We knew driving up this mountain to the vineyard that this venue was going to be the one. You CAN'T beat that view! The solarium framing the mountains as well for cocktail hour. You can expect the most professional service from the very start with the general manager Sarah giving you the tour, being absolute experienced and knowledgeable in the wedding industry. When things were not up to her standard, she stepped in and personally took care of it. She ended up being our wedding planner and day-of coordinator as well and was beyond prepared and confident to make everything go smoothly during our special day. She spent longer work hours into the night to meet with us virtually for wedding planning sessions that were amenable to our busy work schedules. We are so grateful to have Sarah in our memories forever of our special day.

As for the venue, the food is catered by the experienced chefs there who have a nice list of entrees and appetizers to choose from. You must buy their wine and beer catering package as well for the guests. They provide everything from tables, chairs, linens, welcome signs, card boxes, and even wedding arbor. They try to make your wedding planning as seamless and comfortable as possible as you traverse through the never ending specificity of details that weddings entail. And they do it to exactly how YOU want your day to be or find a way to make it possible. We had a potato bar as our late night snack and that was a huge hit. We rented the villa that is on the property and it is a beautiful place with 8 bedrooms for your immediate family. That was a great place to have during our wedding weekend and we had our rehearsal dinner there that was catered by the venue as well. They allowed our dogs to be a part of the wedding ceremony and the general manager took them back to the villa afterwards for us. They provide you with every service you may ever need to make your day as stress-free as possible.

We could not have imagined a more perfect wedding all thanks to the Hazy Mountain Team! There are truly not enough stars available to express how happy we are with the experience we had with Hazy Mountain!

From our first tour of Hazy Mountain, we were not only impressed by the views but also the team we met. I knew from the beginning that I would be needing a lot of guidance on the planning phase of our wedding and Hazy Mountain stepped right in. Their full service planners were incredible to work with. They worked with me to help narrow down the best vendors for my vision and then took over coordinating the timing of arrivals and set-ups for all vendors. We had frequent check-ins with the Hazy Mountain Team and they provided us with checklists and timelines which helped tremendously! When it came to our ceremony and reception there was not a single bump in the road, everything went off perfectly! The food and table settings were just as perfect on our wedding day as they were in our tasting session. (And of course the Wine and Beer were just as good too!) I also highly recommend renting the Villa on the property, it was a great place to relax before and after our wedding. Overall, it was the best experience we could have asked for and all our friends and family are still saying it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to!

I cannot praise Hazy Mountain Vineyards and Brewery enough for their hard work and dedication to making our wedding exactly how we envisioned it! Hazy Mountain's events team organized everything for us to choose from and provided recommendations for vendors we did not have connections with. Hazy Mountain kept my husband and I organized throughout the entire process, regularly communicating with us and 'checking in' to see if we needed assistance with outside tasks. In fact, there were times I felt they 'went above and beyond' for us in helping with items that were not necessarily in my wheelhouse, such as signage. On the day of the wedding, every detail was taken care of without stress or worry for the bride and groom, which allowed us to enjoy a few moments of downtime. During the ceremony and reception, everything went off without a hitch and the coordinator ensured we were on time with our schedule. From guests of the wedding, they were in awe of the beauty of the venue and the professionalism shown during the ceremony. The food was absolutely delicious (catered in-house) and their team was able to work with us to meet dietary needs! Overall, our wedding day would not have held the magic that it did if it were not for Hazy Mountain and their expert events team. First of all - I can't say enough about the ease of planning, coordination, setup, and quality execution that the staff at Hazy Mountain provided. The view from this vineyard sells itself, but beyond that the event space is beautiful inside and well thought out - providing great space for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and a dance floor with good acoustics for the band! The fact that it's a turn-key operation to capture venue, food, drinks, service, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, etc - makes it a dream from a planning perspective. Having a dedicated event planner took the stress out of planning and led to seamless execution. The food options are extensive and delicious! Choose from long list of hors d'oeuvres to pass during cocktail hour - and salads, sides, and delicious main course offerings that will appeal to any guests. They catered to dietary restrictions and served all food hot and on time. We took advantage of an offer to sample and taste the food ahead of time to fine tune our menu - this was held at the Villa on property. This space can be reserved for the weekend and provided a great place for us to get ready and prepped on the big day. Ultimately, we cannot say enough about how happy we were to choose Hazy for our wedding - their team made the planning effortless and blew us away with execution.
