Ashley Larsen and The Hampton were the very BEST to work with for my son’s After Rehearsal Dinner for his big Raleigh wedding. We were all set to go when COVID 19 was declared and the event had to be canceled five days before the event. I am so looking forward to working with Ashley again next year for the event as the wedding has been rescheduled for 2021. Ashley is professional, detail oriented and makes the planning a fun event. She has awesome ideas and is very accommodating. I I have done event planning in my career before retirement, and Ashley is the best that I have ever worked with in my professional career. Ashley Larsen and The Hampton are THE BEST! -

Excellent Experience
I was the day- of wedding coordinator for a wedding held at the Hampton Inn Crabtree Valley. Ashley Larsen was amazing to work with. She was there every step of the way to answer my questions and make sure the event ran smoothly. She was incredibly prompt and responsive and very detail oriented- without her, the event wouldn’t have run as it did. I HIGHLY recommend Ashley & her team. -

My experience with this vendor was top notch
From start to finish Ashley Larsen was there for me every step of the way. Ashley immediately made me feel at ease with the preparation of my sisters Bridal Shower. The Bridal shower was exactly the way I imagine it (prefect) thanks to Ashley and her team. I will be planning my next event there. -

Nothing short of AMAZING
Planning a wedding and the pandemic hits 😖😖😖 Ashley and the Hampton were absolutely AMAZING. She answered my million questions in record speed but with complete honesty and transparency. She made me feel comfortable with moving forward with my day. It turned out FANTASTIC and I couldn’t have chosen a better place ❤️. -

CDC Regulation
My now husband and I had planned to use this company for our wedding and ceremony April 2020, but due to the CDC regulation and COVID-19 we had to reschedule our wedding to May 2020! Even though we were not able to have our wedding at the hotel, I will still give them 5 stars for everything. Before the CDC took place Ashely was just so helpful, flexible she was attentive to all of my needs!! She provided great customer service and during the food tasting catered to my husband and I as if we were at a restaurant. She keep in contact with every move, every decision and change that was needed! I recommend this company and Ashely because of their caring and love as if it’s one if there own family members to make your day as special to you as it is to them!!! -

Ashley Larsen
Ashley Larsen is the best. I would recommend Hampton Inn and Suites for an event. Ashley is wonderful, she responds to email promptly and very accommodating. She is such a joy to work with. Though my Room accommodations experience was not the best, email response from the manager (not Ashley) came across as very negative. -

I couldn't be more satisfied!
Ashley Larson worked diligently with me (along with Hampton Inn and Suites) to help make my daughter's wedding celebration absolutely wonderful. What could have been a stressful experience was TOTALLY joyous - the food was delicious, the surroundings lovely (and convenient), and everyone involved was top notch and professional. I also hired Colleen Larson as a wedding planner - recommended by Ashley - and she too was amazing, just perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied! -

I recently hosted a party for about 100 people at the Hampton Inn Crabtree. The staff at Hampton Inn went all out to help me in successfully organizing my event, they made the whole process so smooth and offered us help at every step of the way. I am a first organizer of a party of this size, i couldn't have done it without them. A big shout out to Ashley T, Gary and James...especially Ashley...I could have hugged her after my event, she was THAT helpful ! Throughout the event, Ashley and team, just waited on us and helped us out where we needed help. I HIGHLY recommend this venue for any kind of event. You will not be disappointed. -

Although I had to change my wedding plans, the time I did spend with Kat was amazing. She will go beyond her ways to make sure everything is how you want it to be. She’s very patient and understanding. She can definitely put together a perfect wedding for you. I know if our plans would have been able to go through, it would have been the greatest. Kat will also do what she can to keep you on your budget and help you find ways to make your payments. You will definitely go home a happy couple!! -

Kat has a way of making your vision come to life she is so professional and easy to work with the staff is also very professional and have great customer service I would recommend Hampton Inn Crabtree for any event. The food tasting for there catering was awesome it was more than enough food they have you to make a decision for I got so many compliments on the day of our reception people could not believe this was hotel food Kat sat down with us on many occasions to make sure that everything planned was to our liking she does not disappoint willing to work with you on all levels I really appreciate everything! -

My husband and I had already secured our caterer and some other vendors for our 15th Vow Renewal and Anniversary Celebration. With only about three months before the event, we changed venues. It was hard to find a nice place within out budget that allowed outside catering.
We had already been working with Mary in the Sales Department because we secured a block of rooms for our out of town guests. Therefore, I decided to get a quote for a ball. Mary contacted Marie in the Catering Department and they listened to what we needed and offered us a package that allowed us to keep our outside catering. It was a deal we simply could not turn down. In fact, it was a blessing.
Therefore, if you are looking for a medium sized, new and beautiful venue with up to date technology, professional, accommodating and personable staff; in a great location that's convenient to shopping and great dinning- Look no further. Hampton Inn and Suites at Crabtree Valley is your place.

The team here is very very accommodating. Mary Noser the director of sales is awesome and very responsive. She is detail oriented and very easy to work with. Marie and her team helped coordinate with all external vendors to make our events seamless. Gary and the rest of the vent team were very proactive in ensuring the little details were taken care of and the events were polished. The front desk and rest of the hotel team were all on their toes and very accommodating, hospitable, and welcoming to all of our guest. Each member of the staff that recognized me and my wife as the bride and the groom congratulated us and made their hospitality very personal. We are so happy we choose this hotel for our event.
This is very convenient for guest as it is so close to the mall and many places to eat. It is also in close proximity to the airport. It is right off of the highway and very easy to get to.
There are several rooms available. The largest of the event spaces was able to accommodate about 120 guest very easily with a 16x8 stage in the front. There is a very large lobby area for guest to be able to spread out and mingle. The back coridor makes it easy to setup buffet tables and even cocktail tables.
There is a beautiful outdoor patio with fireplace along with an amazing pool for guest to relax in between. -

Whatever you need from start to finish the staff is wonderful. You will not find a better venue for cost and that intimate feeling. Food, set up, staff AWESOME ! -

The Hampton Inn and Suites Crabtree has an amazing staff! They go out of their way to make your day incredibly special! The colorful carpet was hard to see past until the planners reminded us that our tables would be hiding it. They were right, the space was gorgeous for our classic decor. -
