Best wedding ever!

If I had to do my wedding over, there is nothing I would change. Hanover Grande Ballroom was the best decision we made!! Shelley was so helpful throughout the entire process! The Lehigh Room (our room) was gorgeous- rustic with a fireplace and outdoor area, just my style. It was spacious and very affordable. We didn’t have to worry about finding a food vendor, a drinks vendor, a cake vendor- it was all included and made everything so easy! The food was amazing, the people were amazing and the room was amazing. The set up so beautifully. Truly an amazing place. 10000/10 would recommend. Book your wedding here!!

Best Day of Our Lives

We were complete newbies at wedding planning when we started our search for venues. We looked at many options in the search for our reception. Cost and convenience, including ample parking, were definitely important issues for us all along. The Hanover Grande was recommended by a family member who had used the hotel venue for gatherings before and had very good experiences to report.

Michelle the wedding coordinator was such a great help and so easy to work with every step of the way. She made a process, that could have been nerve racking, into a comfortable walk in the park. She cheerfully answered numerous phone calls and emails in her upbeat way. She recommended decorations, vendors for us to contact and gave us step by step guidance. We could not have expected a better experience. We received many compliments from our guests including some people saying it was the best wedding they ever went to, which said a lot because many had been to a lot of weddings.

Michelle and her staff did many little things like handling last minute decorations and changes without an issue. The tables and place settings looked fantastic. The food was excellent and we received many compliments on it.

As the bride, I felt like a Queen for the day. Anything I asked for, I was given, or was handled by a staff member. It was an experience I never forget.

Excellent service and delicious food!

Thank you to all the staff at Hannover for making our reception amazing! Thank you Michele Hassay, Cat, Alex and the full event and service staff for their excellent hospitality. The reception was well organized. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The food was amazing and our guest are still taking about it. The hummus station and nacho shooters were a great appetizers. I would highly recommend this venue.

Nothing short of amazing!

Shelley and her team were so fun, flexible, and kind to work with. We had such an easy going planning experience and had an absolute blast the day of our wedding, without worrying about a thing! We could not recommend the venue more, and we cannot thank everyone at HGB enough for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!

Simply Amazing

The wedding of my dreams

As a bride so many things are thrown at you at the last minute or even throughout the wedding planning but Michele is the Gem of this venue she was there for every question every last minute accommodations we may have needed day of or even throughout! I am so grateful for the venue and their staff everyone worked together to seamlessly make the wedding of my dreams come true.

Wedding 2.0

Our wedding was the most perfect day and Hanover Grande ballroom and their staff were a huge part of that! We originally had our wedding set for 4.3.21 but with COVID restrictions for guest capacity, they were extremely accommodating. We were able to choose our new date 4.9.22 seamlessly! The planning was stress free. Michele and Kathi were extremely responsive to all of my questions! Not only was everything leading up to the wedding great, our wedding day was truly perfect. Our bartender, Alex, was personable and connected with all of our guests! The entire staff that night were so nice and professional! Food was amazing! The gazebo and grounds made for the perfect spring photos too! My husband and I have no complaints! Highly recommend!

The perfect day

Our wedding day was on 4/23/2022. The only word to describe the day is “perfect”
We booked our venue, maybe a few months prior to the event and it went smoother than could ever imagined.
Our coordinator, Michele was the reason for our experience being perfect. She was fantastic to work with and very responsive. Such a wonderful lady she is!!

The food was exceptional and the bar was great. We had the best time ever.

April Reception 2022

We had booked the Lehigh Room in February of 2020 for April of 2021, but with the Pandemic we did move it to April of 2022. Everything the day of was perfect! Michele who is our coordinator was fantastic to work with, responsive, and just a wonderful planner! The food was amazing as was the bar, and the atmosphere was everything we hoped it would be! We wanted a small room for our 60 person wedding, and it exceeded our expectations!

The greatest experience of all time!!!

Booking our wedding venue at the Hanover Grande Ballroom was hands down the best decision my husband and I ever made! From start to finish, the night was just magical! Michele Hassey is absolutely amazing at her job (organized, responsive, kind, hardworking, and just overall fantastic). She made our night exactly how we envisioned it and even better than we could have imagined! Our wedding was actually supposed to be on New Year’s Eve (12.31.2021) but unfortunately we had to cancel 24 hours the day before due to COVID. They were all extremely supportive, empathetic and flexible and still made our NYE themed wedding come true on 3.5.2022.
Oh.. and THE FOOD!!!! Oh. My. Gosh! Our guests keep reaching out to us even days later ranting about the food and daydreaming about the mashed potato bar! We chose the carving station package which was so easy to navigate because you could start getting your food at 3 separate areas so the lines weren’t overly crowded! I HIGHLY recommend the prime rib and ceaser salmon ! HUGE shout out to the chef for sure!

In addition to Michele, her staff was also fantastic! They were so friendly and made us all feel so welcomed! Even the front desk staff made sure we got all of our stuff the next day and helped collect all our things from the ballroom! I was absolutely blown away!!

If you want a stress free experience planning your wedding, this is your place!! Not one complaint on my end!

Amazing place to have your wedding!

Everything was incredible!! From start to finish we were so pleased with how everything was done. The staff was out of this world, super helpful, so kind and made all our guests feel so welcomed! Shelley planned our wedding with us from day one, during a pandemic and all, she was awesome!! She got back to us right away anytime we had questions. She was with us the entire day, made sure we were well taken care of with food and drinks. I would highly recommend having your wedding here. The food was delicious! Service was amazing! They made our day so special. Thank you!!

Don’t look elsewhere!

Michele was the best wedding coordinator! She will take care of everything while you relax! The whole staff took care of us on our day and the food was delicious!!! The price is very reasonable and we’ll be back for future events!

Ayers Wedding 07.24.21

I cannot recommend Hanover Grande Ballroom enough. I highly recommend them to anyone planning any kind of event. Our entire experience, even through navigating COVID, was nothing less than professional, prompt, thorough, friendly, caring, and the list goes on. Michele was always willing to lend a helping hand suggestions and support whenever needed, even early in the morning and late at night. Whenever we met in person, she was always there to greet us with a smile and warm welcome. She dealt with our crazy wishes and ideas without even blinking an eye. She made our dream wedding come true and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us.

I want to start off by saying that this venue was initially at like the bottom of our list, but after we met with Michele, it quickly moved into our top 3. Michele was fantastic. Even before we decided to book Hanover, she made herself available for any questions we had about the planning process. She even sent us a sample budget and a spreadsheet for recommended budget. Michele also suggested creating a wedding email so anything related to the wedding would not get lost amongst regular emails and spam. We followed her advice and did so, and we were glad we did. We never missed an email from a vendor or potential vendor after that. We went through a lot with this venue with COVID. We even lost Michele briefly due to staffing cuts throughout the pandemic. Michele came back in time for our tasting, but then we lost her again shortly after that when the state shut down again. We had our final details meeting with Shelley, and while we missed Michele, Shelley was still awesome to deal with. 2 days before the wedding we had an appointment to meet with Shelley to go over everything and sign off on the Event Orders. We were sitting in our hotel room making more orbeez for our center pieces when my phone rang. Michele's name was on the caller ID. Much to our surprise, Michele was back! We were ecstatic. We had worked with Michele for most of our planning process (over a year) and really wanted her to be back in time for the big day. Michele treated us like family from the start and was always available to answer our questions, no matter how silly the questions seemed. The venue itself was very reasonably priced and we got a lot of bang for our buck. The food was phenomenal! Everyone loved the food. My oldest daughter came to the tasting with us though and her and the head chef started talking about how much they like Brussel Sprouts. The chef had Brussel Sprouts ordered for the two of them for our wedding night. My daughter was very happy about that and ate the whole plate of them! Shelley was also able to get a bottle of my favorite whiskey at the bar just for me. The bartender was also great. I cannot say enough good things about Hanover Grande. Definitely book with them!

10/10 Would go here again.

I truly recommend having your wedding at this venue. Of all the places I looked, this was not only the best value, but Michele Hassay (the Catering Sales Manager) is what truly sold the place. She not only made my wedding possible but was flexible and suggestive to topics I had not even thought of. Even though our wedding was in the throws and cancelations of Covid, we still did not feel like any memories were lost or left behind. I cannot stress enough. She truly made this a special and memorable day, with every meeting being fun and productive. My wedding was wonderful and it is all thanks to the staff at the Hanover Grande Ballroom.

Awesome expereince!

We worked with a few different people during our experience (that you COVID). They were all very helpful. When we decided to reschedule our wedding due to COVID, we started working with Shelley. That process was a lot easier than I thought it would be. She worked very quickly with us to get everything rescheduled in a very timely manner. Shelley was a savior throughout this process! She would always be willing to answer any questions that we had right away, and helped to make our day perfect. She was so nice and we both really enjoyed working with her. She set up our reception area beautifully, and our wedding day was perfect thanks to her! A big factor in our decision to use Hanover was that the centerpieces and the cake were provided. We were able to work with Shelley and add little details to the centerpieces, and the cake was amazing. All of the staff were very nice throughout the process.

Best Day Ever

We had the best wedding day ever due to the attentiveness of the staff. Namely Michele Hassay she was amazing. From the start us and her were a match made. We knew right away we wanted to work with her. She paid attention to detail made suggestions helped when we needed help and stayed in touch with us to keep us on track. Unfortunately she was sidelined during the pandemic and Shelly filled in and picked up where she left off. These ladies were a great team. Michele returned just in time to get the rest of the wedding planning underway. Michele even stood in as my dad for rehearsal when his plane did not arrive on time and was terribly delayed. But the show went on. Wedding day Michele was there before the beginning to the near end and everything went as planned. We were well pleased. The rest of the staff the Manager, chef, bartender, person who took care of guest booking rooms and Judy jack of all trades all did their parts and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Can't thank them all enough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to have there event here. Thank you all Again. The Boltons

Top notch service

We made the decision to go with Hanover Grande Ballroom for our wedding after we toured the venue with Michele. Michele was wonderful to work with in that she is responsive and attentive to detail. Many times we thanked Michele for her patience as we worked with her to organize the wedding. If we had a question, we could trust Michele would get back to us in a timely manner. Her attention to detail averted a delivery issue with our florist. She helped us feel like we were organized going in to the big event, which was a huge relief!

Michele is simply amazing!

Got married at the Hanover Grande Ballroom on February 01, 2020. Michele was completely amazing. She lifted all the stress off of my shoulders. She was always there to answer questions or give advice. Everything from the food down to the bridal suite that we got after the wedding was amazing. Would definitely recommend this venue to anyone having a wedding or just a formal party or get together!

Wedding Engagement Dinner Reception

Michele and the entire staff made our event beautiful, stress-free and seamless! Everything was absolutely perfect for our daughter and her fiancé. Absolutely Amazing! Michele is everything!

I am the mother of the groom, I know most assume this role only usually does the rehearsal. That was not my experience. I wanted to be just as involved. Michele helped me with any questions I had, ideas, how to word things and so on. I would email her some days 10 times a day- not once did she make me feel as if I was bothering her. Matter of fact, she made me laugh when I was stressed to the max !! We all wanted the perfect day for our kids- and perfection is what we got.
There truly is no way to verbalize how incredible Michele and the staff are . Michele was my saving grace, and I’m not being “extra” it’s the truth. The rehearsal dinner was as amazing as well!! Our rooms were beautiful, everything was a success!! I wish I could write what it meant to me to have Michele walks me|us threw this, but no such words are good enough.
If your looking for a venue in the Lehigh Area- this is your place!! Michele is your person!!
From the bottom of my heart I can’t thank you(Michele) enough. You truly made this experience such a easy one to enjoy. I am fully aware that our kids wouldn’t of had such a spectacular day if it wasn’t for you!!! Thank you just isn’t enough!!!

AMAZING! Simply amazing!

Michele has lifted all worries and stress off our shoulders. Any question you have, she had an answer. I have never felt more at ease with planning my wedding than I do now. She spent an hour with e and two of bridesmaids just to clear up the million questions I had. She makes planning a wedding so stress-free, easy AND affordable. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is so friendly and uplifting. MIchele treats you like one of her own and it is the most comforting thing. I highly recommend the Hanover Grande Ballroom for any bride who is uneasy about planning your wedding!

Perfection!

My husband and I were married at the Hanover Grande Ballroom on Saturday September 21st and we could not have asked for a more perfect day and experience overall! Midway through our planning we had received an email that we were getting a new wedding coordinator because our current one had switched jobs. You would think this would create a lot of stress after getting used to working with one person, but when Michele took over it was nothing but smooth sailing. She was attentive to our every need and made sure every detail of our wedding was handled with ease. We could not be more lucky to have had her to plan this amazing day with! She had a large bridal party to deal with (20 of us total) and she didnt bat an eye! The party loved her and had so much fun having her around during our special day!! Michele was extremely responsive to every email from myself and my mom (which was a lot) and made us feel relaxed throughout this entire process! I could not have asked for anything better and the venue itself was absolutely stunning! We had asked if we could see the ballroom alone once it was all set up to make sure everything was where we wanted it and it actually took our breathe away. Our vision of the room was brought to life from Michele and the other workers at Hanover. Stepping in to see everything before the night began made it that much more special to us. We also cant say enough about the staff who took care of us during our cocktail hour who made sure there was a limitless supply of drinks and food for all of us. The main dinner was also delicious!!! I cant say thank you enough to everyone who took part in making this day a dream come true!!

Hanover Grande Dream Come True

Hi Michele I just wanna thank everyone at the Hanover Grande Ballroom in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania for making my dream wedding come true. It was more then a bride can ask for. Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff, the venue, wedding coordinator, the decor was magical!!! Oh and the food was delicious. All of my guest at the wedding enjoy every single touch the staff at the Grande Ballroom put out. They exceeded my expectations for sure. Great venue! Took so much stress away from my big day!

Loved my wedding here. My wedding coordinator was great and willing to work with us as far as pricing went. The servers were really sweet and took care of us and gave us what we needed as far as drinks and food go. The bridal suite was beautiful and super comfortable and a great perk to being able to have my wedding there. I would definitely suggest having your wedding here at the Ballroom. Food was amazing too!

Best day ever!

Absolutely beautiful place to hold your wedding! We were able to have the ceremony and reception all in one spot. Layla the wedding coordinator is phenomenal, she was available whenever I needed her no matter what. Any questions or concerns were addressed and resolved in less than 24hrs every time. The room was gorgeous and exactly how I wanted it. The food was amazing and the service was great! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and really made our day a dream come true!

Spring Wedding at HBD

HBD 2as extremely flexible and tailored our event to our specific needs. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly. The food was wonderful. Our coordinator went above and beyond to ensure everything flowed seamlessly from getting ready in my bridal suite to dinner service leaving us with our wonderful maitre'd for the remainder of the evening. My guests loved the ballroom. Our wedding was an exceptional value.

Dream come true!!!!

Lord knows how many venues I've been to and at that point, I was getting pretty frustrated. Out of nowhere I came across Hanover and made sure to call to make an appointment. As soon as I step foot in that place I was in Heaven. I felt all of my worries get lifted off my shoulder. Where they have cocktail hour is so different from any other place and the ballroom is gorgeous. What caught my eye was the bridal suite. Usually, it's just an empty room where they usually have a conference. Well, not this place. It looks like a VIP lounge. I was praying to God that they will have my date since I was having a September wedding and you everyone wants a fall wedding. When I told her my date and she told me they had it, I jumped for joy and booked that same day. I wanted my wedding to be very classy and that was the only place that I visited that fulfilled that need.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here. We planned for 2 years with Gina and her staff. The entire planning process was better than I could have thought. All of our thoughts and details came to life on our wedding day. The moment we arrived to the venue - myself, my husband, our bridal party and guests were treated with the upmost respect. My husband and I commented to one another that we felt like royalty that evening. We got so many compliments on how amazing the food tasted and how beautiful everything was in the ballroom. I loved that my husband and I got to view the ballroom privately before our guests - it was a magical moment. We could not be happier with the choice we made having our reception here - cost efficient and exactly what we envisioned and beyond. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a venue! Great staff, great food, great environment, and you get a complimentary hotel room the night of your wedding! Perfect way to end a beautiful, once in a lifetime day! Five stars all around.

When we first started wedding planning, my now-husband (how exciting!) and I spent a lot of time touring many different Lehigh Valley reception venues. We were down to our last venue meeting and feeling somewhat discouraged - while we had seen plenty of beautiful venues, none of them felt like our perfect fit. That last meeting was with Gina Martin, Wedding Specialist at the Best Western/Hanover Grande Ballroom. After reviewing packages and details with us, I remember Gina stepped out from the room for a minute and my husband and I both excitedly said, "This is it!!"

We signed the contract to book the venue that very day, and we are so happy that we did! Gina, Amanda (our wonderful maître d'), and the rest of the team made the entire reception planning process not only organized and problem-free, but also enjoyable. From a beautiful private cocktail hour for the bridal party stocked with our hors d'oeuvres and specialty drinks, to the gorgeous ballroom set up exactly how we had envisioned, to the delicious food, to the amazing cake provided by Piece A' Cake, we were so thrilled with Hanover Grande Ballroom! The end of the night ended with a complimentary stay in a suite at the Hampton Inn right next door. The value and service of Hanover Grande Ballroom cannot be topped, and Gina, Amanda, and the rest of the team took care of everything that we needed in order to have the best day ever!!

My husband and I searched for vendors in our area and when it came down to it, this was the best most affordable option that was still romantic and elegant. The best decision My Husband and I made was booking The Hanover Grande Ballroom for our Wedding! We renewed our vows on 12/31/16 and it was the Best Day of My Life! We live in Texas but got Married in Pennsylvania and the HGB Team made it so easy to plan from so far away! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Gina, Amanda and Liz and all 3 ladies went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! Gina is an absolute angel and anytime I needed anything or had a question I would shoot her over an Email and she would respond right away! The food was delicious and everyone of course loved the open bar, and I loved the fact that we could customize it to our menu! I had a pretty good vision of what I wanted and a few days before the Wedding, I met with the ladies and gave them our décor, candy buffet items and decorations and they took care of the rest. When Beau & I walked in for our first look I couldn’t help but cry because every little girl dreams of this perfect day and the venue looked like an absolute Fairytale! You get so much more than what you pay for and you will not be disappointed! I shopped around since the venue was my top priority for the Wedding and to have a Hotel, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony and Reception at the same place was brilliant! The location, hotel, venue and staff were all on point! To not have to do a thing or worry on your Wedding day is so priceless! I always hear disaster stories about people’s Wedding Day and I can honestly say that because of Gina and her staff, not a thing went wrong and I could not be happier! Everyone still raves about the Wedding and even the vendors that The HGB recommended were exceptional! All in all I wish I could give them more than 5 stars and I cannot begin to Thank them enough for giving me My Dream Wedding!!!!

I would tell them to definitely look at the venue . Very nice room and very spacious. The food was excellent. My only complaint was the Hotel rooms. There were a lot of problems with requests for adjoining rooms. Our door did not open to connect. and the window feel out also. As a result out room was free but that did not make up for lost time during the reception trying to get settled.

Gina and Amanda made our wedding day a day we would never forget. Everything looked beautiful and the food was delicious. a few things didn't go as planned such as a miscommunication with the number of tables that were needed, but another table was promptly brought in and set up. The ceremony ran smoothly and Gina helped to keep us all calm and organized throughout the ceremony and into the reception, and Amanda was an amazing help throughout the whole night. She even packed up our food for us at the end of the night and sent it up to the room for us because my stomach was upset from nerves all day. Overall a wonderful experience and I am truly thankful for Gina and Amanda for helping me have the wedding I have always dreamed about!

We had the most amazing experience having our reception at Hanover Grande Ballroom. From the moment we started the process to the last minute of the reception, all of our needs were taken care of and everything went according to plan and we stayed on schedule. We got so many compliments from our guest about our reception and the people we had helping us. We would highly recommend anyone to have their reception at the Hanover Grande Ballroom. Gina is amazing and so hard working! She was always available and answered all of our questions. Gina and Amanda and all the fabulous staff turned my daughter's and my new son-in-law's dream wedding into a reality! Their attention to detail was amazing. And Gina's vendor suggestions were perfect. Kevin's DJ skills and lighting kept the party moving. And A Piece of Cake bakery provided a beautiful and very delicious cake. Thank you! Thank you! All of the staff at the Hanover Grand Ballroom were so wonderful and met all of our MANY needs! They were very accommodating and provided wonderful ideas for our special day. On the day of our wedding I was so astonished at the beauty of our wedding and how everything came together so nicely. I truly did not have any "bumps in the road" while planning my wedding with the staff at the Hanover. I would recommend this venue to anyone. I hope to attend a wedding there in the future.

I am writing this review to inform anyone that is looking for a venue to have their special event this is the place to book. I had my wedding here and everyone was AWESOME! Gina the wedding coordinator and Amanda the Maitre D were excellent. They really know how to put an event together and they were so amazing and professional. I would also suggest that if your getting married go with the first look option it worked out great for us. So, Thank you Gina for suggesting the first look and Thank you Amanda for all your help. Amanda stays with you til the end just to make sure everything is going well. Almost forgot the impotant part of my wedding which was the cake made by PIECE of CAKE was super duper great.

If anyone is looking for a venue for your special day this is the place to book. My wedding was on June 20, 2015 at the Hanover Grande Ballroom. Gina the wedding coordinator and Amanda the Maitre'd were amazing they made sure everything was perfect, they make such a great team. The staff was also great, the ballroom looked absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing! Everyone was just so professional and polite. Thank you Hanover Grande Ballroom!

Best place to have a wedding in the Lehigh valley, or any event. Gina was a wonderful wedding coordinator making my wife the first priority over everything else. They are willing to negotiate over the price of certain items, they let you bring in your own decorations to help on saving money. Would have other events there in the future.

Everything was fantastic, set up, food, display of items, seating, lighting was on point. Wished we hadn't been so "rushed" , felt like we had a ticking timer on for the beginning of the wedding. Amanda was wonderfully helpful and very very accommodating despite the lil mishaps.

My husband and I got married on 9/20/14 and our reception was at the Hanover Grande Ballroom. Gina and her staff were absolutely wonderful. Gina was there with us right from the beginning and worked with our budget and made sure that we had everything that we wanted. She worked with us and made sure that our special day was perfect. As soon as we got off the party bus, we were greeted by Gina, and made sure we know where to go and what to do. Everything was taken care of by the time we got there and we did not have to worry about anything all night. Gina and her staff made sure that everything was organized, and set up, and when we got there we got to have our first look at the ballroom before anyone else. We did not get a chance to eat our dinner, because we were going around and saying hello to all of our guests (though they did tell us a couple times that our food was at our table if we were hungry, which was awesome), so they actually boxed up our food for us and brought it to our honeymoon suite so we still had it,which was absolutely amazing since most places do not do that. Also in our suite was two pieces of cake so we could have that as well. Gina and her staff also take down all the decorations of yours from the reception and get all of your gifts together and they bring it over to your room, which was great since we did not have to worry about that,. I would absolutely recommend the Hanover Grande Ballroom to anyone getting married in the Lehigh Valley, you will not be disappointed. The only thing I would suggest would be to book early, because they book up quick due to how amazing the venue and Gina and her staff are.

"No stress, because of Gina"
This is what everyone heard from me all year leading up to (and AFTER) our wedding.

All of the reviews are true.

If you want a FUN, delicious wedding with nothing left to be desired, a place where you can focus on your love, friends, and family and be totally catered to, go with Hanover. They will make sure you have everything you want & need.

We picked Hanover anywhere else in the area because of their:

-Passion: You will feel the difference as soon as you talk to Gina on the phone. For every other venue, obviously, this is their business. For Gina, this is her passion. I knew as soon as we talked that we would be in good hands, and that I would never have to worry about a single thing. It all came true.

-SERVICE: The staff makes you feel like you are family - As if there are no other weddings going on at all - it just comes down to the fact that they LOVE what they do, making brides happy. Every i is dotted, every t is crossed, so you can just show up and have the best day of your life.

-Prices: Better than most of the places in the area. You can have your dream wedding and not go broke - we were on a very strict budget and Gina understood completely. Everything is well cared for, the staff is excellent, and they still somehow manage to go above and beyond (ie: honeymoon suite/cake/open bar included)

-Size: They can hold large or small weddings, and all of them look FABULOUS

-Food: A few of our friends had been to weddings at Hanover before. They said it they were the MOST FUN WEDDINGS they have ever attended, and that the FOOD was excellent. We are still hearing about how great the food was! They serve it as soon as it's made, so it doesn't sit in the kitchen for any time at all - wonderful!

Everything turned out better than we could have imagined. Our Maitre'D on the day of the event catered to our every need.

Thank you Gina for a wonderful day, and year. I will miss our calls - you are fabulous.

Where do I even start? Jesse and I planned our wedding for 2 years with Gina. The wedding was a country-themed wedding with a lot of handmade decor. Gina and Amanda made that Ballroom amazingly BEAUTIFUL! I can't tell you how many people commented on how beautiful the place looked.

The food........OUT OF THIS WORLD! Everyone said the food was DELICIOUS! Gina walked through each wedding package with us and altered the package to what 'we' wanted.

The ballroom was very spacious and accommodating for 270 guests. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. The 2 bars were big and the service was fast.

They gave us a complimentary bridal suite the night of our wedding at the Hampton Inn & Suites. We walked into the suite with 2 pieces of cake, a bottle of champagne, and a Congratulations card from Gina, Amanda and the staff at Hanover Grande Ballroom. The anniversary cake was in the refrigerator for us to take home.

Congrats Jesse and Krystel on the Best Western billboard was a great added touch for the guests to see as they arrived at the Ballroom.

Gina, Amanda, and the staff at Hanover Grande Ballroom made our wedding dreams come true. I can't stop ranting and raving about how awesome the place looked, food tasted, and service rocked.

Gina made my daughter's wedding a day to remember. Easy to work with. Very caring to our needs. The ballroom was set to perfection and the food was outstanding. I would recommend this venue highly.

I absolutely loved the Hanover Grande Ballroom for my wedding. To start the person in charge of the wedding side of it was absolutely helpful and the prices in my opinion were great! The day of my wedding went very smooth and beautifully thanks to her and the Maitre' d. My husband and I had never been to a wedding so we had no idea what comes next and what to do but the Maitre' D did spectacular and helped us so much! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who definitely wants a beautiful wedding!!

Initially, I had not heard much about this venue so I was unsure as to whether or not I wanted to book it. (I always thought that I would have a country club wedding) However, when I saw everything that the Hanover Grande Ballroom had to offer my thoughts changed completely! Their wedding coordinator is such a doll and will bend over backwards to meet all of your requests. They provided us with risers for the band we brought in and had two open bars going throughout the reception. They provided us with centerpieces and worked with us to make the room look incredible. The food was delicious, which is a rare find when it comes to banquet food. The packages that they offer are very fairly priced, and you get so much for your money. I would recommend this venue to ANYONE and they gave us the wedding of our dreams!

I couldn't be happier that we chose the Hanover Grande Ballroom for our big day. After our initial meeting with Gina, we instantly knew that this was the place for us. Gina was incredibly thorough throughout the entire planning process, and the day of our wedding was nothing short of spectacular. Her staff paid such attention to detail and made sure everything ran smoothly for not only us, but for guests as well. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue for the ceremony and reception....if you have a vision...they will exceed your expectations.

Gina Martin the wedding coordinator is amazing along with the rest of her staff. They are very easy to work with and paid attention to all my details. Location is beautiful and the gazebo is extremely beautiful.

An incredible value! Gina and the team were tremendously professional and ran everything smoothly with our large wedding of around 200 people. My wife and I had service and drinks all night, whatever we wanted when we wanted it. Truly was the perfect place for our wedding without being excessively overpriced. Food was good, but the only knock from our guests was dinner came out late and was only warm due to speeches running late. My wife and I went to tables during dinner so we ate ours after sitting out and it was still a good dinner, no matter what the temperature. Plenty of options to choose from for the menu. We did the chicken and grouper. Appetizers were really good as well. The room was set up beautifully and the planning was not bad at all with Gina's help.

We used the Best Western Lehigh Valley as our wedding venue. The Hanover Grande Ballroom was an amazing location for a wedding. The staff there was helpful and extremely professional. In the planning stages they helped us conceptualize our ideas and really get our heads in the game for the reception. On the day of the extremely professional service team ensured everything ran like clockwork. My Bride and I weren't concerned with anything and had no complaints from anyone in our 140 person wedding. If you are getting married in the Lehigh Valley Area, I would highly recommend looking here for a venue. The food and service could not be better especially for the price.

Gina and staff were absolutely great. Gina worked with us when it came to budget. The day of the wedding I did not have to worry about anything! The staff set everything up and Gina was in touch throughout the day. Everyone commented on the food and thought it was one of the best wedding meals that they have had. Amanda was very accommodating as well. She made sure that everything was going well throughout the night as well as making sure my husband and I ate and had a drink. Everyone raved on how much of a good time they had.

outcome--I was married on Valentine’s Day 2015 at this venue. Where do I start, for the very beginning to the end Gina and her staff were professional, and friendly, Gina worked with me through changes, ideas, suggestions, etc. She was just amazing. The room was radiant for the occasion, a wedding with a touch of Valentine Day. I had so many compliments of the food and her staff. I had over 200 guest with 60 rooms booked at the hotel.
If I ever ever have another function I will definitely go back to the Hanover Ball Room. Gina thank you so much for making our day as special as it was.
