kept stocked all evening!
    Please please please hire Heather for your wedding or any party! She is literally the best partner you can have day-of and is all around a super human.

    Hire Heather, relax on your wedding day

    When you invest in hiring Heather, you're really investing in making sure you and your family can personally enjoy your wedding day. Hiring her as our month-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. After being so ingrained in all of the decisions we made for a year, it was so comforting to know that Heather was giving everything a fresh set of eyes in the weeks before. On our wedding day, Heather and her assistant were SO invaluable. Anything that my family or I were worried about, or forgot, she was there to take care of it. We had rain in the morning of our wedding day, and my biggest concern was getting my dress dirty on the way to the church. Heather showed up with a few bed sheets and a game plan and I was good to go, while my bridesmaids and family could focus on getting their things together and staying dry themselves. When we got to the church, I was clean but my dress got pretty wrinkled. All I could think was all well, at least I'm here clean and it's not that bad - and right then Heather popped out and started steaming my dress before I walked down the aisle. It was incredible. Despite months of careful planing, there were so many things about our day that would have been stressful if Heather wasn't there, and she really allowed us as the couple, our wedding party, and our family to relax and enjoy the day. She's absolutely fantastic and worth every penny. I have already recommended her to my friends and will continue to!

    Couldn't have been happier with Heather's work!

    Heather just served as month-of-coordinator for my daughter's wedding. We were very happy with her services and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner/coordinator who is highly organized, professional, with a warm gentle spirit.

    I am a "type A" who struggles to give up responsibility to others unless I am certain I can trust them. Obviously, my daughter's wedding was extremely important to me so I fully expected to "oversee" Heather's work to be sure every last detail was taken care of but I realized early on in working with Heather that it truly wouldn't be necessary. So, I was able to fully enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding as well as the wedding day.

    One of the things that I appreciated the most about Heather is that she was always honest with me when I asked for her opinion. She would tell me what she thought but then usually offered me an alternative if I chose to go in a different direction.

    I checked out Heather throughly before I hired her and she got glowing reviews from former clients. I now fully understand her clients' enthusiasm for her! She's wonderful!

    Heather is exactly the type of person you NEED on your wedding day and days leading up to it. I hired Heather as my day of coordinator and it was one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process. Heather helped me sort through/organize details in the days leading up to the wedding and was a huge help the day of the wedding.     Bottom line, hire Heather! We met with a few people who were very snotty and a lot of times told they couldn't guarantee that, because we didn't want full service, that they would be the people there on the day, which made us uncomfortable. Then we met Heather. She was sweet as can be the first time we talked to her and assured us that she would be there on the day and she only books one wedding a day. We ended up doing a bit of a hybrid/partial-planning package, which she was great at customizing. That included access to her Aisle Planner account, which was an awesome online program that we both had access to. We were able to track our RSVPs, make notes for her and manage our seating chart and other vendors too. She was invaluable as we got into the smaller details like DJ, flowers, etc. While we did most of the work because we wanted to, she provided suggestions when we needed them and helped us sort through proposals when we felt lost. She was always at anything we needed her for and did a walk through with us several months out so we could really get into the nitty gritty of planning. She made the process so much easier because she knows so much about the Baltimore market and has worked with so many of the vendors.

    Where she was really worth her weight in gold, was when it came down to the final week of the wedding and having her and Jessie there on the day of. My husband and I, as you can imagine are huge planners and I tend to be a bit of a control freak. Heather and Jessie made sure they had all the details they needed well before the wedding day and executed on every little thing we told them. She was on time and completely set me at ease. My family even commented on how calm I was!! What I told them was "I said Jesus take the wheel, and I gave the wheel to Heather." She stuck with me through bustling (and having to re-bustle) my dress and worked so efficiently that I hardly knew anything was going on, I was too busy have fun and being worry free!

    I didn't decide to hire a planner until a few months before my wedding when I realized how many loose ends there were and that I needed assistance with them. Luckily, Heather was available. She and her team were amazing. I already had most of my vendors, but they pointed me toward bus rentals, chuppah rentals and had suggestions for all the little things that came up in the weeks before the wedding. They were always responsive when I had questions. Most importantly, they made the wedding day itself amazing--from organizing people, to helping decorate, to helping me with some stressful family issues that came up. I worked closely with Jessie and used a bunch of her ideas for decorations. She also made sure I had everything I needed on the wedding day. I cannot thank the team enough and would highly recommend them.

    My sister and I both got married this year. We hired Heather to be the Coordinator for our (respective) weddings, and she was worth every penny! At both weddings, she was a LIFE SAVIOR! At the rehearsal and throughout the whole wedding day, she kept everyone on track, made sure all the things we wanted to do got done, and generally was the wedding fairy! Things just magically work out when Heather is in charge, because she does everything so flawlessly and doesn't bother you with the details or problems unless absolutely necessary. It allowed me at my sister's wedding, and my own wedding, to really ENJOY the day! I didn't have to worry about a thing, and that's how it should be.     I can't say enough positive things about Heather. From our initial meeting to our wedding day, Heather was such a pleasure to work with. She is flexible, approachable, and realistic. I can't tell you how many moments I just needed a second opinion or some reassurance and she was exactly what I needed. Heather is extremely professional and great at what she does. My mom and I decided to hire a month of planner (6-8 weeks) so that all of our t's were crossed and i's were dotted and Heather was above and beyond. On the wedding day I felt so reassured and relaxed because I knew that if/when anything were to go wrong, Heather would be one step ahead.     My husband and I loved working with Heather. She was so easy to communicate with and made the wedding planning process smooth and easy. She ensured everything was squared away with all our vendors and she was amazing on our actual wedding day (i.e. she sewed my wedding dress when I stepped on it and ripped it and she sewed a bridesmaid dress all in one day!).     I really don't even know how to express in words how invaluable Heather was to our wedding. In the year we worked with her, she not only was extremely knowledgeable about the industry and used multiple connections to help get us great pricing, she was able to calmly and professionally help us navigate the stresses involved in planning our wedding. From consulting with our families, to vendor meetings, to just coffee to talk through ideas and next steps, Heather is really the only reason we were able to walk down the aisle with the perfect wedding, instead of giving up and eloping.     We hired Heather as the day-of coordinator for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made. She handled a lot of coordination details that I was starting to get anxious about - most notably creating the day-of timeline, including the reception. She made several great suggestions to solve problems we didn't realize we were going to have (or hadn't gotten around to thinking about in enough depth yet), and made sure everything that was supposed to happen at the reception happened on time. Heather was a joy to work with, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

    Heather was top notch! She put all of my nerves at ease! It was such a relief knowing she was there to help with anything that came up! Had no worries or concerns with her!

    Heather was nothing short of amazing when it came to coordinating our rehearsal and wedding. She was polite, responsive, professional, and a friend to everyone involved with making our wedding happen. After beautiful weather at our rehearsal, I was hoping for a glorious day for the wedding day...When I woke up to a rainy and gray day, I couldn't have been more upset. Thank God we had Heather. Her wealth of knowledge about planning and coordinating a wedding allowed for us to seamlessly transition from an outdoor ceremony to and indoor ceremony. It was beautiful and all I could have ever wanted for my special day. If you are considering using Heather for your special day I wouldn't hesitate to give her a call. She is the BEST.

    Backyard Wedding

    Heather was an excellent planner who worked with us on a complicated backyard wedding with many moving parts. She coordinated with myself, the mother of the bride, and with my daughter and her fiance in another state, as well as with his parents in a third state. We had multiple events at different sites, people coming from across the country and an event which required flipping the backyard after the ceremony for dinner and dancing. She worked well with all the vendors and kept track of contracts, timelines and worked out details when I was literally at the end of my patience with various contracts. And all of this was during the end of the worst of the pandemic requiring lots of flexibility due to changing guidelines. I highly recommend her to plan any wedding under any circumstance! We were able to create a beautiful, meaningful, memorable event and she was essential to making it happen!

    Heather and her entire team were amazing! She was officially my day-of coordinator but she helped me with SO much more. She made our wedding go so smoothly - I didn't have to worry about a thing. If I ever have another big event like this I would use her again in a heart beat.
