We are eternally grateful to Happy Brides for creating our dream wedding day!
We wouldn't have gotten through our wedding journey without Happy Brides. Simona's level of organisation, attention to detail and professionalism was second to none.
Simona was able to put us at ease throughout the planning journey which was absolutely needed as I am very much a type a bride who was very particular about all aspects of the wedding. Simona really listened and understood the vision we wanted and ensured our vision came to fruition.
Nothing was too much of an ask for Simona and if we needed to make any change, Simona did this efficiency and ease. The wedding week which Simona helped us plan and the wedding day itself could not have come together more perfectly.
Simona, we are eternally grateful for everything you did. -

Incredible Wedding Experience
We couldn’t have dreamed of a better wedding day. Everything was incredible and we are so thankful we chose Simona to be our wedding planner. From the initial meeting with her via Zoom, we knew she would be a great match for us. We are from Canada and decided to plan a destination wedding on the Amalfi Coast, a place we had never been before. She helped make our wedding planning experience manageable from afar and we always had confidence in her planning. Not to mention she is very fluent in English which was a great asset for us.
Simona supported us from start to finish. She was so professional, patient, and respectful during the entire planning process. She is very knowledgeable and is clearly very experienced in the wedding industry. She is well connected with all the vendors and was great at helping us find vendors that we envisioned for our wedding day. It provided comfort to us knowing she had worked with many of the local vendors before. She always made efforts to accommodate our needs and preferences along the way and helped bring our vision to life. She was organized and was an excellent communicator and always responded to emails in a timely manner. She even helped us to plan an incredible rehearsal party that was so very special and thoughtfully planned. She went above and beyond for us to make sure this was a special occasion for us which was so very appreciated.
When we met Simona in person prior to our wedding, her smile and kindness radiated warmth and comfort. She was so friendly to us, to our families and our guests that she met during our meeting and tour of the wedding venue. We were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment of our wedding day knowing that Simona had everything under control. Everything about the day exceeded our expectations of what we thought it would be!
Thank you SO very much to Simona, to her assistant Michaela, and all the incredible vendors she helped us select. Our wedding day will be one of the most special days of our lives, thanks to Happy Brides! -

Excellent wedding planner in Italy, went above and beyond!
Simona helped us plan our Florence, Italy wedding in June 2023 and was absolutely phenomenal. The value we received from Simona and her team far surpassed the cost of her services, and we are SO HAPPY we chose her as our planner and would recommend her to anyone.
Specifically, she did the following: a) identified vendors within our budget, given basic information about what we were looking for; b) negotiated with and managed all contracts / deposit timing, etc. with vendors; c) helped us coordinate and execute the rehearsal dinner and wedding; d) managed all the small "extras" that made the wedding day flow seamlessly - i.e., tags for the different wedding party members to save seats, hats / sunshades given the weather forecast, working with the venue to consider different "plan B" options depending on weather.
Simona's taste, professionalism, and collaborative nature were amazing, and she truly knew every single vendor we had researched ourselves (e.g., venues, bands, photographers) as well as identified extremely high quality vendors within our budget for the remainder.
Would absolutely recommend her to anyone! -

Dream wedding
I cannot recommend Simona enough! From the moment we met, she impressed us with her professionalism, attention to detail, and eye for design. Throughout the planning process, she kept us organized and on track, while also making sure we stayed true to our vision for the big day.
Simona was also very easy to communicate with. She was always responsive to our emails and calls, and went out of her way to keep us in the loop about every decision and detail. She was also great at helping us choose and manage all the different vendors involved in our wedding, and made sure everyone was on the same page. She was also extremely helpful with planning travel details and logistics that made our entire wedding/honeymoon trip easy and organized.
But what really made Simona stand out was her willingness to go above and beyond. She anticipated our needs and preferences before we even knew we had them, and was always looking for ways to make the day even more special. She even surprised us with a few little touches that we never would have thought of ourselves, but that made a big difference in the overall experience.
Thanks to Simona's hard work and dedication, our wedding in Positano at Hotel Marincanto was an absolute dream. We can't thank her enough for all she did to make our day so special, and we would recommend Simona to anyone looking for a planner who is excellent at design, communication, and going above and beyond. -

Simona and her team are a dream to work with. We are planning our Sorrento wedding internationally and Simona did not miss a step in making sure we understood everything, all logistics were managed, all details were attended too, and the wedding day was spectacular! Anything we needed she immediately took care of and provided white glove service all the way through. I would highly recommend Simona to any local or international bride if you're looking for a fabulous 5 star wedding. Our day was the most magical and dreamy day. It all went out without a hitch because of Happy Brides Wedding! -

Simona was the most wonderful planner I could have possibly hoped for. My husband and I are based in the US, and we hired her in late 2019 for our destination wedding on the Amalfi Coast. Shortly after we began planning together, COVID hit, and there was a lot of confusion and emotional uncertainty. Simona was attentive, understanding, and kind all throughout the long process of deciding whether to continue with the destination idea - and once we decided it was still what we wanted to do, she was on top of everything right away.
She was incredibly helpful and organized during the ~2.5 years of planning, fielding all of the 1 billion questions I had for her every week, and incorporating every detail I’d asked for that was actually possible. She coordinated for us a happy hour event, a welcome dinner, the entire wedding including an afterparty at a nearby wine bar, and a post-wedding boat day for us - and all 4 events went off basically without a single hitch. I had at least 12 guests come up to me and tell me it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and still have people raving to me about it almost a month later.
Not only was Simona fantastic throughout the planning process, but during the events she was just amazing. She was everywhere she needed to be, yet never in the way; she anticipated every need before it occurred and either took care of it, or discreetly came up to ask my preference during a lull. Anytime I needed her, I could look up and she’d find me. There *will* be things that go wrong on your wedding day, but with a good planner, they can mostly be fixed before they affect anything. For example:
1. Right before my bridespeople and I walked out for the ceremony, an opera singer began singing loudly for an event at the property next to our venue. It drowned out our string musicians and was all you could hear in the ceremony area. Simona simply hopped on the phone, appealed to the other venue, and the singing stopped.
2. Our band (not coordinated through Simona) arrived very late for our post-dinner dancing, throwing off our planned schedule a bit. Simona seamlessly re-worked the order of the cake-cutting and first dance, and everything went perfectly.
Lastly, to any non-Italian bride who is thinking of doing a destination wedding in Italy, I cannot stress enough that you MUST have an Italian planner who is ideally from that area. There is no substitute for someone who knows the vendors, knows how to approach everyone, shares a native language, and innately understands all cultural nuances - it will put everyone more at ease, and any small issues that arise will be dealt with easily.
And to any bride at all, if you are considering the Amalfi or Sorrentine Coasts, go with Happy Brides.

Simona’s hard work, passion, expertise and good taste are core to the success of our 3-day wedding celebration in Tuscany.
She is a professional in every sense of the word, took away a lot of our stresses and the results were beyond what we were looking for.
We initially communicated via email and WhatsApp but as soon as we met Simona in Italy, we knew we were in good hands.
We were blown away with our venue visit and our food tasting was very enjoyable, all arranged by Simona. Every physical meeting thereafter assured us we found the right person. She was on hand every step of the way, promptly answering questions and providing balanced advice. She always had a positive, wise, and calming energy about her which matched what we needed. She is honest on aspects that are essential or unnecessary and for this reason we always trusted her judgement. The vendors she recommended were also all a good fit for what we wanted. She put lovely touches in arranging our seating plan and photobook/gift corners. She really has a good eye for aesthetics, yet kept an authentic feel, and she has impeccable organisational skills to pull things off!
The weekend of our wedding went smoothly, the guests had a fantastic time and best of all, my husband and I could relax and enjoy! Thank you Simona. This may be a once in a lifetime event for us but we will cherish it for life.

Amazing experience working with Simona to plan our dream wedding in Italy!
Simona was absolutely amazing to work with - we couldn’t have imagined our big day / weekend without her. She & the team of amazing vendors helped us plan a beautiful wedding weekend in Sorrento. Since the moment we had our first consult with Simona we knew we had to work with her to plan our dream wedding on the coast. Simona was extremely diligent, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process for over a year of planning. Every step of the way she went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was perfect. From securing a venue, sourcing all of our vendors, and then to managing our wedding weekend-of. She is truly wonderful and we are so grateful we had the chance to work with her. Simona did an outstanding job for my daughter's wedding in Positano. We traveled from the US so everything was arranged online. The day was perfect. Simona took care of all the details. The florist and makeup artist and hairstylist and photographers and bakery were all great. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She knows everyone involved in the wedding business and has a great relationship with them all. -

Perfectly planned, Perfect day.
Simona and Happy Brides did absolutely everything I could have asked for leading up to our wedding in Positano in early November. And before I go on I have to say, Simona put it all together in about 5 days seeing as my fiancé and I chose to elope just over a week in advance. Simona was easy to communicate with, and from the first email we exchanged I could sense her energy and excitement around making this day special for us. As the groom in this scenario, I was a little nervous about making the decisions but she guided me through the options I had in regards to venue/hotel, ceremony, flowers, car rental, cake, hair/makeup and other smaller details that I would never have thought of, and allowed me to make choices with confidence knowing she would never have given me an option that was not elegant, beautiful and fitting in with the setting of a wedding on the Amalfi Coast. Aside from the actual planning of the wedding, Simona cared about us. When I finally got to meet her on our wedding day, she was so happy and full of love it really set the tone for the entire day. She was kind, and fun, and really added a warm feeling to what was already going to be a perfect day. The ceremony she performed was beautifully read, and although I had a hard time paying attention to anything but my fiancé standing in front of me, every word Simona read was touching and connected with me as I started to grasp that this was actually my wedding! Simona and Happy Brides made our wedding the best day of both of our lives, and we could never have pulled it off without them. From getting the hotel of our dreams, to the perfect flower arrangements, to the most beautiful ceremony, I can honestly say that with this team in our corner the day could not have been any better. And again, it was all done on an extremely short timeline! It was everything we could have dreamed of in a wedding day, and we owe it all to Simona, and Happy Brides. Thank you Simona! Simona is the most wonderful wedding planner you could ever dream to have. My husband and I eloped to Positano from California, and from our first meeting on Zoom, I knew we had gotten so lucky to find Simona. She immediately put me at ease, and made the entire process enjoyable with low stress. When we arrived to Naples to do our wedding paperwork, I gad a moment of stress, and she knew exactly how to calm me down and manage the situation. She made the wedding day such a dream with every detail perfectly planned out. Her vendors-Photographer, Hair & Make-up, cake, etc. were all amazing. She became my best friend and bridesmaid for the day. Simona helps to bring out your personal preferences and personality, not pushing you towards cookie cutter packages. Your first choice if you want a dream wedding
Simona and her team are so well organized, have great eye for detail and are always going the extra mile. They made our destination wedding happen at a very complex setting and still all was so smooth and just perfect. And the cherry on top is that Simona as a person is fabulous. She understands you with one look at your face and makes everything happen. She‘s charming, friendly and so fun to ‚work‘ with! Honestly: hiring her was the best investment we made at this wedding preparations! If you are a bride: I truly recommend you go hire Simona, no-one else will give you such a personal experience. She makes your wedding individual and not something that 1000 others have done before. -

This review is especially for the personality type A brides like myself who need to control every detail in order to have perfection. The references she provided me highly recommended her and I experienced first hand why they loved her so much. Her communication skills are SUPERIOR! She always follows up and follows through and in a timely manner.
First off, relinquishing control to Simona was easy to do. She is trustworthy, professional, experienced, patient and very friendly. She knew perfectly what I was envisioning once we provided guidance. She verified information multiple times with us, to include the day prior to our 20th vow renewal. She knew how important it was to reassure us that everything was going to be perfect.
The vendors she recommended were incredibly professional and friendly. The day of, Simona was putting in all the work to make sure I could focus my energy on enjoying the moment which can be difficult to do for someone who has to be in the know about everything; but I felt reassured after working with Simona for so many months that she knew what she was doing. I could relax!
Everyone at our celebration was AMAZED at the beautiful work, the impeccable details and asked about Simona. If I could hire Simona to do all my events for work and in my personal life, my stress would be non existent!
She’s considerate and thinks of every detail to include creating beautiful vow books for my spouse and I which was completely unexpected. Oh my goodness, what can I say about the wonderful Simona? Not only did she organise the most perfect and utterly exquisite wedding that we could ever have dreamed of, and make the whole process of planning enjoyable and stress free (even in the midst of the uncertainty of a global pandemic), she's also become a good friend who we are still in touch with!
We found Simona in new year 2020 after being recommended her by other brides, and, aside from our decision to marry on the Amalfi coast in Italy, working with Simona was without a doubt our best wedding decision!
From day one of contact, her communication is flawless. We're a busy family and would go days swept up in normal life without replying, then finally sit down to chat together, send Simona an email with a dozen enquiries or suggestions and she would ALWAYS reply straight away, often within minutes!
During the uncertainty of covid, there were several months where we didn't know if it would happen, but Simona, like us, just kept faith that it would all be ok. When this looked likely again (only July/ August time) there wasn't much time before September to plan quite a few details still, and we just flew through the details without any stress at all.
Simona knows everyone in the local area, and is full of ideas and suggestions, but never at the expense of what your request or desire is. I didn't ever feel like she was taking over and was so so grateful for her input.
I was determined that I wanted a legally binding, religious (yet not catholic)ceremony in an open air space, with my Father being able to perform the English part of the ceremony, all of which requires far more work and organising than a symbolic service, and nothing was too much trouble for Simona. She made our dreams come true and so much more.
Our location in Amalfi was breath-taking! The staff were delightful, the Italian priest charming, the flowers the most stunning you've ever seen, and the food was some of the best we've ever eaten (as many of our well travelled guests also noticed!) The classical band and DJ were all excellent. Our videographer let us down last minute and within a day Simona had found several excellent options, our final choice providing a wonderful video that we adore!
All of this was made possible by Simona knowing the right people.
Simona's fee was unequivocally the best money spent on our whole wedding week in Italy. When you calculate the hours spent by her emailing and whatapp-ing in the preceding months, plus visiting you upon arrival, and the entire day with you at the venue preparing for your day and staying until the end, it really is exceptional value!
Being able to enjoy your wedding day, the happiest day of your life, enjoying it whole heartedly without worrying about organising the next stage, or if your guests are happy, is absolutely priceless.
Simona is a super star... the most organised person I've had the pleasure of meeting, and one of the kindest. You'll have the best day of your life and also come out of it with a new friend. I assure you that you won't regret your decision to work with her!

Simona exceeded all of our wedding expectations and so much more. She was informative, responsive and her kind personality made her a pleasure to work with. She kept in constant contact for the full year before the wedding whenever a decision had to be made. Simona created the most beautiful table design and archway for the ceremony based on only a few photos and ideas from myself. She is creative, with impeccable taste. She was also out officiant, which made her presence there even more special.
Planning a destination wedding seems like a daunting task, with so many details out of your control. But the moment I emailed with Simona, I knew she would make this easy for me. My wedding day was STRESS free. I don’t think many brides can say that. I felt secure and comfortable that everything would go accordingly, and it did. Simona helped me chose an incredible hair and makeup artist, and they did not disappoint. My photographer was also incredible beyond words. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of everything that day. I would highly recommend Simona! -
