Learned a new song for us!
We met Christine during a vendor event and knew the harp would give the perfect vibe for our ceremony. During preplanning we decided on 80s music for seating and specific Disney songs for the processional. Christine had not played one of them before and she learned it for us! Several guests commented on the harp music and we are so happy with the music played at our ceremony! She also dressed in blue to match our theme!!! Christine is professional, personable, and an absolute joy for any occasion! Highly recommend!

Wedding planning took the life out of me. However, hiring Christine was easy and made my wedding very special. I received so many compliments on her kindness and how it added an extra layer of decadence. I wish I got to hear the harp but the audience told me she was amazing and if there is anything I learned about hiring for a wedding it’s the word of the mouth/reviews of others.

I emailed her, on short notice, for my event for my aunts 75th birthday party, and thank goodness she was available! She was so professional and courteous. I asked if she knew any Paraguayan songs. And to my surprise, she did! Everyone was in awe of her music. My aunt was beyond happy! And we all were. I highly recommend Christine. Awesome to Work With and Super Friendly!
Christine made this really easy for us. She has a TON of music in her catalogue. Seriously, if you’ve heard a song before, chances are she probably has the sheet music for it.
She was already familiar with our venue, so it was one less worry for us and our planner because she knew where to go, how to set up and was right on time! We got a lot of compliments on the music for the ceremony, and she was great to talk to afterward!
We give Christine our highest recommendation to anyone who needs a harpist for their wedding or any ceremony in the Orlando area! Thanks again!

The Sweetest and Most Talented Harpist! Christine Was a Dream!
We were so lucky to have Christine play the harp at our wedding on April 10, 2025, and we can’t say enough wonderful things about her. From our very first email exchange, she was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with, we could feel her warmth and professionalism right away. We even connected over the fact that we’ve all lived in Ontario at one point, which made everything feel even more personal!
Christine was extremely organized and detail-oriented, providing us with a thorough form where we could request songs for each part of our ceremony and pre-ceremony. She was also kind enough to learn a few new songs that were especially meaningful to us, which made the day feel even more personal and emotional.
During our planning call, she played a few songs live for us over Zoom, and it was such a treat. Her talent is undeniable, and her harp playing added such a magical, romantic atmosphere to our wedding. We heard so many lovely comments from our guests, many saying the harp was their favorite part of the entire day. One parent even shared that her music soothed their 8-month-old baby during the ceremony, which speaks to how calming and beautiful it was.
Our ceremony included several traditional elements like a candle ceremony and marriage license signing, and Christine graciously offered to play a little longer to ensure there was continuous music throughout. She went above and beyond for us, and we’re so incredibly grateful.
It was truly an honor to have Christine as part of our wedding. She is not only amazingly talented, but also one of the sweetest people we've met. If you’re looking to add something truly special and elegant to your big day, Christine is the harpist you want.

Enchanting Music - Thank you Christine!!
I first saw Christine performing at my friend's Star Wars wedding a few years ago, I'd never seen a harpist play at a wedding before and I knew I had to pick her for my ceremony music! Christine's performance at our wedding ceremony was mesmerizing. Her passion for the harp radiated through her performance, she made an enchanting atmosphere that totally captivated our guests. Her wide variety of harp music samples on her website helped us choose the perfect pieces for our special day! She can play music for us nerdy folk too, we had her play the Great Fairy Fountain from Legend of Zelda as one of our songs, as well as the Sailor Moon theme song! Super Talented and Sweet Harpist
We hired Christine to play the harp for our wedding ceremony and it was the best decision ever! We were so happy and overjoyed to have her be apart of our wedding day! We received so many compliments about her from our guests. Our venue has a waterfall at the ceremony site where I was concerned we would not be able to hear Christine, however, that was not the case. Christine provides an amplifier and I could hear her from the alter when she played for our unity ceremony. Christine went the extra mile by learning a new song we requested that was not in her playlist. I could go on, but hurry and book her before your date is gone. You will not regret it, I wish I done it for cocktail also is my only regret! Thank you Christine!

A Wonderful Harpist for your Ceremony!
A harpist makes such a beautiful addition to your special day. It is the sound of the angels from above. If you chose to have your even in the Mayan Courtyard and Chapel as we did, the atmosphere provided will far exceed your wildest expectations.
My husband and I were lucky enough to find Christine to play music for our ceremony and we could not have been more pleased. We chose to have music played softly in the background during our ceremony because there were so many songs within her repertoire that I absolutely loved. Christine was so easy to work with and provided helpful suggestions. I can say everything went off beautifully.
Christine even let my daughters play the harp which was such a wonderful experience for them.

I appreciated how she checked in every so often to make sure we were still on the same page on everything. As a huge fan of the Office, she created a mashup of Canon in D and the the Office theme song that was a huge hit with our guests! A Heavenly Ceremony With Christine's Music!
Christine played at my daughter's wedding on May 17th, 2021, at the Highland Manor in Apopka, Florida. The guests loved her music as they entered the venue, to be seated under this magical tree, with angelic-like music in the air. You will love Christine and her ability to play such a huge selection of songs is truly a gift from above! She is not only talented, but kind and loving, as I spoke to her many times prior to the ceremony, and she knew the venue and helped me with more than just music details. My daughter also worked with Christine on music choices, and Christine even shared with my daughter what the songs she chose would sound like. The music was played just perfectly, and when the officiant surprised us with a song to sing, she even played this during the ceremony as a last minute request. Christine is talented, professional and the absolute sweetest there is! Leading up to the wedding, she was so kind and incredibly organized. Her song selection is so impressive and her social media posts made us so excited to hear her talent in person! What is not to LOVE about Christine?!
Christine is not only friendly, down to earth, professional, and sweet; she's so incredibly talented! I swear there isn't a song she can't play. We listened to Christine at many bridal shows just because we love to hear her play. She learned quite a few songs by request for us, which was above and beyond in our opinion. The only thing I was upset about with booking Christine is that we couldn't listen to her play for cocktail hour because we were getting photos taken. If you are even remotely considering a harpist, Christine is your girl! You will NOT be disappointed.

Beautiful music. Made our wedding day extra special
We are so lucky to have had Christine play her beautiful harp on our wedding day, June 8th, 2019. She is so talented at what she does. Christine was such a pleasure to work with and made our big day even that more special. Guests commented on how lovely her music was for both the ceremony and during cocktail hour. Although I was not in the room when it occurred, several guests told me that just as Christine was ending her song for the bridal party to precede down the aisle, a loud clap of thunder happened as if right on cue (which everyone seemed to have loved). The Harpist that Harpists choose!
Okay...its been decades since I played the harp. But now that I have your attention....
Christine MacPhail has a unique ability to turn "harp music" into HARP MUSIC. We had a garden ceremony and we thought the setting would be lovely for a harpist. But we didn't want the usual, standard wedding fare. We love the music of John Williams, and also have an attachment to the music played in the movie at the France Pavilion at Epcot. Yes...really.
Not only did Christine respond quickly with the list of what she already knew with regard to John Williams...she was so specific about the Epcot music that she sent me a link to a wiki showing which music is played in which segments of the movie...and noting which pieces she already knew...and even making a correction on information regarding the composer of one part listed in the article. SHE. WAS. AMAZING.
Once the ceremony was over, one of the first people that walked up to me was my brother, telling me how everyone LOVED the prelude music so much. How often do you even NOTICE the prelude music?
Yes...she is amazing! Look no further...or...rather...listen no further. Call her today!

I am so glad we found Christine to play during our wedding ceremony. I also wanted music that reflected our personality. Christine's music fit that perfectly. We had her accompany our ceremony with movie themes including Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Star Wars. Our wedding party walked down to the Jurassic Park theme song and I walked down to All I Ask of You from The Phantom of the Opera. It was perfect. Christine played for our daughter's wedding and words cannot convey how magical it was. I listened to her recordings as my daughter and finance made choices for their ceremony. Nothing can compare to hearing her in person. As soon as I listened to the many samples of music on Christine's website, I knew that the harp was exactly what I envisioned for our wedding ceremony. She includes a vast library of samples of songs from the typical wedding march to the entirely unexpected, and she is more than happy to accommodate other songs that you may request even if they are not on her song list. Christine was a sweetheart from the moment we first spoke on the phone and she remained so throughout the wedding process. Her work speaks for itself and even our DJ spoke of her in the highest regard. On the day of the wedding, she arrived at the venue at the time she promised, in spite of not having even asked for a deposit beforehand. We hired Christine to play at our ceremony. We asked for non-traditional music for the ceremony basically via YouTube links (video game music) and Christine was able to play the songs we requested at our ceremony expertly. We also decided to add a violinist later in the planning process and she coordinated with the violinist without input on our part aside from booking and payment. Christine was the perfect touch for our ceremony. I wanted an elegant theme and the harp music was just right. She helped me to choose my music for walking down the aisle. My guests cannot stop talking about all the songs that she could play. She was very professional and easy to work with. When we had a last minute change to the song list she easily accommodated me with no problems. I highly recommend her!!!

Christine was hands down one of our favorite elements of our wedding! From the first time I emailed with her, all the way to post wedding followup - she was just amazing. Such a caring, loving, sweet, talented person - she truly made us feel like a King and Queen on our big day. Her music was absolutely beautiful... our guests are STILL talking about it (43 days later!). We couldn't have been happy with our choice to have Christine play her harp at our ceremony and cocktail hour - I'm trying to rack my brain to figure out how to 'need' her again so I can experience her talent once more! Punctual, kind and compromising are the rare traits that help make Christine the amazing woman she is <3

Christine is absolutely amazing! She played for both our reception and our cocktail hour and we got so, so many compliments from our guests, many of whom are musicians. I only wish (as the bride, and also a musician) that I had gotten to hear more of her playing myself! Several guests told me about a special moment in particular - they said when she did a flowy run of notes on the harp before transitioning into my processional music they got chills or started crying. Her music adds so much romance to a ceremony! She was also incredibly responsive to e-mails as well as flexible. A week before the wedding we found out that we would be unable to use our DJ for cocktail hour due to venue rules and wanted to have something for our guests. She happily agreed to play through cocktail hour and everyone loved it! She is such a sweet person and made sure to seek us out before leaving to give us a hug and congratulations. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Christine played at my Ceremony at Cypress Grove in April. I am from out of town (Kentucky), and she was so easy to work with long distance. She answered all questions I had leading up to the ceremony over email quickly and made the music selection process painless. She played beautifully, with our wedding being outdoors it was so peaceful and lovely, I only wish I had gotten to hear her play longer. She can play so many songs and even if you think they won't translate to a harp well, they actually do!
I would 100% recommend Christine to other brides. If you want to work with someone who is friendly, professional, and a beautiful musician, Christine McPhail is the way to go. She made my ceremony perfect!

Christine is a very special person! I had her as my harpist for my wedding. She played before, during and after the ceremony. She has lots of variety of songs to play. Not only is she a professional musician which is what I was searching for but the most that caught my attention from her was the way she treated me and my guests. Always happy, and friednly!! Christine is great and if you are looking for a harpist she is the right person to pick! Five start job :)

Christine was an absolutely stunning addition to our wedding ceremony. She played all of our favorite vintage songs, and she perfectly underscored different parts of our ceremony. During sensitive moments, it was brilliant having her play softly in the background. Being musicians ourselves, we were very impressed by Christine's talent and technique, but also by her emotional commitment to the music that she plays. Without her, our ceremony would not have been as touching. Thank you so much for what you brought to the wedding. It was unforgettable.

It is just not possible to explain how amazing Christine is as a harpist. She is able to play any song. Our guests mentioned how wonderful the music for our ceremony was to hear, and she played several special requests for us that had personal meaning. The music was beautiful and is was truly a pleasure to work with her.

Christine was the perfect addition to our wedding ceremony at the Grand Bohemian hotel in downtown Orlando. The ceremony was outdoors and the harp echoed beautifully. The guests absolutely loved it. Her entire process was easy, from beginning to end! She is responsive and reliable! I would recommend her for anybody!
