  Simply the best...

  10 stars!! I cannot imagine our wedding without Epiphany. She made panning so much easier and on the day of, she took care of ever little minor detail, allowing us to do nothing but truly enjoy our day stress free. In hindsight, Epiphany was hands down the best money we spent towards our wedding. If you're considering Epiphany as your wedding planner, our advice is to stop what you're doing and sign up with her for her full planning service right now!! Come wedding day, you'll be glad you did.

  Wedding Coordinator

  Have An Epiphany wedding planning and coordinating was the best decision i made. To be honest as a new bride who credits herself as being very organized this was a service i didn’t know i needed! The day of my wedding i didn’t have to do anything details. Epiphany had it cover and she had it covered good! Her planning and thoughtfulness brought my visions to life and displayed every little detail perfectly. Not to mention she is so organized, prompt and oh so easy to work with! If you need a wedding coordinator or planner don’t hesitate to Have An Epiphany!

  The Best In The Biz

  Epiphany is a ROCKSTAR! I hired her as a one month and day of coordinator for my February 2024 wedding. In the beginning, I felt so overwhelmed by planning and knew I needed someone to help me remain sane. Have An Epiphany was referred to me (with a raving review) by a friend who used the services for her own wedding. And now I see exactly why Epiphany is the best in the biz! Epiphany alleviated a tremendous amount of stress throughout the 6 weeks before the big day. She was doing so much behind the scenes and took care of details that I would never even think of. The moment that I knew hiring her was the best decision I made was when I walked into the venue right before our ceremony. She took our vision and truly brought it to life (and so much more)! I feel as though I often have a difficult time articulating what I want but she interpreted everything perfectly. I still have family and guests tell me about how wonderful Epiphany was and that she took such great care of everyone in attendance. Words cannot even describe the level of excellence that Have An Epiphany provides. If you are reading this, trust me, you will NOT regret hiring her and will have the best (stress free) day ever.

  If you are looking for a day or coordinator, all around planner, or just for advice on anything wedding day, look no further. Epiphany was our day of coordinator for our wedding downtown Cincinnati. From our first meeting, to our final details meeting, to the day of the wedding every single detail was thought through and seamless. She took so much stress off from not only me as the Bride but my family as well. Our wedding day would have not gone so perfect without her communication, handwork, and attention to detail. As a bride that planned and booked everything herself, Epiphany was 1000% needed the day of to ensure we had the best day ever. We could not recommend her enough for all your wedding needs.

  The best wedding decision we made!

  I hope you’re ready for a novel because theres no way I can explain our incredible experience with Have an Epiphany in a short way! I was unsure of it I needed a week of coordinator and my Mom found Have an Epiphany from the Knot. And WOW I could not be happier and more thankful for having them there. Prior to the wedding anytime I was stressed or worried Epiphany was a text/email away and responded so quick. When I was getting stressed with wedding stuff she would set up a meeting time we could meet in person and it made all the difference! I joked with her saying she needs to add wedding therapist to her company tag lines.
  During the week of she and my day of coordinator, Monica, handled absolutely everything! They coordinated all of my vendors and communicated with them all so well. During the rehearsal the set up ran so incredibly smooth thanks to them. We brought in all of the decorations for the wedding into the venue and went through everything so it would match our vision perfectly. I’ll never forget walking into the venue on our wedding day and having the realization of “holy crap this is my wedding!” All of the decorations and set up looked so perfect it didn’t feel real! Monica was absolutely incredible on my wedding day. She handled everything beautifully and made everything flow perfectly. Even when I was running behind on my timeline she helped me relax and take a deep breath. Towards the end of the night Epiphany stopped in and surprised us. That meant the absolute world to us! At the end of the night they took care of cleaning up everything and we did not need to do a single thing!
  Do yourself a favor and book through Epiphany! The set up and clean up is worth it alone! It felt like everything else was an incredible bonus! You will not regret it!

  Epiphany was AMAZING. She made our whole day go so smoothly and even helped fix my bustle when one of the buttons broke. She was so friendly and so organized. She kept everyone and everything on time. We have received a number of compliments from our wedding vendors and our wedding party about how great she was. I HIGHLY recommend have an epiphany!!

She also helped us with the smaller things - but important touches for the wedding. She helped create signature cocktails, signage for the wedding, sparkler exit, etc. Her support during rehearsal and the day of the wedding was so appreciated. The day turned out so beautifully and I did not have to worry about any details - Epiphany had it covered. When the bustle gave my daughter problems, she stepped in with her calm presence and had solutions. I highly recommend her service.

  Fantastic!

  Highly recommend using Have an Epiphany as your wedding coordinator. Epiphany and Brandy were able to help create our vision for our wedding day and then build on it with personal touches, without it being too fussy. They are flexible and will absolutely not stop until they know their clients are happy.

  Epiphany was phenomenal and it was such a great peace of mind day of to have her there and running interference/answering any and all questions for us to vendors/family/etc! She also made sure my husband and I always had everything we needed (always had a beverage in our hand, food, she even helped me put in my veil!). I couldn’t recommend her more, make your best day ever a lot less stressful, it’ll definitely help you jut focus in on what really matters and just enjoying your day!

  Epiphany was incredible! She truly helped ease all of the stress of our big day from start to finish! She’s so down to earth and easy to work with! We paid for her crew to do all set up and tear down and it was well worth it! We loved working with her!!

  I was planning a wedding from 2,000 miles away while struggling with having moved across the country from my fiancée. Epiphany was an ABSOLUTE godsend, she took care of everything for me. She vetted each part of the wedding planning process and gave me choices in my budget, and on our wedding day I didn’t have to think about a thing, she just told me where to be and what to do. I could not recommend her more!!!

  Epiphany did a wonderful job for my husband and I on Aug 2nd. I had no clue what I was doing for ordering For catering or for my florist or anything. Epiphany recommended previous vendors she has used in the past and I said OK let’s give it a try. Let’s just say on the wedding day I was pleased, the gas was please my husband was please and everyone else was pleased. The food was wonderful the flowers was like a cocoon out of a butterfly. Thank you Epiphany.

  The best coordinator/planner!

  We got engaged and married in less than 6 months! Have An Epiphany did all the heavy lifting so my fiancé and I could enjoy the process- she eliminated all the “dud” venues, organized all of our vendors and made our day stress free and joyful!
