Stress-Free March 2023 Wedding

My now husband (who is originally from Huntsville) and I are based in Brooklyn, NY and were looking for a venue that could fit about 100-150 people and cost-efficient. Carla gave us a tour of Hampton Cove Wedding Venue and we instantly loved it.

The venue has so many options for photos, a rain plan, a fountain for the ceremony background and a large bridal suite. The reception comes pre-decorated so you don't need to splurge much for decorations and comes with tables and chairs so you don't need to rent extras. They also offer a wine/beer server, photobooth, day-of coordinator package, and linen package–which were totally worth the money so we didn't have to go through the trouble of having to find those things separately.

Throughout the past 18 months, Heather (Carla's daughter and main coordinator) was able for calls and emails. Whenever we visited the site, she helped us think of ways to enhance the space. When we had a lot of last minute changes and guest drop off the week of our wedding, she and her team were so calm, cool, and collected. They were so efficient in getting the space set up and took care of us along the way.

My husband and I couldn't have had a better venue and more importantly, better people to help us execute our wedding. Carla and Heather made the day easy and fun. Definitely keep them in mind when looking for a beautiful, stress free venue for your wedding.

Best wedding venue around.

Heather and Carla, the owners of this venue, are the true reason that our wedding went so smoothly and turned out a dream come true. They have made this venue a real-life fairytale. Different ceremony sites, decoration ideas, flower experience, etc. I couldn't have pictured our wedding anywhere else that would have been as beautiful as the Hampton Cove Wedding Venue. We got to have multiple meetings with them and they were so responsive to my many many emails. When we didn't have ideas they were quick to provide some. They offered a list of vendor ideas that helped us get the ball rolling. On the day of the wedding, they had everything set up and made sure things went smoothly. These two ladies, and their team, took such good care of us, the wedding party, and our guests during the wedding. Having them during the planning process really did make it 10x LESS stressful than it could have been. Thank you Heather and Carla for everything you did for us! 10/10 recommend this venue and its wedding planning service.

Wedding dreams made real

I need to start off by saying that I couldn't have had the wedding I did without the amazing owners and staff at HCWV. Carla and Heather are top-notch! From the moment I emailed them it was a easy-going. Like many brides I was worried about all the pieces coming together, especially because I was planning it all on my own but HCWV put my mind at ease. The venue itself is the most beautiful, the most out of a fairytale place I could have imagined. Carla was so helpful, always there to answer questions and guide me in times of stress or when I started to get overwhelmed during planning. She made amazing recommendations, many of the vendors I used came from her and it made the entire wedding run smooth. I also used them for my day of coordinating, when I say everything went off without a hitch I mean it. I can't recommend the venue enough. It offers two ceremony sites, one is covered in case of bad weather (which we used for our first look,) it has a gorgeous reception area, and beautiful bride and groom suites. The most perfect place, I couldn't be happier with my experience!

Tremendous venue

The venue was beautiful and the staff could not have been more helpful in making our wedding perfect. The outdoor venue was a little buggy, but it was a minor inconvenience at most. We got a number of compliments from our guests on the beauty of the venue and the overall ambiance of the wedding. Highly recommended.

Stress Free Perfect Day

There are a lot of challenges planning a wedding in a pandemic and Heather and Carla made my life so much easier. We had booked the venue a month before the pandemic hit and I was also trying to plan it from across the country in California. I went back and forth so many times on how to have a safe wedding and Heather was guiding me through it all. We finally decided to have a 30 person wedding and it turned out absolutely beautiful. Heather and Carla took care of all the details and I was completely stress-free the entire day. I highly recommend their wedding planning/coordination package. You won't regret it!

Over the Top!

I can't say enough about how beautiful this venue is. Heather and Carla were so great throughout the entire experience, from the planning, to the walk through to the big day!.. The arbor, fountain and grounds are stunning, and made for a beautiful fall wedding. The reception venue is perfect. It is large enough to get your dance on and yet intimate enough to feel you can actually visit with all your friends and family. The photo booth pictures will make for many great memories of the night for years to come! Made my wedding a dream come true!

Beautiful venue, wonderful people to work with!

My husband and I got married in March and can't say enough wonderful things about Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation and the people who run it! From day one, Heather and Carla were supportive, realistic, and so helpful with creating our perfect wedding! While the venue itself is a bit of an investment, you seriously can't beat the quality you'll receive.
Heather and Carla led us in the right direction in every aspect and had the perfect recommendations for vendors that were reasonably priced and so easy to work with. We took their recommendations for our florist, catering, cake, and officiant, and it was seriously the most perfect day. We didn't have to worry about a single thing because they knew who to work with and how to work with them. Their wedding planning/day-of coordination package is 1000% worth every penny! My family and friends still talk about how effortless and seamless our wedding day was, and we couldn't agree more! If you are looking for an elegant, rustic venue with indoor and outdoor ceremony options and great people to work with, this is definitely the right place!

The BEST Wedding Venue!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation! Carla and Heather are phenomenal and run an amazing venue. They have thought of every detail and make the whole process so much easier and made it way less stressful for me and my mom. On the day of, they were so attentive and helpful, even to helping one of our ushers sew back on a suit button that fell off! They are so experienced and can recommend plenty of other great vendors too! We picked our caterer and DJ based on their suggestions and they were wonderful too! Worth every single penny! Our wedding wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without them!

Dream Wedding

I had my dream wedding at HCWP and it wouldn't have been pulled off if it wasnt for the amazing people that worked there! Heather and Carla are a daughter/mother super team that make sure your wedding happens just the way you want it! The venue is breathless, the ceremony site is perfect, and I loved having so much room in the bridal suite for me and all the girls to get ready! We didn't have to do a lot of decorations because the venue itself is already set up very nicely! The best thing amount working with them is the day of your wedding. You think you have all this time to do everything you need to do, but guess what brides you dont! You need a team of people to run around and handle everything for you so you can ENJOY your day and just relax! They even have a golf cart to shuttle you around so you arent walking everywhere in your wedding dress! They have headsets to communicate to the entire wedding staff on what is happening and when people need to make their next moves. It is honestly amazing what this team pulls off! I feel like there is so much more I could say, but really if you go check this place out I think you will fall in love just as I did. Thank you HCWP!

Wouldn’t change a thing

I can’t imagine a better wedding venue. Looking back I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Hampton cove wedding plantation has everything planned and ready. They kept my disorganized self on track, and on the day of my wedding, I was able to just enjoy being a bride. They took care of the rest!

Perfect Venue!

HCWP was our dream venue. Carla and Heather were nothing but helpful and wonderful to work with. They even served as our day-of coordinators, which worked out just perfectly. The venue itself is just beautiful. There are two ceremony sites (outdoor & covered, both dreamy), an indoor/outdoor reception area (a redone barn with AC that saved us), and endless photo opportunities. The barn included an adorable bridal suit and grooms room as well. We couldn't have asked for a better, more beautiful venue!

My Dream Wedding

I cannot say enough about the amazing experience we had with Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation! They made planning our dream wedding a breeze - even though we were living and planning from Florida! Heather and the team were always so quick to respond to any question I sent their way. Not to mention the venue is absolutely dreamy!! We had a pop up rain shower right before our ceremony and the team switched everything over to plan B so fast nobody could tell it wasn't plan A! They are all wonderful and I highly HIGHLY recommend spending your special day with them at Hampton Cove!

Awesome to work with

Carla, Greg, and Heather were great to work with. My wedding day went off without a hitch and it couldn’t have gone better! Using their wedding planning services was worth the extra but of money because they made my life and my moms life so easy! They took care of everything. And the golf cart really came in handy with my grandparents. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with some really nice and organized people, HCWP is a great place to consider! One great day

Carla, Heather and Greg provided outstanding support and guidance during my daughter, Staci’s wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning! The grounds are well kept. One of thing that makes them stand out from any other wedding venue is that they have an outdoor ceremony site for when mother nature is cooperating, as well as a covered site that is equaling as stunning. Heather and Carla are absolutely amazing at what they do! They were there every step of the way during the planning phase. On the day of the wedding, they make it as stress free as possible.

I can't say enough about the ladies and this venue. Heather and Carla were more than accommodating and didn't scold me when I showed up late to my own wedding :) They helped with all of the decorations (additional service) and they made sure that everything went off without a hitch.
The venue itself was absolutely beautiful and I recommend it for anyone looking to have a spring or summer wedding.

Wow!! I don't even know where to begin. I will start off by commenting on behalf of the professionalism provided by the staff at Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation. From the time we arrived until our grand exit, Carla and Heather made us feel like family. Our original wedding venue burnt to the ground about three months before our wedding date. We began frantically looking for other venues that would host our wedding. We stumbled across Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation and had to go check it out. The venue was absolutely stunning! After touring the venue and sharing our story with the staff, they were more than willing to do whatever it took to accommodate us in this desperate time. Having our wedding here was the best decision we have ever made. From the moment we arrived on our big day, the staff was alert and ready to go to work. We never even had to hardly speak to a vendor because it was all done by the professional wedding planners that are also the owners of the venue. Carla and Heather took care of everything from food vendors, DJ services, Photographer, decorations and every other vendor associated with our big day. After speaking with them about how we envisioned our wedding, they took every single detail into consideration and developed a plan for our big day. Everyone knew where to line up and who was walking with whom during the ceremony. Having a staff that knows what is going on is a huge burden lifted off of anyone on their big day. The venue was absolutely stunning and all of our guests raved about how beautiful everything was. I highly recommend this venue and I can assure that you will not be disappointed with any aspect of the venue!

Heather and Carla were wonderful to work with and really went above and beyond for our special day. From sewing up a rip in my wedding dress to helping with setup and clean up as well as making sure the day went smooth and according to schedule, they were the best and really great at what they do. I honestly could not have picked a better venue! What really sold me (as well as my mom) was the fact that Carla/Heather take care of contacting your vendors and creating a schedule with all of them before your wedding! Two days ago, my husband and I got married at the Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation, and replaying our day still brings us to big happy tears. What also brings me to tears is the amount of heart and soul that Heather, Carla, and their staff put into making their clients feel on top of the world. Honestly, I don't even want to use the word 'clients' because Heather and Carla have become dear friends to me over the course of nine months. Whenever I would reach out to Heather or Carla, it felt like I was reaching out to a longtime friend instead of just a vendor. They have perfected the art of making the wedding planning process seamless, enjoyable, and unforgettable.

My husband and I met with Carla back in September of last year, right after we got engaged. The Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation was the first and the only venue that we visited; I knew within seconds of walking onto the plantation that it was the venue I had dreamed of since I was a little girl. My heart exploded with happiness and excitement at the thought of celebrating our love there. From the day that we said 'yes' to choosing the venue, Carla and Heather were out-of-this-world helpful. There was one point in time when randomly I needed a visual of a few areas of the venue, so they invited me to come by (this was about four months before our wedding). I visited the venue two or three other times, as well, and each time they welcomed us with warm hugs and lots of wedding talk. Whenever I had a concern that I had built up in my own head, they alleviated my concerns and were ready to offer solutions and advice. They created our wedding day itinerary with superb attention to detail, and they worked hard to make sure that our wedding day was flawless. Our day was truly perfect. I'm actually getting teary-eyed as I type this. I honestly cannot thank these incredible women enough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will continue to recommend the HCWP to friends and others.

When my wife and I visited with Carla and later, Heather, we agreed that Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation was the perfect fit. Both Carla and Heather, a mother/daughter team, who also take on the role of event coordinators at no additional cost, are very passionate about serving your needs to ensure your wedding day flows smoothly and flawlessly. They were readily available by email or appointment and carried the same level of excitement and dedication throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, my wife and I each arrived to the venue at our respective times with our respective wedding parties, and were able to focus on our day without unnecessary distraction or interruption It is then we met Greg, the husband/father, who, according to Heather, loves the golf cart, and will transport any one unable to walk long distances. This also came in handy when taking our outdoors photos as the ground was somewhat saturated in areas from the previous night's storms. Greg also acted a security guard after the ceremony so that my wife and I would have a good 20 minutes of uninterrupted time to ourselves so we could enjoy our meal in he bridesmaid's room.

While we didn't have to resort to plan B(covered), we would have been just as happy with it as this as having a plan B was a major deciding factor when selecting HCWP over others. The shaded, outdoor ceremony area and fountain resting in the middle of a pond in the background made for the perfect afternoon wedding. The reception area is similar to a barn inside and did not require an abundance of decorations as the chandelier and bistro lights were all that was needed to make this an intimate setting. Ample seating was available to accommodate all of our guests. All and all, we couldn't have asked for a better venue and staff. These ladies(and gentleman) really love what they do. Thank you very much for making our special day the perfect day!

They made our day one we'd never forget. It rained the day of our wedding and they kept me calm and sane the whole day. They have a "rain option" ceremony site, which is a major reason we booked them. Carla and Heather are true professionals, I didn't have to lift a finger or stress over anything the entire day. Best wedding venue in the state!!! Beautiful outdoor wedding site! Carla and Heather were absolutely magnificent!! From the moment I set foot on the site I knew I would have the perfect wedding. We had the great opportunity to work with Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation recently on Aug 6, 2016 for our wedding. This is the BEST venue and I am so glad we chose them. Trust me, we looked around. Then my wife found them online, so we set up a visit. After touring the plantation and meeting with Carla and Heather, we stopped looking. We knew we had found the spot to create our most important memory. We were not disappointed either! Everyone told me in advance that my wedding day would be a blur and just a crazy day. Thank you Carla and Heather! They were fantastic from the start. They handled everything to make our wedding day a piece of cake, no pun intended. They were very professional from the start and treated us like we were the only wedding of importance, which we appreciate. We were able to communicate everything we wanted involved and they had answers for any question, and we had a lot, that we had. The good thing for us too is the venue holds a lot of people because we have big families. The whole venue is a beautiful place to take pictures before and after the wedding. We took a lot of pictures. Just when we thought we were not going to get to eat (I have heard a lot of horror stories of weddings), Carla and Heather whisked us away to the bridal suite to enjoy a meal. Let me tell you, they kept EVERYONE out, lol. I felt during the whole experience that Carla and Heather were more than just the wedding planners, they were our friends……and now a part of our family!! I will now and forever HIGHLY recommend Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation to anyone looking for that perfect close to home destination wedding. It is truly an experience you will never forget!

Choosing this venue made my wedding experience amazing from beginning to end. We went to the Hampton Cove Venue before touring another venue a few miles away...and quickly decided the HCWP was for us. Upon arriving back to HCWP to talk with Carla for the second time, she met us with warm sugar cookies. At that moment I KNEW that we had made the right decision. This venue is run by the sweetest, most caring women. Before the wedding they were both quick to answer every silly question and organize all of the small/big details. I was already impressed. BUT then....the wedding day came. Heather made me feel so calm and comfortable throughout the entire day...taking care of all details and important things along the way. It was....the best day.

I also have to mention how stunning the property is. So many of my friends and family have mentioned how much they loved the fountain, trees, mountains, barn, etc. (the list goes on & on).

I would choose this venue again and again. I don't have a single negative thing to say! :)

If you want a wedding venue that has the most beautiful landscape, a family owned business, reception or rehearsal dinner options on site (with tables, chairs, linens and beautiful lighting included) indoor and outdoor ceremony sites and a gorgeous backdrop for some beautiful pictures then Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation is for you. I couldn't say enough wonderful things about this family especially Heather and Carla. They took care of making sure my husband and i's wedding went smoothly. They give you such a peace of mind which is really important on your wedding day. They also have made this plantation into a fun, beautiful and special place to be married from a love lock gate, the beautiful outdoor ceremony site with a picturesque fountain in the background and a rustic indoor option if you end up having rain on your wedding day. They have also added this year the option to rent their own personal photobooth, which was a huge hit at our reception and they also added a cozy open area with chairs and bean bag toss for your guest to play while they are waiting for the bridal party to finish taking pictures, which was also a huge hit. This family has put a lot of thought and effort to make this venue one of the best I've seen in the Huntsville/Gurly area. As a bride that was married there this past May I definitely recommend this venue for your future wedding.

Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation is peaceful, elegant and just so beautiful! Carla and Heather are so sweet and so very helpful! They went out of their way to make sure our daughter's day was perfect, making sure every detail was just as we wanted! We were treated like family from the first moment we met them. Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation is WONDERFUL! I have been to two weddings here and recently got married here myself. The ladies are incredibly helpful to the point that one of the owners was helping my family set up decorations despite being told several times that she didn't have to. They thought of so many things that we didn't and we couldn't have been happier. All of our vendors loved HCWP and I really can't recommend them enough. These guys go above and beyond to make your day special. I don't have a single complaint. :-)

Once we met Heather and Carla and saw how beautiful the venue was in person, my now Husband and I knew this was going to be the perfect venue for us. Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation is a top notch wedding venue that includes a whole package of amazing items. This venue is absolutely stunning! Such a perfect place to make all wedding dreams come true. The Plantation is versatile and has a natural charm. My husband and I got married there in September and we were engaged for about a year and a half. These two ladies that run this venue will make you feel special, at ease and will do anything and everything to make not only your day but your entire experience perfection. I formed a relationship with these two woman that I will have for the rest of my life. This venue is not only beautiful, it includes so many things for such a great deal, it's versatile to all wedding styles and they are always on the ball with communication and they were the people that I relied on the most. They remember what you forget and support you the entire way. Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation is the most beautiful venue I have ever seen. The Outdoor ceremony site is one of a kind and the whimsical rustic charm of the reception site is flawless. I recommend it to anyone that is getting married!

Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation is perfect! The outdoor wedding site, the reception hall, all of the sweet touches and to top it off it is nestled in the prettiest area, surrounded by gorgeous mountains. Just a beautiful place! My son and daughter-in-law's wedding couldn't have been smoother. With Heather and Carla coordinating everything, there wasn't a thing that was missed or the timing off. Truly perfect! They provide the tables, chairs and linens, a wedding coordinator and a beautiful venue. Throughout the night, they are checking on the bride and groom and parents, just to make sure everyone is doing well and enjoying themselves. It was the best evening and I am so glad that my son and daughter-in-law chose Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation for their special day. Truly, the best day ever!!

Heather and Carla at Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation made planning our wedding so much easier! They had lots of great recommendations to help us choose vendors, and made great suggestions that helped us save lots of money. They also provided day-of coordination, so that my mom, my groom, and my bridesmaids could all focus on the fun stuff while they showed the vendors where to set up and the guests where to go. Everything went so smoothly thanks to their help -- I couldn't recommend them more!
And the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous! The barn (where we held the reception) was so lovely with all the lights strung up, and had plenty of room for our 125+ guests. And the ceremony site in front of the pond was so beautiful, especially with the fountain going. And there was an amazing field of flowers where we took some of our favorite photos! I really can't say enough good things about this place.

Heather and Carla are the dearest people you could ever have on your side for a wedding. They go above and beyond what would be expected from wedding vendors. They are super organized and able to control all aspects of your event, from the day you sign with them until the end of the wedding. They are on top of it all with kindness and energy. The venue is beautiful, and it would be a beautiful place alone; but to get these two gracious people along with the venue is just beyond wonderful. We got married October 26th at the HCWP and were nothing but pleased with how wonderfully everything went! Heather and Carla were SOOOOO helpful and responsive in the months/weeks leading up to the wedding. We had wonderful vendors across the board but HCWP was by far, the most helpful and responsive in all communication (email and phone). They are the sweetest women you will ever meet and they truly care about your big day. The location is wonderful- beautiful and rustic yet modernized to accommodate any of your desires. It was so nice to not have to worry about renting chairs or tables because they are provided on site. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with HCWP!

Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation was perfect! It was just what we wanted on our special day! We wanted something rustic...what ended up calling "Woodland Elegance". I never had anything to worry about. The site we picked was gorgeous by a pond surrounded by trees and a large field. If there was rain there is an alternative covered area. We had the reception there as well in the barn which was completely closed but had beautiful windows. They are able to have heat and air conditioning which is really nice. Something we didn't think about that they offered was the golf cart for older people. It was fully utilized. They also supplied the tables, chairs, and table clothes so that's something else you don't have to worry about. The staff/family is very helpful. They come up with a schedule for your wedding day and go every it with you to make sure everything covered. Heather, one of the staff members just got married so she is very understanding of a brides needs. She would've done anything I needed her to do. All the other vendors I booked loved the site which is helpful when everyone likes what they have to work with. It needs very little decorations if you choose to add any.This plantation is truly breathtaking and there is no place more perfect to have your ceremony and reception and no more helpful staff.

We got married at Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation on September 7, 2013.

The venue is GORGEOUS! When I first went to visit I was in awe of how beautiful it was! I knew as soon as I saw it, it was the venue for me. I held my ceremony in Shady Grove. It was breathtaking! I held the reception in the barn and I also had tables and chairs in the hay barn for extra outside seating. It is hard to put into words how beautiful this venue is… It was our dreams come true!

Carla and Heather are an absolute joy to work with! They were always so enthusiastic and made the wedding planning process so much easier! On the wedding day they were my lifesavers! They made sure that everything was perfect!

We got married at Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation on 09/14/2013.

We had our first site tour just after the property was acquired and from that initial visit when we met the owners (Carla & Heather) we were hooked on their vision of the place and their enthusiasm.

They have created a wonderful atmosphere that gives you the foundation to transform your wedding into anything you can dream. The place is so beautiful that you could not spend a cent on decorations and still be guaranteed to be complemented on the beauty of the ceremony.

These women are two of the nicest people you will ever meet and they possess a level of professionalism that is extremely comforting. They were instrumental in helping us pull off what we considered to be a perfect wedding and reception.

Our experience with Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation was unbeatable...so much so that my brother in law is getting married there in the spring.

I couldn't possibly give a high enough endorsement for this venue and these people.

My husband and I were honored to host one of the first events at the Plantation for our son and his bride's wedding rehearsal . The venue provided the perfect place for our western BBQ! Greg, Carla and Heather were so supportive in our effort to make it a very personal evening. We were able to bring in many of our own family treasures to add to the already wonderful decor. While the wedding party was practicing at the beautiful Shady Grove site they had chosen for the ceremony, other family members and guests were entertained with drinks and appetizers in the barn. The spacious barn offered a great place for everyone to relax and enjoy a wonderful dinner. The privacy, convenience and atmosphere of the Plantation allowed us to host a memorable evening!

Last month Carla and Heather from Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation worked off-site to coordinate my wedding. I really don't now how I would have made it through the day without them! Together we made out plans for all the decor, venue setup, and timeline for the reception. Heather had every detail worked out and made me feel reassured all day long, even when rain moved in. They worked so hard to completely rearrange the setup when we realized the rain was not going to let up. During the ceremony and reception, Heather and Carla kept everything on track and made sure the party ran smoothly. I could not have asked for a better outcome for our wedding day, and it is largely thanks to Heather and Carla.

I have been out to Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation and it is so beautiful. There are many options for ceremony locations and each has its own charm. The venue combined with the incredible staff will surely make for many perfect weddings to come.

Rustic Elegance

This venue is absolutely beautiful. Wouldn’t change a thing. Heather and her staff made everything so easy. They took all the stress away on my daughter’s wedding day. They were awesome. Can’t say enough good things about this venue & the staff.

Heather and Carla are amazing people! They have been super helpful in the planning process and very interested in what you want for you're special day. Also it is such a beautiful place. They have done a great job with the landscape and making sure everything looks perfect.

When we found HCWP, we changed our wedding date for the second and final time in order to book with them. Heather and her mom are incredibly sweet, helpful, and enthusiastic about every event they host. It's a gorgeous venue with a gorgeous rainy day backup plan. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's pricey, but reservation includes linens, tables, chairs, etc. and some great ladies to help everything run smoothly, so it was definitely worth the extra splurge for us.

Heather and Carla were so wonderful to work, and the venue is absolutely beautiful!! It makes for wonderful photos! :)

This venue was wonderful for many reasons! There are options for ceremony location, the grounds and buildings are kept up well and are versatile, and you can make your wedding and reception as rustic or as formal as you want. But one of the biggest reasons of all are Heather and her mother. It is obvious when you talk with them and walk around their grounds that they love their job: providing a beautiful place for a wedding and reception and coordinating the day to where you hardly worry about anything! You definitely receive your value for the price as you get planners and a venue, 2 in 1! I work 80 hours a week, live in South Carolina, and am very detail oriented, which is a recipe for lots of stress during the planning process and not being able to enjoy the wedding day. But these ladies worked very closely with me and are just as detail-oriented as me, if not more, and their working with me allowed me to fully enjoy my wedding day with hardly any stress! They provide their input but also respect all of your wishes. They also have very good relationships with many venders in the area. Not to mention that they genuinely care that your wedding day goes exactly as you want it! If I had to go through the process again I would choose HCWP without any hesitation.

Heather and Carla made you feel like it was their wedding too and that they were part of the family. When my wedding bouquet was wrong they jumped in to help make it right. They are two beautiful and caring women whom earned all of our love and respect. They truly helpe make my big day special.

Carla and Heather were very professional and helpful. They kept the ceremony and reception events coordinated and on time.
Beautiful country setting, great for pictures. Wedding party transported in golf cart if needed. Outdoor wedding ceremony setting with fountain in pond was a lovely backdrop. In case of inclement weather they have covered porch for ceremony as backup.
Highly recommend this venue. Wedding and reception on 6/4/2016.

I am an out of town bride who is traveling bak home for my wedding. Hampton Cove has made sure to keep in good communication with me throughout my entire wedding planning. They are so quick to respond to emails and phone calls. I can't imagine working with another venue. Cant wait for our special day and to watch this family help our families join together!

After looking at almost every place available in Huntsville for our wedding we finally decided on the first place we looked at, Hampton Cove Wedding Plantation. I wanted an outdoor location and the groom was worried about weather. We had our wedding on a hot summer day in late July, while it was nice and sunny we did not have to use the alternative covered outdoor ceremony site they have there. The groom was very concerned about being out in the heat in his suit, however, just as Heather and Carla promised the ceremony location was very shady and proved to be very comforatble for us and our guest. Both the outdoor ceremony location and the indoor reception space was set up beautifully and the location gave us the most beautiful setting and pictures. I was so happy working with Heather and Carla , they did such an amazing job that we didnt have to communicate with the venders hardly at all after we selected them for our wedding. They made all the planning seamless as we mostly expressed our wishes for our wedding to them and they made sure our vednors came through. Everyone kept telling me how stressed I would be that day, but to my suprise I had a great day from beginning to end. I had fun with my wedding party in the bridal suite while Heather and Carla did all the stressing for me. It was an absoultley beautiful and fun wedding for all from beginning to end.
