Lisa / Hallowed Ground Productions provided so much peace of mind in the absolutely mind-boggling lead-up to our wedding. After having to part ways with another planner who had not been proactive, leaving us in the lurch six months before our destination wedding, Lisa came recommended by the event coordinator at one of our venues (I believe her exact description of Lisa was: "one of the only wedding planners who knows what they're doing" lol). Thankfully, Lisa was available, and we truly felt like we'd found a port in the storm hiring her. She was incredibly diligent, personable, accessible (even personally picked up gifts for our wedding party!) and knew exactly what we needed on a tight timeline. Especially planning from afar, this was invaluable. The day-of coordination was exceptional — our wedding party commented to us there wasn't a single thing that went wrong or off-schedule the entire day, which they attributed to Lisa’s clear direction and poise (she even humored us by making a cameo in our wedding reception photos!) We can't fathom the amount of time and effort Lisa / HGP saved us by simply being exactly who we needed exactly when we needed her! -

I truly don't know how we would have survived our wedding weekend/the months leading up to it without Lisa! I had a vision that she helped perfectly execute and gave fresh ideas whenever I felt overwhelmed. When I mentioned anything (like a hookah bar lol), her immediate answer was YES let's make it happen :) which is truly what you want in an event planner. She helped everything run smoothly and stress-free, but made sure keeping things fun and upbeat was always the priority. MOST IMPORTANTLY, she helped me and my husband navigate some very challenging family dynamics with grace and compassion, which meant the world. Highly recommend Hallowed Ground Productions if you want your wedding to be personal, heavy on the vibes, creative and FUN! A true partner that I would love to work with again on a future event -

There are so many wonderful things to say about Lisa and Hallowed Ground Productions that I don’t even know where to begin! Hiring Lisa was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day. Everything - and I mean everything - went absolutely seamlessly on the day of and that is because of Lisa and her team. I have actually been trying to think of something that went wrong, and I still have not been able to think of a single thing. We were planning a destination wedding in New Orleans, so we were not local to the area. Right from the beginning, Lisa was so knowledgeable about local vendors, helped steer us in the right direction, and always gave us expert advice along the way. There were so many moving pieces that it would have been extremely easy to get overwhelmed, but each month when we had our scheduled calls with Lisa I always felt a million times better and excited more than anything! On the day of our wedding, Lisa and her team quite literally handled everything from start to finish. She created a timeline down to the minute and wrangled people to make sure they were in the right place when they needed to be. Neither myself, my husband, or any of our family members or wedding party had to lift a finger on our wedding day and that is entirely because of Lisa and her team. She handled the arrival of all of our vendors, set up our ceremony and reception exactly how I had envisioned, and made sure everything ran exactly as it should until the event ended. Lisa did such an amazing job that I didn’t even realize that half of our vendors had arrived until I saw them set up and fully in place. I was able to fully enjoy and be present on my wedding day, without having to worry about any of the little details and I will forever be thankful to Lisa for that. Not only is Lisa a best-in-the-biz wedding planner, but she is also a truly wonderful person to have around on your day. She is so calm and just a fun a person to have around on your big day. I am honestly going to miss getting to talk to Lisa once a month during our calls! If you are debating whether or not to hire Lisa and Hallowed Ground Productions for your wedding, I can say that you will absolutely not regret your decision one bit if you hire her. -

Lisa was amazing! We hired her as our month-of coordinator and truly couldn't have done it without her. We had our ceremony at a friend's home and then the reception at a restaurant, and she handled all of the location changes, decor and logistics with ease, plus helped us find and hire our second-line band. We had initially decided to not hire a planner, but as we got closer to the big day we realized that we wanted our friends and family to be able to celebrate with us, instead of feeling stressed about helping with everything that needed to be done. Lisa came in about halfway through our planning process and helped us achieve our vision! I would highly recommend her for any event!Hallowed Ground Productions's reply:
