We had the absolute best experience with our beer burro from Haul’ N Ass Productions! Vanessa, the owner, was incredibly communicative and responsive from start to finish. She made the entire process seamless and truly helped make our wedding day feel even more magical.
And Burrito — our sweet beer burro — was an instant hit! He brought so much joy and personality to the celebration and had everyone smiling (and taking photos!). It was such a fun, unique touch that our guests are still talking about.
We can’t recommend Haul’ N Ass Productions enough. If you want something unforgettable and handled with care and professionalism, they are the absolute best! -

We absolutely loved having Haul N Ass at our wedding, it was such a hit! Nearly two years later, our guests still talk about how memorable it was. Vanessa was so kind and professional, and once we booked our burros (we had 2), everything was taken care of. They coordinated seamlessly with our venue, arrived on time, and were incredibly sweet with our guests. The price was absolutely worth the experience, especially since it included the drinks, we had three different options being served! When we made the decision to get married at Lindsay Grove on 03/27/25, we saw a photo of the beer burro and thought we had to have one! Diego showed up on our wedding day, as we requested and was a huge hit at cocktail hour! He was so well behaved and calm during the entire hour he was there. I was a little worried about how a donkey would go over with my event, however, after their arrival, I would recommend it to anyone again and again. For one, the donkey was so adorable and it was groomed and decorated to match our wedding colors. They are very well trained animals, I was surprised. My husband and I had a clear vision for our wedding, and one of our top priorities was to have a beer burro. Fortunately, our wedding venue recommended Haul N Ass, a company they had previously collaborated with and had great experiences with. From the beginning, they were incredibly easy to work with, seamlessly coordinating all the necessary details with our venue, which made the entire process a breeze.
On the day of the ceremony, Diego, the adorable burro, and his handler arrived right on time, warmly greeting the bridal party before heading to the cocktail hour. We kept the beer burro a surprise for most of our guests, and it was an absolute hit! Many guests approached us after the wedding to express how much they loved Diego and how they enjoyed capturing memorable photos with him.
Diego was calm and composed, even amidst the excitement of 80 guests eager to meet him. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend Haul N Ass for any upcoming event! -

We hired HaulNAss for our wedding cocktail hour, and they were truly one of the highlights of the day! From the very beginning, their communication was clear, prompt, and friendly. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but working with such a professional and responsive team made everything so much easier.
The beer burro was a huge hit with our guests — not only was he adorable, but he brought such a fun and unique energy to the celebration. The handler was incredibly kind, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly.

There was a donkey at your wedding?!
We first saw people having beer burros at their weddings on Instagram, and we knew we just needed to have one at ours! We found Vanessa and Haul N Ass on through Zola. We reached out to a few vendors and Vanessa was the first to reply back and had the best bang for our buck. Diego was a huge hit during cocktail hour! Diego even used our wedding colors as part of his outfit. It was awesome how detail oriented Vanessa was, and we greatly appreciated it. Definitely recommend using Haul N Ass for your next event! -

The beer donkey was a huge hit at our cocktail hour for the adults and kids alike! I still hear from guests how much they enjoyed petting, feeding, and taking photos with Diego. It was a highlight for everyone and the perfect unique touch to an elegant desert wedding. -

HaulNAss was the highlight of my cocktail hour! I got married at Lindsay Grove and once I officially booked HaulNAss for my wedding day, they communicated with the venue for all the details. There wasn’t much I had to do on my end and everything turned out so perfectly! You can customize the signs on the sides of the packs as well as alcohol served. Day of, as soon as cocktail hour started, our burro was there and serving away! So many of my guests told me how much they loved the burro and how cool the experience was. I would highly recommend booking HaulNAss! If I went back in time to do it all over again I would 100% book them again! -

I’m not originally from Arizona, but I knew I wanted to do something unique for my wedding. What better way to celebrate than having a donkey pass out beers during our cocktail hour? Not only was it a fun and memorable way to serve drinks, but it quickly became a guest favorite for photos and interaction.
The burro was gentle, well-trained, and seemed to enjoy the attention just as much as we did! Its rustic charm blended perfectly with the vibe of our wedding, adding an extra touch of personality to the celebration.
Vanessa was incredible—she was punctual, knew exactly what to do and where to go, and encouraged guests to interact with the burro, making the experience even more enjoyable!

This was absolutely the cutest idea we have ever seen. The burro could have any type of beverage you would want in his knapsack. Also, he is dressed with the flower based on your color scheme Being from upstate NY, we never saw anything like this. Being 100 percent Italian, and hearing my parents talk about growing up with donkeys, this was probably the first decision we made that had to be a must have at Bella’s wedding. Once we set the wedding date, I reached out to Vanessa inquiring to book Burrito (we fell in love with him from photos we saw on Instagram). Vanessa was amazing and so easy to work with. It was probably the one vendor I was most excited about having at my daughter’s wedding. The guests were thrilled and loved Burrito. Everyone was taking photos during the cocktail hour with him. It was the BEST decision we ever made to have a beer burro at my daughter’s wedding, and will be something that all of her wedding guests will remember from that day. If you want your wedding day to be unique and fun, please reach out to Venessa and book it. She was the easiest vendor to work with. Everyone loved having Burrito there.

The Beer Burro had flowers around his neck that matched my daughter’s color scheme, and the knapsack he carries, can have any beverage you like (it does not have to be beer). We had an amazing experience with HaulnAss! They were hired (as a surprise to my husband, which he LOVED) for the cocktail hour at our wedding where Diego (the name of our burro) was walked around so guests could grab a beer from his coolers and of course, give him some love. This was such a fun experience not only for us, but our guests. The kids and adults absolutely loved it, getting to pet and hang out with him. Diego was so friendly, sweet, and honestly adorable. I loved him so much! We took some of the cutest photos with Diego for our wedding and it is something we won't forget.
That being said, I highly recommend HaulnAss as a service. From start to finish, the process could not have been more seamless, and Vanessa was such a pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions regarding booking and exceeded my expectations on the day of. She went as far as getting our color palette to match Diego's head flowers to those at our wedding! We worked with Vanessa to have a beer burro onsite for our March 2024 wedding at Desert Foothills in Scottsdale. It was honestly one of the best decisions we made for our big day! It was such a unique touch and all of our guests absolutely loved the burro! He came equipped with beers of our choice and even was dressed up. They were wonderful to work with and our guests were BLOWN away by the surprise of having Diego join us for cocktail hour. FantASStic addition to any event

The show can’t go on without your beer burro!
We worked with Vanessa (Haul N Ass) for our beer burro experience for our wedding. We had a destination wedding (Canadians getting married in Arizona) and we found out about the beer burro being an Arizona wedding must do. Our vendor recommended Vanessa and she was amazing! So easy to communicate with, plan and organize and there were no worries the day of the wedding. We were even able to customize the signs he wore and flowers! He was very well trained and he was the biggest hit of the wedding. Our guests absolutely loved him and so did we! Some of our favourite pictures are with our little Diego. Wish I could have a beer burro at every event I host!
I had seen several people in Arizona using beer burros at their weddings and loved the idea. When my wedding date landed on Cinco de mayo (and all guests were out of state from Connecticut) I knew I had to. Communication was easy, they let me pick my favorite burro from pictures, they coordinated his flower crown with my wedding flower colors and you got to select a cute saying that went on his burlap sack from several options. I chose “best day ever.” Diego the burro was such a hit at my wedding, he came for cocktail hour and was a great photo op and carried around coronas to stay on trend with the holiday. He was so soft, clean and well groomed, my only regret is I could not spent the whole day with him 😂 Guests still talk about how cute he was and what a great idea it was to have that during cocktail hour. 10/10 would do it again. -

We were so lucky we could have a beer burro at our wedding and it was such a hit with the guests!! Everyone loved it and kept talking about it long after. It was the first decision we made after booking our venue and would highly recommend including them on your big day too! -

We hired Haul N' Ass Productions and it could not have been easier to deal with this company. Vanessa and team handled everything seamlessly, from set up to tear down. We were given options with respect to our burro's aesthetic as well as beer choices. The burro was handsome, photogenic, and well-behaved. Our guests were able to take photos with him during the cocktail hour and he was also able to be in some of our special wedding party photos. Be prepared for the burro to steal the show. Best decision ever.
I was originally suppose to get married on 10/31/2020 but had to reschedule due to Covid and the majority of our guests coming from out of state. Vanessa was beyond accommodating with our postponement and wonderful to work with day of. Most of our guests were from the NY/NJ area and had never even heard of a beer burro and everyone was blown away. Getting people from not Arizona to stay outside in June is a feat in itself but so many people chose to go outside purely to hang out with the burro. I could not recommend more. -

You NEED a beer burro at your wedding/event and Haul N Ass is the best out there! Our guests absolutely loved interacting and taking pictures with our burro, Burrito. The planning process is so seamless as Vanessa takes care of all the details! I sent her our color scheme and Burrito showed up dressed in faux florals (has to be faux due to their body heat!). He looked beautiful and the florals matched our scheme perfectly. They also provide a case of beer of your choice for the burro to carry in their side coolers. All you need to do is instagram how much of a hit having a burro at your wedding reception is, and ours was no different.
The second vendor I booked after the venue, and the best value. People will not necessarily remember the food, or the flowers, but your wedding will be memorable with a burro as your guest of honor.
