Shannon was absolutely wonderful to work with and there aren't enough praises out there to give when it comes to the work and beauty Heart Wedding did to make our day perfect. She was so comforting when we first began the wedding planning process easing our minds at the idea of planning a wedding in less than 10 months and already feeling so behind. She was so easy and quick with the communication process during the entire planning. I didn't really have a vision, that I wanted purple and lots of candles and she took that and ran with it, making our day absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted. She even took the time to meet with Jon and I when we were up in Charlevoix to show us in person some of the ideas she had for our day. Thank you so much Heart Wedding for everything you guys did to make our day a dream. -

Shannon was great to work with! She brought all our ideas to life, she also came up with amazing ideas herself to incorporate into our wedding. I sent over my inspo photos and she really turned it out. She recommended ideas I wouldn't of thought of that really helped make our wedding unlike all the ones you see on social media.
One of the best things about Shannon is how quick she is with her responses, which made things less stressful on our part. She was just as excited about our wedding as we were.
Also, note that I live 7 hours away from the venue and even though I never met Shannon before hand, I knew she was the one to make my wedding come to life. When I finally walked into our reception I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful it looked.
If you're planning any event Shannon is the way to go! -

Hiring Shannon to work her magic for our day was, without a doubt, the best thing we did. She took so much weight off my shoulders and was so reassuring that everything would be beautiful. I couldn't have imagined a more gorgeous outcome. I'm the type to DIY anything I can, but if I'd tried to DIY my wedding it wouldn't have been as perfect and I absolutely wouldn't have been able to relax and enjoy the day like it did. Do yourself a favor and have Shannon be part of your event! You will not regret it! -

I can't even begin to describe how amazing Shannon is as a person and as a decorator. With planning a wedding without my mother (passed away when I was young), I was terrified to go into this process. Shannon was so kind and walked me through every step. When I say every step, I mean... every step... We exchanged hundreds of emails over a 10 month period and never once did I feel like I was annoying her.
She was extremely responsive, gave great advice and always made me feel confident about my wedding. I want to add, I lived 10 hours away in a different state and still felt comfortable with Shannon decorating my wedding. Her expertise and professionalism can't be beat! For any brides who are thinking about using Shannon, I can say one thing.... DO IT! I promise you won't be disappointed. Something that is noteworthy. I wanted to see my wedding before the day of, and asked Shannon if I could meet up with her to see the process. She was busy the day before and couldn't make this happen. But just a few hours after I asked, she made it work!! :)
Lastly, I cried the day before my wedding as I got to meet Shannon ( a complete stranger), but the moment I saw her, it felt like I had known her forever. Ladies and gents, that's the best way I can describe this amazing person. You will walk away with a new friend and the best wedding you could ever ask for!!!

I have called on Shannon many times for various items for clients but I had one wedding that she was especially amazing for. I planned a July 4th wedding in 10 days and she came through in a huge way. She brought an amazing archway and set it up and even adorned it with the amazing floral that I brought. She went above and beyond and I would not have been able to pull it off without her. -

Shannon at Heart Decor was an absolute dream to work with!! When I started planning my wedding I was so overwhelmed- I don’t have an eye for design and barely knew a color palette or theme. When I found their website I was so impressed by their inventory and options. Shannon contacted me right away and went off of some ideas I had and just blew me away. Her creativity and professionalism is outstanding. From sourcing custom table runners in the exact color I wanted, to creating lounge areas with vintage sofas, throw pillows and rugs. Every guest said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. And so affordable. I had no idea you could rent the amount of things I used from Heart Decor. Shannon went above and beyond what I ever thought my wedding could be. Choose this business to elevate your wedding, you will not be disappointed!! -

Service Provided Friendship Created
I couldn't have pictured my wedding to have been any more perfect than it was. I have Shannon and her team to thank. She was able to provide one of the most important elements for our wedding ceremony that I created in my mind and she produced. We wanted a huge wedding arch or Jewish Chuppah with beautiful drapery and that is exactly what we got. Shannon was able to meet all of my requests and was always in constant communication with me and extremely responsive. To this day we still chat and keep up with one another. She has a beautiful showroom with her collection to help give you ideas and show your ideas come to life. You will not regret hiring Heart Wedding Decor. I can't thank you enough for helping create the wedding of my dreams! -

Loved our decor!
We really enjoyed working with Shannon at Heart Wedding decor! We had the privilege of working with Shannon at Heart Wedding Decor through the Castle Farms military giveaway. Her positive attitude made planning a lot of fun and we loved how willing she was to call and even FaceTime us so we could plan our decor. She was happy to show us around her warehouse and send us as many pictures as we requested. We used an adorable pink loveseat for our sweetheart table that was perfect! Shannon worked with us to find the perfect loveseat and kept us in the loop as she acquired new prices. She also supplied the votives and other pieces for our centerpieces and it turned out great! -
