  Malone Wedding

  This was by far the wedding of our dreams. Cuchara has always been a special place to us and where we always dreamed of getting married. Lance and Connie made that dream come true. They are absolutely AMAZING to work with. Anything and everything we wanted they accommodated to. On top of them being so great, the venue was perfect. The cabin is completely remolded with a wrap around porch that provided not only an exceptional view, but an area for friends and family to gather around and enjoy each other. Rachel (their daughter-in-law) was our Photagrapher and did a fabulous job. Connie provided help with decorations, the planning, ran the ceremony, and was also the caterer. My friends/family are still talking about how good the mashpotatoe bar was. Lance was our pastor and married us. If I had to do it all over again, Hallowood Cabin is the only place I would even consider. 💕 We look forward to booking this cabin in the future.

  Perfect Venue

  My husband and I were married at Hallowood in late October and it was exactly what we were wanting. I would say anything after late October would be too cold because after the sun went down it was a bit hard to be outside, but anytime before will be amazing weather out here. The space is totally customizable and we could use any vendors we wanted. We had a few outside vendors but went with the In-House catering, set up, seating, linens, lighting, decor, and sound and it was all wonderful. I would definitely suggest this venue for someone wanting an outdoor intimate mountain feel.

  Incredible!

  This is the perfect place for a wedding. They truly took care of everything we needed. The backdrop for the wedding was perfect with just the nature all around the property. They provided wooden benches and pews for guests. It was simple but just right for the setting.
  The house had plenty of room for everyone to get ready and the reception area was perfect also. Again the decor was simple but elegant. The catering was above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend this place and the package. Our pictures are amazing!! The photographer has a special eye for what makes a wedding special. She catches little details that are extra special.
