Company Christmas Party 2023
We just had our company Christmas party at the Hard Rock, and it was so amazing. We are a manufacturing company, so to get our team out and dressed up for the night was so nice. The food was so delicious, and portions were more than we expected and the venue was decorated beautifully. It was nice not have to do anything, Jessie and her team took care of it all. Thank you Tulsa Hard Rock!!!

Best Birthday party ever
This is about the 5th or 6th time I used the Hardrock to help me throw a party. It just keeps getting better. From Jessie that helps put it all together to Ashley working our bar and everyone in between this place is fantastic. We have decided that one a year we are going to throw a big party. It is very reasonable from a cost stand point. It is wonderful to show up, have a party and then leave. They do all the work. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I would not even consider using anyone else to help us throw a party, it is just too easy to use Jessie at the Hardrock.

Awesome experience with Hard Rock of Tulsa
The Hard Rock of Tulsa was amazing for our event. Very easy, convenient and reasonably priced. The decor was beautiful. Just tell them the colors you want for the table cloths, runners, and napikins and they will set it up with a mirrored candle centerpiece. The food was good and the service was great. The Hard Rock allows you to block rooms for a group price so that your guests can stay there. There is a pool, golf course, and many bars to choose from for pre- or post- gatherings. The contract and payments were handled electronically--so easy. I highly recommend!

Getting married, can be very overwhelming, especially when deciding on where to host your celebration…. Jessie at the Tulsa, OK HardRock Casino was an absolute jewel to work with!! She was extremely professional, prompt, patient, and extremely personable!! She never made me feel rushed and always went above and beyond to answer questions and to guide us through the process. After checking out multiple venues, the experience she provided definitely won my fiancé and I over and we are truly grateful for her care!!!

The service was incredible. Jessie did a great job of communicating. Though there were some small things that wasn’t set up in the alcove like discussed everyone still had an amazing time and I loved working there. There was some small misunderstandings with hotel staff but Jessie took care of it.

Amazing, Affordable, and Easy!!!! Jessie Brandt is the gal. So enjoyed our time with family, the pool time, and the party afterwards as well. The Hard Rock staff is so accommodating and made our life easy!
We used the Hard Rock for our 10 year class reunion. We can't say enough great things about the staff, the room set up and the overall experience. Jessie made our life very easy along the way and answered our many questions with no hesitation. On the day of, Junior and the rest of the banquet staff had the whole room set up exactly as planned and were so accommodating throughout the night . If you need an event space, Hard Rock is the way to go!

Jessie made everything so much better! Her and Rose were all hands on. Took the stress off most the decorations, and cleanup. Very costly effective and I would not have wanted it anywhere else. They have many rooms to choose from. Mine was on the 18th floor and had an outstanding view.

We just had a CENTURY 21 Awards Banquet at the Hard Rock Sky Room and it was absolutely FABULOUS! I plan and travel to a lot of events all over the United States, and Jessie Brandt (my Hard Rock contact) is top notch! Everything was professionally planned and ready for us when we arrived. The staff was also very professional and excellent to work with. Very ready to help in any way. The food was also excellent! Service was wonderful. Not one single complaint! Perfect , most magical night !!!
The first time I visited the Hard Rock Sky Room and met Jessie I fell in love with both. It was the most magiccal perfect night for our rection. Jessie is so very fun to work with. She loves her job and you can tell. She is funny, hard workinng, flexible and so kind. She made the panning fun and exciting and stressfree. There were many options to choose from as far as decorations and the look of the room. Jessie and her staff went out of their way to find rock n roll decorations and memorbilia to decorate the tables with. She saved me more than one time that night, she was so prepared, she had an extra back for my earring when it fell off while dancing.
Our guest enjoyed the beauty of the room, the ambience and the food immensely.
We would highly recommend Jessie and her team at the Hard Rock to host your event!!

Went Above and Beyond when COVID Forced a Cancellation
We were very excited to have our August wedding reception at the Hard Rock until COVID had other plans and forced us to relocate just about a month prior to our wedding day. Fortunately, Jessie, Stacy, and the rest of the Hard Rock team came through as superheroes and assisted us in every step with finding a new venue, including calling and visiting alternative venues with us, securing a price-match, and ensuring that our day was every bit as special as it would have been with them. Becca, their phenomenal baker, went above and beyond to still provide us a BEAUTIFUL wedding cake which she delivered to our new venue (something the Hard Rock does not normally do) because of the circumstances. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the customer service and friendliness from this establishment. Thank you for everything!! ❤️

My son and his now wife had their rehearsal dinner and wedding here and everything was outstanding. Staff was accessible and helpful. They don't charge a fee to rent the Sky Room where wedding and reception take place. They provide, free of charge, table cloths, runners, center pieces, tables, chairs, set up/clean up, and discount on block of rooms for guests. Food was great and cake was beautiful and very tasty.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the staff at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa. From the moment we initially met with Jessie and the event staff to discuss venue options to picking up decor after the reception, it was seamless. The Sky Room was an absolute dream, looking out over the skyline of the greater Tulsa area. I have received many compliments on how great the food was. Speaking of food, using their chef for our wedding cake was amazing! Chef Becca and her staff created the most beautiful and tasty cake I’ve ever had. And to top all of this off, the event was incredibly affordable for the high number of guests included on our special day. We are so thrilled with the entire experience and hope others choose the Hard Rock for their wedding!

Our reception at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa was amazing. The staff was wonderful from the beginning planning stages until the very end. We had a custom cake made from the on site chef which was amazing and the food we had catered was of great quality.
They supplied tables, chairs, décor, linens, etc. and I was able to choose my color scheme. The recommended DJ also did a phenomenal job. I can't think of anything that I would have changed.

Perfect venue for us
My husband and I met at work and our post-work routine was always to go next door to the casino and have a drink and play a little, so when we saw we could have our wedding at the Hard Rock we knew it was perfect for us.
We had it on the 18th floor in the sky room. I didn't have to do anything! They included the set up/clean up, all the linens, centerpieces, food, cake, bar services. We gave the head chef complete creative freedom on the cake and she went above any expectations I had for it. The food was SO GOOD! I only wish I was able to take a to go plate down to my room afterwards, but that wasn't their fault (silly food regulations).
Jessie was aaaaamazing to work with from start to finish. She answered all 30000 of my questions, usually the same day. She made everything feel totally seamless. Our day of person (I can't remember her name, sorry!) made the day run smoothly, always checking in if we needed anything. We also loved the perk of
If we ever need another big party, we will definitely be booking the Hard Rock again.

Greatest Venue in town!
The Hard Rock is simply the best choice when it comes to choosing a venue. Jessie Brandt is amazing at what she does and helps you the entire planning process. During the night of our event Michael and Allen were our coordinators and we honestly couldn't have had a better team. They are efficient, everything runs smoothly, and they truly know how to make an event go perfectly. We will be back!

What a breeze!
We hosted an event at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino this past weekend and it was WONDERFUL! The ballroom was gorgeous with beautiful place settings and linens. The food was absolutely delicious. And the waitstaff was quick, professional, and very accommodating. We received compliment after compliment that evening and the compliments are STILL coming in. It was absolutely perfect!

The BEST experience ever!
We just had our 20th high school reunion at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa. From initial contact to the evening of the event, it was an easy and fun experience. Everyone that attended our reunion loved it and had so much fun. The room was decorated beautifully just like we k we it would and the staff and everyone at the hotel was the best. We will definitely be back!

We just had our wedding at the hard rock hotel and casino and it was AMAZING! Everyone we worked with before the wedding was awesome and helped in anyway we needed or wanted. During the reception in the sky room, all of the staff was more than helpful and asking us if we needed anything and kept things stocked and organized. We truly did have a perfect night!

Fantastic!
We had my daughters wedding reception at the Sky Room and it was absolutely perfect!!!! Our wedding coordinator Jessie and the staff did an awesome job taking care of our large party (approx. 300 guests). I would definitely recommend this venue. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

the perfect day
We had a amazing time with the planning and day of our wedding. Thee price for the venue is great considering everything that comes in the package! The venue is beautiful with a beautiful view, the staff was absolutely amazing with helping set up and making sure our guest were well taken care of. We got so many compliments on the food! Jessie our wedding coordinator was very attentive and made sure every one of our needs were met to make our day special and stress free!! All in all we had a great time and would defiantly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place!

Great place to have wedding
I have been searching for the right place that will fit my budget to have our wedding. I came across hard rock casino and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to have my wedding at a casino but I set up apt with Jesse to look at place. I loved it. The sky room was perfect, plenty of space plus they set up and clean up and provide the tables, chairs, decorations, glassware everything. When I looked everywhere else they charge extra for that stuff. Jesse was very helpful and professional. She let me know what all is included and what’s extra. She Also let us rent out another room to have the ceremony. She said we can have ceremony in sky room but I want it in different room. We also get a suite for free too. My wedding is not until July 2020 but I have booked with hard rock and can’t wait to have my special day there!!!

Easiest experience!
Jessie made everything so easy for us. Her and her staff were incredible and very knowledgeable. I didn't worry about any logistics on my wedding day because I knew they had everything handled. I wouldn't have made it through the day without them. I would choose the Hard Rock again in a heart beat!

Outstanding Venue - Very Satisfied!
Everything was perfect! And their staff KNOWS weddings. They had 4 wedding or receptions (or both) the weekend we had ours.
I arrived at 9 a.m. and the tables were all set up, with our colors and the room was ready for our vendors (flowers, DJ, cake, etc) to move in. This despite the fact that they had another wedding in the same room the night before.
As the father of the bride, my job was to make sure that everything ran smooth and the bride, brides mother and grooms mother were happy with everything. Without exception, the staff was able to handle all the little things we forgot or didn't anticipate - and usually within a few minutes. Things like serving trays and bowls, etc. they handled quickly and without any hassles. Jessie and the whole staff made my job easy!
The Skyroom is one of Tulsa's best venues for groups up to 175. We had the wedding, dinner and the reception there. Everything was smooth and done on time! And the prices are very reasonable.

The perfect Wedding
My wedding was perfect I couldn’t have asked for better! Jessie was amazing she always had recommendations for things they didn’t provide! She was so fast to respond with questions almost always the same day!

WOW is all I can say!! The Hard Rock was everything and more. They did an amazing job on making sure everything was perfect and everything was taken care of. I can't stress to you how much of a control freak I was with planning my wedding and making sure everything was perfect and the Hard Rock took over and I got to completely relax and enjoy my day. The food was AMAZING the staff was AMAZING and the environment was AMAZING! I couldn't have asked more a more beautiful reception!!!!

Loved every moment working with Jessie! She answered my 1,500 questions that i asked throughout the year working with her, she made sure to schedule as many meetings as i needed to ensure that i felt comfortable with the day. The wedding day itself went perfectly smoothed. Everything was timed to my expectations. My husband and his groomsmen got to golf while my bridesmaids and myself got pampered and ready throughout the day! Our wedding ceremony was timed perfectly and the staff put together all the table and chairs in a timely manner so that the bridesmaids could come up and decorate in the morning. The reception went perfectly! I would recommend them to anyone!

The Hard Rock had everything you needed in a venue all in one place! We did our ceremony and reception in the Sky Room, and stayed the night there. The banquet staff was beyond accommodating and helpful the entire day. Every hiccup we had come across they had covered. Whether we forgot something or it just didn't look right they had a quick solution and made sure the entire process was stress free. The catering and wedding cake were beyond amazing as well as the bar staff. The Sky Room was sooo beautiful as the sun setting. Unlike other venues this one had everything you needed available to you including a room to stay in after all the fun. Definitively recommend!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Hard Rock Casino in Catoosa,Ok. The Sky Room on the 18th floor is absolutely beautiful and scenic. The food was absolutely delicious and our wedding and grooms cakes were off the chart! The wait staff and our event coordinator took care of all of our needs and we were beyond satisfied. I would 1000% recommend planning an event at the Hard Rock Casino!

Jessie was amazing on handling my reception. I could not have done it with her. My husband and I were glad we have chose Hard Rock as our venue. We gotten the 18th floor and we fell in love. Plus, our guest had fun and enjoy the food. I would highly recommend any of my friends who need a venue and I would definitely recommend Jessie. She is just the sweetest, and an amazing human being a bride could ask for. Also, we were on a budget and everything was affordable and worth every penny.

Where do I even start... everything about this venue is off the charts! Jessie, junior and all the wait staff pay very close attention to detail to ensure you aren’t a bridezilla and that nothing goes wrong! Not only is the venue worth every penny, it’s not as many pennies as other venues out there. They supply linens, plates, silverware, seating and tables, plus decorations if you need!! Literally best venue you could book, so go. GO BOOK THIS VENUE FOR YOUR SPECIAL EVENT!

We had almost 400 people at our wedding. We were expecting to have difficulties and problems with our venue when we have that many people but I can't say anything bad about hard rock. Jessie Brandt made our reception flawless and easy! Not only was it a beautiful location but she respected everyone of our wishes and made sure we were listened to. We planned this wedding long distance and anytime I came into town, Jessie met up with me and reassured me that everything would go perfectly. She was extremely professional and made sure she was available to talk at anytime.
The food was just as incredible. We had a dual plate that had salmon and chicken. The chef we had made sure that every plate was beautiful and delicious. From the salmon to the chicken to the asparagus we got compliments.
For dessert we had tiramisu, cheesecake, and our wedding cake. All of it tasted so wonderful and was also absolutely beautiful!!! The pastry chef really outdid herself.
Last but not least, as our guests enjoyed the night and we wrapped things up, the hotel and the employees took care of us, even escorting us from our groomsmen and bridesmaids suites to our honeymoon suite, making sure we didn't have to worry or stress over where our things were. I can't say anything bad about hard rock because they are the reason why our reception and our wedding was perfect in every way!!!

Hard Rock & Cherokee Hills have been amazing to our agency, year after year. The service improves each time. We cannot sing the praises of Jessie loudly enough. We have worked with Jessie the past two years on this event and she is delightful. Moe helped with our banquet and he was very kind and accommodating. The food was, as always, incredible. Our emcee, Chris Lincoln, talked about how much better the food is at our golf tournament than any others he emcees, because Hard Rock knows how to feed people!! Brian Montgomery is always great to work with, as well. Ability Resources loves you all! Thanks for another fantastic event. We hope to see you again in 2019.

We had our ceremony in our reception at the Hard Rock Casino this past Saturday April 7th 2018 we use the banquet room the Sequoia 5 and 6 to be exact. Jessie Brandt was just absolutely fabulous she was there from the very beginning to offer her expertise her suggestions she was very receptive to our request. I know I sent her numerous emails and text messages I called her numerous times and she was just so patient with us and very understanding and she worked hard to make sure that this wedding would be the wedding of our dreams and I I will tell you that my husband and I are very satisfied and I would recommend that you all use Hardrock Casino and let Jessie and her team work with you because you will not be disappointed. They really take the worry and the stress off of you and you just give them your ideas and they will build you the most magical moment of your life I'm very happy I would recommend all of my friends utilize this venue . Not only was Jesse great the team that worked with her was absolutely fantastic Chef Rebecca delivered beautiful cakes for me and my husband the food was on point right before the wedding Jesse was down helping and doing whatever she could just to ensure that everything flowed very well and it did. I could not have asked for a better vendor for my reception. I could of had my wedding here as well but chose a small chapel instead. The price, expensive. However, they are willing to negotiate. I also put all the numbers on a spreadsheet to compare prices of other places. After everything is added together they come out the same as if you were to rent everything from an outdoor vendor and catering then pay for set up and tear down. The wonderful thing about the Hard Rock is they do everything for you. They take care of set up and tear down, catering, tasting, service staff, they have a bar and bar staff available.
I Had my reception in the Sky Room. I highly recommend this room. The room is gorgeous, their other conference rooms are pretty but I prefer the sky room. Jessie Brandt was the wedding coordinator. She was fantastic to work with. She answers emails, texts, and phone calls within a 24 hour period or 72 hour period on the weekends. She may answer right away. She always has an answer or she knows who to ask to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They work with you and have great customer service.
Seriously the BEST. You won't regret your decision. Oh, and they give you a room on your wedding night.
A few things I had done that they worked around. I live in a different state and they were willing to work around my schedule so I could meet with them when I was in town. They provided transportation to and from the wedding for a reasonable fee. They were always professional. I also held the wedding shower at the Hard Rock and they were great then too. Some of the food I had special requests and they were willing to accommodate, no problem or up-charge.
We also catered at the Hard Rock, Wedding Cake, Dinner, and Grooms cake. Everything was fantastic, the cake was beautiful, the food was hot and delicious, and the chef and baker are professional with a great work ethic, and amazing product.

My husband and myself had a wonderful experience with Jessie and all the staff at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa! They were fast, friendly and extremely accomadating. We would recommend using them to anyone. The sky room was a beautiful venue and make for gorgeous ceremony and reception views. The bar staff was fast and not a single complaint from the guests. The BBQ was so great and plenty of food for my guests.

We chose the Skyroom at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for our wedding reception. The views were beautiful and the room was big enough to accommodate many guest. The planning process was very simple and we did not have to do very much on our own which made the day very relaxing. We had 4 different employees attending to us before the event to make sure everything looked perfect and to help with the few changes. There is also a lot for you and your guest to enjoy throughout the hotel and casino, many bars, restaurants, spa, pool, etc. All in all great service and great venue.

I have to honestly say it was amazing! A few things happened along the way but Jessie and the hardrock team made sure the issue was fixed immediately. I did have to get dressed out in the hallway because our ac stopped working in the room I was getting ready in and the check in was a bit crazy and they lost my reservation and even said I was a no show bride but everyone was so so sweet and handled things with smile on their face and made sure I was calm as could be. They even went above and beyond and ended up putting my husband and I on the 17th floor in one of the VIP suites. We couldn’t stop saying thank you and the AC definitely worked in there!! It was so cool literally and couldn’t of asked for anything better! I chose the right place. The ceremony and reception went awesome in the SKY room and the view was amazing even with a little bit of a storm going on outside! The food was amazing! We chose the country buffet and everyone loved it! The staff that helped was absolutely amazing as well!!! I prob would of asked for a bartender that worked a little faster and smiled but he was very nice! Definitely check out the sky room because it Rocked!!!!

I don't know where to begin but from the time we contacted Jessie 9 months ago to the day before our wedding, she is the best to work with. I know I called her over 30 times and every time she was the same (lots of patience , caring, easy to work with) I always felt her smiling through the phone lines. The venue is beautiful, the staff the day of the wedding was awesome and the food was DELICIOUS. Everyone I encountered throughout our planning at HardRock is awesome. Could not have asked for a better experience than what we received at the Hard Rock! The staff was beyond accommodating and helpful with every aspect of planning and executing our perfect wedding. Jessie was with us every step of the way and left no detail unplanned. She was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process and kept our minds at ease. The best part of it all, is that it seemed as if we didn't have to lift a finger in preparation for our big day. We picked our colors and decoration styles and everything was set up for us and taken down after! Once the reception was over we were all free to hit the casino floor and party! Highly recommend the Hard Rock for your wedding experience, you won't be disappointed!

My groom and I had the absolute best time! The Event Planner took a lot of weight off of my shoulders! Everyone we encountered was professional and more than happy to help us! HardRock is the place to go to have a fun wedding! HardRock took care of the setting up and take down of all of the décor and were very helpful and flexible to my needs. The price of the venue, for the quality you will not find anywhere else. My wedding was beyond perfect here thanks to HardRock staff and especially thanks to Jess Brandt who went above and beyond assisting me. I will suggest HardRock to everyone I know that is looking for a venue to get married. It was also nice to have the ceremony and reception in the same place.

We had an amazing experience with Hard Rock they far exceeded our expectations. All of our friends and family are still talking about how great the service was at our reception and how great the food was and how beautiful the space was. I would absolutely recommend anyone to get married there. It was very cost-effective and we got more than our money's worth. They take care of everything I was able to enjoy my wedding and reception and not worry about anything. They had plenty of Staff helping with food and at the bar. And they cleaned up promptly I didn't have to do anything.

I never knew that planning a wedding could be anything other than stress, but hardrock took care of everything! Jessie took care of every last need and was very prompt at returning any email or phone call. The view from the skyroom on the 18th floor was absolutely amazing. Not only was the service spectacular, but the ambiance was so elegant yet budget friendly. We have received nothing but compliments on being the best wedding people have attended. The Hard Rock Hotel is the place to go for when you want a stress free place to help you handle a lot of the details of your wedding. The 18th Floor Skyroom is beautiful. Jessie, our organizer and rep for Hard Rock, was fantastic and was always willing to help us with our dream wedding. With them, our celebrants said "This is the most fun wedding ever." and "This was perfect, I want my wedding to be like this." Our dream of the ceremony and the reception would not have been as easy had we not worked with them.
I do have to add, that while certain things sound expensive, it's because they cover the details. We wanted a balance of inexpensive, without too much hassle. It was our wedding day. The only other way to have gotten the same thing somewhere else would have been to use a lot of 3rd party groups. Jessie at Hard Rock made sure that we didn't need to do that. They had everything. We told her our theme, picked out colors, even gave some "impossible dream ideas", and helped us build a package that was perfect for us. She even attempted the impossible, and in a couple of cases, made it happen.
Every time I had a question, the Hard Rock answered promptly. Being out of state, we only got to swing by Tulsa to look at places a few times, and the Hard Rock definitely represented themselves like they cared about us and wanted our business. Their responsiveness and care is what put them in our top 2, the value and their flexibility is what made them our number 1 pick for our wedding (or any big event we do in the future).

Hard rock was awesome during our wedding process! I asked a TON of questions and they very patiently answered every one of them. I scheduled several meeting to look at linens and the space, and they accommodated us without question. Our reception wasn't until late in the evening, but they had it "open" for us all day for all our different vendors to come and set up. The night was perfect! The space is absolutely beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We set a soft limit for the bar and they made sure to keep my mom posted on where the tab was. They also helped us reserve several rooms in advance for our family, as well as set up a block of rooms for our guests. They even helped us coordinate a bridal luncheon the day of our wedding. Couldn't have asked for a better reception!

We reserved two of the suites for our wedding reception. The coordinator was wonderful and easy to work with. They were very accommodating to our requests and really did everything necessary to ensure our event was great. The food we ordered was amazing and went so fast we should have ordered more (the prime rib carving table was the favorite by far). The bartender was great and followed directions.

We absolutely loved the Hard Rock! We got married in Vegas in April, and we held our reception/party in the Sky Room for family and friends in August. This was the perfect location for us. They provide pretty much everything including, tables, chairs, centerpieces, linens, glassware, plates, etc. We literally only brought a few personalized items. The price can't be beat either. AND they set up/tear down, including linens and all decor. Jessie will tell you they don't nickel and dime because they make all their money on the casino floor. We also got a free night in a suite for booking with them, and the suite was fantastic. Jessie is great, but she is a busy woman, and it can sometimes take her a day or so to respond to emails, but she will make sure and respond! Plus, she welcomes phone calls for a faster response! She was also great on the day of the reception helping coordinate everything! We got lots of compliments on the food, although we didn't get to eat any, lol. The cake was delicious though and you can't beat the price! Overall we are so happy we chose the Hard Rock and we will definitely recommend to friends for future weddings, and we are already planning to go back for a weekend just for fun!

We have had numerous Christmas parties at Hard Rock and most recently had an 80th B-day Party. We used the Sky Room Suite and it fit all 150 very comfortably. Jessie was great to work with and plan everything down to the lighting! The food, staff, and decorations were all great. We will definitely be planning our next event here.

Hard Rock Hotel
Jessie and the Hard Rock staff was absolutely amazing! Was constantly reassured about the big day going well and all of the staff was very accommodating from the bell service and housekeeping to the banquet staff and management. I could not have asked for a better wedding venue. Planning my daughter’s quinceanera there now too!

Pruitt-Johnson wedding
We had a short time period to plan a wedding and with the help of Jessie and Team at the Hard Rock they made this possible. It was very beautiful, easy, and everything was taken care of.

Overall a great space and team to work with. Would definitely use again and recommend. Sky Ballroom is a beautiful venue. Professional team! Food is fantastic as well. Bar prices weren't bad but I know are cheaper in the actual bars downstairs. Would recommend hiring extra bar tenders from the suggested amount of the hard rock if your group plans on drinking. Never fun to wait in lines. The banquet crew was top notch. Really some of the best I've seen. Well worth it.

The sales and catering staff were very accommodating and professional. I would highly recommend working this staff. Everything was set up and ready to go for our event.

Wedding hotel stay
We had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and staff was great! Our wedding party had an amazing experience and machines paid out!! We won!!

Loved our wedding at the HardRock!
We just got married at the Hard Rock and it was the best night ever! Jessie did a phenomenal job helping and answering any and all questions we had. The Hard Rock staff was awesome, the only complaint we received was about the bartending staff. All our guests raved about how delicious the food and cake was, and I have to agree. We did the panhandle buffet and it had a great variety of options.
Pros: having both ceremony and reception in same building. Customer service. Food and cake was delicious. Set up staff was incredibly helpful. Valet was super convenient. And our suite the night of was so lovely!
Cons: The main complaint we received from several of our guests was on the bartending staff being inexperienced which led to longer lines because of lack of speed and unfriendliness from the bar staff.

When I first got engaged my first thought was where can I get married where the food, accommodations, CAKE, and everything you need to make a wedding happen are all in one location? That's when I decided on the Hard Rock.
My bridesmaids and I stayed at the Hard Rock in a suite the night before the wedding. When we arrived with all of our wedding decorations, dress, bags, etc., we were pleasantly surprised when we had 3 different bellmen immediately jump into action and helped us unload, stayed with our stuff while we checked in, and also helped us get it upstairs and unloaded. The next morning we started setting up at 8am and there were staff members walking in and out asking if we needed any help which was great! The one thing i was nervous about was getting my husband and i's hotel room (that BONUS you get for free when you book with them!) because hotel policy is that you cannot check in until 4. I called down that morning and told them that i was getting married at the hotel later that evening, they told me to call back at 12:30, and our room was ready to check into at 1pm which was fantastic!! Not to mention the room was GORGEOUS it was honestly one of the nicest rooms i have ever stayed in! The ceremony and reception went off without any issues. When we entered the ceremony, the food was put out timely, the cakes were out and looked gorgeous, and the buffet was ready to go! At the end of the night we didn't have to worry about having to tear anything down or load anything up! The next morning everything was packed into boxes and set out for my mom and stepdad to pick up!
LOVED my wedding and my experience at the Hard Rock!

The head even coordinator changed halfway through our wedding planning process so it started off a little confusing. However, the new coordinator was great and had we started off with her things would have been a perfect 5/5! They were very accommodating to the vision we had for our wedding and the result was beyond our expectations!

This is a beautiful venue and the food was delicious! The room, however, was pretty warm and we requested to have the air turned town on several occasions to no avail. We used their pastry chef for our wedding and although the taste was fabulous, the cake just didn't turn out (the 2nd to bottom tier was larger than the bottom tier- looked very funny). We made a couple of room reservations that were supposed to be billed to our master bill, but never were. I've made the issues known and I'm sure these are very little things that can be easily fixed with the next wedding. I had so many compliments on how elegant and amazing the space was - so do give it a try. Just make sure all your T's are crossed and all your I's are dotted before you walk down the isle. :)

Thank you so much for your comments as they have been addressed with management. I am so sorry the room was too warm. Please know, I personally called maintenance twice and had them lower the temperature. Our pastry chef sends her apologies and we are discounting your cake by $300.00. She said the requested design on the 2nd layer required more icing which made it look larger. Your top cake is in the Sky Room refrigerator but we are happy to make you a fresh top layer cake. I will make arrangements with you to determine a good time to pick it up. The front desk cannot put charges on the master account without authorization from our office so I’m so sorry for this mix up! This keeps anyone from adding charges to your bill and I was not notified. Please, please accept our apologies! I am so glad everyone loved the food and bartender. I truly enjoyed working with you and I wish you much happiness in the years to come!

We used the Sky Room for our wedding, and the room and views were beautiful! All of our guests were really impressed with the food. My only complaint is that we were told we would be able to use the room as long as we wanted that night, but because the bar could only be open for 5 hours, when they closed the bar they kicked us out. It seemed like they were really anxious for us to leave so they could break down the room and leave. We had already prepaid our DJ until midnight, but the staff told them the wedding was over and to pack up at 10:30pm so we lost some money there.
