  The best photographer

  Amazing!! He will become a friend by the end. He is down for anything & makes you so comfortable! Definitely book him for your wedding. The previews were insanely good so can only imagine the rest. Soo talented & so fun to be around.

  We could not have been happier with Heart First Weddings! Josh and his team did a fantastic job capturing our special day. We will cherish these memories forever!   Bride/groom

  Josh was great! He did our engagement and wedding shoot and we were so happy with how our pictures turned out. Josh was recommended from a friend and I am so glad we went with him. He charges one set fee for however long you need him and does charge so much extra per hour. When you are already spending a lot of money it's nice to know that your photographer will be there whenever you need him and the price is set for the entire time. He is so fun and easy to work with, we got our pictures back sooner then what he estimated and they were amazing.10/10 would recommend

  I cannot say enough about Josh and Heart First. They are truly amazing at what they do and were well worth the investment. It feels like you’re hanging out with friends when they take photos/ videos on your big day! Their work quality is amazing and they always go above and beyond. If you are getting married do yourself a favor and book this amazing team to get the best photos and videos

  Josh and his team knocked it out of the park! We got our engagements, bridal portraits, and day of weddings through them and we couldn’t say enough about how amazing they did! I highly recommend you book them for your special day. The videography team especially did an amazing job of capturing every moment for us! We will book them again 100%!

  If you’re looking for your sign of who to book for your wedding THIS IS IT! Josh and his team are an absolute dream. Responsiveness, creativity, it’s all out of this world. They truly are everything you and your fiancé will want them to be and more. They aren’t your basic wedding photographer with the same old poses and photos… they capture raw, real, emotions and put it into the most gorgeous content. No moment or detail was missed. I’m definitely picky about photos and my husband is also talented with videos so we wouldn’t brag this much if this crew didn’t absolutely blow us away. Heart First will officially be our go to photographer for all of our family’s needs. Okay now go book them before it’s too late!

  I wish I had words enough to explain how amazing Josh is and how instrumental he was in making our wedding so special. From the very beginning it was clear he cares so much about what he does and it shows in his pictures too! Just the best photographer you could possibly choose!!

  Amazing experience

  I highly recommend Heart First Creative! The pictures came out amazing and Josh made us feel so comfortable taking our portraits and guided us through different shots. All of our guest loved the HF team and I was blown away with all the different pictures they got from the details, venue and reception. Also Josh was so flexible during our date changes with COVID and made our experience wonderful. All of my friends and family have made comments that my pictures should be in a magazine and I have Heart First to thank for capturing those wonderful moments!

  I honestly cannot remember where I found Josh/Heart First Creative but we are so happy that we choose him to capture our engagement pictures, rehearsal dinner, and wedding pics! From start to finish Josh was amazing to work with and so easy going and a pleasure to work with. He is a really great Guy. So flexible with scheduling, accommodating and truly wants to deliver what YOU want and makes the experience unique. He makes a point to get to know you and made us super comfortable. He felt like a friend after all was said and done. The pictures turned out so perfect and we couldn't have been happier with the final results! Highly recommend Josh and Team!

  Professional, Exceeded Expectations

  Josh and Leigh exceeded all of our expectations. It was very important to us to have someone that made us feel comfortable and listened to our wants and needs. We were blown away at their spectacular photos and video. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with!

  Josh & Leigh are the absolute best! I couldn’t imagine using anyone else. They are so creative and talented while also being so personable, they truly care and are there to help every step of the way! Throughout the process from engagement pics, to wedding pics, to creating our wedding video - they ask super helpful questions to help us hone in on what is most important to capture for our day. They give really real advice and work with you on a package that is flexible to your budget and needs. They also did my sisters wedding and their work never ever disappoints. We were trying to stay on a tight budget for our day but one of the areas you really should hire professionals in our humble opinion is for your photos and videos. A year after your wedding you won't have many tangible items to look back on but these - and they are so precious and valuable. We trust Heart First Creative to capture all of the future special moments our family will share and want to keep forever.

  My now husband hired Heart First Creative to secretively shoot our engagement. We got engaged down at Fort Fisher, North Carolina and the area is very open with very few hiding places. Somehow the photographer stayed completely hidden and I had no idea what was about to happen, or that there was someone there to document the moment. My boyfriend became my fiancé and out popped the photographer to capture every emotion perfectly. Heart First Creative had a few images to us in just a few hours which allowed us to post on social media with great quality pictures. We received all of our images in a very short amount of time in the photography world and they are all wonderful! Heart First captured the intense emotions of the engagement and now we have memories that will last us a lifetime!
