We hired Epiphany as our wedding coordinator, and what a relief it was to have her on board. We had the entire party move from the ceremony location to the reception location without a hitch. Any little hiccups we encountered she handled like a pro. On top of all of that, she was a delight to have around and even tore it up on the dance floor (after a little convincing). She really helped our wedding day be THE most perfect day. You should hire her. Worth every penny. -

We hired Have an Epiphany for our day-of coordinator for our September wedding and she absolutely delivered. Epiphany was amazing from start to finish. She developed our day-of timeline the month prior, was the point of contact with all of our vendors the week of, came to our venue’s 30-day final walkthrough, managed our rehearsal, and did an incredible job coordinating our wedding the day of. I noticed that our florist didn’t bring the greenery we paid for, and Epiphany quickly exited the room to call her. She came back two minutes later and said it’s been handled. Then boom, we had our greenery! She did an amazing job keeping everyone on schedule and tracking with the timeline. She knows what she’s doing and she’s not afraid to have your tough conversations for you (problems with vendors, certain family members). She’s a great person to have on your team on your wedding day. Thank you, Epiphany!!!! -

Epiphany was a phenomenal wedding planner. She was very organized, communicative, easy to work with, and greatly simplified our decision-making processes leading up to the wedding. She shared invaluable insights on high quality vendors within our budget and provided helpful guidance and timelines throughout the process. She was also key to the day-of wedding success, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Her fees were very reasonable, and well worth the service she provides. I cannot recommend Have An Epiphany LLC enough. -

Having Epiphany as our month-of wedding coordinator was hands-down the best wedding decision we made! We are recommending her to literally everyone we know! She is so personable, and is extremely efficient. She’s the perfect mixture of professional and fun! She and her assistant did everything we needed them to do, and a whole bunch of stuff that we didn’t even know we needed - including an emergency drugstore run for burn cream when we had a mishap with a curling iron! Epiphany is so knowledgeable about everything regarding weddings, from her connections with vendors and locations, to her detail oriented planning, to her talent in designing signage, to her eye for decor, she was an absolutely irreplaceable part of our day! She made the day run so smoothly! Our families have not stopped singing her praises! -

Epiphany is a ROCKSTAR! I hired her as a one month and day of coordinator for my February 2024 wedding. In the beginning, I felt so overwhelmed by planning and knew I needed someone to help me remain sane. Have An Epiphany was referred to me (with a raving review) by a friend who used the services for her own wedding. And now I see exactly why Epiphany is the best in the biz! Epiphany alleviated a tremendous amount of stress throughout the 6 weeks before the big day. She was doing so much behind the scenes and took care of details that I would never even think of. The moment that I knew hiring her was the best decision I made was when I walked into the venue right before our ceremony. She took our vision and truly brought it to life (and so much more)! I feel as though I often have a difficult time articulating what I want but she interpreted everything perfectly. I still have family and guests tell me about how wonderful Epiphany was and that she took such great care of everyone in attendance. Words cannot even describe the level of excellence that Have An Epiphany provides. If you are reading this, trust me, you will NOT regret hiring her and will have the best (stress free) day ever. -

If you are looking for a day or coordinator, all around planner, or just for advice on anything wedding day, look no further. Epiphany was our day of coordinator for our wedding downtown Cincinnati. From our first meeting, to our final details meeting, to the day of the wedding every single detail was thought through and seamless. She took so much stress off from not only me as the Bride but my family as well. Our wedding day would have not gone so perfect without her communication, handwork, and attention to detail. As a bride that planned and booked everything herself, Epiphany was 1000% needed the day of to ensure we had the best day ever. We could not recommend her enough for all your wedding needs. -

I hope you’re ready for a novel because theres no way I can explain our incredible experience with Have an Epiphany in a short way! I was unsure of it I needed a week of coordinator and my Mom found Have an Epiphany from the Knot. And WOW I could not be happier and more thankful for having them there. Prior to the wedding anytime I was stressed or worried Epiphany was a text/email away and responded so quick. When I was getting stressed with wedding stuff she would set up a meeting time we could meet in person and it made all the difference! I joked with her saying she needs to add wedding therapist to her company tag lines.
During the week of she and my day of coordinator, Monica, handled absolutely everything! They coordinated all of my vendors and communicated with them all so well. During the rehearsal the set up ran so incredibly smooth thanks to them. We brought in all of the decorations for the wedding into the venue and went through everything so it would match our vision perfectly. I’ll never forget walking into the venue on our wedding day and having the realization of “holy crap this is my wedding!” All of the decorations and set up looked so perfect it didn’t feel real! Monica was absolutely incredible on my wedding day. She handled everything beautifully and made everything flow perfectly. Even when I was running behind on my timeline she helped me relax and take a deep breath. Towards the end of the night Epiphany stopped in and surprised us. That meant the absolute world to us! At the end of the night they took care of cleaning up everything and we did not need to do a single thing!
Do yourself a favor and book through Epiphany! The set up and clean up is worth it alone! It felt like everything else was an incredible bonus! You will not regret it! -

Simply put, Epiphany made our whole day come together. She excelled at keeping everyone on schedule and making sure everything was in place. She was easy to work with, responsive to our questions and always professional. One of our major goals was that we and our wedding party wouldn't have to deal with logistics on the big day and Epiphany made that possible! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. -

Absolute Perfection!!
I was planning a wedding from 2,000 miles away while struggling with having moved across the country from my fiancée. Epiphany was an ABSOLUTE godsend, she took care of everything for me. She vetted each part of the wedding planning process and gave me choices in my budget, and on our wedding day I didn’t have to think about a thing, she just told me where to be and what to do. I could not recommend her more!!! -

Well, if you have Epiphany plan your wedding, it will be the complete opposite - everything literally went perfectly! From helping us select vendors who excelled at every aspect of their service, to helping us construct timelines so we knew when we should be doing things, to helping manage everything on the day of, Epiphany helped ensure that our special day went off without a hitch. Her knowledge of the area’s vendors and locales is unsurpassed, and her connections ensure that you’ll have the best catering, photography, DJ, florists, you name it for your special day. We were very anxious about planning a wedding from two states away, and Epiphany routinely eased each and every worry we had. She is a kind, empathetic, smart, and capable person whose experience with weddings and major event planning shines through in both major and minor details alike. She’s two steps ahead at all times, and will think of the little things that you would never thing to consider. Her full service package was the best money we spent for any part of our wedding, and we could not have done this without her. Epiphany did a wonderful job for my husband and I on Aug 2nd. I had no clue what I was doing for ordering For catering or for my florist or anything. Epiphany recommended previous vendors she has used in the past and I said OK let’s give it a try. Let’s just say on the wedding day I was pleased, the gas was please my husband was please and everyone else was pleased. The food was wonderful the flowers was like a cocoon out of a butterfly. Thank you Epiphany. -

We got engaged and married in less than 6 months! Have An Epiphany did all the heavy lifting so my fiancé and I could enjoy the process- she eliminated all the “dud” venues, organized all of our vendors and made our day stress free and joyful! -
