Hayloft on the Arch was the absolute perfect wedding venue and the owner Alisha made it the easiest day for me. From the beginning of the wedding planning process Alisha sold the venue as she was easy to talk to, flexible, kind and so invested in making my wedding day everything I wanted it to be. She responds quickly with helpful answers and was so detailed in what she needed to make the day run smoothly. On the wedding day she perfectly and seamlessly organized and setup the venue to my exact vision and was so kind while doing it. Her venue is clean, well organized, and was the perfect outdoor/indoor venue and having Alisha to work with makes it run so smooth and effortlessly. I could not recommend this venue and Alisha enough, absolutely amazing!! -

Hayloft on the Arch is the most amazing venue for a wedding. Alisha, the owner, was incredible throughout the entire process. She worked closely with us to figure out exactly what we wanted. The venue itself features perfect rustic elements and a fun Grain Bin Bar outside, which added a unique touch to our celebration. You are able to bring in your own decorations to make the space your own. Every time we saw the venue, our faces lit up with joy. Additionally, Alisha was very responsive, making the planning process smooth and enjoyable. -

I found Hayloft on The Arch through the Wedding Wire and I’m so thankful I did. The venue is absolutely stunning and from the very beginning Alisha was so helpful. The day of felt like a breeze with having her and her team as the day of coordinators. Everything was better than I could have ever pictured it. -

The Hayloft on the Arch fit perfectly for the rustic but upscale look and feel we were going for. The location is beautiful and extremely convenient, being less than 15 minutes from the Turning Stone Casino/Hotel and all the amenities close to that property, there was no shortage of accommodations and attractions for our guests. And the proximity to exit 33 of the route 90 thruway made travel into the area easy as well.
Alisha was wonderful to meet with and talk through our plans. Her list of recommended vendors was helpful early on, and she was always happy to provide her expertise when we were unsure in our decision-making.
The coordination that happened on site the day of our wedding felt seamless. Alisha did an amazing job of taking the decorations and information we gave her about our vision for the venue inside and out and made it real with ease. When it was all over, most of the clean-up was handled for us and pick-up of our decor was a breeze the next day. -

On 9/4 we had our wedding at The Hayloft on The arch and it was everything we could have dreamed of. Not only is the venue BEAUTIFUL but working with Alisha was a dream. She is so organized and so helpful with everything from finding vendors to providing worksheets to help keep our day running smoothly. For the last two weeks all we have heard from our guests is how beautiful the venue was and how professional and welcoming all the staff was. I would 100% recommend this venue and Alisha to anyone looking to plan a spectacular barn wedding. -

We did a pretty extensive search for our wedding venue and Hayloft was the first place we visited. Once we stepped foot inside there we knew this was where we were having our wedding. The charm and cozy feeling it gave was exactly what we wanted. Alisha is AMAZING and one of the easiest and kindest people I have ever had to deal with. She worked with us all through covid when we had to postpone. She kept us informed and was so supportive. She is just awesome and made sure every part of our day was not only perfect but was more than we could ever ask for. The venue is breathtakingly gorgeous and she takes such pride in it. When we walked in on our wedding day we truly were taken aback it was truly shocking how stunning it was. We cannot recommend her enough, she was amazing and her venue is a dream. -

Hayloft on the Arch is the most picturesque barn venue in Oneida County, NY. It’s family-owned and operated by the Mathalia family, and they provide exceptional service and atmosphere for your special event. Our wedding at Hayloft on the Arch was magical. We had our ceremony in front of the toy chapel that they have on the beautiful grounds. Cocktail hour was outside by the grain bin bar, under market lights and surrounded by beautiful rolling hills. The reception was inside their beautifully-restored rustic barn. The space has great acoustics for music. Alisha Mathalia is the curator of all of the events and she was a tremendous help with every step of the process. We had the time of our lives and recommended Hayloft on the Arch for your next event. -

Hayloft on the Arch is amazing!
Hayloft on the Arch is such a beautiful property! The dreamy barn with twinkling lights exceeded any expectations and is breathtaking. Not only is the venue incredible but the owner Alisha was fabulous throughout the whole process. I could not have asked for a better experience. -

I can’t say enough good things about this venue!
The space & property are absolutely beautiful and well-maintained (and versatile in terms of a barn, you can make it look very classy or country depending on your style). We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was.
However, that’s not why I so highly recommend it. The owner Alisha is AMAZING at her job. Absolutely amazing. She’s professional, attentive, organized, has great taste, and is just a really nice person - everything you could want in a venue owner.
Despite how many weddings they hold, she always responded to me quickly and made me feel like my wedding was a priority (and I’m sure every one of her brides feels the same). She will do her absolute best to make sure you have the perfect wedding.
Lastly, it was reasonably priced. So many wedding expenses feel outrageously priced, but this was worth every single penny.

Amazing CNY Venue
Alisha and her team were FANTASTIC to work with. We are a couple with strong CNY ties living in Brooklyn, and we needed to have a wedding planner and team in place that could help us manage most of the planning remotely. The preferred vendors provided by Hayloft were so easy to work with and created an absolutely perfect day. The biggest thing? Weather was 50/50 and we were supposed to have an outdoor ceremony. Not only did Alisha calm any nerves, but the plan and process to make the call at the last possible second and still have a smooth ceremony was ready to go, and when the weather held, we used their AMAZING outdoor space. Cannot recommend Hayloft enough! -

Beyond words
I don’t know where to start! Alisha was such a pleasure to work with. I can’t even count the amount of emails I would send her asking questions and she always replied in a timely manor and never made me feel like my questions were stupid. She literally made my wedding visions come to life. She set up most of our decor the night before so when I arrived at 8am for hair and makeup I was able to see most of my decorations in place! She was there all day making sure everything ran smoothly. I told her that I wished she had a buzzer so I could buzz her when I needed her because she was all over making sure everything was in place. If I could do my wedding day all over again, I would chose Hayloft a million times over. Thank you so much for everything!! -

Out of the many, many barn venues we viewed in Central and Upstate New York, none came close to Hayloft on the Arch in beauty and style. It was also, surprisingly, the cheapest venue we viewed!
Alisha and her husband have created a venue that is finished to perfection. The reception area is as breathtaking as it looks in pictures; the arbor is the perfect centrepiece for a ceremony; and the newly installed silo bar and fire pit offers an equally impressive outdoor space for your guests to enjoy.
On top of this, Alisha brings the greatest value to this venue. She is incredibly professional: responds to your emails promptly, provides a clear overview of the day, and incredibly flexible in making your vision come into fruition. She styled our venue beautifully and I completely trusted that she would make the right decision if any of the decor needed to be changed last minute (for example, the lanterns I bought were too big for the tables and she placed them around the venue instead).
I can’t recommend this venue enough! -

Nicole Sent on 09/23/2018I can't rave more about Alisha and her beautiful venue, Hayloft on the Arch. We had our wedding there this past September and it was the most magical day - the venue and staff were a huge part of that.
The Venue: The setting was absolutely gorgeous, the expansive lawn made for amazing pictures, and the interior was drop dead gorgeous. If you're looking for a whimsical, romantic, rustic setting - look no further. So many people came up to us during and after and complimented us on how much they loved the venue. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all on-site and the set-up of the space allowed for an easy, relaxed flow for our guests. At no point during the night did the space feel confined or uncomfortably crowded. The amenities, bar etc are all brand new, so even though you're in a refurbished barn, you can sometimes feel like you're in a chic hotel. One aspect that I also loved was the fact that the venue itself adds to the decor, so not a ton of added bells and whistles were needed - much needed relief for the wallet.
The People: We had planned our wedding from out of state and cannot speak more highly of Alisha. She made the entire process of planning our wedding easy and was an amazing source of guidance throughout the process. She was responsive, flexible and just overall helpful during the planning phase but also the day of. One of the best aspects of her services was the coordination and set-up the day of. We didn't have a wedding planner so this was a crucial aspect to ensuring everything went off without a hitch. She also has an amazing eye for decor so her help with set-up was great to have. Neither of us are from the area, so we were completely dependent on her for recommendations on vendors, accommodations, etc - and she delivered - everyone she recommended was superb. -

From the interior of the barn, to the exterior where we held our ceremony, everything is truly beautiful. The owner Alisha is the kindest, sweetest, most helpful venue owner you could ever ask for. She made the whole process seamless. I would recommend this venue in a heartbeat!

The weather was less than ideal on our big day but they took the extra step to quickly move our ceremony inside and keep all of our guest warm and comfortable. Everything went smoothly and our guests loved the venue. It happened to be one of those "hottest days of the summer" so it was warm; more fans would be a great addition to Hayloft. Our catering staff worked seamlessly with Alisha and the staff at Hayloft, and we only wish the wedding didn't go by so quickly, as they all tend to do. Wonderful night, and wonderful venue, thanks to Alisha and her staff! -

Alisha and her team at Hayloft on the Arch were an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first inquiry, her communication was quick, thorough and attentive, answering every question we had. On the day of our wedding, we were blown away by the beautiful, cozy fall setting they helped create. The entire venue is picturesque and we still have guests raving about how stunning the day was - from the outdoor ceremony, to patio cocktail hour and indoor reception. Alisha was a true pro - she was incredibly detail-oriented and made sure everything was taken care of so we could fully relax and enjoy our special day. We cannot thank Alisha enough for helping our "dream" wedding come to life. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and it is! From the adorable bridal suite, to the gorgeous reception hall (the bar setup--c'mon!), to the outdoor patio, silo, and arch. It was the exactly vision I had in my mind. Alisha is also a fantastic day of coordinator who ensures that everything is setup as you wish and that every step of the day runs smoothly. I didn't have to lift a finger on my wedding day and instead got to sit back with my bridal party and just enjoy! -
