Hazel was our wedding planner and I truly have the deepest appreciation for all of her hard work. Our wedding was genuinely PERFECT. Hazel is so knowledgeable, experienced and connected in the wedding industry. For a destination wedding, I really feel like having someone like this is essential and she truly made the entire process so much easier. She is so professional and on top of everything. There are so many things we didn’t realize or think about for the wedding. Hazel made sure we were informed and all of those things were taken care of. For vendors, she gave us multiple options for each with different price ranges. She was on top of the contracts and follow up, and listened and made everything that we wanted happen. People say to prepare for things to go wrong during your wedding, but literally every single thing went perfect and according to the plan. This was all thanks to Hazel. She is extremely thorough and detailed, prepared a comprehensive timeline for the day and made sure that we were on track. So many of our guests repeatedly said this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. We are so beyond grateful for all of her help and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her!!! -

Hazel was a perfect fit for us! She listened to our preferences and came along with our ideas smoothly. I always wanted a colorful wedding at a place surrounded by nature with lots of space for getting together with friends and family. Hazel helped us get a wedding beyond our expectations! Every detail was carefully arranged and she was very kind. We appreciate you Hazel! I highly recommend her for wedding planning. -

Weddings can be stressful, and we definitely had our share of disagreements during the planning process. But Hazel was an absolute lifesaver, helping us navigate what we both wanted and ensuring we got top-quality services at the best prices. On the big day, Hazel and her team were incredibly attentive, and we didn’t worry about a thing. Even when unexpected things came up, Hazel and her team handled it all with ease, ensuring our day went off without a hitch.
Looking back, we wouldn’t change a thing. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of, and we are so grateful to Hazel and her team for making it all come together. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Hazel for our wedding, and we can't recommend her highly enough! From start to finish, Hazel was incredibly attentive, professional, and dedicated to making our big day perfect.
Given that it was a destination wedding, we were initially worried about the planning as we were so far away. Hazel put our reservations at ease. From the start she took the time to really understand our vision and offered insightful advice on how to bring it to life along with traveling on our behalf to the event & coordinating with vendors.
Hazel was also extremely organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that every step of the planning was covered and was always available either via phone or Zoom.
On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran smoothly, so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better planner. Highly recommend Hazel for anyone looking for a stress-free, flawless wedding! -

My husband and I wanted to have our wedding in Puerto Rico but I despised the idea of actually planning it! So our first step was to find an event coordinator. We found Hazel through Wedding Wire and we honestly couldn’t have found a better choice!
She’s reliable, thorough, honest and readily available when needed. Our wedding was held at a villa we rented, not a typical venue, so there were a lot of logistics that needed to be worked through and Hazel helped us get through it all. We put all of our trust in her since we live in New York. She went to visit our venue when we couldn’t, provided three to four vendors per category, and made sure our ideas came to life. All in 8 months!
In person she is truly a delight. Very warm & kind but firm when she needed to be! Aside from a couple plan B’s due to weather, our wedding went by without any hiccups! Her assistant, Paola, was great to work with as well! She was by my side throughout the wedding day and was there if we needed anything while Hazel managed the vendors and execution of the day.
Thank you Hazel for making our wedding planning easy & our wedding day everything we envisioned it to be. -

Choosing Hazel was one of the best decisions we made for my daughter's special day! From start to finish, they were organized, attentive, and truly made our wedding dreams a reality. Their attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every aspect of our event was flawless. The entire team was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Planning the event long distance could have been overwhelming but Hazel kept us on track throughout the entire process. All of the vendors we chose from her recommendations were excellent. My daughter used the word PERFECT to describe her day while one of the guests used the word Magical! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Awesome Service
Hazelstudiospr provided excellent service and made us feel like family. The team was very professional, timely, and took care of every single detail without a hitch. They alleviated most of the stress of planning a wedding from overseas. In my opinion, she’s the best wedding/event planner on the island. Working with Hazel from the US was very easy and not complicated. She always picked up the phone and answer all our questions right away. Overall, a very stress free experience. Our wedding was spectacular thanks to Hazel and her team. -

Hazel was amazing I hired her without meeting her I bugged her so much I live in Florida and she help me plan the best destination wedding I could ask for. I sent her pictures and pictures and pictures and she made better than I can even dream of. She listened to everything and made it come true!!! She even went above and beyond in giving two of my daughters a small bouquet after it wasn’t in the budget!! I love her she will be definitely be doing my renewal wedding ❤️ -

literally a life saver
naturally, my fiancé now husband, didn’t think we needed a event coordinator. but he trusted me and agreed to hire hazel! Hazel and her team took care of everything and there was no stress day of. her attitude and organization made me feel so comfortable and worry free. everything was so organized and easy going and we enjoyed our wedding so much! i felt like i was working with a friend because she was so easy to talk to and understood exactly what we wanted. we are forever grateful for her and the team. 10/10!!!! -

Our wedding day truly exceeded our expectations, and Hazel definitely played a big part in that. They tell you to accept something will go wrong on your wedding day, but Hazel made sure nothing did! I really don’t know how everything went as smoothly as it did, but I am so grateful. We were able to kick back and relax the entire reception and not worry about a thing. We cannot thank Hazel enough for that!
