This venue was beautiful and we were so happy we decided to have our wedding here. One of the best parts about Hawaii Polo Club is that it includes a stage, a bar front, tables and a tent. Having this all included, rather than renting it out helped to save quite a bit of money. Although we had a lawn reception, our wedding was in February, so it gave us peace of mind to know there would be a tent in the case that it rained. Sugako, the venue coordinator was awesome and was very helpful. I attempted to do a DIY ceremony arch, and of course it was not turning out how I had hoped. I reached out to Sugako to see if there was any chance I could rent one of their arches at 10pm the night before the wedding. She quickly responded and made sure I had the arch all set up in time. Everything turned out amazing!

Our wedding at the Hawaii Polo Club was an absolute dream. The setting, right on the beach, was nothing short of paradise. The natural beauty of the location made our day incredibly special.

We had our wedding at the Hawaii Polo Club this past July and it was an amazing experience! The venue was absolutely beautiful - it’s very special to be able to have the ceremony directly on a secluded beach and have the reception on a gorgeous grassy field in full view of beautiful Mount Ka’ala and the beach. It was exactly the countryside wedding venue that we wanted, but still accessible to guests staying on the South side.

Everyone working at the Polo Field and helping us get set up were welcoming and friendly. Sugako, the Venue Coordinator, was so helpful and very reliable - she gave us great advice and made sure that we were all on the same page about the event so that it could run as smoothly as possible.

The Polo Field is also able to provide a number of things for the wedding like the round tables, chairs for ceremony and reception, existing tents, and have a number of things that can be rented like tiki torches, lighting, lawn games, etc. so this made the planning process that much easier!

We couldn’t recommend this venue more - we had a wonderful wedding day and smooth wedding planning experience working with the Polo Field and Sugako!

Right off the bat, I could easily say that my wedding at Hawaii Polo Club was phenomenal! The venue coordinator Sugako was one of the best people I had worked with for the wedding. Her response time was quick and she was always able to answer any random questions I threw at her, which really helped the planning process. She was very sweet, accommodating and willing to work with any ideas I had. I contacted her in March of 2022 and had my wedding in June 2023 and she followed through with me every step of the way. I was initially really stressed out about planning a destination wedding, but she was able to give me resources and a list of vendors she recommended which gave me a great place to start. She really helped make my dream wedding come true!
As for the venue itself, it was absolutely perfect! I would describe it as easy-breezy, laid back, countryside beach vibes. If you're looking for something casual but breathtaking this is THE one! I don't take that statement lightly because I was very thorough in my venue research for about 6 months before I committed. I stumbled upon Hawaii Polo Club through a simple google search of venues where I inquired and compared amongst many others. I was very specific about wanting a beach (on the sand) wedding for my ceremony which this place offers (you also have the option to go on the lawn if you're not into that). This venue checked off many boxes for me in what I was looking for as far as views and bang for my buck. I was able to have a beach wedding with decorations and seating right there on the sand without needing a beach permit because it's their own private beach. I also found that they had many other things included or available to rent right there on their location. Unlike other places, they had round tables provided as well as chairs, a tent over the reception space, bar stools and bar tables, a bar stand, extra tables for decorations, a dance floor and many other things you wouldn't think you would need to worry about. I was able to rent additional things like tiki torches, twinkly lights for the reception space, lawn games (that were super fun during cocktail hour), but best of all the horse rental. This was another thing that sold me on the venue. I was able to rent out a horse for 2 hours and I had her incorporated in a few parts of my wedding which was SUPER cool! I had the idea of walking up to the aisle with Clara the horse and it was such an entrance. I also was able to have her in some of our couple portrait shots which were beautiful. After our photos she went to the cocktail hour where all the guests were and everyone loved taking photos with her. The photos were just beautiful, besides it being Oahu, it was so cool to be able to get such a variety of backgrounds in our photos. Not only did we get beach shots, we also had grassy forest type shots, ones on the polo lawn, or even at the clubhouse with the mountains in the back. Not one bad photo!
Overall my husband and I are beyond happy with our experience and loved every minute of our wedding and even our guests told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to, which was a bonus!

Hawaii Polo Club was an absolute dream venue! You have a beautiful, untouched beach for an ocean front reception. Great staff that's a breeze to work with - we also worked with Sugako as our day of coordinator, she's incredible. Gorgeous green grounds and tons of open space. We had the perfect wedding day here!

Our wedding day was perfect. Hawaii polo club is a beautiful hidden gem on the north shore Hawaii. Very peaceful & spiritual. Our coordinator from Bliss Bridal Sugako Johnson made our day run smoothly. She was very personable & caring.

Hawaii Polo Club is THE perfect venue! From spectacular views of the mountains to the secluded and private beach with rolling waves, this venue has it all and so much more. Although this was the first venue we toured, we instantly knew we HAD to get married here once we stepped foot on their grounds! We ended up touring a couple other outdoor venues just to be sure, but nothing came close to the beauty and magic this place holds. Besides the pretty views, I loved that there's a clubhouse area with a full kitchen (we were able to bring some food/drinks/decor the night before and store it here!), a large tent for the reception and dancefloor right outside, and luxury outdoor restrooms (yes, the ones with flushing toilets, running water/soap, and mirror!). Seriously, what's not to love. I communicated with Jamie, the coordinator, during the entire time I was planning our wedding. Jamie was extremely prompt in her responses via email or text. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, so having someone who was so quick, detailed, and reliable was one less thing I had to worry about! She let me know right away that because we were thinking of a February wedding, there was a possibility of rain...and she was right! Jamie mentioned that no ceremony has ever been rained out before, so we felt okay with setting up on the beach without any over head cover. We were able to say our vows with our toes in the sand and an ocean backdrop (like I had always envisioned) right before the rain rolled in! Thankfully the rest of the night was pretty clear and we were able to dance the night away under the stars. I think the weather actually worked out better this way, as our photographer/videographers were able to capture gorgeous, moody shots without harsh lighting from the sun. Huge mahalo to Jamie and the team for constant communication, setting up/tearing down, and keeping things in check during the wedding so we could have an incredible time! Our day was perfect, and I wouldn't have changed a thing.

Hawaii Polo Club is an amazing venue for a wedding, you have it all in one place. You are getting a beach view, mountain view, an immaculate lawn, and beach access. We had our ceremony on the beach and the reception on the lawn and it was beautiful. Jamie is the contact person for weddings at HPC and she is amazing as well, she has a quick response time and is just the sweetest! They also offer extras like tables, chairs, decor; some items are an additional cost but the value is very good compared to other rental places (I would take advantage of the extras they offer). The best and easiest decision you will make for your wedding is picking Hawai’i Polo Club for your venue.

Jamie and the Hawaii Polo Club were great to work with. You get an amazing venue and great service for a good price. I have had several people comment that it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. Some have even reached out to me considering to use HPC as their own wedding venue. If your looking for that North Shore vibe and want to work with people who care and are kind than HPC is totally the way to go. They are also very LGBTQ friendly. Can't say enough good about this place and their staff.

Needless to say how excellent this venue was for us! Since the day I emailed the manager Jamie, she replied me back quickly with full explanation and clarification. It was love at first read! I knew right then I needed to check it out and I did not disappoint. HAWAII POLO CLUB is beautiful, serene and private. Without hesitant, I decided to book it and the whole process getting my dream wedding was started with big help from Jamie and her team. They are professional and honest. We had the best day at our wedding. The pictures can’t do justice of how perfect the day was. All thanks to Hawaii Polo Cub team. I would recommend anyone to use them. Thank you Jamie and HPC!

The moment I saw the Hawaii Polo Club, I knew I had found my wedding venue. It was a priority of ours to have an oceanside wedding, especially since a lot of our guests were from out of town. The Polo Club is the perfect venue and you really get so much out of the rental fee! In addition to the beautiful space, they also have a lot of equipment that is free to use including an existing tent, tables, and chairs. That alone saved us thousands of dollars! We opted not to have a tent so our guests could dine under the stars, and that was amazing. Waialua is far from the city lights and the stars shone so brightly. We constantly saw our guests looking up to admire the stars throughout the night.

From the beginning, Jamie the coordinator was so amazing. She is seriously the nicest and most responsive person on the planet. I would email her at midnight and she would respond right away! I felt like we were friends by the end of the planning process because we had so many late night email conversations haha! I had one of those DIY-everything weddings, which meant there were a lot of moving pieces, but Jamie was super helpful and supportive throughout the process. She always made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of, and really helped to make my wedding stress-free!

Last but not least, the Polo Club has horses available that you can book by the hour for photos. This was THE highlight of our wedding. All of our guests loved the horse and my Facebook newsfeed was literally full of photos of our guests with the horse! Parents with young children were thanking me because their kids were so happy getting to pet a horse. Even people who didn't come to the wedding messaged me and said, "oh my goodness, you had a horse at your wedding?! That's so cool!" So yes, get married at the Hawaii Polo Club, be best friends with Jamie, and don't forget the horse.

The best place to get married on O'ahu! I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the responsiveness of Christie, and then the transition to Becca, they were both so great at answering all my questions and being available to me. The location is beautiful and having the ceremony and reception at the same place made it so easy for everyone. To get married in front of the ocean, with the Waianae mountains as a back drop was so dreamy. They provide so much more than most venues, and even if you have to rent a couple extras from them it is cheaper than most other places I found. I would not have wanted to spend our special day at any other location! Thank you all so much!

I really wanted a destination wedding in Hawaii but was not sure I would be able to afforded given it’s Hawaii. But the polo club made it possible. The polo club is a beautiful venue right on the beach. The price you cannot beat, under $5000. This included a tent, dance floor, side bar, bathrooms, chairs and tables for reception, and string lights. You do have to hire a wedding coordinator and will need help to set up day of but it’s worth it. You can bring in your own alcohol and food which is a big plus and money saver. Becca was extremely nice and helpful answering all my questions since I couldn’t visit the venue until 5 days before our wedding. It is very rustic but has a lot of charm and I think represents what north shore is all about.

We had our wedding there this past July and were really happy with the venue. We originally chose it because we could bring our own liquor, but there were a lot of other reasons we loved it in the end. It was a pleasure working with Christie. She was quick with her responses, very helpful, and really easy to work with. We didn't have a chance to visit the venue before we booked it but we are so glad we picked it. We had a private beach ceremony and an outdoor reception by their clubhouse. The polo fields have so many beautiful photo ops for your wedding photos. The location had a very nice breeze so we weren't suffering from the heat, which I was very worried about. The only thing I would have changed are the bathrooms. They're fancy outhouses that flush so they didn't smell bad. Other than that, it was a perfect venue.

My Husband & I recently had our wedding at the Hawaii Polo Club! Planning a wedding from California can be a challenge especially if you have never been to Hawaii, like myself. Christie was amazing with the whole process. Our wedding was amazing! Everyone loved the venue. I couldn't be any happier. I can't wait to see the photos. The photos from my guest are stunning. I can only image what the photos from our photographer will look like.

If you want privacy this is the place to be! I wanted to have a small intimate wedding and that's what I got! It was a special day! It was the best day of my life!

My wedding ceremony was right on the beach and completely private, which is very rare because all beaches in Hawaii are public and will always have other people. My reception was a little walk back to a club house that had an awesome dance floor under patio lights, right next to the table tent. In addition, several wedding necessities (i.e. chairs, tables, tents) already come with the venue, saving a lot of money and time for you. Yet, you still the option to include other options, such as patio lights, horse rides, bounce castles, tiki torches, and more, making it super easy on you. Also, Christie was absolutely amazing at answering all of my question and coordinating all of my last minute requests about the venue. Everything was beautiful that day and I would highly recommend having your wedding here

Christie was the best vendor I worked with out of everyone I hired. She was always on time and responded to me emails in a timely manner. Everything came out so beautifully, I could not be any happier with this location. My husband and I are not from this side of the island but we are glad that our friend recommended this place for us. I would recommend to EVERYONE to choose this half beach half mountain location. You can't go wrong, you get the best of both worlds for an out door wedding. Also I would recommend to work with Christie, I promise you it is worth every penny. Thank you again Christie and the Hawaii polo field!

Working with this venue was very easy. They were extremely flexible when to meet and very accommodating especially since this was our destination wedding. It is a beautiful site. Not only are the polo fields there with a wide open grass landscape but a beach area as well. It already has a tented area and wooden flooring for an event. I would highly recommend this site!

Can have it in the summer and not be super hot because there's a breeze on the North Shore!

If you're into horses, you can have one down the aisle.

The scenery gave my ceremony, reception and especially photos and video such a beautiful feel. The site coordinator was so nice and made me feel so relaxed. it was exactly what I wanted for my wedding.

I was dealing with Christie and Amanda was handling finance part. Christie was very responsive and easy to work with. This was a destination wedding therefore we mostly communicated via emails, we sent plenty of questions and she replied in details within few days. Christie also sent me a lots of information needed for the for wedding such as vendors listing for me to start off planning. This was a perfect wedding venue for us, we had the ceremony at the beach and reception back at the lawn, not all the places allow couples to have the ceremony at the beach but this place does. Though on the actual day was kinda windy for the ceremony but the it subsided during reception. We also rent a house for the photo session after ceremony, it was gorgeous. We had a prefect weather for the wedding. Thank you all the crews for helping us on the day. I highly recommend this place regardless for small or big wedding. You definitely will capture nice pictures of your wedding, the scenery is phenomenal and this place is secluded.

My husband and I had a great time celebrating at the Hawaii Polo Club. We worked with Amanda and she was amazing. She was very responsive and helpful, we were given attention and grace. If you are looking for a low key, naturally beautiful and affordable location this is your spot! It was perfect to have the ceremony on the beach and the reception back at the club house! If you are wondering if you should consider, take the time, visit the sight, meet with the coordinator and get ready to celebrate!
