We made the decision in early July to postpone our previously scheduled "big wedding" set for August 15, and quickly plan an intimate family-only affair in Dallas. After doing a LOT of searching for the right fit, I stumbled across HALL Arts Hotel on Instagram and fell in love. Upon reaching out and getting more information, I felt like we were onto something special - and then after a FaceTime tour with Emily, I was completely sold. I trusted her from the beginning, and I felt like the whole experience was super open, honest, fairly priced and genuine. It's easy to tell when vendors are going to care about you, personally, as well as your event, and I had that feeling from Emily from day one. Given we weren't in Dallas, Emily was always super communicative and willing to hop on the phone to talk through details and despite never seeing the place with my eyes or tasting the food, she totally reassured me of all choices. Fast forward just 3.5 weeks, and wedding day was upon us! From the minute we checked in, we felt like everyone in the hotel was just as excited as we were. Service was above and beyond, the hotel itself is gorgeous, and the team added several special touches that really made us feel so very special including a surprise room upgrade for me, which led to me staying in the COOLEST hotel room I've ever seen.
Our guests raved about the service at our event, the taste of the food, and the beauty of the space. Worth noting: the house linens, chairs, and bar setup are all BEAUTIFUL neutrals, and come included which definitely saves you time and money too. Emily herself was there at the reception (which is notable, because often at hotel events, the events managers may not stay for the evening and given the size of our affair I hadn't hired a day-of coordinator) - and she made sure everything went perfectly. When we got to our room at the end of the night, she'd even surprised us with a nice card, some treats and extra cake boxed up.
Overall, we were able to completely forget this wasn't our original plan, or even how weird the whole year had been, and just focus on how exciting and fun it was to GET MARRIED, and then to celebrate that at HALL Arts Hotel. Can't recommend this place more, and highly recommend you check it out whether you are planning a small event (we had 24 folks) or bigger - they have room for it all!HALL Arts Hotel Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton's reply:

Our Dream Destination...
After visiting venues for 2 days...this bride and MOB were discouraged. We didn't think what we wanted even existed... then we went to the Hall Arts! We were met by professional and friendly Emily, who graciously answered all of our questions... but honestly... they "had us" at the valet! The dream cocktail patio was steps away... flanked by twinkle lights in the trees. The ballroom was a gorgeous colorful art installation on one side with all glass on the other (looking at the twinkle lights!) And the carpet was a "tasteful" light taupe and white! Once the wedding weekend arrived, we so enjoyed meeting friends and family in Ellie's; and enjoyed splurging on the Hall wines served tableside at dinner. Our rooms were just as tastefully done, and places for pictures abound. We love this hotel... now just hope it will be available for next daughter!HALL Arts Hotel Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton's reply:

We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding. From inquiry to execution, they were a dream to work with and we felt like they dedicated so much time and attention to make our dream wedding a reality. With a majority of our guests coming in from out of town to celebrate, it was the perfect place to host them for the entire weekend as well. So many of our friends and family gushed over how incredible they were treated during their stay. Book this venue if you want fair prices, tailored and personal service, a gorgeous setting for wedding photos, and cherished memories. We wouldn't have changed a thing!! Where do I even begin? 2weeks before our wedding, a venue cancelled on us so we had to find a new one. Our wedding was on March 12 and we met with with Emily on February 28. She was the sweetest, made us feel that it is going to be okay and that everything is still possible. And she kept her word, our wedding was amazing. The food was delicious, the hotel was so clean and most importantly the people are awesome. Emily was perfect! She was very responsive, she communicate well, she made sure my husband and I are well-fed and arranged a private dinner for us before the party. We asked and she delivered, everything is possible with this woman! And Erika was at the event the whole time, I heard many good things about her, she has my back and made sure everything was placed like how I asked (guestbook problem), she even gave a wet/cold towel to my husband because he was sweating a lot. Our bartender was so efficient and oh man! he makes tasty drink! The staff was quick, we call the concierge to ask for water, iron, scissors etc., and it doesn’t take long for them to deliver. They’re always on it. They don’t miss the little details! These are the kind of people you would want to hire for your event! If you're looking for a stunning venue with an incredible staff look no further! Hall Arts made the entire wedding planning process so seamless and stress-free. Emily was absolutely incredible to work with and was there to answer any and all of my questions along the way. WE had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the hotel and it made it so easy and convenient for our primarily out-of-town guests. Both my husband and my family haven't stopped talking about how nice and accommodating the hotel was during their stay and all agreed the venue was stunning! 100/10 would recommend to anyone searching for their perfect wedding venue!HALL Arts Hotel Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton's reply:

Absolutely Amazing!!
Wow, we had our wedding here a few weeks ago and it was so amazingly perfect and dream-like, I can't get over it! We looked at several other hotels when choosing our wedding venue, but Emily's communication and pricing transparency of what was included was so helpful and definitely made a positive impact. Once we looked at the hotel, we were completely in love with the venue and the immense amount of natural light that the ceremony room had and the beauty and elegance of the reception hall!
The food was outstanding! The service--everyone from Emily to the valet attendants to the front desk attendants and everyone who helped make our day special--was phenomenal. I would do it all over again if I could and change nothing, because it was so incredibly perfect!!

What else can I say besides Emily and the team at Hall Arts Hotel exceeded our expectations 100%. From the initial tour of the facility to the menu tasting to the big event, every need was met and then some. The Grand Hall Ballroom was spacious and beautifully designed. We were able to use the included table linens and chairs and it created an elevated luxurious aesthetic. The art on the wall and the amazing lighting just added to the experience. The bartenders kept our guests "well-hydrated" and the servers were always checking in to make sure everyone was happy. We also have a good number of out of town guests and us staying at the hotel. From check in to check out, the team was great and personable and made sure our every need was met. Background/ Planning:
Our wedding had to be rescheduled and downsized because of covid. Smaller guest list, meant smaller space and we happened to find Hall Arts as an option (we had 35 people attend but they have bigger rooms for larger parties). We worked with Emily the entire time and she was incredible to work with. She has prior event planning experience and explained anything we need clarification on and helped us identify what was important to us so that the services provided met our expectations. Since we had to cut our gest list into a fraction of our original guest list we decided that we were going to treat everyone to the best experience possible.
Day of:
Let me start of by saying ALL OF THE FOOD AND DRINKS ARE INCREDIBLE. We had Halibut, short ribs and chicken as an option; halibut is my favorite but if you can only do two choices, i would skip it because the chicken is the most incredible piece of chicken i've ever had and the short ribs have so much flavor. The only complaint i received was someone got the wrong plate at dinner but the staff was quick in changing the plate out. And by quick I meant QUICK; so quick that my cousin enjoyed and finished dinner with everyone at her table.
Our bartender for the night LA was the best lol the next day everyone was talking about him like he was a friend; probably because the drinks were flowing and they were delicious. The level of service we all received that night was incredible. Everyone was attentive, responsive and anticipating our needs. Everything was well choreographed. Emily was present at the times she was needed and it was always much appreciated. She coordinated all details with my wedding planner and reached out when needed :)
Venue Details:
The venue is gorgeous, very minimal decorations are needed. The room we were in has 2 walls that are full length windows so we got an indoor/outdoor experience without worrying to much about the weather. We thankfully were fortunate enough to have clear skies and cool temperatures so we were able to take advantage of the outdoor SAPCES for our family/ friends portrait.
We honestly had the most incredible time. lol unfortunately we do not have any event that requires a venue but man i would love to be back some day,HALL Arts Hotel Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton's reply:

12-31-2020 - Hall Arts Hotel Was the Perfect Venue
#NewYearNewOlman was the hashtag at my daughters wedding. She was married on New Years Eve at the Hall Arts Hotel. It was the perfect venue to have a wedding, plated dinner and reception. Food was fabulous! Venue rooms were beautiful, art was fantastic in and outside of the hotel. The hotel rooms were modern, beautiful and offered a gorgeous view. The staff was attentive and helpful. Emily Harms, at the Hall Arts hotel was a delight to work with and made the entire experience of planning a wedding very easy. She was available, offered great suggestions, excellent follow up and has many years of experience in this industry. This hotel is in a great location and close to many activities in Dallas. I recommend it for any type of event.

Emily and the staff at HALL Arts Hotel made our wedding day even better than we imagined. It's a beautiful space, and Emily made sure all of the details were perfect.
