Great Wedding Venue.

Harry's Savoy was the perfect wedding venue! The food was great and it was awesome working with Cindy. She made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free (or as stress-free as a wedding can be!).

We couldn’t ask for more!

I had the true definition of a covid wedding last month with so many highs and so so many lows. When my PA cancelled my wedding 9 days before the date I was in shock and really had no idea what I was going to do next. Cindy came to the rescue! She immediately made me feel calm and her team went above and beyond anything we could have ever asked for. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable and the attention to detail from Antoinette (captain) words cant describe. They set up all of our decorations for us and replicated my vision. Cindy and her team made our wedding disaster into a perfect fairytale wedding. Thank you to moon and back for everything!

We chose Harry's because of their incredible service and award-winning food. Our wedding cake was simply gorgeous and absolutely delicious! Cindy Bene was phenomenal! We live halfway across the country, but wanted to have our wedding in Delaware where all our family lives. From the first time we met with Cindy, we knew that she was a professional. We only met with her twice as we couldn't travel back much to plan things in person. We communicated via email to get everything planned and organized. She was extremely helpful guiding us through the process and making suggestions based on her experience with coordinating events at Harry's Savoy Ballroom. We were able to send Cindy example pictures/videos of how we wanted our napkins folded, and our centerpieces and table decor arranged. We dropped our supplies off a few days before our wedding, and Cindy made sure everything was perfect for our wedding! Twice a year, the venue hosts a wedding expo that features tons of vendors, which was extremely helpful. Our family was able to attend one of these expos and gave us feedback on what vendors we should select for our wedding.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Cindy was so great to work with and everyone on the day of made it so smooth and enjoyable. They really took the time to make sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed, that we stayed hydrated and fed, and that we enjoyed ourselves. We heard nothing but rave reviews from all of our guests and would do it all again in a heartbeat!

The rehearsal dinner was wonderful. There was more than adequate amount of staff. The venue was lovely, everyone was served quickly by pleasant and efficient staff and the food exceeded my expectations.

My husband and I were very pleased. We appreciate the assistance of the planner working with our budget and getting us to where we were comfortable and could have a nice reception. The professionalism shows that your employees know their business. The hospitality to my guests was wonderful. My wedding reception at Harry's Savoy Ballroom in September 2011 was absolutely amazing! The ballroom was beautiful, and the coffered ceiling and ornate chandelier over the dance floor provided great backdrops for my wedding pictures! I also loved the outdoor patio and fountain -- it was very scenic and I know my guests loved mingling there during the cocktail hour. Gloria was great to work with from the initial consultation, to the actual wedding day, and even following the conclusion of all of the wedding festivities. Gloria was also very professional and extremely organized during the entire planning process, and was always very responsive to any of my questions. With the exquisite ballroom, delicious (and plentiful -- there were 4 courses, plus a beautifully-customized wedding cake) food, wonderful service, and an organized and thorough wedding coordinator in Gloria, Harry's Savoy Ballroom is definitely a top venue to hold your wedding reception!

I recently had my wedding reception at Harry's. The guest total was 156 and I was a little worried about space as I was having a 12 piece band and expanded dance floor. The night turned out perfect! There was plenty of room between tables and on the dance floor. Gloria was amazing to work with and attended to every little detail throughout the planning process and on the big day. Everyone raved about the venue and the food. Luckily it was a beautiful day so guests were also able to enjoy the courtyard with the new fountain during cocktail hour. I couldn't have asked for anything more! It was a perfect night.

Excellent Venue & A Pleasure to Work With

Cindy was excellent to work with over this past year. Even before the pandemic she made us feel comfortable with our choice to host both our ceremony and reception at Harry's. They worked with us through the whole pandemic and having to change our date from May 15, 2020 to October 23, 2020. They really know what they are doing and it just all came together beautifully. I don't think our wedding could have been any more perfect.

Our Wedding Day

One could not ask for a more elegant venue than Harry Savoy for their wedding day! From our very first visit in search of our venue, to our actual wedding day, we experienced nothing short of amazing! Our wedding coordinator, Cindy Bene, is the most dedicated, professional, organized, accommodating, and lovely person one could work with. In addition, the food is delicious and the wait staff top notch! The transition from ceremony set-up to the dinner reception was done quickly and seamlessly. We could not have asked for a more beautiful day!

Cindi ia an asset to Harry's

John and I were so happy we choose Harry's for our wedding ceremony and reception. Cindi worked with us setting up both rooms as we had planned, she always responded to my emails/phone calls within a 1/2 an hour, she was up and down the stairs as the bridal party got dressed to accommodate our needs. Cindi was there making sure our wedding day was a success, she kept everything flowing smoothly. If planning an event at Harry's, the food is good, the atmosphere and décor is good but having Cindi for a coordinator is the best reason to choose Harry's. Our only downside, we had a sweets table but weren't too pleased with the selection.

Harry's was the perfect venue for our wedding.

The wedding coordinator there, Cindy, was super helpful, always responded to emails quickly, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was exactly how we wanted it. She was also flexible with the package to allow us to replace stuff we didn't want. During the ceremony and reception, Cindy made sure everything happened right on time. Her suggestions made everything flow really nicely.

The food was excellent. It was served hot and tasted just as good for all 108 people as it did during our tasting. And the cheesesteaks at the end were the best thing ever.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful, too.

Harry's Savoy Ballroom was a beautiful venue and the food was absolutely delicious! Our guests commented for days after the wedding that this was the best celebration they had ever attended. The event planner, Gloria, was invaluable in translating our daughter and son in law's vision for their wedding into a fabulous event. Her attention to detail and the ideas suggested for special touches to go with the couple's theme were so helpful and appreciated! One example would be her work with the chef to have an ice sculpture created that looked like Snoopy's doghouse with Snoopy on top. She had contacts with first class suppliers for transportation, favors, etc. This helped make our planning stress free. Both the venue and the staff provided us with an exemplary wedding and reception experience. We could not be happier and would recommend this venue to any future bride.

Amazing - I wouldn't choose another place

Harry's was amazing. I had wedding coordinator, but Harry's pretty much does everything the day of. The entire crew was amazing. I had Cindy Bene as my planner. She was awesome and answered every voice mail and email timely. Provided suggestions, recommendations, and just all around amazing. I would recommend them time and time again. Loved it.

After visiting practically every venue in Delaware County, PA and being quite disappointed, we called Harry's. Best. Decision. Ever.

From the initial phone call to leaving my reception, I was never less than extremely happy with the service provided by Harry's...especially Gloria Talbot, who is thier event coordinator. She is extremely helpful and accomodating, and I would recommend Harry's to anyone because of Gloria.

The service didn't stop with Gloria though.

A few days before our event, we had to drop things off (favors, placecards, etc.), and there was a crew of Harry's employees waiting for us. They carried everything up to the bridal suite for us.

The day of the wedding, my entire bridal party and I got ready at Harry's, and it was such a great decision. There were refreshments waiting for us in the room, and Gloria and her staff were close by to help with anything we needed.

The food (all of it) was great. I will say that the food at our taste test was a bit better, but that's to be expected. Cooking for 2 people obviously allows for more attention than cooking for 130-ish. All of our guests loved everything as well.

I could go on for hours, but I think you get the point. You will not be disappointed if you have your wedding at Harry's.

Harry's Savoy was the perfect place for our wedding. We were concerned about rain for our April wedding and wanted to get married somewhere outside of a church. The Harry's Savoy Ballroom offered the perfect solution for us. The ballroom and accompanying rooms are spacious & classy, and our guests had lots of space to roam. There was even an outdoor Italian courtyard that was completely closed off for our event - so beautiful! Although there is not much greenery around the grounds, there is a gazebo that we easily decorated and we were very satisfied with our photo opportunities.

The staff was also amazing. Gloria, the in-house wedding consultant, is very calm & organized. She immediately made us feel at ease and responded promptly to every email and phone call. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, we felt cared about. The end result was gorgeous! The food was delicious, the two open bars were great, the setting and decorations were perfect...we couldn't ask for more. An additional bonus is the bridal suite upstairs with a view down into the Italian courtyard - it was fun to secretly watch as guests & the groomsmen arrived!

My husband & I, our families, and our friends would all definitely recommend Harry's Savoy Ballroom.

Every time I needed something they were extremely helpful. Guests from my wedding told me how wonderful the staff was. They went above and beyond for my small wedding. The room was perfect and it was connected to an outside Patio which was perfect for pictures and getting fresh air with still have the privacy of my own party! Thanks Harry's you are awesome!

We selected Harry's Savoy Ballroom for our wedding ceremony and reception for a number of reasons: the reputation of Harry's, the experience and professionalism of their staff, the quality of their service, their flexibility with dates, times and head counts - - they simply outshine every one else!! I couldn't ask for better

I had my wedding this past May at Harrys Savoy Ballroom and it was amazing. The best part of having my wedding at Harrys was the absolutely amazing wedding coordinator Cindy! She made everything about my wedding stress free. If I had a questions she was there, she set up my centerpieces up perfectly, she kept us on schedule, and has a calming energy. I did not have to worry about a single thing with Cindy around. Not only was Cindy great, but the whole Harrys staff was amazing. They went around to make sure not only my husband and I had what we needed but also tended to our guests. The venue is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and the food was mind blowing. A month after my wedding I have not heard a single complaint from any of our guest about the food, the staff, or the venue. All my guest had an amazing time! I could not have asked for a better venue and the only complaint I have is the day is over. If I had to redo my wedding I would still pick Harrys every time!

ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! From start to finish, everything was great! My coordinator Cindy Bene. Cindy is so genuinely warm, understanding, patient, and will do everything she can to make sure that your vision comes true. Every single guest that I spoke to said that this was the best wedding they had ever been to. They said that the food, drinks, cake, and staff were exceptional and I agree. I work in hospitality so I know great service when you see it.

I was a bride that planned everything but on my wedding day, the make-up artist caused a huge delay. Cindy was right there the whole time making sure that everything went smoothly. Harry's Savoy is so great and I hope that they stay in business forever.

I would like to say thank you to everyone that was involved in our special day, especially Cindy!!!! If you need a venue for your wedding or next event, please, look no further! Harry's is the place to be!!!

We had both our ceremony and reception at Harry's. It couldn't have been better. From the start our wedding coordinator Gloria was extremely helpful. Even on our tight budget our wedding was a dream. All of the guests couldn't say enough of how nice it was, how great the food was, and at least one guest said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I highly recommend any event at Harry's!

Harry's was the perfect place to have my wedding! I only have three months notice for my reception with a headcount of 120 and they accommodated me and my husband with no problem. We had a lobster surf and turf dinner that my friends are still raving about. The gelato station for a dessert made my husband so happy. Cindi went above and beyond to make my reception wonderful.

Harry's was fantastic! I would recommend the venue to anyone! My wedding went off without a single issue and I have Cindy Bene, the wedding coordinator to thank for that! She is warm, caring and genuinely listens to everything you say! She answered all questions in a timely manner. She met with us one month before the wedding to go over final arrangements and then checked in on numerous occaisions after that! The venue is decorated beautiful and made it so easy to have my wedding and reception in one place!

The event was my mother's wedding reception. My mom never had a "wedding" and the entire event was orchestrated perfectly. Cindy was professional, honest and quite frankly wonderful to work with. I am planning my mom's 70th Birthday party at Harry's on 10/11/14 because of CIndy and the fabulous job she and the entire Harry's team did.

Harry's (and Cindy Bene) were great! My husband and I initially chose Harry's because we liked the feel of the venue and Cindy seemed like she would be great to work with. We were not disappointed! Our wedding was the best day ever and it was largely due to Cindy and the the hard work of Harry's staff. Every aspect of our wedding was perfect! They did a great job transitioning the room from the ceremony to the reception. The food was amazing (the dinner, the hour devours, the cake and the "night cap" snack were all delicious). Cocktail hour went great. The recommended DJ did a wonderful job. Our ice sculpture was fabulous and the signature cocktail was a big hit. All weddings are expensive (and Harry's was no exception) but Harry's was still a better deal than many of the other venues in the area that we looked at. In the end, I felt like we got our money's worth. We were not disappointed. If I had to do it all over, I would choose Harry's again in a heartbeat.

Harry's took care of all the details, which is really helpful because after all, there is so much to do while planning for a wedding. The staff were all very professional. I really didn't have to worry about a thing, Gloria, the wedding specialist at Harry's did a great job and made my day so special and worry free. I would definiately recommend Harry's as a reception venue (and the food was GREAT too!).

Very successful reception in the middle of a pandemic

Cindy Bene and the team at Harry's did an excellent job in making sure that our recent wedding reception was both a festive and safe event. From the start of the planning process through the rescheduling in March and the uncertainty of June, Cindy was there to help us navigate to the finish line in August. With persistent concerns about COVID-19, Cindy offered us the use of a larger space to ensure that we had enough room to safely accommodate our guests. She was very flexible with the arrangement of tables and met our needs completely. Cindy was always available to answer our questions, and she handled our special requests with no hesitation, including a "day of" menu request from the groom. The event staff was professional and courteous throughout the evening, and made sure that the bride and groom had everything they needed. The food was excellent (as expected), with some of our guests raving about the Prime Rib. The atmosphere was joyful throughout, and we could not be happier with the way things turned out. Thank you Harry's!!

We used Harry's Savoy Ballroom for our July wedding and we were absolutely FLOORED by how flawless Cindy and the crew made the wedding go. Our guests complimented about the food (which was DELICIOUS), the atmosphere, and the professionalism of the staff all night. For us, it was a wonderful value. Flowers, limo, and cake were included and a lot of the little accessories Harry's had as well. We were still able to add our own little touches to the wedding and it turned out wonderful. Cindy was amazing to work with, even with all of my crazy requests!

How do I desribe not only our wedding at Harry's, but also the planning piece...PERFECT! Our ceremony and wedding was right out of our dreams. We know this was due to Cindy Bene (Harry's wedding consultant) and Harry's incredible staff! You truly made our wedding vision come true! We couldn’t have dreamt it better!
Harry’s was beautiful and we are still receiving compliments on the venue, the food, the service, the bar…everything! The flow of our ceremony, into the cocktail hour, then into the reception was seamless! And people took notice. Though wedding planning is a stressful time, Cindy truly took away this stress with Harry's. Cindy was wonderful, so organized and always on top of everything. Our Wedding at Harry's Savoy Ballroom was amazing! Our family and friends are still talking about how perfect it was 3 months later. Great Experience!!!

We had our first date at Harry's and was thrilled to learn they were a wedding venue! Cindy and her staff were thorough and walked us through the entire process. Harry's venue was a one stop shop including a list of vendors for all of your ceremony/reception needs. The service staff was excellent, friendly and responsive. The physical space was just right for our 125 guest wedding/reception. The ballroom décor is elegant and beautiful....we didn't have to add much in the way of decorating. The space can stand on it's own. Thank you Cindy and staff for helping make our day memorable in every way!!

I am so thankful we went with Harry's! The location is very convenient and the ballroom, hallway, cocktail room and patio were gorgeous. People kept commenting how much they loved it! The prices are phenomenal and include a lot of extras (6 passenger limo, flower centerpieces, etc.). Cindy was our wedding coordinator and so easy to work with. She made sure every detail was exactly how we wanted it. We had a blast, thank you Harry's!

I would recommend Harry's over and over and over again. It was so nice to know that almost everything was being taken care of by everyone at Harry's. Beautiful Venue for a Reasonable Price

My wedding reception was less than 50 guests and Harry's gave me the professionalism, quality service and great value as if it was for a reception of 500. Beautiful venue (Patio Room) and even accommodated a guest that arrived extremely late. My coordinator was wonderful, answering any question I had and the staff was awesome. Will have future events at Harry's Savoy and Ballroom.

Cindy is AMAZING. Amazing. Our wedding day was a dream come true. Cindy is a class act. As someone with serious anxiety, Cindy made things easy and seamless leading up to the big day. I knew she had it under control. She is so incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. Not only did she keep the cocktail hour and reception on pace, she fixed my dress for me on 2 separate issues. Harry’s was the perfect spot for our reception. We had almost 190 people so don’t be worried if you have a large group- everyone fits comfortably.

Our day was perfect! Harry's was beautiful and we received so many compliments on the food, the service, the bar, and even the bathroom. It was by far the best value of all the reception venues we looked at, and knowing Harry's reputation as an outstanding restaurant we knew we couldn't go wrong. My fiancé and I looked at many places to have our wedding. Harry’s always stood out to us because we have always heard their customer service is great! We met with Cindy (the wedding coordinator) there and she is so organized kind compassionate and very knowledgeable. She was really the reason why we chose the venue. She made our decision so much easier. When you pick your wedding venue you really have to have a good relationship with the coordinator since you will be working with them for about a year before your event. Cindy always got back to us through email or phone call within 30 minutes of us reaching out to her. She was always available to help with any questions or concerns we had. From the rehearsal to the actual wedding it was the best experience of my life. Planning your wedding is essentially planning the biggest party you will ever throw in your life. Everything from beginning to end was perfect and we experienced absolutely no issues or problems at all! Not only was Cindy incredible but all of the staff members that helped to make our wedding happen were perfection! I really could go on for hours about how happy my now husband and I are for having our wedding at Harry’s Savoy ballroom. If you decide to choose this place for your wedding you will be thrilled! I would absolutely recommend having your wedding here. Their prices are reasonable and their food is unbelievably delicious!

I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment we met with Cindy at Harry’s we knew it was for us. I’ve been to many events there so I know the food was amazing and the space gorgeous. Cindy and her team completely blew us away! The cocktail hour space and ballroom were beautifully decorated (with minimal decorations by us) and the food was over the top delicious! Cindy was quick to respond to my emails (even when she was on vacation!!!) and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. We cannot recommend Harry's highly enough for anyone looking for a wedding reception (or any reception) venue! The value combined with class is unbeatable. Food was fantastic and cake was delicious and exactly what we asked for. We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary and had Harry's recreate the top layer of our wedding cake because I absolutely refuse to eat cake that is a year old! Cindi was terrific!!! She was very professional, flexible (when our head count went from 50 to 80) and she even helped us find vendors and the officiant through Purple Ribbon. She was there every step of the way even through the rehearsal. We had hired coordinators, but Cindi was so great I think she could have done it all on her own! The food was fantastic, they still had decorations up from Christmas that just added even more beauty to our wedding. Our friends and family are still talking about how wonderful everything was!

Cindy and Annette were awesome. One complaint- the main course took a long time to come out and really put us behind. Also, we were not given our left-over cake.

We had our ceremony and reception in the ballroom at Harry's. They did a wonderful job transitioning everything during the cocktail hour and it looked stunning for the reception. Everything ran so smoothly and was just perfect on the day of. The staff were friendly, quick and efficient.

Gloria is absolutely amazing to work with and as soon as we met her my husband said "I just know if I have her on the day of our wedding, there will be nothing to worry about and everything will be taken care of"- he couldn't have been more right! Every detail was exactly what we asked for and how we wanted. Gloria was calm cool and collected and just put us right at ease on a day that is typically so stressful, but was just the opposite for us thanks to her!

We got so many compliments on the food--- the BEST wedding food we, and many of our guests, have ever had! The selection was great, appetizers were wonderful and there was enough to go around. The soup, salad and entrees were absolutely delicious. And dessert--- so good my husband and I ate it with our hands because our silverware had disappeared!!!! (We had been looking forward to that dessert since the tasting and did not want to miss out!!!)

We rented the Patio Room for a small wedding and private dinner. It was absolutely lovely. The Patio room has a fireplace and a wall of glass doors that opens out onto a brick and stone patio with a fountain. As it turned out to be 60 degrees out on this December evening, we kept the doors open so we could hear the fountain and we and our guests could walk in and out at will. The patio was decorated for Christmas with white lights and greenery. It was the perfect venue for our little wedding. We took photos inside and out. The fireplace was lit and we placed candles all around. The white twinkle lights on the patio added just enough ambient light to make the room cozy and romantic. We supplied our own music-just some cds we burned with our favorites played on our laptop with a speaker. The room is small enough so that was all that was necessary. You could fit 3-5 tables, but we only needed one. We set the table near the patio doors and added some additional seating facing the fireplace for the ceremony. Harry's made a lovely cake on a pedestal we supplied. We chose to order directly from the restaurant menu instead of pre-selecting the meal. As for the staff - I worked with Cindy Bene to select and rent the room. She was lovely to work with and always returned my emails and answered all my questions promptly. My mother and I went about a half hour early to set up and upon arrival, our waitstaff, Krista and Wes, introduced themselves and helped us set up the room with the decorations/candles/gifts/computer we had brought. They helped us unwrap, light candles, brought in extra settings, vases & extra small tables as we discovered things we needed - all while serving us drinks and appetizers. Krista and Wes were attentive throughout the evening. They were there with refills/apps/meals/desserts/suggestions at all times, but were never intrusive. Everyone bent over backwards and succeeding in making ours a special evening.

The venue was perfect! We had our ceremony and reception at the same location and everything turned out amazing!! The transition to cocktail hour was seamless and the atmosphere was classy and elegant as I planned. Cindy Bene was knowledgable and kind!

We booked Harry's for a Sunday wedding (to which they give 10% off of the entire cost). We still have people raving about the food. They were flexible on letting us cater the package to our needs. Gloria, the DOC, is so great to work with, very kind & accommodating & is there to help on your wedding day! The only downside is that a 5-hr. package only includes a 3-hr. open bar. You can't beat the amazing food for the price though!

Very happy!

My husband and I searched for several vendors. Harry’s Savoy certainly did not disappoint! Our event ran smoothly and our wedding coordinator Cindy was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We had a lovely wedding and got many compliments on the venue from our guests. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to have my wedding. Thank you Harry’s Savoy!

I had my rehearsal dinner and wedding at Harry's. Both times the food was exceptional. The event coordinator (Cindy Bene) was very attentive to keeping the wedding on schedule, however it did interfere with my interactions with the guests and I wasn't able to thank all my guests for coming. Cindy was very helpful throughout the wedding planning and I was able to have the wedding of my dreams.

We had our reception at Harry's. Their packages include room rental, catering, centerpieces, limo, and various little bits.

Service:
Gloria Talbot does a wonderful job. I hope Harry's appreciates how good she really is. She is always organized, helpful, calming, optimistic and kind. These qualities also make her an excellent saleswoman! But she is not pushy at all. After touring more places than I wanted and coming to terms with not being able to reign my large family into a 'unique' venue and understanding the complexity of long-distance event planning, I was attracted to their 1-stop operation and Gloria's personality.
Throughout planning, the service was stellar. They were flexible and open to adding our personal touches. Gloria was also open to setting up a lot more decor than I had expected.
The service at the event was good, just not as good as we expected. Given Gloria's service and the level of service we've come to expect from fine dining restaurants, the day of service was not exceptional. Just needed to be a touch more professional, more attentive and less intrusive.

Value:
This is mixed. Keeping in mind the positives above, I'll try to highlight some of our disappointments:
*Harry's has a great reputation for food. And the food at our tasting was outstanding. The food the day of was good, just not as good. We did get some complements, and it was definitely good for 'wedding food.' I know they lost a chef in the interim, but am not sure what caused the difference. The cake however was beautiful and tasty, as were the desserts. Also, you get a ton of food (HDs, apps, salad/soup, entree, dessert, cake).

*The packages are designed for 100 guests. And had we met that, it would have been a deal. In the end, we had about 65-70. The packages have a minimum food & beverage, so we had to upgrade items to meet that. The a la carte items, so to speak, were more costly. For instance, a bottle of single-malt scotch retailing at about $50 was $400. To add to this, not having 100 guests means you lose some of the package inclusions, including the limo. Fine for us, since I'm not a fan and had planned to use a classic car, but we still paid as if we had 100 guests.

*Centerpieces. The package includes centerpieces from Celebrations Design Group, but what that entails is unclear. Gloria had told me they did not have to be upgraded, but didn't have photos to share. The florist told me they were unacceptable for my table layout (true, since I had some large square tables). I added $1,000 to the package inclusion and couldn't see how fewer flowers could possibly be used. However included in that cost was upgraded linens. I clashed with the florist early on and if I had to do it again would have either stayed with the package or had my aunt do it.

So, overall, great venue. Stellar service. Ideal if you're certain you'll have 100 guests. You'll have to read my florist review for details, but I think they can do a beautiful job (they decorate Harry's for the holidays beautifully). You just have to keep it simple or invest a lot.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Harry's Savoy in the larger private room on the second floor. When we arrived, there was no parking at all, and we are our guests had to park at the bank, bakery, and grocery store nearby. We were less than thrilled about this since we had items and gifts to carry into the event and upstairs. When we arrived, we commented on the crowd and lack of parking, nothing we were upset. The hostess stated they were hosting multiple events including a very large fundraiser. It would have been courteous and professional of Harry's events staff to have given us some warning that there was such a large event on the same evening as our rehearsal dinner, especially since they told us they take weddings and wedding events so seriously.

Great until the week prior

First, changed florist and then blamed med for them losing money for the centerpieces bc they were more expensive (not my fault they changed florist)
Second, emailed me three days before my wedding to tell me they weren’t going to make the cake like I wanted due to less people then originally thought (only 24 people less)
Third, cake was not decorated as I was toils and looking like someone just threw it together! As well the ends where burnt so tasted stale if you got an end piece.
Forth, forgot a chair and setting at a table and when asked for place setting waiter threw silverware at him in the table and than he had to ask for his food each course.

Other than that the place was beautiful

When we came to meet with the coordinator to discuss our rehearsal dinner event, we were met by another person, and were told the person in charge was in a meeting (despite having an appointment set up with her), which was rather frustrating. We still chose to have our rehearsal dinner here given their reputation for good food. However, we felt the price did not accurately reflect their services. The dinner was great, but the service was sub-par. For example, we paid for an open bar service, and the bartender would not even make me a cranberry and vodka (??). Upon arrival ,our cheese and fruit platter was not set up for us even though we ordered it, and my mother in law had to actually go to the car and get a receipt to prove it was ordered. The room was not set up as requested either. We did like the location venue, and had access to the little courtyard which was nice for our rehearsal. Overall, we would not have an event here again if given the choice. Great place for dinner, but not for a smaller event.

Waste of time.

We went to view the ballroom today and when we arrived she was pleasant. She was pleasant the whole way through but she didn’t know our date, guest number or any details we submitted. As soon as I told her the date and guest number she frowned and said they prefer to do corporate event cause they make more money that month that way. Then she said she could do it but it would be a minimum of 25k. And then she tried to change my wedding date. We wasted 2 hours driving for a what could have been a quick email.

Unfortunately I neglected to confirm a couple of details prior to your visit, if your date was flexible and if there would also be a ceremony on site. With a ceremony the full ballroom and added Patio Room are both needed. We require a minimum of 100 guests during peak days with a higher revenue to use the entire ballroom facility for the peak dates in December. I appreciate your time today and am sorry we didn't chat before your drive.
