We changed our wedding date and venue due to covid 19, and this venue was amazing! It’s a beautiful setting, and all of the staff was helpful and amazing on our wedding day. If you're looking for a breathtaking wedding venue with minimal decision-making, Haiku is for you. My partner and I didn't want a wedding venue that felt too "stuffy" – we wanted to be surrounded by greenery, we wanted the wedding to feel intimate, and we wanted to work with good, kindhearted people. Haiku is all of those things!
After our venue tour, I knew Haiku was where we wanted to get married. The space is such a unique and beautiful gem in Asheville, and they make the wedding planning process as easy as possible! Because the space is already so lovely, we barely had to get any additional decor to make it look beautiful.
And the people who work at Haiku are amazing! Jennifer was awesome during our venue tour, and she is a visionary when it comes to bringing a wedding to life! The day before the wedding, we had a set of drapes missing from the arbor decor we brought, but the Haiku team took full creative control and the end result was beautiful! Our day-of-coordinator, Kisha, was also amazing! She was responsive, positive, and our BIGGEST hype woman! There was no problem too big or too small for her to handle. Her main priority was making sure we had an amazing, stress-free wedding day – and we did because of her & the rest of the Haiku team!

We cannot rave enough about this incredible venue, the amazingly professional, friendly and super-competent staff, and the romanticism of the property that has amazing outdoor room vignettes and very flexible inside spaces. Jennifer and her staff supported us from the beginning through the end (and this was a wedding that actually was postponed for a year due to the ravages of Hurricane Helene. The guests were blown away by the beauty and serenity of the place, and it was the perfect backdrop for the perfect wedding for our son and his bride. Multiple guests said that this was the most special wedding that they had ever attended, and the venue was a large piece of that wonderful comment. We recommend this place with our strongest positive voices. You will not be disappointed by the special nature of this setting. A dream come true! -

Words can't describe how dreamy our wedding reception here was. The venue is already incredibly decorated for the whimsical garden party of your dreams but staff was incredibly helpful in arranging personal decorations beforehand. Guests could not get over how gorgeous the entire space was and had so much fun roasting s'mores at the fire pit, admiring the fish in the koi pond, and having drinks in the vintage RV. Haiku staff took care of EVERYTHING and I showed up and literally took a huge sigh of relief knowing all of my guests were beyond happy and everything looked amazing! Before I could think, Haiku's coordinator, Kisha, was at my side - asking what I needed and if she could get me a glass of wine... absolutely amazing!! I can't say enough good things about this venue. -

Haiku I Do is a perfect place to have an amazing wedding or event. The venue staff go out of their way to meet your every need, and are on top of everything. I worked mostly with Kisha and I’m pretty sure she is family now, lol! She worked with me for about a year. Always answering my many questions, calming my anxieties. The wedding turned out even better than I had envisioned it. The space is stunning. There are multiple, beautiful options for ceremony and reception (or other events). They have great packages depending on your needs. It’s difficult to articulate how great everything turned out. I thought I was going to be an anxious mess, but the moment I arrived I was calm and able to take in the special occasion and that is due to the venue staff taking care of everything. -

Planning a wedding during a pandemic was no easy task. And the stress surrounding wedding planning was too much. When we were invited to attend an opening event for the new space at Haiku I Do and saw how lovely it was, we begin asking questions. In less than a week, we were able to arrange to have our wedding ceremony take place in a gorgeous space and had the killer assistance of the staff to make everything run smoothly. We cannot thank the staff enough for taking away the stress around hosting the wedding at home. -

I can't speak highly enough about the Haiku I Do team - especially Amy! Their coordination and ideas created the most special, fun, and easy wedding experience for us and our guests. My husband and I are from out of town so we were looking for something "out-of-the-box" and Haiku's packages fit the bill, but felt anything but! The attention to detail and their eye for beautiful setting made everything feel so special and just for us. Their main location is a beautiful venue in itself, but we opted to get married at their Sky Mountain location - literally breathtaking views! It was the perfect space for 30 people. Darr was our officiant and he did a beautiful job as well. We have been saying ever since, we would LOVE to get married over and over again if we could! We all had so much fun!
Not to mention every vendor we booked throughout our planning told us "Oh! We love Haiku!" so we knew we made the right choice! -

The heart of Haiku I Do is simplicity with a touch of elegance, and that’s exactly what we experienced in planning our wedding with them. Every interaction with Jennifer and her team was enjoyable and helpful from day one of our meeting through the entire planning process. We wanted a wedding that embodied who we were as a couple in a genuine way and they not only understood that desire, they embraced it and ran with it!
Every married woman I know tells stories about “what went wrong” while planning their wedding and I’m happy to say that I don’t have a single story. Everything was absolutely perfect because we were in the extremely capable and caring hands of a team of vendors who cared deeply about us and celebrating our love. I honestly can’t rave about them enough!
Our wedding was flawlessly simple and beautiful because of the hard work that Haiku put in behind the scenes. We were able to truly enjoy the day in a haze of love without worrying about the little details and that meant the world to us! We can’t recommend them enough to anyone who is looking for a stress-free engagement and beautifully executed wedding day! -

Haiku I Do truly made our wedding experience so perfect! Our original (pre-COVID) wedding plans included a large 200 person indoor party. We quickly had to scratch all those plans but knew that we still wanted to get married on a much smaller scale. Haiku I Do had all the features we were looking for: the most beautiful outdoor space (with heaters!), a selection of talented vendors readily available, and the outstanding team to pull everything together in such a short time. If you are looking for an elopement spot, Haiku I Do is the place! Jennifer is fantastic and responded quickly to all my questions. It was so challenging to go through planning a wedding during COVID, but we feel so fortunate that we were able to plan the most memorable and beautiful day with Haiku I Do! -

I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Haiku I Do! Jennifer went above and beyond to make our wedding day so special. We held the ceremony at Sky Mountain Events and the reception was at Haiku I Do. Everyone who worked on our event was absolutely wonderful to work with; Jennifer, Kesha, Sara, Esther, Adrian and the servers and bartenders! Many of our guests commented about how wonderful the staff was and how beautiful the venues were. It was truly an amazing and stress free day— I can’t recommend Haiku I Do and staff enough! Thank you!

Beautiful ceremony spot
Haiku I Do was the perfect venue for our ceremony. It is actually IN Asheville, provided parking, was a great size for our 50 person guest list, and was a truly beautiful venue. They were accommodating for our vendors to work in, and Jennifer provided top-notch service from tour to booking to our wedding day. Their bridal suite is amazing for a small group - some of my favorite memories of the day were spending the hour leading up to our ceremony with our families. It was a fantastic venue for hosting an indoor ceremony in November. -

I cannot even begin to express how beautiful our candlelight Christmas wedding was here! I gave Jennifer and Sandy an idea of what I wanted and they turned it into something I never could have dreamed up! It was amazing! They thought of every last detail and made the planning process so stress free and easy. The entire staff at Haiku was fantastic all around and we are so thankful to have gotten to work with such a great group on such a special event. -

This venue and staff are amazing! We had a dinner (45 people) and gathering (120 people) for our out of town guests the Friday evening before our son's wedding. Haiku I Do was a huge hit with all our guests. It's a magical space with an Asheville vibe. I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer, Sandy and all the staff. They made it fun and easy to enjoy the evening while they handled all the details professionally and efficiently. Five stars all around. Book with confidence! -

PHEW! I'll try to keep this brief but Haiku I Do was amazing!
My husband is from Australia and our wedding needed to be planned and executed quickly due to the nature of his visa (the fiance visa requires you to marry within 90 days of entering the country). Up until approval we didn't know if we'd be marrying in AU or the US!
We found Haiku I Do and from the moment we contacted them, we knew they were different! They have a warmer, more friendly, and personable feel when you work with them. Everyone else we contacted was cold or laughed us off when we told them how soon we needed to book the ceremony.
The grounds are GORGEOUS! It's a little slice of heaven tucked into the edge of Biltmore village! They told us that their motto is 'Come dressed, we do the rest!' and they didn't lie! I was nervous about overlooking a detail or something leading up to the ceremony but they seriously had everything covered!
We chose the location (their adorable chapel) and they asked for just a few things; we had to choose cake flavors, make a playlist on Spotify, and set a time for the ceremony. And that was it!!
They provided the venue, a photographer, music (their speakers but our playlist -

Haiku I Do was a great ‘one stop shop’ to hold a wedding. They take out a ton of the legwork- providing tables, chairs, flatware, linens, etc. Their space is absolutely stunning and provides some flexibility with both indoor and outdoor spots. In order to help them design our wedding, they asked us to create a pinterest board of what we wanted, and this is where unfortunately we were a bit let down. The wedding did not match what we had sent them at all, but rather was what we felt a representation of their personal vision instead. Thankfully our aesthetics are similar and it still looked good, just not what we had expected or been told they were planning to carry out. Lastly, responses to any emails sometimes failed to address whatever questions we may have had and took 2-3 exchanges to get the answers we were looking for. Perhaps we needed to communicate more clearly on our end as well, which we take responsibility for. In the end, they will throw a beautiful wedding for you, but make sure to communicate as clearly as possible what you want and expect.

As a bride, I'd long envisioned having a mountain wedding, and Haiku bridges a secret, hidden garden venue with a striking mountain backdrop right in its backyard. I knew Haiku I Do was our venue the moment I stepped foot inside its lush atmosphere, though I had no idea how seamlessly everything would go and feel on the day of our wedding; my husband and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening.
I loved every last detail and arrangement; Kimberly and the Haiku team heard even the understated pieces of my vision and brought those pieces together so well, and as an officiant, Kisha weaved humor, joy, and depth into our ceremony. It was one of the warmest, loveliest days of our lives, even with the cold weather. The cherry on top was the snow in Asheville the very next day. You can rest assured that Haiku I Do's team will bring to life your wedding day dreams.

Overall a great experience
Overall, I'm glad I decided on Haiku I Do. The venue is beautiful and it's all-inclusive: they have a ton of venue and lighting decorations, a lot table options, and even different spots within the venue to choose from. The timeline we decided on was very good and everything throughout the night transitioned very smoothly. My guests had a great time and everyone commented on how beautiful the venue is. Plus, you show up and everything is done for you. There were only three things that bothered me. The first is that I wanted the ceremony outside. It rained, so they moved it inside, which is fine. They didn't consult me at all, but I understand why they had to. However, an hour before the ceremony, it stopped raining and the sun came out. I asked if there was any way to have it outside again and one of their coordinators said "Honey, the muscle has gone home. If you want it outside you better start grabbing chairs." This was an unprofessional response. The second thing that bothered me was that while my "month of" coordinator was very good at her job, it was hard to get a response. The venue provides more of an "a week before the wedding" coordinator. This was stressful as I just wanted to nail down details and the timeline for my other vendors. The third thing, because the venue is so big guests are going to spread out. The team did not round up the people that were inside, so many people missed the parent dances. Guests expressed their disappointment and I was a little disappointed to. However, like I said, the rest of the night was good and the venue is beautiful.Haiku I Do's reply:

We understand that the decision to move the ceremony indoors due to inclement weather was a disappointment. However, we believe our team handled the situation effectively. We apologize if the comment about "the muscle has gone home" was perceived as unprofessional. Our intent was to lighten the mood and explain the logistical challenges of moving the chairs multiple times.
But let's talk about the positives! Both you and your mother expressed satisfaction with the indoor location, finding it comfortable and refreshing on that muggy day. We believe the decision to keep the ceremony indoors was in the best interest of your special day.
We also wish to clarify that communication with your coordinator was consistent throughout the busy spring wedding season. In reviewing the communication records between the two of you, your coordinator responded to all your inquiries same day with the exception of two emails that came in on Thursday/Friday which she answered you by next business day, Monday.
Your feedback is invaluable to us. We were honored to host your special day and were thrilled to see you as a radiant bride.

This space is beautiful. We loved all the help that Jen provided during the process. They offer a lot of add ons which is convenient but starts to really add up. I suggest getting certain requests in writing from the beginning when agreeing to a date and putting down an initial payment. Some of the things we discussed and agreed to initially for the wedding day were renegotiated throughout the planning process. In the end, we had to sacrifice some of the things that were really important to us on our wedding day. Still, I think this venue is gorgeous and the staff were great to work with.
