I hired Herick for my daughters wedding and I can't tell you how much a DJ can make or break your wedding as my friends and family are still talking about my daughters wedding!!!! Herick was very detailed when we had meetings with my daughter and son in law that it made the entire process so easy! Our wedding Planner from The Planners Agency recommended Herick for DJ & lighting and I'm so glad that she did because I can now sit back with a smile ear to ear knowing my daughters wedding was a true dream come true!!!!! -

Herick is THE BEST and most wonderful man to work with!!!!! I can't imagine doing an event without him! Cancer Support Community Pasadena puts on 2 huge fundraising events each year, and Herick is always a KEY part of the production. And he always does a great job. He's got great ideas and great access to fun props and decorating ideas. We love him!!!!! Thank you, Herick, for everything you do for Cancer Support Community Pasadena!!!! and events at my own home too!!!!! xo -

Nothing short of AMAZING!!!!!
Herrick was amazing!!!!! the music selection ... the lighting... the energy he created ... everything he did made our wedding day truly a dream come true!
The first dance was perhaps the one and only time the dance floor was empty ... like seriously! It was a non-stop party good time to be had that night ... and all thanks to the amazing Herrick!

Herick and the entire Happen team are always amazing to work with. I have done several events with them from many corporate events such as our company holiday party, grad carnival, day of coordinator for a friend's wedding, to my sister's birthday celebration - Herick and his team executed my vision for the event each time. Herick went above and beyond to make every event perfect. The attention to detail is remarkable and provided top of the line service. The music kept the crowd on the dance floor all night, which we loved! -

Herick helped make our wedding a complete success! His professionalism, planning and execution were on point! His excellent choice of playlist had our guest hypnotized from the minute they arrived. Everyone danced the entire night. Its been almost 4 months since our wedding and people still tell us what a GREAT time they had at our wedding. Would strongly recommend Herick as your DJ for any event. -

Lori and Herick made the impossible possible. I have always loved Morocco, I have been to Morocco 2 times and both times were unforgettable. When I thought of celebrating the happiest moment, which was the welcoming of my world, my daughter.. I never thought they would get me perfectly. They actually thought of the theme, they thought of me and of course Morocco came to mind. I am sure a Moroccan inspired baby shower was not easy. When I walked into what they had created. The vibrant colors, gorgeous mixed colored flowers, vintage Moroccan furniture, I just could not believe how beautiful and magical it looked. I literally look at the pictures still and smile every time I see them. I felt like a celebrity, that exactly how I can describe it. Best baby shower ever, my family and friends still talk about it a year and a half later. :) -

Herick and his crew at Happen are amazing, I am a Wedding Vendor myself and have had the opportunity to work with Happen more than several times. Each time is a wonderful experience for all, Clients love him!
He also DJ'ed for my Sons High School dances a couple of times.
His music gets the guests out of their seats, he knows how to read the crowd like no other!
He is a true master of his craft. He is professional, on time and accommodating to your preferences.
You will not be disappointed! I hired him for my personal Wedding on 11/29/15 and it was AMAZING!! -

DJ Herick was happy and willing to work with our tastes in music. He asked that we provide playlists for the evening, so come ready with plenty of suggestions. Less than a week before the wedding, when we had important questions about the timing of music, he was difficult to get a hold of. We had requested that he shorten some songs for the first dance and groom/mother dance, but they played in their entirety (which made things just a little awkward). That said, our guests had a lovely time dancing and enjoying themselves. -
