The BEST Videography Team EVER!

We knew right away that Happy Tears was the perfect videography team for us after seeing how they worked at a friend’s wedding. Their energy, professionalism, and ability to capture every special moment stood out immediately, and choosing them for our big day was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, John was absolutely incredible throughout the planning process. He was so patient with me, especially with how meticulous I was about my wedding timeline and he never once made me feel like I was asking too much. His communication was always prompt, reassuring, and filled with enthusiasm. From the moment we started working together, John’s positivity and confidence made me feel at ease, and I knew everything would be perfect in his hands. On the day of our wedding, we had the pleasure of working with Jim, and he truly went above and beyond our expectations. Jim was not only professional and talented, but also a total joy to be around. He had this amazing ability to keep the energy up while keeping everyone calm and comfortable in front of the camera. When I started to feel nervous, he knew exactly how to calm me down; when the dance floor needed a little boost, he was right there hyping everyone up and finding fun ways to get guests involved. My guests are still talking about how fantastic Jim was… his energy was contagious and he genuinely became part of the celebration. It’s rare to find someone who can balance fun, professionalism, and creativity so seamlessly, but Jim did it effortlessly. We are beyond grateful for the Happy Tears team and cannot wait to see our final footage. After receiving our wedding video tonight and WOW… we are absolutely speechless! The way John incorporated my Abuelo serenading me in the background was the ultimate gift. All The Happy Tears

From the first phone call with John we were set on using Happy Tears. He was so easy to work with and truly showed that he cared about each and every one of his customers as if we were the only people on the planet. He was so quick to respond and easy to talk to. Rob, the day of videographer, I cannot speak highly enough of. He was so calming for us, two people who are not comfortable in front of the camera. He had so many amazing ideas for photo shots and poses and movements. We got our video less than two weeks after the wedding and it is stunning.

amazing work

Belle (specifically) 10/10 The owner John Rink is incredibly easy to work with and has the exact same mindset as me, which made planning the details even smoother. Belle, our videographer, was the perfect addition to our wedding day and blended in seamlessly with our guests. She captured everything beautifully and stayed in constant communication, remaining flexible when I wanted to change things in the middle of our night. She was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience stress-free. I couldn't have asked for a better videographer to document our special day. The couldn’t be a more fitting name for a company. I have such happy tears when I watch our video back.

Best Video Ever

Happy Tears
We hired Happy Tears to be our Videographer .
Truthfully I really don't remember seeing them at the wedding . Its like they just blended in to the crowd.
Looking at the video they were definitely there and everywhere . How they were able to catch so many candid shots
I will never know . The video just blew us away . From the overhead drone footage of the venue to capturing all
of our guests having the time of their life. They stitched the entire event seamlessly . We love the way the video came out so much .
We decided to put the video on our main TV as a loop when the TV is idle . We have so many great comments on the video but the guests that were
actually at the wedding are the ones who were wowed the most . They all want to know who the videographer is.
Happy Tears didn't miss a thing . So happy we hired them . Thank you John & Jeff your professionalism and talent are 1st class all the way.

Best Wedding Videography Team!

We used Happy Tears Productions for our wedding this past November, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. We received two different style videos, and both are absolutely incredible. We constantly get compliments on how amazing they are, and they perfectly captured the emotion, fun, love, and magic of our day.

From the very beginning, the owner John was so kind, professional, and easy to work with. We met with him early on, explained our vision, and he gave us such thoughtful and creative ideas that made everything even better than we imagined. He stayed in touch with us throughout the entire planning process, which made us feel so confident and taken care of leading up to the wedding. John even recommended our photographer, who was also amazing!

On the wedding day itself, our videographer Robert was absolutely amazing. He was professional, friendly, and fit in so seamlessly that everyone at our wedding loved him. My guests were literally saying they didn’t want him to leave! He made us feel comfortable and captured everything so naturally.

If my husband and I could go back and relive our wedding day, we honestly would do it just to work with John and Rob again. I couldn’t recommend Happy Tears Productions enough. They gave us memories we’ll cherish forever, and we are beyond grateful.

Happy Tears Productions is the best wedding videographer in the game! Run to book them - you will not regret it. John and the entire Happy Tears team are such a kind and amazing team. They brought the energy all day on our wedding day

The delivery of the highlight reel and extended documentary videos were extremely quick. The quality of the videos were exceptional, and it really helped us relive our wedding day all over again. We were so happy with our video and cannot wait to continue to watch it for years to come!

I also want to give a special shoutout to Rose. Not only did Rose video our entire wedding day (which was almost a 12 hour day) but she also assisted in bustling my wedding dress, which was a huge help.

Amazing company to work with!

Happy Tears is an amazing company to work with! When we had our phone consultation, John really prioritized getting to know us and hearing our visions for the day. He was responsive throughout the planning process. We had Jim shoot our wedding and he really was the life of the party. He got the crowd excited and captured the best parts of the night! We had our video back about 3 weeks after the wedding, and it was incredible to watch & get to relive our wedding day. We are so happy we picked Happy Tears!

The HappyTears team is amazing!

We had the best experience working with John from HappyTears Productions! From the moment we booked with him, John was so kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. In the months leading up to the wedding, John hopped on a few calls with us to share helpful tips and advice that really made a difference when it came to capturing great video moments.
On the wedding day, Jim and Belle were absolutely amazing. They were so easy to be around and made everyone feel comfortable. So many of our guests even commented on how seamlessly they blended in throughout the day and night, you’d hardly notice they were filming, yet they captured everything beautifully.
John edited and delivered both our highlight film and full documentary-style video so quickly, and they turned out incredible! John the owner, is absolutely fabulous! He is super responsive, funny and super personable. Any questions I had were answered super quickly. His videographers are also super talented and nice. We had Rose and Zach and they ensured all the details we wanted recorded were ensure captured. We received a ten minute highlight reel that was absolutely fabulous. All the feedback we received on the videos made everyone cry including myself and my husband. John for sure lives up to the name of the company happy tears. I want to express that Happy Tears Videography was professional all around. They were truly committed to making our day feel special. John who we had the most contact with was so pleasant to work with and he made us feel so excited and less stressed along the way! Our actual videographer Jim was phenomenal!! Hire Happy Tears, You Won't Regret It!

My husband and I are so happy with how our wedding video from Happy Tears turned out and that we will have it to look back on for years to come. John was amazing from the beginning. He is kind and caring, and really takes the time to get to know his clients and help them in anyway he can. Our videographer, Jeff, was also amazing. Our video has such good quality and is just stunning. We also got it back only a week after our wedding, which we thought was pretty incredible. We absolutely recommend Happy Tears Productions to anyone that is looking for a videographer, and if you're undecided if you want to have a videographer for your wedding, do it. It is 100% worth it.

The best memories on video!

We would highly recommend Happy Tears Productions to anyone looking for a wedding videographer! John was always extremely professional in every regard as well as his staff who captured our wedding day. John made it easy when choosing things such as packages and worked with our price point! He is kind, funny and passionate about his work and it shows. The quality of our videos speak for themselves and they are beautiful keepsakes. Videos were also received promptly after our wedding day. His team is skilled in what they do and came prepared to make sure that our day ran smoothly. John edited our footage to be seamless while highlighting the emotional and happiest moments to make you want to literally shed a tear every single time. I was wrong

I want to start this review by saying I was wrong. When my (now wife) and I discussed having a videographer at first I said we probably don’t need that. Are we actually going to watch the videos? Won’t this just be a waste of money? Well I was very very wrong. Not only did John Rink create an incredible video, but our videographer Jim ended up being one of the best additions to our wedding day. Jim didn’t just take incredible footage both with his camera and his drone, he also became our personal hype man and rallied our bridal party and guests, creating an unforgettable experience. I can guarantee if you decide to go with Happy Tears you will not regret your decision. I am so grateful I allowed myself to be convinced by my wife to hire the videography team at Happy Tears. I truly can’t imagine how this day would have gone without them, and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Exceeded ALL expectations!

When I first brought up the idea of having a videographer for our wedding, my fiancé was not convinced. We're a young couple trying to save wherever we can! Still, I decided to book a phone call with John, just to get an idea of what to expect. From that first conversation, we knew we had to book with him! John was incredibly understanding, never pushy, and answered all of our questions. He’s truly one of the nicest people we’ve ever met!
We were also blown away by the turnaround time for our wedding video. Our wedding was on July 3rd, 2025, and we already had the video by July 15th!
Now on to Jim, our amazing videographer!!! He was absolutely the best person to have by our side on such a special day. He made us feel so comfortable, gave us tons of compliments :), and brought such a fun, positive energy to both us and our guests. I honestly believe he’s a big reason why everyone had such a great time!
The video itself completely surpassed our expectations. We’ve already watched it more times than we can count! If you’re unsure about hiring a videographer, DO IT!!! Just make sure you book with Happy Tears!!! You will not regret it!!!

John is so sincere and down to Earth. He kept in contact with us in the months leading up to the wedding and is always very transparent about what we should expect! Not to mention, the way he crafted our wedding video was nothing short of cinematic perfection. Every shot, every transition, every moment was woven together with so much heart and intention—it felt like reliving our day, only even more magical. We laughed, we cried (happy tears, of course), and we were truly speechless when we saw the final product. As if that weren’t enough, the turnaround time was unbeatable!

Now let’s talk about Jim - our cinematographer and unofficial hype man! From the second he arrived, he brought the energy and had us smiling & laughing. His ability to make everyone feel comfortable and confident was a huge part of why our footage looks so natural and joyful. Jim wasn’t just filming—he was cheering us on, helping get people on the dance floor, and genuinely celebrating alongside us. I even had multiple guests ask me if Jim was apart of the family!

A Joy to Work With and a Video We’ll Treasure Forever

We had an amazing experience with Happy Tears from start to finish. Communication throughout the process with John was excellent—super responsive and professional. On the day of, Jim brought the best energy: friendly, upbeat, and so much fun to be around. He made us and our guests feel totally at ease, which really shows in the footage.

The final video is so beautiful. It perfectly captures the joy, emotion, and excitement of the day. We would highly recommend Happy Tears to anyone looking for a talented and fun video team!

Absolutely amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about Happy Tears Production. John and his team are absolutely amazing to work with. John was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We had Jim as our camera man and he quickly became our hype man throughout the day capturing all the details. His exuberating energy on the dance floor had our guest loving him and everyone wanted to be in front of the camera with Jim hyping them up. John then got to quick work with our video as we anxiously awaited, and in an extremely timely manner was able to give us our highlight video, which was absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Jim was our videographer and he brought the energy from moment one!!! He was friendly fun and professional !!!!!!! Belle was our second shooter and she was lovely as well!!! Not enough to be said about John the owner. He was a pleasure to work with through the entire process. Friendly, quite possibly one of the nicest people i’ve ever met. Quality is phenomenal and turnaround time is astonishing!!!! couldn’t recommend anyone better for the job.

Happy Tears truly produced "happy tears" when watching our wedding video

Happy Tears was absolutely wonderful from start to finish of the entire wedding process! As a couple who were very unsure if video coverage was necessary for our special day, we could not be happier or more satisfied with what the team produced and delivered to us in remembering every special moment of the day. The professionalism and communication from the Happy Tears business was 10/10. We enjoyed speaking with John on a regular basis so he could really understand what we were looking for in our wedding coverage. The team that arrived on wedding day were ready to go with smiles on their faces. They were such a pleasure to have tag along throughout the whole day and night! The Best Decision

Absolutely perfect experience – couldn’t recommend more!

Working with John was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, he was quick, easy to communicate with, and incredibly friendly. He made the entire process feel so smooth and stress-free. His pricing was more than reasonable, and there were no surprises—he was upfront, transparent, and walked us through everything so we always knew exactly what to expect.

John is incredibly personable and genuine. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and wants to give them the best possible experience. I never once felt like “just another customer.” He was responsive, flexible, and so easy to work with every step of the way. I wouldn’t have gone with anyone else—he was the perfect choice.

On the day of the wedding, I had the pleasure of working with Rose, who was an absolute angel. The day was hectic and emotional, but she kept me calm, helped bustle my dress, and truly went above and beyond to support me. She was warm, professional, and just amazing to have by my side that day.

Then, the video… wow. We got it back so quickly and it was everything I hoped for. The quality was incredible, the editing was beautiful, and it captured every single moment I wanted. It was exactly what I asked for—and honestly, even better.

If you're thinking of booking with John, do it. You won’t regret it. He and his team are simply the best.

From the time be booked happy tears to even now, months later- it has been beyond our expectations! John is such an organized, humble and genuine person who helped us with everything! Happy tears is the best!

Happy Tears is who you want for your big day! Jim was so much fun! His good vibes made everyone laugh and smile all day. He captured so much n footage and bloopers I will always be able to look back on and remember. He did an amazing job. He got the bridal party involved by asking fun questions and having some silly moments. I got my wedding video back within the month! The communication John kept with me made the difference. I felt like we grew a relationship which I think helped him develop the best video for me. The turnaround was great. My videos were perfect it captured every special moment and more. My guests loved to watch it! The highlight video was light and fun! It brought me back to the day. Our extended version is a beautiful reminder of how my entire day went and captured all the small details I might have missed. Everything was spot on down to the background music. I am so happy I chose happy tears for my wedding day!

My husband and I got married back in June and had the pleasure of using happytearsproduction for our video. John was absolutely phenomenal. He made every meeting personable and made sure to keep everyone in the loop with constant updates.
Our videographer the day of our wedding was amazing! It was great, he actually knew my new sister and brother in law which just made the experience even greater! It was like he was a part of the family! He was extremely sweet and so creative with our family. Truly an amazing day!
We were extremely pleased and overjoyed with how our teaser video came out. It was truly what we asked for was made to represent us which we absolutely loved.

Amazing Experience

Happy Tears is an amazing company and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our completed wedding video. Dealing with the owner John Rink was a pleasure and our videographer Jim was amazing. From the start of the process, John walked us through each step and answered any/all questions along the way. John would regularly meet with us over the phone to ensure the process was smooth.
On the day of our wedding, Jim came with a positive attitude and high energy. Jim was easy to get along with, friendly and overall created a wonderful atmosphere. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking to book with Happy Tears.
The Happy Tears company gives a significant discount to Law Enforcement, Fire and Military personnel. Packages vary from 30%-50% for these groups. Being able to take advantage of this discount, Happy Tears was extremely affordable with a great final video product.
Happy Tears offers vintage style and documentary style editing. We chose to have documentary style editing as we wanted a longer wedding video. Our final video runs approximately 50 minutes. In addition to your final video, you also receive all of the raw footage from the wedding day. Overall, Happy Tears is a great company. You shouldn’t think twice about booking them for your wedding.

A GREAT choice for your videographer!

My husband and I were going and forth on whether or not to hire a videographer, but I am so glad we decided to after finding John with Happy Tears. John (the owner) is extremely charismatic, uplifting, and positive. He just makes you feel so excited with every communication. He offers amazing discounts and is therefore very affordable, which proves that he truly does this for the love of his craft and his love for love. John edits the videos, and after receiving ours, we were blown away! He captured moments I didn't even know happened, and had me crying "happy tears" while watching over and over again.

Now to our day of videographer - we were fortunate enough to have Joe and his son, Avery, with us on our wedding day, and I cannot say enough great things about them both! Joe has been in this business for over 20 years, so I knew we were in good hands, but he really proved us right! He was directive, detail oriented, creative, and professional. My husband and I barely knew they were there the whole day, which is so important to capture truly candid moments. We are forever grateful to John, Joe, and Avery for being a part of our wedding day and capturing moments that we will hold close forever.

Best decision ever!

Jim was our videographer & when I say Jim not only captured the party he created the party! Jim was the hype man of the century! Beyond polite & professional, while also partying with us. Jim made us feel so comfortable ! John the owner, was in contact before during and after my wedding always checking in! We appreciate all of the friendly reminders and encouragement from their company through the process. In just a few short weeks I received my wedding video and it was PERFECT! I could not recommend Happy Tears enough! We are so grateful we chose them as our vendor.

At first we were on the fence about if we should have a videographer on our wedding day, but we did, and it was the BEST decision we made! Happy Tears Production truly went above and beyond to make sure every meaningful moment was captured! They were not only professional, but also made us feel completely at ease, which allowed them to capture all the candid and emotional moments of our special day that we will cherish forever. Their ability to blend into the background, yet catch the most intimate and joyful moments was unbelievable. Happy Tears is a must book! John is extremely talented and thorough. He truly took the time to get to know us and everything we wanted for our special day to provide both an easy and unforgettable experience. Rose was our videographer, and she was absolutely incredible. We felt very comfortable all day. The highlight video captured all of our favorite parts of our wedding day. John is absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. He kept up with communication amazing and always kept us updated. He gave us back our wedding highlight video a week after our wedding! Jim was the videographer for the night and he was SOO fun he was out on the dance floor with all the guests getting the best footage. He was super involved and helped bring the fun!! For those that are healthcare workers, Happy Tears offers discounts which was greatly appreciated and he’s super lenient with payments- even allows final payment up to two weeks after the wedding! That was unique and super kind. Absolutely amazing.

Best videographer ever!

From our first contact with John from Happy Tears, we knew him & his crew would be the perfect addition to our special day! John was absolutely fabulous with communication and making sure our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. John was so personable and friendly throughout the entire process. Jim from Happy Tears was the shooter on our wedding day. He brought so much positive energy to the day, listened thoroughly to our wants, and got the BEST shots. Everyone from happy tears is extremely fun and pleasant to work with and would recommend to anyone in need of a wedding videographer! We cannot stop watching, crying, and laughing to the perfect video of our perfect day! The video is jaw dropping.

Amazing team - highly recommend!

We had our wedding last Saturday and where do we even start! We originally weren’t going to do a video because it was out of budget for us but at the last minute (I’m talking days before the wedding!!) it became a possibility. We reached out to John on a referral and are so grateful to him and his team!! He was so patient and kind with us even though we were basically presenting him with an unrealistic task. He was super understanding of our situation and spent night and day to make this a reality for us. He walked us in detail through all the packages and made sure we understood the differences but was not pushy about any upgrades. Joe was our videographer and he was amazing and super professional. He worked so well with our photographer and he made us feel so comfortable, we barely noticed him there. We HIGHLY recommend John and his team - he truly saved our day!!!

Jeff captured the most beautiful footage of our special day, preserving every moment with an artistic eye that brings our memories to life. John was amazing to work with, guiding us through the entire process and ensuring every detail matched our vision. He even made sure our dogs had their special moment in the video, which means the world to us. The final result is beyond beautiful—a perfect reflection of our day and who we are as a couple. Every time my husband and I watch it, we find ourselves tearing up with joy all over again! Made all our dreams come true!!

When we originally had first spoken with John from Happy Tears, something about that conversation just seemed so right! My husband and I immediately knew that we were in great hands and that our visions would all come to life in terms of our wedding videography. One thing that stood out to us was John's flexibility with payment and packages for teachers. That was extremely helpful to my husband and I and we are so grateful that we have used Happy Tears for our video services. On the wedding day, the Happy Tears team showed up early and were working diligently throughout the entire wedding day, which included our drone footage of the venue, getting ready, ceremony and reception. We received our video footage in a timely manner and it was such a lovely surprise to see the extensive lengths that the Happy Tears team went through to provide us with the most heartwarming and beautifully produced film to capture our dream day. We are so glad that we chose Happy Tears and working with John and Jim was such an easy process and now our wedding footage is our favorite thing to watch. Now we have these memories forever and we are so forever grateful for John, Jim and Happy Tears for making our dreams come true!

Hire The Videographer!

We decided to go with Happy Tears based off a recommendation, we are so glad we did. From beginning to end, John was informative and thorough. The day of our wedding we had 2 shooters, Belle & Jim who both did a great job at capturing the moments. Our teaser video followed by the wedding trailer were done so quickly, it was “happy tears” the moment we pressed play. The one thing I wanted the most for our wedding was a videographer to capture all of the moments I knew we would not be able to witness due to how busy the day would be. We were very satisfied with the work produced by John and his team; we now get to watch our video forever.

Couldn’t be happier with Happy Tears

We used Happy Tears for our wedding and I couldn’t have been happier! John was so friendly and was great at communicating everything. He was so helpful and detailed that it really put my mind at ease that we would get exactly what we want the day of our wedding. Rose was our videographer the day of and she was so nice and professional and really did amazing at capturing the day and making us feel comfortable. We got our video back pretty quickly and it was better than we could have imagined!

John and Joe are a gift to the wedding industry

I worked with John and Joe on my wedding and I truly can't recommend them enough. John is caring, kind, and truly someone who will do anything to make sure that his clients are happy. We chatted wedding things and beyond and all throughout the wedding planning process, John checked in on us. He started as a vendor but truly became a friend! He is an incredibly talented video editor and has such skill in what he does! Joe, our videographer, has a keen eye to catch moments! He can look around a room and capture all the right moments to make sure that watching this video will feel like reliving the day. I'll cherish this video forever! thank you, John & Joe.

Working with Happy Tears Production was one of the best decisions my husband & I ever made. They are incredible & such a fun company to work with. We met them a year ago when they shot a wedding we were in. Jim was the videographer at the time & he was awesome, to say the least. Once we saw the finished product of the wedding video, we knew we were hiring them to do ours as well when the time came. A few months later, we got engaged & wasted no time contacting Happy Tears Production. Since that day John, who is the owner of Happy Tears, has been incredible. He reaches out & checks in, he talks you through all of the packages, & he also includes the groom in almost every conversation. My wedding was on 04/13 & two days later, I got a 1.5 minute long teaser video & let me just tell you.. I already know that was some of the best money we spent. Jim, the videographer that just shot my wedding, is AMAZING. He is so friendly, full of great energy, & knows exactly what he’s doing. My family has used Happy Tears Production for multiple different occasions, I can’t say enough great things about the company & their team. Hire Happy Tears Production for all of your events, but especially your wedding & engagement, you WILL NOT regret it. Thank you again to John for being so wonderful & thoughtful. We had the absolute best experience with Happy Tears and would recommend them to everyone! John (owner) is wonderful to work with. The communication from start to end was amazing. He answered every question there was and was so patient the entire time. He even gave suggestions to us which was much appreciated for the day and gave us the best footage! They are also very flexible. We added and changed things about the day of our wedding very last minute and they had no problem accommodating us. On top of service being incredible, price was reasonable as well! We had Jim shoot the footage on the day of the wedding and there are not enough good things to say! He was a part of the party and it was such a joy to work with him. He made the entire day so fun and so easy and we felt so lucky. Overall, I would recommend 10/10 every day! An amazing company to work with. They really make you feel like family and not just a client.

Edmondson Wedding

John was super professional, organized, and quick to respond. We really wanted a long video so we could relive the whole ceremony, speeches, and dancing. John was the first company to offer more than a highlight reel! His discounts are so helpful and the quality of work is too notch. Jim was our videographer on the day of and we couldn't have asked for a better person. His energy was contagious and he made everyone feel at ease in front of the camera so it looked natural. My guests all loved Jim and even started a chant for him during the reception. We got our finished video back in less than 1 month after our wedding. I can't recommend Happy Tears more!

Set your expectations high and GET EXCITED. If your looking for a reliable, amazing videographer, YOUR SERCH IS OVER. Happy Tears Productions has the rockstar team you are looking for. They are absolutely AMAZING.
The first time I ever saw Happy Tears in action was at my best friends wedding. The team blends right in with the guests in the BEST way possible. You can really tell how much they enjoy the job that they do and ooh my goodness; they do it damn well. I knew officially that I wanted to have Happy Tears Productions after that day. They allowed ME (not even the bride) to have a second go at my best friends wedding because the video footage of her highlights brought it all back and allowed me to really relive that day. I think I watched it more than she did.
Anyway, the point is that HAPPY TEARS productions have completely exceeded my expectations.
I knew I wanted to work with them not only because my best friend used them, but I could see the work they did and how proud and happy they are when doing it.
If you didn't know by now that the owners name is John Rink, well, now you know. I'm so proud and so lucky to know someone who truly cares about his business and is completely involved. The process of planning and paying was made super easy. I have Johns contact number and any time I had a question, concern or just something I wanted to bring up, he was responsive and ready to talk; and trust me I had lots of questions and concerns. He makes time for his clients and he truly cares. It was a pleasure working with him and his team- specifically Jim (my second shooter) who was just so fun to work with as a bride- THANKS JIM. John is personable and professional on every level. He has become a friend through the process and it feels good to trust the vendors that you bring in for your special day or occasion.
When it was finally my time to really start planning my wedding I didn't hesitate before I called John Rink and said I was ready to book. Happy tears takes every opportunity they can to help you get the best deal for the money you are spending and I promise you it's well worth it.
Having a second shooter is key to capturing every moment from the best possible angles.
Only a couple weeks out AFTER our wedding day we received the most amazing teaser video. John was so quick with his return on services. I was PLEASANTLY stunned.
I couldn't believe the masterpiece he put together. THANK GOD we had John and Jim to capture the moments because although we weren't drinking too much we still didn't remember all parts of our wedding.
Happy tears has made a HUGE impact on our lives for our wedding day. Friends and family are able to look back on our special day and it truly warms my heart in the effort and time that was put into the footage that was taken and put together.
I truly have all good things to say about Happy Tears and the team that comes with it. They have allowed my husband and I to re-live our day over and over. I catch myself dancing, laughing, smiling, and crying those HAPPY TEARS every single time I watch my videos. I promise you won't regret booking with this company. It's worth the reasonable price and its worth the short wait period.

Soo many happy tears with Happy Tears!!

We had the best experience with Happy Tears. My husband and I immediately hit it off with John. He is so personable and really took the time to get to know us and our style. John is great at keeping in touch, answering questions, and sending reminders!! For our wedding day, we had Jim and his energy is UNMATCHED!!!! Jim knew how to hype the crowd up and he got incredible footage. We cannot thank Happy Tears enough for being a part of our special day but we will never stop recommending them to anyone looking for genuine people who provide amazing service!!

Amazing videographer!

We cannot say enough great things about happy tears! My husband actually found them from a friend who used the company because he loved their work so much. Our video was the most important to us, and from our first phone call, we knew that John and his team would be perfect for us. He took the time to listen to our needs and understand what we wanted with our video. We met multiple times and John listened to our thoughts and gave recommendations for which package we should go with. We were even offered a discount because I am a nurse, and happy tears is great with discounts for essential workers. On our wedding day, our videographers were incredible. They perfectly captured candid moments, the important moments, and everything in between. We had stationary cameras, moving cameras, and drones, and we are blown away by our video. One of our videographers, Rose, even told us to take a moment for ourselves before cocktail hour, and it made us take a moment for ourselves before the craziness of the night. Our videographers got our guests hype and got absolutely incredible footage. Lastly, one of the reasons we went with happy tears is because they create a coffee table book that actually plays our wedding video, which was something we really wanted. John made it happen for us and we are so grateful. John has been absolutely amazing, constantly checking in with us, before and after the wedding. We are so pleased with our footage and could not have asked for better.

My wedding was captured perfectly!

Happy Tears brought my video dreams to life! John is so professional and most importantly easy to talk to. He understood my vision and brought it to life!! If you are on the fence about using his drone footage in your package DO IT! It brought a cinema feel to our video that I am glad we added! Everyone told me I should get a videographer to capture our wedding moments and I am so glad we chose Happy Tears!!!

Incredible!!

My husband and I cannot thank Happy Tears Video enough for our beautiful video! I found happy tears video on Facebook in a bridal group after finding myself in a situation where i needed a new videographer. John the owner has been such an amazing person to work with! He always answered all my questions in a timely manner and even set up phone meetings to go over every detail leading up to the wedding. The day of we had Jeff and he was incredible. He worked perfectly with our photographers getting the perfect shots for our video. We received our final video just a day under from one month of the wedding and it was absolutely perfect! Not only did we have happy tears reliving the day but we also laughed and smiled. I cannot recommend John and his team enough!!

Highly Recommend!

Happy Tears was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process! From our first call with John, we knew we had made the right decision for videography. John was super informative, communicated regularly, and was just a pleasure to work with all around. I looked forward to our calls where we discussed everything wedding related and of course our love of dogs! 😊 What really stood out when picking this vendor, was discounts offered for veterans/active military/police officers/teachers etc. For someone who has a brother who is in law enforcement, it’s appreciated that the company recognizes their sacrifice. Jim was our videographer for the day of the wedding and let me tell you, he was a ton of fun! He’s a great guy who did a great job and we loved having him around for the day. Lots of guests commented on how great he was! I would highly recommend Happy Tears to anyone looking for an amazing wedding video. The best videographer!

Happy Tears was so fun to work with. The owner John was so wonderful and he also offered a generous discount since my husband is a first responder. Jim was our videographer and my guests are still talking about how fun he was. I felt like I was the main character in a romcom. His energy was contagious and he was dancing with us and directing us during songs to be the center of attention. Happy Tears exceeded my expectations more than I can believe. I cannot believe how beautiful and perfect our videos are. Thank you Happy Tears!!

I highly recommend Happy Tears!!

I highly recommend hiring Happy Tears as your videographer! John and Jim were absolutely amazing! To start, John will be your person of contact and he was always quick to answer and available to help if you had any planning questions (literally about anything—I asked him about uplighting and he actually got on the phone with me and was super helpful with his advice and listened to everything I had to say)! He also provides many different packages and works with you on budget which was super helpful for us. John also edited our video and it came about AMAZING! The editing was incredible and we got the video so quick! I was beyond impressed with his work! Second, we had Jim as our videographer and he was just as amazing! Let me tell you, everyone at the wedding loved Jim! He was hilarious and brought such a bright energy to the day/night! He legit got everyone up and dancing and got incredible footage throughout the night. When you hire Happy Tears, I highly recommend asking for Jim! So many happy tears

John was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. We weren’t too sure about hiring a videographer until we had spoken with John. John is great at clearly communicating all of the details and important dates. Towards our wedding day, we were informed that Rose would be our videographer. She came highly recommended and is often requested. Rose was AMAZING! She is so versatile in her skills. Not only is she a videographer, she is an officiant, has worked for David’s Bridal, and so much more! She was such an asset on our wedding for so much more than recording the video. So many special moments were documented and John really captured our love in our video. He made sure to include all of the important moments, meaningful words, and fun vibes that were shared that day. I am so beyond happy we were able to hire John and his team to capture the day and create our forever memory.

Video quality: The videos are very clear with both picture and audio
Professionalism: Both John and Rose were kind and professional in their communication through email, text, phone calls and in person
Pricing: John has curated an amazing pricing system for each package, bonus if you qualify for a discount! He is very reasonable and does his best to meet your needs while knowing the worth of his services.
Time: John is very on top of his work. We didn’t have many videos ahead of us, which we are VERY fortunate to have experienced. However, John often communicates updates and timelines.

Obvious pun, but there were SO MANY HAPPY TEARS when we watched our video and cannot stop smiling ear to ear!

Grateful Newlyweds

My husband Jim and I were recently married in NJ and so lucky to have Happy Tears as our wedding videography team.

I was referred to John of Happy Tears through my good friend. My husband and I found ourselves in an unlucky situation as our first videographer took our deposit and disappeared. From the moment we had our first phone call with John, he was invested in us as a couple and reassuring of his commitment to providing quality videography for our wedding day. That reassurance continued throughout our wedding planning process as he often reached out to us with updates and words of encouragement. Even on the morning of our wedding, John reached out with well wishes!

For our wedding day, John sent THE BEST videographer (also named Jim, like my husband). Jim arrived on time, was friendly and made everyone laugh during a hectic morning. He went above and beyond to capture drone footage, video of our whole wedding day, and even a few special requests we had for our video. He brought a fun energy to the entire day, pumping up the wedding party and guests. We had many people comment on how great Jim was as our videographer.

Following our wedding, John continued to communicate about the progress of editing our video and shortly after, we received it. As my husband and I sat watching our video with happy tears in our eyes, we re-lived our special day all over again. John edited our video to perfection, blending together the audio from our day with the meaningful songs that we chose. Videography was not something that I placed an initial importance on, but it is absolutely something that I can’t imagine not having now. One of our greatest decisions in the wedding process was booking HAPPY TEARS. Thank you John and Jim for everything!

Book happy tears!

From the moment we met John, we knew we were going to use Happy Tears for our wedding videography. The prices are unbeatable with so many discounted options which truly helped in planning for our big day. John was extremely communicative and transparent through the planning process, and continued checking in with us as time got closer to the big day. We had Chris as our videographer for our wedding day, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was sweet, funny, and he seemed to mesh super well with my photographer, so much so that many of my bridesmaids thought they were from the same studio! I cannot say enough great things about Chris – he brought the great vibes and did a phenomenal job with capturing the best day of our lives. John got previews to us just a few short days while we were on our honeymoon, and we could not stop watching them!! We received our extended highlights film and Chris captured so many amazing parts of the day in such a perfect way. I have legitimately recommended Happy Tears to all of my engaged friends and I am so excited that I’ll get to work with them in some capacity at my friends’ weddings in the future!! LOVED our wedding video!

Using Happy Tears was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! John was a pleasure to work with and he was always talked to you like you've been friends for years! We had Rose as our day of videographer and she was excellent! She got great shots, and was willing to go the extra mile when needed!

We did the ~10 minute cinema production for our video which came out amazing! It captured the best parts of the day and definitely made a lot of people who watched it cry happy tears!
We also got our video back less than 3 weeks after the wedding which was way faster than I ever expected! Also, the discounts John offers are amazing and makes videography super affordable!

Don't hesitate to book Happy Tears, you won't regret it!

Happy tears, there aren’t enough words to describe how AMAZING john and his team are. From the first day of contact up until this day, john has been incredibly helpful attentive. Happy Tears All the Way

Happy Tears Productions really brings out the “Happy Tears.” I recommend this company to ANYONE!!! John is great to work with, and made the planning process so easy! He is a great person and you can tell he is dedicated to his work. Jim was our primary videographer and he did a great job capturing beautiful moments that cannot be caught in a photograph. He was professional and fun to work with and we didn’t feel uncomfortable at any moment while being filmed. I will be honest my husband and I were on the fence about hiring a videographer in the first place because we were on a budget, but I am so happy we did go with John and Jim. The prices are reasonable, and the end product we received was well worth every cent if not more. I am so fortunate that I now have actual footage of my grandparents, parents, and other family and friends at my wedding that I wouldn’t have had if I didn’t take the leap and hire Happy Tears Productions. You will not be disappointed!!!

If I could give Happy Tears all the stars in the sky, I would!

Where to begin on speaking about Happy Tears Productions. I don’t think I’ve ever met a more wonderful, dedicated, and passionate person in their craft as John Rink. Video of our wedding was on our list of top priorities and John truly understood this. From our very first phone call he was thorough, funny and so friendly, and it was as if we were seeing the same vision which made my heart so happy! As someone who studied film I was super impressed that John paid so much detail to high quality equipment and it shows in the finished product and for that I am forever grateful! When we had our final phone call and we met Jim, I knew that we had the dream team. I can confidently say that John has an amazing team behind him. On the day of the wedding John and Jim were so attentive to every detail. Jim was truly amazing throughout the day but especially the reception. He definitely brought the party! Every guest I spoke to after the wedding commented on how much fun Jim was and how he seemed to be having the best time while video recording the reception. He even managed to bring the shyest guests onto the dance floor and get them partying with the rest of us and enjoying themselves. After the wedding we received our videos from John within a matter of two weeks which was super speedy and unexpected as I’d heard from other people how long it takes for them to get their wedding videos back from other videographers. When I tell you I know why his company is called Happy Tears productions, it is the most fitting name for this company; I cried so many happy tears because our videos turned out beyond amazing and beautiful and everything I could’ve dreamed of! I’ve already watched them multiple times, reliving my special day over again, and will continue to do so as they are truly something that I will cherish forever. John and Jim, thank you, thank you, thank you! If it were possible, I’d give John and Jim and Happy Tears Productions all the stars in the night sky!

The best!

We had John and Jim as our videographers from Happy Tears and they were AMAZING!!!! They were so easy to work with and made the process stress free. They are so creative and so fun to be around. Happy Tears Was Absolutely Amazing!

We recently hired Happy Tears and we couldn't be happier with our decision. This company made the entire process so easy and stress-free. They were very accommodating, friendly, and helped planned everything down to the minute.

The videographer, Jim, was simply amazing. He had such great energy and was a pleasure to work with. He made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and captured all the special moments of our big day. We loved how he was on the dance floor the entire time with everyone, pumping the crowd up, and capturing the great moments that happened.

What impressed us the most was how they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final product. They took the time to understand our vision and preferences and incorporated them into the video. The end result was nothing short of spectacular.

I highly recommend this company and their videographer Jim. They truly exceeded our expectations and we're so grateful to have these beautiful memories captured forever. Five stars all the way!

The BEST videographer in NJ and PA!!

We couldn't have made a better decision when choosing our videographer! John was so informative and great to talk. He really cares about his couples and capturing their wedding day. Our videographer, Jim, from John's team, was incredible at getting the perfect shot. And everyone who attending our wedding said he was a blast!

John Rink & Crew of Happy Tears Production

We stumbled upon Happy Tears production while looking for videographers for our wedding in January. We immediately got in touch with John Rink, the owner of the company, and from the first meeting we knew we were in good hands. Not only appreciative of the discounts he gave my now husband and I due to our occupations he also was extremely thorough and diligent throughout the entire process. He comforted and reassured me when things were confusing & overwhelming. He and his crew went above and beyond to obtain amazing video coverage of our special day. John allowed us to choose our own instrumental music as well as our music for the full length video too. Happy Tears also provided us with recommendations of photographers they have worked with in the past too which helped us choose our photographers as well. As you could imagine our photographs are amazing too! We are beyond happy and grateful for our highlight reel and full length version videos that we will now have as keepsakes for the rest of our lives - we shed ‘happy tears’ the whole way through! Definitely worth considering adding them to your big day as they will create memories no one else will be able to give you!

The best videographer we could have asked for!

What first attracted me to Happy Tears was seeing how they honor our first responders, military, and teachers. As a teacher, I was so taken back by this because it is very rare to find a vendor in the wedding industry that is willing to acknowledge our hard work and make this process even smoother for us. When my husband and I first spoke to John on the phone, we knew that we were sold. John is so unbelievably passionate about his work and also his clients. He did not spare one detail or piece of information when talking with us. He took so much pride in us as potential customers and it meant so much to us. Leading up to our wedding, we asked to make a few adjustments to some things we wanted in our video and John was SO accommodating to everything we asked for. Working with John felt like working with a friend and we loved every second of it.
The day of our wedding, Jim was our videographer. All I can say is WOW! Jim was not only an amazing videographer, he was the life of the party! He was so kind, funny, and easy to work with. He had everyone laughing and smiling and truly having the best time. This made for one hell of a video! Jim was such a fun person to be around that we asked him if he could stay after he was done and enjoy the rest of the wedding with us! Once again, it seemed like we were with a friend. And now that we have our video back, we have not stopped crying HAPPY TEARS because of how wonderful all of the shots are and also the editing. We cannot recommend Happy Tears enough. From start to finish, they have been INCREDIBLE to work with. Thank you so much John and Jim for making our wedding the best day of our lives!

Wedding 11-5-22

When my husband, Robert, and I first spoke to John on the phone, it was as if we were friends for years. He was kind, funny and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he is very passionate about his job. John kept us in the loop, and always sent us updated emails when things were due. He also always answered any and all questions we had about any little thing. He even gave us recommendations for other vendors that he has worked with.
From the beginning, Rob and I thought John was going to be the one who was filming our wedding. About a week or two before, he let us know it would be Jim and Belle. Rob and I were fine with this, since we trusted John to steer us in the right direction. John told me that Belle was somewhat new to Happy Tears, but was such a sweetheart. And the way he described Jim, “Mr. Personality”.
Let us tell you, John was NOT wrong!!! Belle was so sweet, made us feel extremely comfortable the whole day. You would never know she was newer to the game/team.
As far as Jim. WOW!! He danced all night with us. Even at one point during the night, a song played that Jim likes. Jim said to Robert “I’m not filming this, I’m rocking out with you guys instead!” Jim was so much fun, and fit right in. He came over to me at the end of the night and said, “Kelli, you were right, these people know how to party!”
Jim kept everyone engaged, kept our guests going crazy on the dance floor, and knew exactly what he was doing. John was right to call him “Mr. Personality”, because he was 100% that!!
We couldn’t recommend Happy Tears enough!!! Even sweeter surprise was our wedding video was ready on our 1-month wedding anniversary! There were many happy tears shed while watching our video. We relived our best day yet, all over again!
Thank you to John, Jim & Belle for being some of the most important people at our wedding! You have made our wedding day amazing!!!

The Perfect Videographer

John is absolutely amazing to work with! John & his team are very professional and very personable. They made everything for my wedding very easy and John was in contact with me every step of the way. His co-worker Rose was absolutely perfect!! She was with me the morning of the wedding and she was such a pleasure to work with! Rose made sure everything was perfect and took a lot of the stress away that morning. She knew exactly what I wanted and what I was thinking before I even knew what I wanted or what I was even thinking. John's other co-worker, Jeff worked with my husband the morning of, and my husband felt so comfortable with Jeff and he made everything very easy for the guys that morning. They both captured moments in the wedding that I didn't even know happened! John is beyond a pleasure to work with and he answered all of my questions and concerns with ease. The communication with John was fantastic! He was in constant contact with me from the moment I booked him until the moment the wedding was over! Even with my wedding being over, he still reaches out about the video footage. The video footage is amazing! The production is perfect and left my husband & I completely speechless!! Excellent work and very talented!

So happy that we went forward with working with John 5+ years ago!!! We had won a percentage off a package with him at a wedding expo years ago and he was super understanding that my now husband and I were not anywhere close to getting married! I still had grad school ahead of me so he told us to reach out to him when we were ready! Well, multiple years later he honored our original deal without hesitation! He is wonderful and cares about the details of not just the wedding but the story of his clients. The entire process was stress-free and communication with him was very easy. We received our sneak peek video very quickly and the final video was completed earlier than expected. I had no idea how much our wedding video would impact me as I was balling by the end. I was able to view parts of my wedding that I was not able to or was too busy to see that day. I would highly recommend working with John. Highly recommend!

We recently got married on 8.20.22 and hired Happy Tears for raw footage starting with our ceremony through the reception. I cannot speak highly of them enough! John was extremely attentive and responsive to any of our needs. Jim was our videographer for the day and our guests LOVED him. He even made the dance floor fun! We received so many compliments from our guests regarding Jim’s lively and fun personality. We received our raw footage within 2 days of our wedding and watched it right after our honeymoon. It was everything and more! I highly recommend Happy Tears- you won’t be disappointed!

Extremely happy with Happy Tears!

I am extreme happy I went with happy tears for my wedding video! Chris was extremely professional and can tell truly enjoys what he does. John was thorough, listened to what we wanted, and was very easy to talk to. Our video was finished in less than 2 weeks after our wedding and was absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend happy tears to anyone interested!

So easy to work with!

My husband and I got married on 5/6/22 at Eagle Oaks Golf and Country Club. Happy Tears was recommended to me by my photographer, and I am so glad that I got to work with John and his team throughout the wedding planning process. He is incredibly quick with communication and answers any and all questions with no problem. He is price conscious and helps guide you towards the package that will work best for you and your budget. He makes sure that all of your footage and edits are geared towards your style. Our videographer was Jim, and he was incredible to work with. He was fun on the wedding day and made sure everyone felt comfortable. Our video footage definitely showed that! The best part was we got our highlights and full edited 1 hour video within 3 weeks of our wedding, so we really got to relive those moments right away! Happy Tears was amazing to work with!

We are so thrilled with our videos!!

John and his team were, and always have been INCREDIBLE to work with! This is a passion project for him and you can tell he puts so much love and attention into his work. He doesn’t nickle and dime you in any way and tries to discount packages wherever he can! For a teaser, highlight, raw film and documentary video he was so reasonable price wise and he has different packages that can fit your needs. He also truly cares about his couples and gets to know them! Our wedding was 2/4 and he got us our teaser less than a week later, and the rest of our stuff like 5 weeks later (he was running a little ahead of schedule). He kept us updated throughout the production process and is just the kindest soul. His shooters on the day of Chris and Jim felt immediately like life long friends and were in all the action always! I can’t say enough good things about Happy Tears and really just wanted to share in hopes of helping anyone reading this lock in a great, trustworthy, kind, legit vendor for your special day!

We love Happy Tears!

We are so happy that we chose Happy Tears to be our videographer for our wedding. John and his team were amazing to work with from start to finish. John was always checking in to see if we had any questions leading up until our wedding day. We absolutely loved our 3 wedding videos and highly recommend Happy Tears!

Amazing Experience!!

Happy Tears was AMAZING!!! John was great to work with and made everything so easy for us. He answered all of our questions, was there to talk whenever we needed, and was a huge help with wedding planning ideas! His final production was fantastic and will definitely deliver Happy Tears. The only downside is that it is all over and we won't get to chat about wedding stuff anymore. I recommend Happy Tears to anyone who will listen - you won't be disappointed! Thank you guys for the amazing job!

Kind professionals and quality videos

We are very happy we chose Happy Tears Productions and John to be our videographer! I know videography gets overlooked sometimes as a luxury, but I can’t stress enough how great it is to be able to look back on the memories and hear our vows! Even only about 1 month after our wedding we were reminded about things that happened because the day flies by. Book a videographer, and more specifically book Happy Tears for kind professionals that care about you having a good wedding day and quality videos!

Amazing job! Highly recommend

John and Rose were amazing through all the planning all the way to the day of! Rose shot our day of video and she did an amazing job! All the key points of our day were highlighted! John kept in constant contact with us from beginning til end! Even once he sent over out video, the contact didn't stop! Highly recommend Happy Tears to anyone looking for video!

Book him right away!

There are not enough words to describe how happy we are with John and his team! They were a dream to work with, and captured our day in the best way possible. John is very thorough and genuinely cares about his clients! The videos he shared with us are so special and beautifully done. I just wish I had another event for him to film! I would recommend him to anyone. Do not wait to book him! You will not be disappointed.

Happy Tears - Videographer

John and Happy Tears was such a pleasure to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process. Happy Tears was recommended by our venue, The Madison. John was very responsive and helpful each time we spoke leading up to our big day. We even added on to our package 5 days before our wedding and John was able to easily accommodate our request. We are so happy with the final footage of our special day and so thankful we used Happy Tears for our wedding!

Absolutely Amazing!

John and his team delivered so much more than I anticipated! We were supposed to have 2 videographers the whole day, but there was an emergency shortly before our first look where the second videographer had to leave. That was no sweat for our main videographer! He was able to get awesome shots during our first look and the rest of the day. Our video teaser was absolutely perfect without Happy Tears even knowing how fitting the song and effect were prior to. Once we got our full video, we were even more in awe with the quality! We cannot thank Happy Tears enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

May wedding

John and his team completely blew us away. From the very first conversation we had when we were interviewing videographers we knew John was our guy and we were blessed to have him join us in celebrating our big day this past May. Pat and I did have to postpone our initial wedding date because of Covid and obviously were incredibly stressed given that. John was not our our videographer but a friend to us during that time. Thank you for all the chats, advice, and helping but together the keepsake of a lifetime. We had a teaser, a highlight film, full ceremony film, and even got some drone footage and will be getting raw footage as well. We were completely thrilled with the outcome of the quality of the work and the price was very fair and reasonable as well. Thank you John and team for making our day one to remember (:

Videographer Review

When we first started wedding planning, we were on the fence about hiring a videographer. However, after speaking with John at Happy Tears and viewing his work, we quickly made up our minds. Using Happy Tears to capture our wedding day on video was the best decision we made! From the start, John made us feel comfortable and was very personable, professional, and attentive. Prior to the wedding day, we had several conversations and discussed the details of the wedding and what we wanted. He really got to know us, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with John! John and Chris captured so many details of the wedding day that I missed as the bride, and it was wonderful to be able to watch it all on the video! We also had both forgotten about some of the details since the day goes by so fast, so that was amazing to be able to relive our wedding day when we watch the video! John recorded our voices reading the letters my husband and I wrote to each other the day of the wedding, and it was such a perfect touch! He also had great ideas for the first look at the venue. The video not only brought tears to our eyes, but our friends, family, and even coworkers cried when they saw it! Happy tears, of course  Our wedding teaser video was ready immediately, and our video was ready within two weeks of the wedding! I couldn’t be happier with the video and choosing Happy Tears and working with John and his team was the best decision we made! I can’t say enough wonderful things them, and I would highly recommend Happy Tears to anyone planning a wedding! Thank you again for the amazing video and capturing our day so perfectly!

Fantastic people and service!

Nothing but good things to say about John and his company. We hired Happy Tears for our September wedding and his cinematographers, Chris and Jim, were outstanding. They were everywhere we looked all night long without being intrusive. They were so encouraging and made my nerves go away with their helpful suggestions and calming demeanors. They also got some OUSTANDING footage of the dance floor and first looks. 100% would use Happy Tears again.

Phenomenal

We had both Chris and John at on wedding on July 31st, 2021, at Bradford Estates, and I cannot begin to rave about how well they did and how comfortable they made everyone. John was so helpful from the second we booked him back in 2019 and with every single postponement (3 different ones). He was responsive and very thorough. Our video was given to us within a month time (earlier than a month), and we love it. The quality is great, and it really captured all our exciting moments from the day. I cannot recommend John and Happy Tears enough. I am so glad we decided to have a videographer and, more importantly, that we picked Happy Tears!

Great experience!

We had the best experience working with John. He was very organized and communicative. We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid and not only was John very supportive in everything he also offered to video our small intimate Covid wedding for free of charge in addition to videoing our rescheduled wedding for the following year. He was very accommodating with everything. He made sure he had all of the information he needed before our wedding. Our video turned out amazing, better than we could have imagined. He even was able to combine our small Covid wedding video and our big wedding video into one. Everything was perfect. All of the moments we wanted captured were captured. The drone shots really made the video as well.

Amazing from start to finish!

Planning a wedding during a pandemic was such a stressful task but John was so patient and amazing to work with from the very beginning! He, along with his awesome team, captured our special day beautifully. We were extremely happy with the final productions and couldn’t imagine any one but John to do the job! If you are in the process of looking for a videographer, look no further. I waited until closer to my wedding and was unsure but when we first talked to John, I new I wanted to go with happy tears. He was so nice and such a down to earth guy which made this process so much easier. He truly cares about his customers and giving them what they want and it is executed through his work.
We had Jaqueline the day of to shoot the footage and she did such an amazing job capturing our day so we can always look back to relive that moment. Thank you guys so much. We are extremely happy with the videos. We will continue to recommend happy tears for anyone looking.
